The CIA has been bombing Pakistan’s domestic buildings more than any other targets over the past decade of the drone war launched by the US, says the latest research by the Bureau of Investigative Journalism.
Almost two thirds, or over 60 percent, of all US drone strikes in Pakistan targeted domestic buildings, says joint research conducted by the Bureau of Investigative Journalism (BIJ), a London-based non-profit news group, along with Forensic Architecture, a research unit based at Goldsmiths University, London, and Situ Research in New York.
The authors of the paper analyzed thousands of media reports, witness testimonies and field investigations to obtain the data on drone strikes in Pakistan’s Federally Administered Tribal Areas (Fata).
According to the study, at least 132 houses have been destroyed in more than 380 strikes over the past decade with at least 222 civilians being among the 1,500 or more people killed.
“On average, 6.2 people and 0.9 reported civilians died per strike on domestic buildings,” says the paper, adding that these numbers may be conservative because the Bureau “has found the deaths of women are dramatically underreported.”
The seclusion of women and children in the country which orders them to spend more time indoors make them more vulnerable to drone strikes, according to the BIJ’s ‘Naming the Dead’ project.
— ForensicArchitecture (@ForensicArchi) May 23, 2014
Women and children are less likely to be seen “by [a] drone operator monitoring the structure,” says Susan Schuppli, senior research fellow at Forensic Architecture and the project coordinator. The paper adds that domestic buildings are more likely to be attacked at night compared with in the afternoon. “Strikes that took place in the evening, when families are likely to be at home and gathered together, were particularly deadly,” says the paper. Civilians usually avoid going out at night as Pakistani Taliban militants do not allow them to leave their homes without reason, Mansur Mahsud, director of Islamabad-based organization the Fata Research Center, told BIJ. The report says that when drones attack the target they usually call it a “compound,” and often a “militant compound.” However, they are often domestic spaces.
“One compound is used by many families, like brothers and first cousins, although every family has their own portion or space in the compound…Normally you will find 20-25 people living in one compound, and in some cases you will find more than 50,” adds Mahsud.
The study also showed that on average more civilians die when a building is hit by a drone than when a vehicle is targeted.
However, despite rising proportion of strikes on houses, there haven’t been any reports of civilian casualties in the past 18 months.
According to Mahsud, this is because the locals host militants as their guests less frequently.
Now, with the threats of drone attack, when militants come to stay, civilians usually leave, he adds.
Meanwhile, the study found that the highest number of casualties are reported after the attacks on mosques and madrassas (religious school or college for the study of the Islamic religion).
“At least eight strikes have hit mosques or madrassas …On average, at least 17 people and 12.4 civilians are reported killed for each religious building hit in the strikes,” says the report.
Overall, at least 417 civilians – and possibly as many as 957 – have been killed in drone strikes in Pakistan, adds BIJ’s data which was also presented in an interactive online map, titled Where the Drones Strike, showing the location and targets of each strike.
The report says that US drones have been hitting Pakistan since June, 2004, however, the attacks largely increased since 2010 when 128 strikes killed at least 751 people, of whom 84 were civilians.
Meanwhile, a US official told BIJ that “US counterterrorism operations are precise, lawful, and effective” and that the country only “targets terrorists who pose a continuing and imminent threat to the American people.”
“Any suggestion otherwise is flat wrong. Furthermore, before any strike is taken, there must be near-certainty that no civilians will be killed or injured – the highest standard we can set,” he added.
President Barack Obama’s drone program hit its five-year anniversary in January. Earlier in 2014 BIJ announced that, at least 2,400 people across the Middle East have been killed by drones.
Even critics admit that many of those may have been militants, although the strikes have unleashed unimaginable devastation on civilians and their families – particularly in Pakistan, where drones have greatly contributed to anti-American sentiment.
The civilian deaths from US drone attacks in Pakistan have become a significant stumbling block in bilateral relations. Pakistan recently asked Washington to limit the amount of drone attacks in the country as the government enters into negotiations with the Pakistani Taliban.

“Founded in 1954, Bilderberg is an annual conference designed to foster dialogue between Europe and North America. Every year, between 120-150 political leaders and experts from industry, finance, academia and the media are invited to take part in the conference. About two thirds of the participants come from Europe and the rest from North America; approximately one third from politics and government and the rest from other fields.
The conference is a forum for informal discussions about major issues facing the world. The meetings are held under the Chatham House Rule, which states that participants are free to use the information received, but neither the identity nor the affiliation of the speaker(s) nor of any other participant may be revealed.
Thanks to the private nature of the conference, the participants are not bound by the conventions of their office or by pre-agreed positions. As such, they can take time to listen, reflect and gather insights.
There is no desired outcome, no resolutions are proposed, no votes are taken, and no policy statements are issued.” See www.bilderbergmeetings.org
Next week, at the Marriott Hotel in Copenhagen, the annual trade and policy summit held by the Bilderberg Group will throw open its doors for three days of top level talks, from May 29th to June 1st. I say “throw open its doors”… the doors will remain, as ever, firmly closed to the public and press. Unless you happen to own a newspaper, or run a publishing conglomerate, or be the Executive Chairman of Google, chances are you’re not going.
It’s remarkable how many bank bosses and corporate CEOs manage to clear their diary, every year, for a full three days of conferencing at Bilderberg. Last year, BP sent its Group Chief Executive, the Michelin Group sent its CEO, while HSBC was represented by both the Group Chairman and the Vice Chairman. From Goldman Sachs came two board members, including their Vice Chairman. And Royal Dutch Shell left a skeleton crew back at headquarters: the company sent its Chairman, CEO, and CFO – and in case that wasn’t enough, they also sent along a director, Josef Ackermann. Who’s also on the board of Investor AB, the £20 billion asset management company. Which also sent its CEO and Chairman. You get the picture.
All this corporate brass spending three days conferencing with media moguls and billionaire investors wouldn’t matter so much, but for the fact that quite a few of the participants who get locked away with them are politicians. And senior politicians at that.
In 2013, the Bilderberg conference was attended by seven Finance Ministers, three Foreign Ministers, two deputy Prime Ministers, and two serving Prime Ministers: Mark Rutte, the PM of Holland, and our very own David Cameron. With them: the President of the European Commission, José Manuel Barroso; EU Commissioner, Viviane Reding; the head of the IMF, Christine Lagarde; and various other politicians and policymakers.
Now, if you’re in charge of HSBC, or Telecom Italia – or if you’re Henry Kravis, running the famously aggressive $40 billion private equity firm KKR – then you might well regard such a luxurious length of private access to this many senior policymakers as something of a boon. Three days worth clearing your diary for.
People often wonder what Bilderberg “is”. And the simplest answer is: a gigantic lobbying opportunity. A fair few of the corporate commandants who attend the conference also hold, besides their various executive roles and directorships, senior positions in large and influential trade associations and lobby groups – groups with snappy names like the European Round Table of Industrialists, the Foreign Investment Advisory Council, and the European Financial Services Round Table.
One example: the current chairman of Bilderberg’s Steering Committee, which is the group’s governing body – Henri de Castries. Besides being the Chairman and CEO of the investment and insurance giant AXA, and the head of Bilderberg, he’s also a member of the aforementioned European Financial Services Round Table. And in his spare time he’s on the board of Nestlé. This is typical: pretty much everyone at Bilderberg wears a dozen different hats. The queue at the cloakroom after dinner is a nightmare.
One of the best represented lobbying organisations at Bilderberg is BritishAmerican Business (BAB), a transatlantic, big business advocacy group, which boasts of being able to exert “regulatory influence” through “high-level representation to Government on policy issues”.
At last year’s Bilderberg conference, there were six members of BAB’s International Advisory Board:
Ian Davis, Chairman, Rolls-Royce
Robert Dudley, CEO, BP (at time of meeting)
Douglas J Flint, Group Chairman, HSBC
John Micklethwait, Editor-in-Chief, the Economist
Peter Sutherland KPMG, Chairman, Goldman Sachs International
Peter Voser, CEO, Shell (at time of meeting)
No wonder BAB’s Chairman is able to say:
“Access – to the right connections, audiences, influence and intelligence – is key to business success. And high-quality access is at the heart of the business advantage we offer on both sides of the Atlantic.”
For lobby groups like BritishAmerican Business, Bilderberg is Wimbledon, the Champions League and Christmas rolled into one. It’s the Holy Grail of “access”. Never mind having to loiter around a lobby trying to flag down a passing politician, this is one lobby the politicians travel to themselves. Generally on a flight paid for by the taxpayer.
Of course, none of the lobby groups or trade associations whose members are at Bilderberg are officially “there”. But membership of a lobby group is not something you take off like a raincoat at the door of the hotel. Douglas Flint doesn’t magically stop being a member of BritishAmerican Business’s International Advisory Board when he sits down for breakfast opposite George Osborne, any more than he stops being the Group Chairman of HSBC when he’s playing late night billiards with Christine Lagarde.
To see how Bilderberg creates such a perfect storm of lobbying, it pays to look closer at how an individual policy might be promoted there. One of the key policies currently being pushed by BritishAmerican Business, for example, is the giant TTIP free trade deal between the EU and the US – a policy that chimes with Bilderberg’s peculiarly transatlantic vision. BAB has been playing:
“a leadership role, with government and the business community, in promoting the prospective EU-US Transatlantic Trade & Investment Partnership (TTIP).”
Of course, BAB is just one of the business lobby groups currently banging the drum for TTIP. For example, the European Round Table of Industrialists (which is well represented at Bilderberg) is part of the “Business Alliance for TTIP”, the sole aim of which is to “advocate for the successful conclusion of TTIP”.
Bilderberg grants these pro-TTIP advocates untrammelled access to the very people they’re advocating to: the politicians and trade negotiators. Present at the 2013 Bilderberg meeting was Kenneth Clarke, one of the government’s key TTIP negotiators. Not to mention the seven Finance Ministers, and other assorted economic policymakers (see Lord Mandelson to your right).
Alongside them was José Manuel Barroso, President of the European Commission – which is negotiating TTIP with the US on behalf of the EU and its Member States. And David Cameron, who turned up to take part in what Downing Street described as “a discussion around domestic and global economic issues.”
Cameron, of course, is the UK’s representative at the European Council, which will, when the time comes, examine the negotiated trade deal and either pass it or reject it.
So, you’ve got TTIP negotiators, TTIP lobbyists and TTIP arbiters, locked away together for three days, with no press oversight. It’s a heady mix. And considering that TTIP was top of the conference agenda (under the heading “Can the US and Europe grow faster and create jobs?”) it’s hard not to see the conference itself as just another phase of the notoriously untransparent TTIP negotiations.
In all of this, it’s pointless looking to the lobbyists for greater transparency: it’s entirely in their interests to keep the process out of the public eye. It would be like asking a fox to come up with ways to improve chicken shed security.
Likewise, there’s no particular reason why the various CEOs and investment fund billionaires at Bilderberg are going to want the press snooping around these discussions. They prefer to glad-hand EU Commissioners and schmooze Prime Ministers behind closed doors.
As for the Bilderberg Group itself, it’s a private organisation, with a 60-year history of holding intensely private meetings: transparency doesn’t tend to make it onto their agenda. With so many politicians present, it would be nice to see some proper minutes of these meetings published, but that’s not going to happen unless the press and public push for it.
For now, if we want transparency at Bilderberg, it’s going to have to be provided by the politicians. Luckily, many of them who go to Bilderberg are avowed champions of transparency. Like David Cameron (Bilderberg 2008, 2013) who launched a war on out-of-control lobbying in a speech back in 2010, when he attacked the “far-too-cosy relationship between politics, government, business and money”.
In that speech, Cameron described lobbying as “the next big scandal waiting to happen.” At Bilderberg, that scandal happens every year. This year, it’s happening in Copenhagen, at the Marriott Hotel, from May 29th to June 1st.

It was almost inevitable: a week after we wrote “From Rothschild To Koch Industries: Meet The People Who “Fix” The Price Of Gold” and days after “Barclays’ Head Of Gold Trading, And Gold “Fixer”, Is Leaving The Bank“, earlier today the UK Financial Conduct Authority finally formalized what most in the “tin-foil” hat community had known for years, when it announced that it fined Barclays £26 million for manipulating “the setting of the price of gold in order to avoid paying out on a client order.” Furthermore, the FCA confirmed that those inexplicable gold raids which come as if out of nowhere, and slam gold with a vicious force so strong sometime they halt the entire market, had a very specific source: Barclays, whose trader Daniel James Plunkett, born 1976, “sent out a burst of orders aimed at moving the price of the yellow metal.”
The FCA said Barclays had failed to “adequately manage conflicts of interest between itself and its customers as well as systems and controls failings, in relation to the gold fixing” between 2004 and 2013.
Some further details on Plunkett’s preferred means of manipulating the gold price.
The FCA said Mr Plunkett had manipulated the market by placing, withdrawing and re-placing a large sell order for between 40,000 oz and 60,000 oz of gold bars.
He did this in an attempt to pull off a “mini puke”, which the FCA took to mean a sharp fall in the price of gold. As a result, the bank was not obliged to make a $3.9m payment to the customer under an option contract.
Which is precisely what we have shown many times here for example in “Vicious Gold Slamdown Breaks Gold Market For 20 Seconds“, when a sell order so aggressive comes in it not only takes out the entire bid stack with an intent not for “best execution” but solely to reprice the market lower. Recall from September:
There was a time when, if selling a sizable amount of a security, one tried to get the best execution price and not alert the buyers comprising the bid stack that there is (substantial) volume for sale. Of course, there was and always has been a time when one tried to manipulate prices by slamming the bid until it was fully taken out, usually just before close of trading, an illegal practice known as “banging the close.” It appears that when it comes to gold, the former is long gone history, and the latter is perfectly legal. As the two charts below from Nanex demonstrate, overnight just before 3 am Eastern, a block of just 2000 GC gold futures contracts slammed the price of gold, on no news as usual, sending it lower by $10/oz. However, that is not new: such slamdowns happen every day in the gold market, and the CFTC constantly turns a blind eye. What was different about last night’s slam however, is that this time whoever was doing the forced, manipulation selling, just happened to also break the market. Indeed: following the hit, the entire gold market was NASDARKed for 20 seconds after a circuit breaker halted trading!
To summarize: a humble block of 2000 gold futs (GC) taking out the bid stack, and slamming the price of gold, managed to halt the gold market: one of the largest “asset” markets in the world in terms of total notional, for 20 seconds.
And Mr. Plunkett in action:
To be sure Barclays was truly sorry, and pinky swears that having been caught manipulating the gold market for ten years it will never do it again:
The news is also a fresh blow to Barclays’ chief executive Antony Jenkins as he tries to overhaul the culture of the London-based lender. Mr Jenkins took over 18 months ago after his predecessor, Bob Diamond, stepped down amid the Libor scandal.
Analysts said the fine reflected badly on the industry – as well as the hard-charging, revenue-focused business model that Barclays had previously been operating.
Mr Jenkins said in a statement on Friday: “We very much regret the situation that led to this settlement . . . These situations strengthen our resolve to improve.” The bank discovered the misconduct after the client complained. It then reported the incident to the regulator, for which it received a 30 per cent discount on its fine for co-operation.
Ian Gordon, analyst at Investec, said that in pure financial terms, the fine was “utterly inconsequential, both in a group context, and in relation to the quantum of other conduct costs”. He was referring specifically to the bank’s provisions for the mis-selling of payment protection insurance and interest rate hedging products
So a wrist slap, we get that. One wouldn’t expect more – after all the banks run the show. And yet, one wonders: is this just a case of “Fab Tourre-ing” the scandal, and redirecting all attention to just one (preferably junior) person? To be sure, this one trader made handsome profits from gold manipulation…
Mr Plunkett boosted his trading book by $1.8m at the expense of a customer, who was later compensated. He has now been banned from “performing any function in relation to any regulated activity” and fined £95,600. At the time, Barclays was one of five banks that set the price of the precious metal twice a day. Tracey McDermott, the FCA’s director of enforcement and financial crime, said: “A firm’s lack of controls and a trader’s disregard for a customer’s interests have allowed the financial services industry’s reputation to be sullied again.”
The speculation is further heightened when one considers that Plunkett had left Barclays nearly two years ago in October 2012! According to his FCA record:
Prior to Barclays Plunkett worked as a lowly junior trader at Dresdner and RBC – and this is the a manipulation mastermind? Further, considering the FCA found failures at Barclays starting in 2004 and Plunkett only joined in 2006, can the FCA please disclose who else was the frontman for gold manipulation at Barclays in the 2004-2006 period?
This is what the FCA had to say on the matter of young master Plunkett:
Plunkett was a Director on the Precious Metals Desk at Barclays and was responsible for pricing products linked to the price of precious metals and managing Barclays’ risk exposure to those products.
Plunkett was responsible for pricing and managing Barclays’ risk on a digital exotic options contract (the Digital) that referenced the price of gold during the 3:00 p.m. Gold Fixing on 28 June 2012. If the price fixed above US$1,558.96 (the Barrier) during the 3:00 p.m. Gold Fixing on 28 June 2012, then Barclays would be required to make a payment to its customer. But if the price fixed below the Barrier, Barclays would not have to make that payment.
During the 3:00 p.m. Gold Fixing on 28 June 2012, Plunkett placed certain orders with the intent of increasing the likelihood that the price of gold would fix below the Barrier, which it eventually did. As a result, Barclays was not obligated to make the US$3.9m payment to its customer, and Plunkett’s book profited by US$1.75m (excluding hedging), which was in addition to an initial profit that his book had received upon the sale of the Digital.
Very shortly after the conclusion of the 3:00 p.m. Gold Fixing on 28 June 2012, the customer became aware that the price had fixed just below the Barrier and sought an explanation from Barclays as to what happened in the Gold Fixing. When Barclays relayed the customer’s concerns to Plunkett on 28 and 29 June 2012, he failed to disclose that he had placed orders and traded during the Gold Fixing. Further, Plunkett misled both Barclays and the FCA by providing an account of events that was untruthful.
Plunkett’s misconduct is particularly serious because he preferred his interests over those of a customer and his actions had the potential to have an adverse effect on the Gold Fixing and the UK and international financial markets.
It would appear that Plunkett is indeed nothing more than another instance of “Kerviel” or “Tourre” – an irrelevant mid-level trader thrown at the wolves of public consumption just so the attention can be redirected from the real manipulation elsewhere, and much higher up.
This is hardly surprising, as we noted three days ago when we wrote about the Barclays head gold trader termination:
“Bottom line: just like the Silver Fixing which last week announced its winddown, the days of the 117-year-old Gold fix are numbered. But to preserve continuity of riggedness and manipulation, perhaps they can just outsource their job duties to the biggest manipulators of all: Bank of England, the Fed and, of course, the BIS.”
So yes: it is now a fact that gold is manipulated by various commercial banks, and that those gold “raids” one sees every morning usually around the time of the London fix aren’t accidental at all but are entirely designed to reprice the market, but how deeper does the rabbit hole go?
[FCA Director Tracy] McDermott added: “Firms should be in no doubt that the spotlight will remain on wholesale conduct and we will hold them to account if they fail to meet our standards.”
Alas, this is a lie – by handing Plunkett to the public on a silver platter, it simply means that the far bigger and more important players in the gold manipulation market – stretching all the way to central bank and, of course, bank of central bank level, will simply be allowed to continue business “as usual.”
(RT) Federal regulators in the United States are reportedly investigation no fewer than two major American banks with regards to their relationships with clients believed to be tied to Mexican drug cartels.
Reuters reported exclusively on Wednesday this week that the US Securities and Exchange Commission is probing both Charles Schwab Corp. and Bank of America’s Merrill Lynch brokerage firm because clients of those entities were linked to Mexican drug cartels.
The SEC, Reuters reported, “is looking into whether the brokerages missed red flags that could indicate attempts to move money illicitly or to feed proceeds from drug trafficking and other crimes into the financial system by failing to know their customers well enough,” according to the newswire’s sources.
Representatives for both the SEC and Merrill Lunch declined to comment, Reuters reported, but an unnamed source claimed that Schwab has already launched an internal investigation of its own.
And while the SEC did not directly assist Reuters in their report, two sources confirmed to the newswire that the investigation has so far led regulators to believe that both Schwab and Merrill accepted “shell company” clients registered to individuals with fake addresses.
According to those sources, the financial companies had failed to properly vet their clientele and in turn took in customers linked to illegal activities, including the Mexican drug trade.
Most of the sources in the Schwab case, one insider told Reuters, “were located near the Mexican border and some were linked to drug money in Mexico.”
If those allegations are accurate, then it would be far from the first time that major American banks were linked to the Mexican drug trade: HSBC paid the US government $1.9 billion last year after it was caught aiding narcotics kings, and in years prior Wachovia Corp., Bank of America and Wells Fargo were all tied to similar allegations.
This time, though, the Department of Justice might not order a hefty settlement if bankers are found to have conspired these deals, but instead prison sentences for the Americans involved. Although no US banks have been held accountable for the last major economic collapse, Attorney General Eric Holder said earlier this month that no company or individual — be it a bank or otherwise — is “too big to jail.”

Dr. William H. Schuessler of Oldenburg, Germany published Shortened Therapeutics in 1873. This eminently practical work concentrated on just 12 simple mineral combinations, or salts, which he believed to be crucial to the health of the body. Schuessler’s students included major homeopathic figures such as H. C. G. Luyties of St. Louis, and Dr. Constantine Hering of Philadelphia, author of Hering’s Law of Cure (“Cure occurs from the head down, from within out, and in the reverse order in which the symptoms first appeared.”)
Efficient use of Schuessler’s biochemistry requires three things: a working understandingof homeopathy, a recognition that LOCALIZED tissue mineral deficiencies may exist, andpractical experience. The safety of homeopathic preparations is so extremely good that practically anyone may learn about and try these “cell salts” at home for themselves and their immediate family. More information on the salts and their specific health applications will be found in Dr. Schuessler’s Biochemistry by J.B. Chapman, M.D. (London: New Era Labs, 1973). Dr. Chapman’s excellent book indicates some keynote symptoms for the cell salts, of which the following is a summary:

Although I think that J. B. Chapman’s DR. SCHUESSLER’S BIOCHEMISTRY (London: New Era, 1973) is the easiest and best book on the subject, The Biochemic Handbook (St. Louis: Formur) is another readily available paperback guide to specific uses of the Schuessler cell salts. Either this book or Dr. Chapman’s will serve you well. Homeopathic pharmacies, suppliers and websites may carry them, along with other standard works on homeopathy.
MORE ON THE SCHUESSLER CELL SALTS
Twelve cell salts were recognized and categorized by a German biochemist William H. Schuessler in 1873. He found that there are certain essential minerals that the body requires, in proper balance, in all of its cells. An imbalance or a lack of any of theseminerals may lead to disease in the tissues so lacking. Providing the missing minerals tothe tissues corrects that imbalance, and so eliminates the illness. This seemingly simplesystem of cure has great practical application in health. Using only a small number of harmless combinations (or “salts”) of these minerals, it is possible for any individual totreat him- or herself simply and effectively for a great variety of everyday minor ailments. It is significant that such cell-salt treatment is replenishing something the body lacks and wants, as opposed to merely suppressing illness with drugs and other chemicals. Drugs do not provide missing cell nutrients, but drugs do add harmful chemicals to the body which ultimately compound the problem. The Schuessler cell salts may be seen as special raw materials for the body, which you need more of if you run out of what you normally have.
A “salt” is any type of readily dissolvable mineral combination, not just table salt. Many people take dietary iron supplements, but few would chew on a rusty nail for an ironsource. The same is true with the Schuessler minerals: the potassium, silicon, iron, phosphate or other substance must be in a special potentiation to be most useable to thebody. Most Schuessler cell salts are in a homeopathic potency, which uses minute quantities of a substance with great effect. The potentiation process multiplies the essential energy of a substance while at the same time decreasing the dosage amount. The subtlety, harmlessness and effectiveness of such preparations have been clinically proven for well over two hundred years, since the beginnings of homeopathic treatment in the 18th century.
Schuessler cell salts (also called “biochemic cell salts”) are a non-prescription itemand are available directly from any homeopathic pharmacy. Because of the medical profession’s long-standing opposition to homeopathic remedies, it is not certain that your local drug store will even know what “cell salts” are, let alone stock them. Most health food stores do carry them. Schuessler remedies are commonly in a “6X” homeopathic potency. The “X” refers to the Roman numeral 10; 6x is one part in ten, repeated six times. The cost of the mineral tablets is very moderate, usually $5 to $8 per bottle of 250 or more. Addresses of homeopathic pharmacists may be obtained by using any an internet search engine.

It’s long been established that the financial system is infiltrated and controlled by criminals. However, recent scandals and the economic crash of 2008 have diverted attention away from other misdeeds which should not be ignored.
This report hopes to serve as a reminder that widespread corruption within the banking industry is nothing new; in fact, you could say it was built that way.
So here we’re going to look at just a handful of crimes that the banksters hope you forget:
1. Iran Contra
In the Iran Contra scandal, the Bank of Credit and Commerce International revealed how it aided the CIA and other intelligence agencies in laundering billions of dollars in financial fraud, illegal drugs deals, and other crimes.
2. “Allocated” Gold Scam
In August 2005 Morgan Stanley was forced to settle a class-action law suit for duping their clients. The bank sold precious metal under false pretenses, claiming that it was bought and stored by the company when in fact the bank went ahead and invested in lesser value stocks and securities.
3. Fraudulent Foreclosure
Giant banks have been shown to have engaged in fraudulent foreclosure practices. The big banks used robo-signers to forge mortgage documents which led to many people losing their homes. This included people that never held any mortgages. Even president Obama was affected. Attorney generals from 40 states have launched investigations.
4. Drug Money
In 2009 the United Nations’ drug and crime tsar reported to The Observer that drug money to the tune of billions of dollars saved the financial system from going under during the global crisis.
5. Nazi Connections
In 1999 the BBC reported that the NAZIs were funded by American banks. According to unclassified documents, Manhattan Chase Bank froze the assets of Jews when it collaborated with German authorities during the war.
6. Mortgage Scams
The Bank of America NA received financial incentives from a federal program to assist homeowners get mortgage-loan modifications. However, it prevented the home owners from receiving these modification programs that could have saved them millions of dollars in losses.
7. Illegal Fees
And in a massive fraud against American taxpayers and veterans, JP Morgan Chase and San Francisco’s Wells Fargo Bank of America and appeared on the list of 13 banks and mortgage lenders that charged military veterans illegal fees to refinance their home loans. In order to conceal the illegal fees, the banks and mortgage companies inflated the legal charges.
8. Manipulating Interest Rates
Morgan Stanley was exposed for its part in hiking interest rates. Unsealed documents revealed that the global bank cabal colluded and schemed for many years to manipulate the interest rates.
9. Insider Trading
Research indicates that most cases of bank fraud usually involve the bank’s insiders. More than half of these cases usually involve chief executives, finance directors, and other senior managers.
10. Dirty Money
Recently, HSBC were accused in a report by the senate of exposing the American economy to money from Saudi Arabian terrorists, rogue regimes in Cuba and Korea, and Mexican drug cartels.
Like always, these crimes are just a glimpse into the murky world of the corrupt establishment.
Do your own research, the items listed here are just the beginning.
Why Is The Pope’s Mitre Shaped Like A Fish? Did you ever wonder why the Pope’s mitre looks like the head of a fish? What are the origins of this ceremonial hat and what does it truly represent?
What is the origin of the Pope’s hat?
Dagon, the fish-god of the Philistines and Babylonians, wore a fish hat that is still seen today with Roman Catholic Church‘s pope and bishops.
“The miter is derived directly from the miters of the ancient pagan fish-god dagon and the goddess Cybele. The papal miter represents the head of Dagon with an open mouth, which is the reason for the pointed shape and split top.”
The story the church wants you to believe is provided by a PDF entitled, “The Bishop’s Vestments” while an online version of this explanation can be found here.
What the church’s explanation fails to describe is the actual fish eye on the side of the mitre. Perhaps this is an ember of charcoal from the tongues of fire?
“In their veneration and worship of Dagon, the high priest of paganism would actually put on a garment that had been created from a huge fish! The head of the fish formed a mitre above that of the old man, while its scaly, fan-like tail fell as a cloak behind, leaving the human limbs and feet exposed.”
“The most prominent form of worship in Babylon was dedicated to Dagon, later known as Ichthys, or the fish. In Chaldean times, the head of the church was the representative of Dagon, he was considered to be infallible, and was addressed as ‘Your Holiness’. Nations subdued by Babylon had to kiss the ring and slipper of the Babylonian god-king. The same powers and the same titles are claimed to this day by the Dalai Lama of Buddhism, and the Pope. Moreover, the vestments of paganism, the fish mitre and robes of the priests of Dagon are worn by the Catholic bishops, cardinals and popes.”
Ea / Enki, who is a God of Sumerian (Enki) and Babylonian (Ea) mythology. In Babylonian mythology, Ea was a water god who was half man, half fish hybrid. In Greek mythology, Ea was known as Oannes.
By any name, this fish-god can be traced back to the genetic manipulation of man by the Anunnaki, as evidenced by Zecharia Sitchin’s work. It is believed that, in the daytime, this deity would emerge from the water and was responsible for teaching art, science and writing to the human race.
Berossus, a 3rd century Babylonian priest once wrote,
“At first they led a somewhat wretched existence and lived without rule after the manner of beasts. But, in the first year after the flood appeared an animal endowed with human reason, named Oannes, who rose from out of the Erythian Sea, at the point where it borders Babylonia.
“He had the whole body of a fish, but above his fish’s head he had another head which was that of a man, and human feet emerged from beneath his fish’s tail. He had a human voice, and an image of him is preserved unto this day. He passed the day in the midst of men without taking food; he taught them the use of letters, sciences and arts of all kinds.
“He taught them to construct cities, to found temples, to compile laws, and explained to them the principles of geometrical knowledge. He made them distinguish the seeds of the earth, and showed them how to collect the fruits; in short he instructed them in everything which could tend to soften human manners and humanize their laws.
“From that time nothing material has been added by way of improvement to his instructions. And when the sun set, this being Oannes, retired again into the sea, for he was amphibious.”
“The chief priests wore miters shaped like the head of fish, in honor of Dagon, the fish-god, the lord of life – another form of the Tammuz mystery, as developed among Israel’s old enemies, the Philistines. When the chief priest was established in Rome, he took the title Pontifex Maximus, which was imprinted on his miter.
“When Julius Caesar (who like all young Roman of good family, was an initiate) had become the head of State, he was elected Pontifex Maximus, and this title was held henceforth by all of the Roman emperors down to Constantine the Great, who was, at one and the same time, head of the church and high priest of the heathen!
“The title was afterward conferred upon the bishops of Rome and is today borne by the pope, who is thus declared to be, not the successor of the fisherman-apostle Peter, but the direct successor of the high priest of the Babylonian mysteries and the servant of the fish-god Dagon, for whom he wears, like his idolatrous predecessor, the fisherman’s ring.”
Did you ever wonder why people kiss the Pope’s ring? Why do so many people of prominence kiss the Pope’s ring?
The Ring of the Fisherman, also known as the Piscatory Ring, is an official part of the regalia worn by the Pope, who is head of the Catholic Church and successor of Saint Peter, who was a fisherman by trade. It used to feature a bas-relief of Peter fishing from a boat, a symbolism derived from the tradition that the apostles were “fishers of men” (Mark 1:17).
The Fisherman’s Ring is a signet used until 1842 to seal official documents signed by the Pope.
According to wiki, In breaking with this tradition:
“At the official introduction to his office, the classic ring remained in its case. It was passed to Pope Benedict XVI by the dean of the College of Cardinals, Angelo Cardinal Sodano. The ring was designed by jeweller Claudio Franchi, who watched as Benedict placed the ring on himself.”
Although Pope Benedict XVI wore his Fisherman’s Ring daily, it is no longer the custom for popes to wear it at all. Generally, a new pope will either inherit the daily-wear ring of his predecessor, keep an old ring of his own preference, or will choose a new daily-wear style.
Why is it no longer custom for the pope to wear this ring? Because in astrotheology, we are existing out of the Age of Pisces (the two fish) and into the Age of Aquarius.
The ring no longer symbolizes the Age of Pisces. Instead of seeing the two fish on people’s bumper stickers, we will soon start seeing some sort of sign for the water bearer, Aquarius.
In the bible, Dagon dates back to around the 3rd millennium, B.C., long before the birth of Jesus Christ and was first mentioned in Judges 16:23, where the Philistines offered Dagon a great sacrifice after their idol allegedly delivered Samson to them.
“Then the lords of the Philistines gathered them together for to offer a great sacrifice unto Dagon their god, and to rejoice: for they said, Our god hath delivered Samson our enemy into our hand.” – Judges 16:23
This is just one of the many ritualistic sacrifices that we see in the bible and is no different than any modern day sacrifice, such as 9/11 or any given war.
Many consider the Canaanites to be part of the Philistines who worshipped worshiped Baal, Astarte and Dagon. These were some of the early sun-worshipping cultures that have led to many of the metaphors we see in modern religion, e.g. God’s son/sun.
In Mali, there is a tribe called the Dogons, whose legends from their heritage were used by the Egyptians and subsequent dynasties. The Dogon knew of constellations and alignments that we didn’t ‘discover’ until many years later, such as Sirius B.
According to Dogon legend, the Nommos arrived from the Sirius star system in a vessel along with fire and thunder, or as we would say today, in a UFO. The Nommos were part fish and part man and could live on both land and in the sea. They are also referred to as “Masters of the Water”, “the Monitors”, and “the Teachers”.
Perhaps frogs, dolphins and whales were placed here by the Nommos? Even the mystery of mermaids may originate from this premise.
Why do we see fish fries on Friday? Did you ever wonder why practicing Catholics abstain from eating fish on all days except Friday?
It is not because of the phonetics of Fry-Day. The origin of Friday come s from Freya’s Day. Freya (Fria) is the Teutonic goddess of love, beauty, and fecundity (prolific procreation) and is identified with the Norse god, Freya.
“In Greece the Greek word “delphos” meant both fish and womb. The word is derived from the location of the ancient Oracle at Delphi who worshipped the original fish goddess, Themis. The later fish Goddess, Aphrodite Salacia, was worshipped by her followers on her sacred day, Friday. They ate fish and engaging in orgies. From her name comes the English word “salacious” which means lustful or obscene. Also from her name comes the name of our fourth month, April. In later centuries, the Christian church adsorbed this tradition by requiring the faithful to eat fish on Friday – a tradition that was only recently abandoned.”
According to The Catholic Encyclopedia: An International Work of Reference on the Constitution, Doctrine, Discipline, and History of the Catholic Church:
“As to the ritual of his worship… we only know from ancient writers that, for religious reasons, most of the Syrian peoples abstained from eating fish, a practice that one is naturally inclined to connect with the worship of a fish-god.”
More fish food for thought
In the Revelation chapter of the bible it states the beast shall rise out of the sea:
“And I stood upon the sand of the sea, and saw a beast rise up out of the sea, having seven heads and ten horns, and upon his horns ten crowns, and upon his heads the name of blasphemy.” — Revelation 13:1
Perhaps this is responsible for the term “Holy See” (Holy Sea)?
It is certainly no coincidence that the entire planet abides by Maritime Admiralty Law, which is the law of the sea (Holy See).
As for the pope’s miter, it’s a fish hat and its origin is tied into mythology, ufology, paganism and sun worshiping.

If you’ve been imagining NSA surveillance as something distant, with analysts sitting in remote data centers quietly analyzing metadata—stop now. NSA surveillance has become a part of day-to-day law enforcement fabric in the United States. The Snowden disclosures that were made public as part of Glenn Greenwald’s book No Place to Hide drive this point home, and they emphasize why we need real change to government surveillance, not minor reforms.
There are two key points necessary to understand the domestic aspect of NSA surveillance: the integral role of the FBI in helping the NSA spy on Americans, and the acceptance of usage of NSA material for domestic and traditional law enforcement purposes. These are contingent, of course, on the fact that the NSA’s procedures allow widespread targeting of Americans.
Much of the material published on May 13 expanded on the disturbing revelations that we’ve already seen, but there were some standout points: new information about the degree of spying on the U.N. and other foreign officials, documents demonstrating the economic espionage aspect of NSA surveillance, and some interesting technical details about NSA programs. Among those technical details, what was especially striking for those of us in the United States were the slides that described how the FBI enables NSA surveillance.
A series of slides demonstrated that the FBI essentially serves as an attack dog for the NSA, doing the NSA’s domestic dirty work. One slide, which was previously published, notes that for purposes of PRISM, relationships with communications providers are only through the FBI. (slide23.jpg). Another slide describes how the FBI and NSA partner to “address an unreliable and incomplete Facebook collection system.” (slide81.jpg).
There are also a series of slides describing the FBI’s relationship with Microsoft. One notes that the NSA is now able to collect Microsoft Skydrive data as a “result of the FBI working for many months with Microsoft to get this tasking and collection solution established .” (slide27.jpg). The documents also show that the NSA, Department of Justice, and FBI collaborated to collect Skype data. (slide29.jpg). Similarly, after Microsoft enabled encrypted chat: “MS, working with the FBI, developed a surveillance capability to deal with the new SSL.” (slide30.jpg).
Clearly, the NSA would have a much more difficult—if not impossible—time collecting information without the FBI.
None of this should be surprising. It’s easy to forget that Section 215 of the Patriot Act allows the Federal Bureau of Investigation—not the NSA—to apply for production of business records.
Remember the Verizon order that jumpstarted the NSA surveillance conversation? That order was an application to the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court by the FBI for production of Verizon’s business records to the NSA.
The national discourse since June 6, 2013, has been about NSA spying. But talking about NSA spying on its own doesn’t make sense. We need to be talking about the surveillance state as a whole.
And it’s not just the FBI that we should be concerned about. The NSA’s role in ordinary investigations is not new information. But every document that expands on the NSA’s involvement in anything domestic, and not national security related, should ring alarm bells for everyone in the United States. We know now that:
The NSA data is fed to the Drug Enforcement Agency’s “Special Operations Division.” The DEA in turn uses this information in ordinary investigations, while cloaking the source– even from judges and prosecutors.
The Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court authorized the NSA to share unminimized data with the FBI, as well as the CIA, with the “Raw Take” order. Prior to this “agencies [had] to ‘minimize’ private information about Americans — deleting data that is irrelevant for intelligence purposes before providing it to others.”
Information sharing between the FBI, NSA, and CIA has been routinized through “software which would automatically gather a list of tasked PRISM selectors every two weeks to provide to the FBI and CIA.” (slide31.jpg). Similarly, the NSA sends “operational PRISM news and guidance to the FBI and CIA so that their analysts could task the PRISM system properly, be aware of outages and changes, and optimize their use of PRISM.”
And, most recently, we learned that the NSA partners with the DEA to record nearly all cell phone calls in the Bahamas– but not for national security purposes. This surveillance helps “to locate ‘international narcotics traffickers and special-interest alien smugglers’—traditional law-enforcement concerns, but a far cry from derailing terror plots or intercepting weapons of mass destruction.” In fact, a 2004 memo discusses the NSA’s integral goal in the war on drugs.
Everything we now know about the NSA paints a picture of an agency that has grown wildly outside the bounds of its purpose—to protect national security. The national security justifications for dragnet surveillance ring hollow. It’s time to take Congress and the President to task for this, and call for an end to the unchecked actions of our dangerous spy agencies—the NSA and the FBI.
Is this a sign of trouble ahead for the banking industry?
WASHINGTON— Just over 2 decades ago banker George Soros made his most famous investment by shorting the British pound and pocketing a billion dollars in the process. Since then he has become famous for betting on stock market crashes and in some cases even rigging markets to fail for his own gain.
Just months ago, Soros made headlines by making a billion dollar stock bet against the S&P 500. At the time this was said to be a sign of trouble ahead for the US economy, as Soros has seemed to have had advance knowledge of market crashes in the past. As a result of this reputation, investors have begun to keep a close eye on his holdings.
This week investors took notice again when Soros sold his shares of three major American banks, including Bank of America, JP Morgan and Citigroup.
The Wall Street Journal reported that “George Soros dumped his stakes in banks and went for tech and gold miners in the first quarter, according to a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission Thursday. Soros sold his holdings in Citigroup (NYSE:C) , J.P. Morgan (NYSE:JPM) and Bank of America (NYSE:BAC)”
In February 2009, Soros said the world financial system had effectively disintegrated, adding that there was no prospect of a near-term resolution to the crisis. “We witnessed the collapse of the financial system … It was placed on life support, and it’s still on life support. There’s no sign that we are anywhere near a bottom.”

Slowly – but surely – the USD’s hegemony is being chipped away whether by foreign policy faux pas, crossed red-lines, or economic fragility. However, on Day 1 of Vladimir Putin’s trip to China it is clear that the two nations are as close as ever. VTB – among Russia’s largest banks – has signed a deal with Bank of China to pay each other in domestic currencies, bypassing the need for US Dollars for “investment banking, inter-bank lending, trade finance and capital-markets transactions.” Kirill Dmitriyev the head of Russia’s Direct Investment Fund notes, “together it’ll be possible to discuss investment in various projects much more efficiently and clearly,” as Russia’s pivot to Asia continues to gather steam.
VTB, Russia’s second biggest lender, has signed a deal with Bank of China, which includes an agreement to pay each other in domestic currencies.
“Under the agreement, the banks plan to develop their partnership in a number of areas, including cooperation on ruble and renminbi settlements, investment banking, inter-bank lending, trade finance and capital-markets transactions,” says the official VTB statement.
The deal underlines VTB Group’s growing interest in Asian markets and will help grow trade between Russia and China that are already close trading partners, said VTB Bank Management Board Vasily Titov.
But it’s not just the banking relationships…
In the first day of a two-day trip to China Russia’s President Vladimir Putin said the two countries will be increasing their bilateral trade to reach a new level.
“Our countries have done a huge job to reach a new historic landmark…. China has firmly settled in a position of our key trade partner,” Putin said.
Putin also said that trade turnover between Russia and China grew almost 2 percent during 2013 to reach about $90 billion.
“If we sustain this pace the level of bilateral trade of $100 billion will be reached by 2015 and we’ll confidently move on,” Putin said.
Increasing investment cooperation is crucial, Putin added.
“Together it’ll be possible to discuss investment in various projects much more efficiently and clearly,” as Interfax quotes Kirill Dmitriyev the head of Russia’s Direct Investment Fund.
Researchers in London have found a way to make matter from light, using high powered lasers. The idea behind the theory was first thought up 80 years ago by two physicists, who were to work later on creating the world’s first atomic bomb.
In 1934, US physicists Gregory Breit and John Wheeler worked out that, on very rare occasions, two particles of light (photons) could combine to produce an electron and a positron. They were never able to carry out their theory in practice as they believed it would be almost impossible.
However, Steve Rose, who is professor of physics at Imperial College London, says, “today, nearly 80 years later, we proved them wrong.” Rose went on to add, “despite all physicists accepting the theory to be true, when Breit and Wheeler first proposed the theory, they said that they never expected it be shown in the laboratory.”
“What was so surprising to us was the discovery of how we can create matter directly from light using the technology that we have today in the UK. As we are theorists we are now talking to others who can use our ideas to undertake this landmark experiment,” Rose continued.
They have managed to create a machine called a photon-photon collider, which would turn light into matter. However, the type of matter they are looking to create will be invisible to the naked eye.
Oliver Pike, the lead researcher of the study, said that the experiment would be the most elegant demonstration of Einstein’s famous formula. “The Breit-Wheeler process is the simplest way matter can be made from light and one of the purest demonstrations of E=mc2,” he told The Guardian.
The process works something like this. Firstly, the scientists would use an extremely powerful laser to speed up the electrons to travel almost at the speed of light. These electrons would then be fired at a slab of gold. This would create a beam of photons, which are a billion times more powerful than visible light.
The next stage sees a high energy laser being fired into a hohlraum, which is the German for an ‘empty room.’ As a consequence, light as bright as that emitted by stars is produced and in the final stage, the first beam of the photons is directed towards the hohlraum, where the two streams collide, which forms electrons and positrons.
The study has been published in the journal Nature Photonics.
The scientists hope that the process will be demonstrated over the next 12 months, and if it is successful, it will encourage physicists to study how subatomic particles behave. Pike stated, “such a collider could be used to study fundamental physics with a very clean experimental setup: pure light goes in, matter comes out. The experiment would be the first demonstration of this.”
The experiment would recreate a process that was important in the first 100 seconds of the universe and that is also seen in gamma ray bursts – the biggest explosions in the universe and one of the greatest unsolved mysteries of physics.
The following is an interview of Osama bin Laden’s personal guard, Nabil Na’eem Abul Fattah. Na’eem tells Lebanon’s Asian News Agency in an interview that not only is the leader of Al-Qaeda, his former colleague Ayman Al-Zawahiri, a US double agent working on behalf of the interests of Washington, but that the leader of Jabhat Al-Nusra is a US agent fighting inside Syria.
He talks about the revolt of the Syrian branch of the Muslim Brotherhood against Hafez Al-Assad and explains that ideas about a new caliphate are a tool of US foreign policy. He also says that the foreign fighters in Syria are fools who are “fighting the war in Syria on America’s behalf.” Warning them that they will all be killed or put in prison after they serve their purposes “like what happened to us after Afghanistan.”
For the past few decades, cloud-like white trails have been appearing in the sky all over the world. Are these cloud-like trails created from the exhaust of jet engines or are they the results of chemicals being sprayed into the atmosphere? To understand if chemtrails are real and not a hoax, we need to understand the difference between chemtrails and contrails.
The Difference Between Chemtrails and Contrails
A lot of people who believe that chemtrails are a hoax don’t understand the nature of how contrails are created. Unlike chemtrails, contrails are naturally created when hot humid air from jet exhaust mixes with cold air at a high altitude. This process leaves cloud-like trails behind jet engines. Contrails don’t stay in the atmosphere very long because they disperse quickly. On the other hand, chemtrails don’t disperse as quickly as contrails, which is why they can stay in the form of cloud-like trails for hours and can stretch for miles.
Many chemtrail researchers believe that there is a conspiracy behind chemtrails and certain factions of the government are behind it. They believe that the main reason why unnaturally high levels of aluminum and barium are being measured in the soil is because these toxic metals are being sprayed into the atmosphere using chemtrail spray technologies. They also believe that certain factions of the government are using chemtrails for geoengineering purposes. In other words, they are trying to artificially change the atmosphere, so that they can manipulate the weather.
Morgellons disease and chemtrails
Some chemtrail researchers believe they have found some evidence linking chemtrails to Morgellons disease, which is a disease that causes skin lesions and rashes to appear on the body. Victims of Morgellons often experience skin irritations that makes them feel like small bugs or ants are crawling under their skin. Furthermore, their skin will sometime exude a kind of film that covers the wounds, preventing their skin from healing. One of the strangest symptoms of Morgellons is the mysterious appearance of fluffy threads or fibers inside and above the skin. Scientists are still trying to solve the mystery behind these fluffy fibers. However, some scientists believe it is caused by nanites or nanobots.
The short YouTube video below explains in more detail about chemtrails and contrails. After watching this video, do you think there is enough proof to prove that there is some truth to the chemtrail conspiracy?

Chemtrails Confirmed Again: Modern Turbofan Engines Less Likely to Produce Contrails
Since 80% of the air providing thrust bypasses direct combustion, the engine exhaust is not capable of producing the water vapor required to form a contrail.
The main products of hydrocarbon fuel combustion in a jet engine are carbon dioxide and water vapor.
In older designs of Ramjet and “low-bypass” jet engines, contrails were readily formed at altitudes above 26,000 feet when water vapor (produced by fuel combustion) raised the relative humidity past the saturation point of the atmosphere outside the aircraft.
Water vapor, blown out the engine exhaust would form a visible contrail of ice crystals as it cooled at a distance of approximately one and one-half wing-spans behind the engine. Tiny particulates of sulfur in the jet exhaust would allow the super-cooled water to crystallize into the familiar jet contrail formation that almost always dissipated within several seconds behind the aircraft.
How a High-Bypass Jet Works
The efficiency of high bypass jet engine design is a radical departure from the older low-bypass engines.
Why Modern High Bypass Jet engines almost never produce contrails:
The term “high bypass” refers to the high ratio of thrust produced by air that is not subjected directly to hydrocarbon fuel combustion. Since 80% of the air providing thrust bypasses direct combustion it is not capable of producing the water vapor required to form a contrail.
At high altitudes this water vapor emerges into a cold environment, and the local increase in water vapor can raise the relative humidity of the air past saturation point. The vapor then condenses into tiny water droplets which freeze if the temperature is low enough. These millions of tiny water droplets and/or ice crystals form the contrails. The time taken for the vapor to cool enough to condense accounts for the contrail forming some way behind the aircraft’s engines. At high altitudes, supercooled water vapor requires a trigger to encourage deposition or condensation. The exhaust particles in the aircraft’s exhaust act as this trigger, causing the trapped vapor to rapidly condense. Exhaust contrails rarely occur below 8,000 m (26,000 ft), only if the temperature there is below −40 °C (−40 °F), and if the relative humidity is over 60%. (Wiki)
High Bypass jet engine design used in almost all modern aircraft are incapable of producing contrails
The CFM56 first ran in 1974[1] and, despite initial export restrictions, is now one of the most common turbofanaircraft engines in the world, with more than 20,000 having been built[2] in four major variants. It is most widely used on the Boeing 737airliner and, under military designation F108, replaced the Pratt & Whitney JT3D engines on many KC-135 Stratotankers in the 1980s, creating the KC-135R variant of this aircraft. It is also the only engine (CFM56-5C) used to power the Airbus A340-200 and 300 series. The engine (CFM56-5A and 5B) is also fitted to Airbus A320 series aircraft. (Wiki)
Are you seeing more people sneezing and tearing up every allergy season? Studies show that allergies are on the rise in developed countries, including the United States — not just seasonal allergies, but allergies of all kinds. Officials say they can’t quite pinpoint the mysterious cause behind such a dramatic increase in allergies, blaming it on some unknown factor in human genetics and our environment. However, it really is no mystery at all.
An allergy is a hypersensitivity disorder of the immune system. Symptoms include red eyes, itchiness, and runny nose, eczema, hives, or an asthma attack. Allergic reactions are typically defined as sensitivities that occur when a person’s immune system reacts to a supposedly harmless substance in the environment. The real problem is that there are many substances in our environment which are no longer harmless.
Close to 55 percent of Americans were sensitive to at least one allergy-inducing substance, according to a national survey conducted from 1988 to 1994 by the National Institutes of Health (NIH). That’s about two to five times higher, depending on the allergen, than the rates found by NIH between 1976 and 1980. Today almost 70 percent are sensitive to more than one allergy-inducing substance.
And food allergies in children have also experienced an uptick. From 1997 to 2007, the number of children with food allergies rose 18 percent, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
Walk into any kindergarten class, and they’re all nut-free kindergarteners because of the high incidence of nut allergies. These kids didn’t exist a few decades ago. Many schools are even having to put restrictions on eggs, seeds and even specific types of fruits.
5 REASONS ALLEGIES ARE INCREASING
1. We’re Too Clean
The “hygiene hypothesis” proposes children aren’t exposed to enough dirt, bacteria and other infectious agents early on, and their under-stimulated immune systems goes on the offense when exposed to benign stuff like food.
The immune system needs to come into contact with a variety of micro-organisms and bacteria while it is developing at the infant stage, in order that it responds appropriately later in life.
Children are actually increasingly allergic to anti-bacterial products, many which are ironically supposed to prevent allergies.
Whilst children living in farms were previously directly exposed to animals, and their environment contained a range of microbial agents and plant derived agents, most of us now live in cities where we have minimal exposure to animals. We know that children with regular contact with farm animals have a lower incidence of allergy. Inadequate exposure to environmental micro-organisms may therefore result in the immune system of atopic children developing a tendency towards allergy.
Previous studies have shown that children in daycares, known to be hotbeds for spreading germs, have fewer allergies than those raised at home with less contact with other kids, said Dr. Richard Honsinger, an allergist and immunologist at Los Alamos Medical Care Clinic in New Mexico.
Young children who share their home with dogs or cats in the first year of life are half as likely to become allergic to those animals than kids who grew up with no pets. Young children who share their home with two dogs or cats in the first year of life are half as likely to become allergic to those animals than kids who grew up with only one dog or cat, or no pets.
Studies show that the microbial world in which a child is reared plays a role in allergy development, seemingly from birth. Babies delivered vaginally accumulate markedly different bacteria on their skin and in their guts than babies delivered by Caesarean section, and that in turn has been linked in studies to a lower risk of hay fever, asthma and food allergies.
2. Pollution
Common air pollutants, such as ozone, sulfur dioxide, and nitrogen dioxide probably act more as irritants than as promoters of sensitization. These pollutants have been shown to be hazardous to adults and children with asthma. Recent studies suggest that prematurely born children are more sensitive to the respiratory effects of outdoor pollution. There may also be an association with diesel exhaust particles and the worldwide increase in respiratory allergies. Diesel exhaust has been shown to enhance the ability to make the allergy antibody, IgE, in response to exposure to allergens.
Exposure to smoke results in the body’s enhanced ability to produce IgE (the allergy antibody) that attaches to allergens (e.g. pollen, dust mites and dander). The IgE response is a key trigger of allergic reactions.
The concentration of air pollution in our environment depends on both the amount of pollution produced and the rate at which pollutants disperse. This depends largely on wind (both strength and direction). In areas where the wind is very strong, pollution is dispersed and blown away. In areas where there is little or no wind, air pollution accumulates and concentrations can be high.
Geoengineering strategies are taking a huge toll on the environment of every major city in the world. High altitude chemtrails contain high levels of barium and lead as well as trace amounts of other chemicals including aluminum, arsenic, chromium, cadmium, selenium and silver. They have also been found to contain more than twenty different types of bacteria and fungii detected in various cities throughout the world at various concentrations with the potential to cause many different types of allergies and diseases.
3. Genetically Modified Foods
A popular book, Genetic Roulette by Jeffrey Smith, is raising literacy about genetically modified foods and the threats they pose to sustainable life on our planet. The book also details how the increase in allergies could be largely attributable to GMO foods.
Researchers have found clear links among the consumption of GM-corn and immunological alterations in the gut and the exacerbation and creation of allergies.
When a new gene is introduced into a plant’s genome, the principal end result is the production of a new protein. Sometimes, new proteins found in transgenic plants can be entirely new to the human diet. Therefore, we can not simply assume that these new substances are non-allergenic based on past experience.
Proteins are large molecules composed of chains of diverse amino acids that fold into characteristic, three-dimensional structures. Countless different kinds of proteins exist, which enable organisms to perform myriad chemical and physical tasks. In theory, every protein holds the potential to trigger an allergic reaction. A protein causes an allergic reaction when certain conditions are met.
The surface of the protein must present IgE antibody binding sites.
Antibodies specific for certain allergens are only produced by individuals with immune systems susceptible to that allergen.
The more genetically modified plants become present on the market, the more people will be consuming proteins new to the human diet.
4. Medications in the Water Supply
Many concerns about chronic low-level exposure of medications exist directly from our drinking water. Our bodies may shrug off a relatively big one-time dose, yet suffer from a smaller amount delivered continuously over a half century, perhaps subtly stirring allergies or nerve damage artificial hormones and drugs in the water supply. Medications may pose a unique danger because, unlike most pollutants, they were crafted to act on the human body.
Residues of birth control pills, antidepressants, painkillers, shampoos and a host of other compounds are finding their way into waterways, and they have public health and environmental officials in a regulatory quandary.
The pharmaceutical and personal care products, or P.P.C.P.’s, are being flushed into rivers from sewage treatment plants or leaching into groundwater from septic systems. According to the Environmental Protection Agency, researchers have found these substances, called “emerging contaminants,” almost everywhere they have looked for them and they may be the culprits behind the increasing rates of many types of allergies.
These are chemicals that are designed to have very specific effects at very low concentrations. That’s what pharmaceuticals do. So when they get out to the environment, it should not be a shock to people that they have very specific and damaging effect on health.
While drugs are tested, the timeframe is usually over a matter of months, not a lifetime. Pharmaceuticals in low doses in the water supply also can produce allergies when they interact with other drugs at normal medical doses.
“We know we are being exposed to other people’s drugs through our drinking water, and that can’t be good,” says Dr. David Carpenter, who directs the Institute for Health and the Environment of the State University of New York at Albany.
5. Vaccines
Vaccines clog our lymphatic system and lymph nodes with large protein molecules which have not been adequately broken down by our digestive processes, since vaccines by pass digestion with injections. This is why vaccines are linked to allergies, because they contain large proteins which as circulating immune complexes (CICs) or “klinkers” which cause our body to become allergic.
Approximately 20 percent of children may outgrow their allergies, but with the increased frequency of recommened vaccines before the age of 3, severe allergic reactions will likely increase.
Egg is the second most common food allergy in early childhood. Approx 1.5 to 3.2 percent of all children under 3 have an egg allergy. It is fast becoming a recognized fact that those with an egg allergy should consult their doctor before receiving a vaccination. This is because occasionally vaccines are grown in cell cultures of chick embryo’s and may cause a reaction.
One of the first vaccines given to children, DTaP10, contains casein. Casein allergy coincidently appears in children in the first few months of life. Another vaccine given to children at two months of age is the Pneumococcal conjugate (PCV7). Each serotype for this vaccine is grown in soy peptone broth. A soy allergy is most common in infants and is usually noticed by 3 months of age…coincidence?
Injections have been used to create allergies in test animals. Any food protein remaining in the vaccine from the culture medium or diluent oils when injected along with an adjuvant can cause a food allergy.
It’s not a call for parents to abandon all hygiene practices, since hygiene (not vaccinations) is what eradicated many infectious diseases in the last few centuries. However, it is important to maintain a sense of awareness on all the factors that may affect and influence childhood allergies.
Anybody who thinks that we live in a society where we enjoy freedom of choice – or for that matter, anyone who believes that our thoughts are our own – hasn’t really been paying attention. The masses have always been manipulated, but modern technology has made the practice even easier and more insidious. The Internet, for example, has changed our lives in many ways, both good and bad. The same can be said of social media, which, though lauded by millions all over the world, is actually a tool of the New World Order, as noted a few years ago by Andrew Steele. Steele wrote that Facebook has altered society’s collective mind, and that is no exaggeration. This alteration is particularly apparent in young people, and it’s no wonder; a recent UK study found that more than half of all children have used an online social media site by the age of 10. Here are five reasons why social media are able to exert such control over the minds of our emerging generation.
1. Ease of access. Social media are everywhere, and with more and more social media apps becoming available on every sort of device from laptops to smartphones to tablets, it’s never been easier for young people to access social media sites. Since all too many parents succumb to consumerist pressures to equip their kids with the latest electronic gadgets and gizmos, those in control know they have a ready audience.
2. Lack of parental control. Parents are always a few steps behind their kids, and when advanced technology and constant innovation are combined with traditional youthful rebelliousness, it’s easy to see how social media can slip out-of-control. As many of today’s parents have taken to Facebook in a big way, viewing it as a way to keep the family connected, their teens (and sometimes their younger kids) have retreated in horror. They don’t want their parents to see their “private” posts and pics – which, curiously, they’re all too willing to share with the rest of the world. Kids are flocking to sites such as WhatsApp and SnapChat to get away from parental “intrusion.” And although many parents care very much about their children’s online activities, it is becoming more difficult to control these activities, particularly since the kids are often so much more technologically adept than their parents.
3. Unrelenting pressure (peer and otherwise) to conform. Young people are under constant pressure to conform to whatever their peers have deemed to be fashionable. This has always been the case, but the social media revolution has taken peer pressure to potentially dangerous new levels. (Ironically, young people using social media are particularly vulnerable to peer pressure to engage in anti-social behavior such as bullying.) Through social media, young people are under continual pressure to engage in behavior that serves the agendas not only of predatory marketers but also of the elite who are really in control. Although kids may think they are expressing their own individuality, they are actually being cleverly manipulated.
4. Disappearing boundaries. Despite special laws and regulations to protect the privacy of minors, social media are unrelenting in their efforts to make the private public. Young people are certainly not immune to the constant pressure to join online networks, and to share every detail of their lives with the world (excluding their parents, of course). Those in control are only too happy for the youngsters – and the rest of us as well – to make our lives an open book.
5. The creation of new norms. This is a net result of the four factors listed above. Social media’s omnipresence, constant and uncontrollable morphing, encouragement of conformity, and relentless efforts to erase the boundary between private and public life are creating an entirely “new normal” for childhood – and indeed for society at large. Increasingly, to not be almost constantly plugged into some sort of social media site is to be abnormal. Those in control of social media are very aware of this and are deliberately targeting young minds, which are far more malleable than the minds of older users.
Andrew Steele described Facebook as “a Pied Piper leading the march of the damned, dancing the world into the shackles of slavery…all to the beat of the New World Order’s drum.” Perhaps you are tempted to think he was overstating. But anyone who is concerned about the direction society seems to be heading would be wise to err on the side of caution, and do his or her part to help rein in the social media monster. We all need to be more vigilant and aware. Now, more than ever, parents need to teach their children that there is more to life than social media.

(University of Tasmania) A new study published in the Journal of Analytical Chemistry indicates that fluoride ions found in fluoridated water and toothpaste may lead to an increase in Urinary Stone Disease (USD). The study, “Determination of fluoride ions in urinary stones by ion chromatography”, was conducted by chemists from Russia and Australia, led by Pavel Nesterenko at the University of Tasmania.
Urinary stones are small crystallized deposits of minerals, especially calcium and magnesium, that can form in the urinary system and cause extreme pain. The crystals form as a result of dehydration which causes large quantities of minerals in foods to concentrate into crystals. Besides calcium and magnesium, the stones can also contain uric acid, cystine and fluorides. By studying which compounds create the stones researchers hope to better understand how to avoid them.
The chemists examined urinary stones using a technique known as ion chromatography (IC). The team states that “it is known that fluoride ions posses exceptive (sic) affinity to calcium ions, which gives a certain ground to consider hyperfluorosis (chronic disease developing as a result of a long term excessive ingress of fluorine and its compounds into the body) to be one of the possible causes of Urinary Stone Disease (USD).”
The team studied 20 urinary stones from patients at a Russian hospital using IC and conductivity detection. They discovered fluoride ions in 80% of the stones. The majority of the stones had low levels of fluorides but two contained high concentrations, above 0.5 mg. This could be due to high levels of fluoride in patients urine, possibly from drinking water containing fluorides and ingesting fluoride toothpaste.
The Tasmanian study is the second in a matter of months to show dangers associated with Fluoride. According to a new study published in the journal General Dentistry infants are at risk of dental fluorosis due to overexposure from fluoride in commercially available infant foods.
The researchers in that study analyzed 360 different samples of 20 different foods ranging from fruits and vegetables, chicken, turkey, beef, and vegetarian dinners. All of the foods tested had detectable amounts of fluoride ranging from .007-4.13 micrograms of fluoride per gram of food. Chicken products had the highest concentrations of fluoride, followed by turkey. The high levels found in the chicken and turkey can be attributed to “fluoride-saturated bone dust” involved in the process of mechanically separating the meat.
The substances added to municipal water supplies known by the name fluoride are actually a combination of unpurified by products of phosphate mining, namely hydrofluorosilicic acid, sodium fluorosilicate, and sodium fluoride. In the United States thousands of tons of fluorosilicic acid is recovered from phosphoric acid plants and then used for water fluoridation. During this process the fluoride ion is created.
This process of taking waste from the phosphate industry and putting it into drinking water has long been criticized for it’s effects on human health, and that of the environment. It is well known that water fluoridation has led to dental fluorosis for millions of children. This discoloring of the teeth was called “cosmetically objectionable” by the Centers for Disease Control. Beyond the cosmetic effect there have been a number of studies indicating health issues ranging from arthritis, brain problems, reduced thyroid or overactive thyroid, kidney problems and bone cancers.
While proponents of water fluoridation have long pointed to an apparent drop in tooth decay in fluoridated nations as proof of it’s validity, those claims have been proven wrong by the World Health Organization. The Center for Disease Control and Prevention has stated the fluoride in the water is directly related to better teeth quality however, the WHO released it’s own study showing that tooth decay rates have dropped in all western nations, whether fluoridated or not.
The push back against adding fluoride to the water supply has become an international struggle. In southwest Ireland, in the area known as West Cork, lies a rural town that has been the center of a new movement against water fluoridation. Bantry, Ireland has become the first fluoride free town in all the country. Owen Boyden, and the West Cork Fluoride Free Campaign launched the effort in Bantry and have plans to take the campaign to other towns in West Fork.

UFO’s and extraterrestrial aliens have been documented in Earth history for tens of thousands of years, much longer than what the bible has the origins of the Earth.
An unidentified flying object, often abbreviated UFO or U.F.O., is an unusual apparent anomaly in the sky that is not readily identifiable to the observer as any known object. Originally referred to popularly as “flying saucers” during the late 40’s, the term UFO became more widespread during the 50s at first in professional literature, but later in popular language. UFOs garnered considerable interest during the Cold War, an era associated with a hightened concern for national security.
Various studies, both governmental and civilian, have concluded that the phenomenon does not represent a threat to national security nor does it contain anything worthy of scientific persuit, although there is disagreement. Culturally, the phenomenon has often been associated with extraterrestrial life or government-related conspiracy theories, and thus has become a popular theme in fiction.

Figurines, Lizard-headed or Ubaid Style, clay, Ur (Ubaid culture), 5th millenium BCE, h:13.6 cm From the Ubaid – Southern Mesopotamian Period, 5000 BCE – 4000 BC. Found in Ur. The Ubaid culture succeeded the Halaf at the end of the 6th millenium BCE in southern Iraq, then spread throughout Mesopotamia. Ubaid culture is known for painted pottery; large houses of tripartite plan for extended families; and lizard-headed figurines of both male and female gender. Figurines such as the above examples are typical.
The figure on theleft holds a baby on her hip and suckles it. The figure on the righthas incised stretch marks on her abdomen. It has been suggested thatthe brown-painted dots and lines represent tatoos, and the clay pelletsscarring. It is unknown if the shape of the skulls represents actualhead-binding.Similar Lizard-headed figurines have been found at Eridu.Collon, Dominique. Ancient Near Eastern Art. Berkeley: University of California Press, 1995, pg 46.
Kimberley, Australia
3,000 BC
These are images from Kimberley, Australia (approximately 5,000 years ago). They are Australian Aborigine cave paintings. Aboriginal myths incorporate the idea of “sky-beings”, with the Wandjina being among the most interesting to consider. The Wandjina have been preserved in a fascinating oral tradition and in a large collection of rock paintings scattered throughout the Kimberley region of northern Australia. The paintings have received all manner of interpretations from stylized representations of a pervasive myth system to naive “ancient astronaut” theories. It is however fascinating to see that the indigenous tribes viewed the Wandjina as “the spirit in the cloud.” Indeed, the unique painting style shows a logical sequence from human figures to stylised representations of clouds. This duality of anthropomorphic form and “clouds” is widespread in primitive cultures and finds an interesting parallel in the biblical accounts in “Exodus.”

These petroglyphs were created thousands of years ago by ancient Indians in the American Southwest. According to Indian folklore, two objects collided high in the sky and one crash-landed in the region of Death Valley. Some men arrived (presumably in another ship) and spent some time repairing the damaged Craft and were observed by the local Indians. The two images below may possibly depict the ship (left) used by the men who came to repair the damaged craft. In comparing the two images, the one on the right seems to depict structural damage around the edges and the bottom. Could it be the one that allegedly crashed?

This is an artistic reproduction of a relief found in a labyrinth on the island Jotuo in the Toengt’ing lake. An expedition took place in 1957 (two years before an earthquake in that region). The expedition was led by professor Tsj’i Pen-Lai. They found various reliefs showing “humans” in strange clothes which looked like astronaut suits (hose like objects attached to the clothes). They also found a painting which apparently resembled the solar system. The third and fourth circle (planet) were connected with a line. Also there were ten planets (excluding the sun as planet).

The image on the left comes from the 10th Century Tibetan translation of the Sanskrit text “Prajnaparamita Sutra”, held at a Japanese museum. In the enlargement you can see two objects that look like hats, but why are they floating in mid air? also one of them appears to have port holes on it. Indian Vedic texts are full of descriptions of Vimanas. The Ramayana describes Vimanas as a double decked, circular or cylindrical aircraft with portholes and a dome. It flew with “the speed of the wind” and gave forth a “melodious sound”.

These images of two crusaders date from a 12th century manuscript ” Annales Laurissenses” (volumes/books about historical and religion events)and refer to a UFO sighting in the year 776, during the siege on Sigiburg castle, France. The Saxons besieged and surrounded the French people. They both were fighting when suddenly a group of discs (flaming shields) appeared hovering over the top of the church. It appeared to the Saxons that the French were protected by these objects and the Saxons fled.

This is a French jeton minted in 1680, a coin-like educational tool that was commonly used to help people count money, or sometimes used as a money substitute for playing games. It is about the size of a U.S. quarter-dollar and similar to thousands of other jetons with different religious and educational designs that were produced and used in Europe during the 16th and 17th centuries. It appears to commemorate a UFO sighting of a wheel like object. Some researchers feel it represents the Biblical Ezekiel’s wheel. The Latin inscription ‘OPPORTUNUS ADEST’ translates as ‘It is here at an opportune time”.

England
1783
The illustration on the left depicts a sighting that occurred at 9.45pm on the evening of 18th August 1783 when four witnesses on the terrace of Windsor Castle observed a luminous object in the skies of the Home Counties of England. The sighting was recorded the following year in the Philosophical Transactions of the Royal Society. According to this report, witnesses observed an oblong cloud moving more or less parallel to the horizon. Under this cloud could be seen a luminous object which soon became spherical, brilliantly lit, which came to a halt; This strange sphere seemed at first to be pale blue in colour but then its luminosity increased and soon it set off again towards the east. Then the object changed direction and moved parallel to the horizon before disappearing to the south-east ; the light it gave out was prodigious; it lit us everything on the ground.; The image was captured in this by Thomas Sandby (a founder of the Royal Academy) and his brother Paul, both of whom witnessed the event.

As a half-dozen multi-national corporations led by Monsanto continue their quest to own the world’s food supply, organized resistance by the people of Earth mounts as well. It’s been a back-and-forth war with victories and defeats on each side. On May 24 in cities and towns across the globe, the world’s citizens will join together for one giant, worldwide public protest. It’s the March Against Monsanto.
Global March Against Monsanto – They can black-out coverage, but they can’t stop it.
In terms of sports analogies, it’s the eighth inning, the start of the fourth quarter, or the beginning of stoppage time. Summing up the latest scoring by both teams, the contest is tied. Forces on both sides of the issue have seen victories and losses recently. And every reader has a vested interest since every one of us consumes GMO products nearly every day, usually without even knowing it. Which side are you on?
March Against Monsanto
One way or another, the issue of genetically modified foods is going to come to a final conclusion soon. With a national ban on GMO products currently out of the realm of possibility, a law requiring the labeling of GMO products would probably accomplish the same result. If Monsanto has their way however, a national law will be enacted banning the labeling of GMO and non-GMO products. It would pave the way for laboratory-created organisms to replace natural food forever. Remember, the genes of GMO plants and animals have been modified to be dominant. There’s no switching back to natural, real food once GMO’s are fully integrated.
‘On May 24, millions of activists from around the world will once again March Against Monsanto, calling for the permanent boycott of Genetically Modified Organisms (GMOs) and other harmful agro-chemicals,’ the press release from the March Against Monsanto website reads, ‘Currently, marches will occur on 6 continents, in 52 countries, with events in over 400 cities. In the US, solidarity marches are slated to occur in 47 states.’
Most GMO activists on both sides of the issue probably aren’t aware of the origins of the March Against Monsanto. It originally had nothing to do with re-engineering the world’s food supply, but instead was organized by Kelly Derricks, president and co-founder of Children of Vietnam Veterans Health Alliance. Few know that Monsanto, the company that brings America its GMO vegetables, is also the company that gave the world the WMD Agent Orange. Derricks is quoted on the site saying, “If we fail to realize that March Against Monsanto is not about GMOs alone, then we have already lost the battle.”
Local marches
The March Against Monsanto website includes a scrolling spreadsheet with the ever-growing list of hundreds of local marches scheduled for May 24. When organizers released their last announcement, the number of organized demonstrations had exceeded 400 cities. To see if your town or a city near you is on the list, visit the March Against Monsanto local events section.
To give readers a brief glimpse at just how widespread the March Against Monsanto is, the city of Accra in Ghana will have a march. So will Windhoek in Namibia. South Africa will see no less than 6 separate marches in cities across that nation. India, South Korea, Israel, Ireland, Switzerland and Australia will also host mass marches. Belgium, Bosnia, Croatia, Czech Republic, and Cyprus show readers just how full the alphabetized list of participating nations is. There are literally too many to list in this space.
Germany leads European nations with 13 separate March Against Monsanto protests. But North America, home of Monsanto, appears to be ground zero. Canada has marches scheduled in 60 different cities and growing. While the US has more participating towns and cities than can be counted. California alone will have 50 separate anti-Monsanto demonstrations. Florida is another state that will host marches against Monsanto in no less than 31 communities.
Participating organizations
One segment of the American population that is energetically behind the March Against Monsanto is the Occupy Wall Street movement. Spearheading that effort is Occupy Monsanto. The group’s website proudly proclaims its support and participation in the March Against Monsanto and even reiterates some of the reasons for the global protest.
‘March Against Monsanto is a global call to action aimed at informing the public,’ the announcement reads, ‘calling into question long-term health risks of genetically modified foods and demanding that GMO products be labeled so that consumers can make informed decisions.’ The notice also includes a brief list of bullet points that include, ‘Protect our food supply, support local farms, protect our environment, promote organic solutions, expose the cronyism between big business and the government, and bring accountability to those responsible for the corruption.’
Another active participant in the March Against Monsanto is the grassroots organization, and good friend of Whiteout Press, Food and Water Watch. Currently, the group is diligently working to educate the American people, as well as fellow activists, as to what is currently at stake regarding national GMO labeling laws being proposed in Washington.
“The Grocery Manufacturers Association (GMA), with about 300 member companies like Monsanto, Coca-Cola, Nestlé and Smithfield, represents the largest food, beverage and biotech companies,” FWW’s Sarah Alexander recently told supporters, “And now, on behalf of all these companies, they’ve gotten Rep. Pompeo to introduce a Bill that will prohibit states from creating their own laws around labeling genetically engineered foods, while also making it illegal to create mandatory labeling at the federal level. You may have heard this Bill referenced as the DARK Act, or the Denying Americans the Right to Know Act.”
The global March Against Monsanto will take place in cities around the world on May 24, 2014. For more information, visit March-Against-Monsanto.com.
Researchers at China’s Sun Yat-sen University have discovered one of the mechanisms by which green tea helps lower cholesterol levels, as well as identified at least two of the specific chemicals responsible for the process.
Green tea has been an important component of traditional Chinese medicine for hundreds of years. More recently, scientific studies have supported wide-ranging health benefits, including lowering cholesterol levels.
For example, a meta-analysis of 14 separate randomized, controlled trials conducted on more than 1,000 people, published in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition in 2011, found that people who consumed more green tea (or green tea extract) had significantly lower levels of LDL (“bad”) cholesterol and total cholesterol than people who consumed less, while levels of HDL (“good”) cholesterol were unchanged.
Most scientific research has focused on the polyphenolic compounds found in tea, many of which have been shown to either disrupt the body’s synthesis of cholesterol or to reduce cholesterol absorption by the gut. Because green tea contains so many polyphenolic compounds, however, researchers have had a hard time determining which of these are responsible for the cholesterol-lowering effects.
Tea chemicals bind to cholesterol precursors
For the current study, researchers focused on two chemicals in the catechin family, which prior studies have indicated may have a strong effect on cholesterol synthesis. More specifically, the researchers tested four separate tea polyphenols in the presence of three separate enzymes that the body uses for cholesterol synthesis. They found that both (-)-epicatechin-3-gallate (ECG) and (-)-epigallocatechin-3-gallate (EGCG) were able to inhibit the activity of all three cholesterol-related enzymes simultaneously.
Armed with this data, the researchers used a computer model to analyze the interactions between the enzymes and the tea compounds. They found that all three cholesterol-precursor enzymes contain triangle-shaped binding pockets. ECG and EGCG both have shapes that allow them to form strong chemical bonds with all three of these enzymes at the same time.
The researchers are now using the same techniques to analyze other chemicals found in green tea, Chinese herbs and food supplements for their lipid-lowering potential.
“This work fills an important need to define the binding of components of natural products to key enzymes that may contribute to major pharmacological activities of traditional nutritional medicine,” said Basil Roufogalis of the University of Sydney, an expert on active components of herbal medicines who was not involved in the study. He noted that the research may eventually enable scientists to artificially synthesize drugs that mimic the activity of natural chemicals. This may allow doctors to intensify the cholesterol-lowering benefits of green tea without the side effects of other pharmaceutical drugs.
Green tea for whole body health
Studies have shown that tea benefits not just cholesterol levels but cardiovascular health in general. It also protects against neurodegenerative diseases. According to a study conducted by researchers from the University of Leeds and published in the Journal of Biological Chemistry in 2013, EGCG can actually halt the biological process believed to produce brain damage in Alzheimer’s disease.
It has been shown to lower the risk of liver disease, autoimmune diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis, tooth decay and cancers of the bladder, colon, esophagus, stomach and pancreas. Green tea may also help with weight loss and slow the progression of chronic diseases.
According to a study conducted by researchers at Tohoku University in Japan and published in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition in 2012, people who drink five or more cups of green tea per day are less likely to develop frailty or disability as they age, and are more likely to remain independent.
If you were wondering how banks got “too big to fail,” here’s a good place to start. This chart shows us how, over the last couple of decades, 37 banks have become just 4 mega-banks. These same 4 mega-banks have, thus far, been immune to the consequences of any and all of their terrible decisions that places the entire world economy in jeopardy.
You will be seeing a one world currency very soon.

This is the richest man in the world, and if you have any cash in your wallet then you have an IOU made out to him. He owns your mortgage, your car loan, your credit cards, and even your land.
His name is Lord Jacob Rothschild.
You won’t see his family’s wealth listed in the Forbes list of the world’s richest, nor will you hear much about him in the news. The reason is simple. Not only does he own Forbes, the Associated Press, and just about every other media outlet in the modern world, he also owns the world’s central banks.
This includes the Federal Reserve Bank in the United States. The Federal Reserve controls every bank in the United States [and the International Monetary Fund (IMF)]. The bankers control the government… and on it goes.
To put it in perspective, if his wealth was $100 bills then it would stack all the way to the sun… 15 times.
Watch this video to gain a greater understanding of Rothschilds wealth:
“The house of Rothschild has arisen from the quarrels between states, has become great and mighty from wars. The misfortune of states and peoples has been its fortune.” -Friedrich Edlen von Scherb
“The Rothschilds are the wonders of modern banking… We see the descendants of Judah, after a persecution of two thousand years, peering above kings, rising higher than emperors, and holding a whole continent in the hollow of their hands. The Rothschilds govern a Christian world. Not a cabinet moves without their advice. They stretch their hand, with equal ease, from Petersburg to Vienna, from Vienna to Paris, from Paris to London, from London to Washington. Baron Rothschild, the head of the house, is the true king of Judah, the prince of the captivity, the Messiah so long looked for by this extraordinary people. He holds the keys of peace or war, blessing or cursing… They are the brokers and counselors of the kings of Europe and of the republican chiefs of America. What more can they desire?” -Niles Weekly Register, 1835-1836
In the 1800s the Rothschilds began creating and controlling central banks. They have amassed the world’s largest store of gold bullion and they have the ability to manipulate markets in order to increase their wealth and decrease others’. Think of the Rothschild family as the family of puppet masters.
Every war, every peacetime, every food shortage; all controlled by them. They own the Bilderberg Group. And if you really want to delve into conspiracy theories, they are behind the Illuminati, Masons, New World Order, etc.
So next time you look in your wallet, remember that the cash you work so hard for is just a Rothschild IOU.
One of the most wondrous parts of our physical body is the Pineal Gland. It is also called the epiphysis cerebri, epiphysis, conarium or the “Third Eye.” It is a small endocrine gland in the vertebrate brain. It produces serotonin and melatonin, hormones that affect mood and modulate our wake/sleep patterns and seasonal functions. Its shape resembles a tiny pinecone (hence its name in Latin, pinea, which means “pinecone”), and it is located near the center of the brain, between the two hemispheres, tucked in a groove where the two rounded thalamic bodies join.
Even though this gland is hidden deep inside the brain and is only the size of a pea, it has been an almost fanatical obsession of masters, mystery schools and religions throughout the ages. Rene Descartes, the famous philosopher dedicated much of his life to studying the pineal gland, stating it is the “principal seat of the soul”. He believed it is the connection between the physical body and the mind/soul. We also see it playing prominent in the writings of Pythagoras, Plato, and Iamblichus, as well as in Egyptian, Tibetan and Roman Catholic Church. It is even mentioned by the Founding Fathers of the USA.
One of the central figures in Egyptian mystery school myths is the Eye of Horus. Many feel the eye of Horus is really the third eye, or the pineal gland. There does seem to be a lot of similarities, at least from an anatomical point of view.
One of the central figures in Egyptian mystery school myths is the Eye of Horus. Many feel the eye of Horus is really the third eye, or the pineal gland. There does seem to be a lot of similarities, at least from an anatomical point of view.
The Egyptian connection does not stop there, by any means — in fact some feel the great pyramid of Giza was not only built to stimulate Pineal activity, it was built with the initiation chamber in the shape/ location of the pineal gland.
In earlier blogs we have talked about the law of similarities, fractal relationships or morphic resonance. When we have things with such a great degree of similarity of shape, they can communicate (vibrate) with each other with ease. This pyramid/ third eye connection was not lost on the Founding Fathers of the U.S.A., who were mostly Free Masons; they used it as part of the country’s seal, which can be seen on the back of the American dollar bill to this day.
Many of the mystery schools often coded the information in the form of a pine cone. We can see this prominently in the Vatican as one of the largest statues to nature. It also retains a dominant role on the staff of the Pope. The entwined snakes on Osiris’ staff are reminiscent of the kundalini forces entwining up the spinal cord to end in the pineal gland.
The Pineal Gland develops in the human fetus around 21 days, responding to light and darkness. Even though it is hidden deep inside the brain, it has photoreceptor cells that bear a strong resemblance to the retinal cells of the eyes. In some species, like lamprey (jawless, blood sucking eel-like fish) and tuatara (reptile), the pineal gland has access to the surface of the skin (a foramen opening) and acts as a third eye with photoreception, having cornea, lens and retina. In Humans, the pineal gland helps set up the circadian rhythms. Melatonin is stimulated by darkness and inhibited by light. Why would we have an organ buried deep inside our brain that responds to light?
Recent scientific research has shown there are substantial, biological similarities between the retina and the pineal gland. Piezoelectric microcrystals may be transmitting photons that can be picked up by the retina-like tissue in the pineal gland—where they are then sent to the brain and descrambled into visual images. This may be responsible for what we call the “mind’s eye”—such as when we suddenly see a mental image of our friend right before he or she calls us. DNA itself seems to accumulate light and in the process transmit light to other cells as a form of communication. Can we watch this process in our mind’s eye? Clearly, more research is necessary to fully understand how the Pineal Gland actually works, but we already have some intriguing research available.
Even though the pineal gland is geographically in the center of the brain, it does not separate itself from the rest of the body with the Blood Brain Barrier (BBB), which the rest of the brain maintains. The internal portion of the pineal gland contains extremely coherent water, with small crystals that respond to piezoelectric frequencies. In fact, this water is so pure and coherent, it is hard to find this purity anywhere else in nature accept the microtubules in the cell. Rudolf Steiner, a well-known scholar of the esoteric mystery schools, argued that the legend of the Holy Grail—a chalice filled with the “waters of life” or “elixir of immortality”—is yet another symbolic reference to the pineal gland. A recent Steiner compilation entitled The Mysteries of the Holy Grail establishes detailed connections between the Grail legends and the pineal gland. The [Holy] Grail is also located within each of us, in the castle of the skull, and can nourish our subtlest perceptions in a way that dispels all but the most refined material influence.
This response to light has not gone unnoticed by researchers of psychedelic hallucinations. Dr. Rick Strassman, while conducting research on the psychedelic dimethyltryptamine (DMT) at the University of New Mexico, advanced the controversial hypothesis that a massive release of DMT from the pineal gland prior to death or near death was the cause of the near death experience (NDE) phenomenon. Several of his test subjects reported NDE-like audio or visual hallucinations. His explanation for this was the possible lack of panic involved in the clinical setting and possible dosage differences between those administered and those encountered in actual NDE cases. Several subjects also reported contact with ‘other beings’, alien-like, insectoid or reptilian in nature, in highly advanced technological environments where the subjects were ‘carried,’ ‘probed,’ ‘tested,’ ‘manipulated,’ ‘dismembered,’ ‘taught,’ ‘loved,’ and even ‘raped’ by these ‘beings’. Basing his reasoning on his belief that all the enzymatic material needed to produce DMT is found in the pineal gland, and moreover in substantially greater concentrations than in any other part of the body, Strassman has speculated that DMT is made in the pineal gland. Currently there is no published reliable scientific evidence supporting this hypothesis and as such, it is merely a hypothesis. DMT and chemically similar substances have been found in many of the botanicals that are used by Shamans around the world to induce euphoric states for them to communicate with the spirit world.
The mood altering substance serotonin, which is in the same chemical family of indols as melatonin and DMT, is manufactured in many parts of the body, especially the brain. Nicholas Giarmin, a professor of pharmacology, and Daniel Freedman, a professor of psychiatry, confirmed that the human brain manufactures serotonin at various sites in the brain. For example, in the Thalamus, they discovered 61 nanograms of serotonin per gram of tissue; in the Hippocampus, 56 ng.; in the Central Gray Section of the Midbrain, they found 482 ng. But in the Pineal Gland, they found 3140 ng. of serotonin per gram of tissue. The Pineal Gland was unmistakably the richest site of serotonin in the brain. This discovery implicates the Pineal Gland as an important site of serotonergic [serotonin-forming] activity. This strongly suggests pineal gland function can affect mood. On the other hand, there may be some correlation between pineal gland health and autoimmune issues such as MS.
Clearly, MS is associated with pineal calcification. For example, one study showed 100 percent of individuals with MS who were consecutively admitted to a hospital had pineal calcification compared to only 43 percent for similar-aged controls with other neurological disorders. In addition, groups who have a low MS incidence (e.g., African Americans, Japanese) also have less pineal calcification. Fluoride may affect the enzymatic conversion of tryptophan to melatonin. Fluoride may also affect the synthesis of melatonin precursors (e.g., serotonin), or other pineal products (e.g., 5-methoxytryptamine). The human pineal gland contains the highest concentration of fluoride in the body. Whether or not fluoride interferes with pineal function in humans requires further investigation.
When you start adding all of this up, where mystery schools, philosophers, major religions, and shamans all point toward the pineal gland being important for spiritual awaking, we can easily see a pattern. When you realize that modern health issues like mood disorders, depression and anxiety, as well as autoimmune issues like MS also point toward the small pineal gland, it triggers ones curiosity.
Pineal Gland – Connection to Spirit and Activation
As mentioned in earlier Blogs, the pineal gland has many interesting and curious connections to spirit. Often called the ‘Third Eye’ this small endocrine gland, buried deep in the center of the brain, has become the focus of many masters and shamans of the past. It has been claimed to be the ‘principle seat of the soul’, playing a prominent role in the mythology of the Egyptians, Tibet Buddhists, Roman Catholic Church, philosophers, scientists and even the founding fathers of the U.S.A. Some say it is the Holy Grail. The pineal gland has light receptors (similar to our eyes) creating insight into our ‘mind’s eye.’ It appears to have a connection to dreams, hallucinations, near death experiences, abductions and even visions. But what is its connection to spirit or other dimensions?
Being similar to a pinecone in shape (thus its name), the pineal gland is constructed in a three dimensional Fibonaccian spiral (that is close to a Golden Mean spiral). This shape in sacred geometry is considered a portal system onto itself, helping a person transcend dimensions in many mystery schools. A prime example of this is the mystical group called the Sufi. They do a spiral dance to get close to God and the heavens. Inside the pineal gland not only do we find the manufacturing of several ‘mind altering’ hormones such as melatonin, serotonin and possibly the psychedelic dimethyltryptamine (DMT), we find extremely coherent water with piezoelectric crystals. This extremely coherent water, encased in a sacred geometry chamber, has deep interest to us. The piezoelectric quality of this chamber is a great candidate for an event horizon to project us into other dimensions. This could be a connection to many things including: dreams, astral projection, remote viewing, visions and even the connection to higher self, the soul/spirit worlds. Some authorities have gone as far as calling it a Star Gate.
It certainly has the mythos of several religions, but now it appears the science and anatomy confirmation of this is being teased out of the literature. As we have mentioned in other blogs, coherence is a very significant transfer system of information. Coherence is a great storage system, like computer chips, hard drives or even the Mayan Crystal skulls. Psychics, seers and visionaries in many cultures throughout time have used it.
This coherent water in the pineal gland might be the master event horizon, but there are other places in the body that have coherent water. Dr. Stuart Hameroff, Professor of Anesthesiology at the University of Arizona, has put forward a theory. He believes the microtubules which are part of the cytoskeleton of cells, can — at least in brain neurons — be the connection between the body and consciousness. Many feel microtubules throughout the body also have this connection. It appears this coherence of water ‘communicates’ at the quantum level to the quantum field. In other blogs we have looked at this quantum field, (or Divine matrix, Noosphere, Source Field and many other names). At the core of these microtubules in the cellar matrix are centrioles, which control mitotic cell division.
Many researchers have contemplated these microtubules as part of a portal system. Most specifically Dr. Carl Calleman in The Purposeful Universe, put forward a thesis that not only are centrioles an important part of this fractal relationship and portal system, they are contemplated heavily in ancient Mayan Myths. He points out that the centrioles are one of the few places in the body that both circles (non-linear) and straight lines (linear) come together. The two centrioles are a 90o to each other, this being significant from both sacred geometry and esoteric lore. This figure shows up as a “T”, a very important symbol to the Maya, as it is how man came into the earth plane. This connection can also be seen in at least one Renaissance painting of the Christ Child. The end of a microtubule has 13 amino acids, which Dr. Calleman says represent the sacred 7 days and 6 nights of the important Mayan week. He goes on further to state that, the number of different amino acids being 20, which completes the calculation of the sacred Tzolkin Calendar of (13 x 20 =) 260 days. Embedded inside the arrangement of the amino acids can also be found the Flower of Life and the Seed of Life, so important to sacred geometry and the teachings of Drunvalo Melchizedek. Dr. Calleman goes on to show how the spiral shape of DNA has a fractal and Halographic relationship with atoms, all the way up to the Universe. A Halo is the organization of the Universe, with this showing up as a spin, creating a Tree of Life relationship. Of course there has to be coherence for all of these parts (Halos) to communicate. The Pineal Gland spiral pine cone shape makes it the master event horizon.
Some have gone on to suggest that this might be the core of teleportation technology in the future. Beam me up, Scotty.
The sum of underlying evidence points to a strong reason for why people who are interested in spiritual development, lucid dreams, or deeper understanding of the connection to higher self/spirit, may want to activate the pineal gland. This is not a new phenomenon. Mystery schools from the Free Masons to the Egyptians, Shamans and Tibetans and various esoteric groups, such as the Druids, have found rituals and techniques to stimulate the Third Eye, or pineal gland.
Just as the pineal gland appears 21 days after conception, many feel the process of awaking the pineal gland should take a minimum of 21 days. One of the techniques I have found very useful is Alexandra Luppold’s Dolphin Sun Activation Workshop, which takes a little over 21 days. This process goes through a personal clearing, followed by 21 days of guided meditations.
There are many other techniques that have been used, including Tom Keyon’s Pineal Dimensional Attunement, given to him from the Hathors. There is an interesting and very economical downloadable book, Pineal Gland and Third Eye: How to Develop “Conscious Self” Psychic Abilities [Kindle Edition], by Dr. Jill Ammon-Wexler. It goes through 15 ways to activate the pineal gland. I still feel the 21-day guided meditation technique is the best, but there are many ways to enhance this process.
In some cultures, it has traditionally been considered that a person is not even ready for marriage until their third eye is open. This is to say, they are going into this new relationship with their eyes wide open. An artifact of this practice can be seen in modern day India culture, where a woman will often wear a bindi (a dot or sticker) on her forehead to cover the third eye area. You will also see both males and females in several cultures painting over their third eye as part of sacred ceremonies.
Pineal Gland – What’s going Wrong and How to Fix It
We looked at some of the many connections for this small gland and spiritual development. From being called the ‘principle seat of the soul’ to the ‘Third Eye’, we saw how many mystery schools, religions, cults, philosopher and even politicians have viewed this hidden gland with reverence and even ah. Some have gone as far as calling it a star gate to other dimensions.
It appears that coherence of the crystals and water inside the pineal gland, as well as other places in the body, plays a large role in it function as a portal system to lucid dreaming, psychic events, vision and possible spiritual evolution.
This bring up a few questions
What, if anything is holding us back from this coherence?
How can we activate this coherence?
Holding us Back
There are many things that might keep us from Pineal Gland coherence. Here are three.
The Pineal Gland is almost like the bubble in a level. If life (physical, emotional, mental or spiritual) is out of level, the bubble is not in the middle and therefore coherence cannot happen. To have the Pineal Gland balanced and coherent, one has to have their life in order. This is not to say that sometimes a person will not have a vision when in poor health, as this sometimes happens. These incidences are not sustained coherence.
Focus
Interestingly, lack of and too much focus seem to cause the same problem with the Pineal Gland. Again, it is all about balance. As suggested in earlier blogs, too much focus can cause health issues like Multiple Sclerosis (MS), also most often having calcification of the Pineal Gland. Coherence cannot happen unless a direction of focus is maintained, but not too fanatically focused on. So the lesson here is almost a soft fuzzy focus in the direction of the intended coherence. It is similar to why a person has a hard time seeing an aura if they look too hard at a person; only perceiving them when they kind of get a fuzzy focus (out of the ‘side of their eyes’) look at a person. Coherence comes with just the right amount of focus, not too much, nor too direct, but just right. It is a feeling, a state of mind, or field, more than pure hard work. It is something that comes with practice — a Zone. Meditation is one of the best things to aid in obtaining that zone of feeling. Two other ways to lighten up ‘too much focus’ are laughter and hugging. Laughter is still one of the best medicines of all, as it creates that soft fuzzy feeling around everything. Hugging can give us strong surges of oxytocin, which bonds us and make us feel good all over. It relaxes the stiffness in a person, breaking down strong boundaries or even barriers. Of course this is another area ripe for Flower Essence.
Calcification of the Pineal Gland
This one of the biggest areas to affects pineal gland function. Let look at some of the causes of calcification of the Pineal Gland. There are several so we will just look at some of the most common ones:
Even though, it appears that calcification of the pineal Gland is a natural process of aging. Many are starting to question this. There are many younger people that have more calcification then older people in recent years. Again meditation, yoga, Tai chi, Qi Gong, will aid in keeping this area flexible. Visualization, vision seeking, lucid dreams, guided meditation all will help this area. Remember in the last Blog we showed how guided meditation could help activate the Pineal Gland.
Fluoride
There has been lots of research released since Dr. Jennifer Luke from the University of Surrey in England in 1997 found that fluoride could cause calcification of the Pineal gland. Animals treated with fluoride not only had lower levels of melatonin as expected, but female animals experienced an early onset of puberty. Due to the interference of melatonin production in the animals in response to the fluoride treatment, the hormonal triggers that are responsible for puberty were disturbed. This is something we are seeing quite commonly in North America young girls these days.
Dr. Luke summarized the findings:
“In conclusion, the human pineal gland contains the highest concentration of fluoride in the body. Fluoride is associated with depressed pineal melatonin synthesis by prepubertal gerbils and an accelerated onset of sexual maturation in the female gerbil. The results strengthen the hypothesis that the pineal has a role in the timing of the onset of puberty.”
It is amazing that the medical (and dental) communities are so resistant to connecting the increase of cognitive decline in adults (Alzheimer’s and various dementia’s), and behavioral issues in children (ADD, ADHD, depression and learning disabilities of all kinds) with calcification of the Pineal Gland and fluoridation. There have been over 23 human studies and 100 animal studies linking fluoride to brain damage. It is not new information, as some of the first papers were written in the Journal of the American Medical Association in September of 1943.
Still a very high percentage of North American drink fluoridated water and get fluoride treatment to strengthen their teeth. Many feel that the whole fluoridation process was a con, to get rid of large amounts of waste products from both the Aluminum and radiation industries. Be it as it may, taking in Sodium Fluoride seems not only to be detrimental to your health, it may keep you from experiences your higher self.
Interestingly even though Sodium Fluoride seems to be a problem, taking Calcium Fluoride in the form of a tissue salt (Homeopathically 12x) can decrease calcification of soft tissues, including the Pineal Gland. It is also used to make a person more flexible.
The fluoride question goes even deeper though. One of the most common drugs used for depression in the past has been Prozac (Fluoxetine). It is a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI), which has fluoride as a major component of it. Prozac is approved for the treatment of major depression (including pediatric depression), obsessive-compulsive disorder (in both adult and pediatric populations), bulimia nervosa, panic disorder and premenstrual dysphoric disorder.
Over the last several years I have had many patients tell me the same thing about Prozac. Yes they were less depressed, but they felt cut off from their spirit, their deeper self. When you hear the same thing said by many unconnected people over several years, it is easy to see a pattern. Looking at the molecule of Prozac, you can see the three green atoms of fluoride. These seem to aid in at least blocking this portal system and most likely calcifying the Pineal Gland. These patients were coming in for something that would help reduce their depression, but still help them maintain the deeper connection with themselves. Fortunately with medicinal mushrooms and Flower Essences we could almost always assist them in going off the SSRI, without having rebound depression and help them feel more connected again.
This of course points firmly again to the fluoride blocking the flow of energy through the Pineal Gland, as well as causing calcification.
Aluminum oxide
There is some evidence that Aluminum oxide can increase calcification of the Pineal Gland. There are many sources of aluminum exposure including aluminum cookware, anti-perspiration cosmetics, and some people even contend Chemtrails. It seems prudent to reduce this exposure as much as possible.
Inflammation
Inflammation in the body, especially inflammatory autoimmune issues such as Rheumatoid Arthritis and Lupus appears to increase the rate of calcification of soft tissues in the body. So one possible way to decrease calcification would be by trying to decrease inflammation using supplements. A C-reactive protein blood test can measure your level of inflammation. High levels are considered to be markers for heart disease as well as chronic autoimmune disorders.
Supplements that are considered to be effective against inflammation include Devil’s Claw, Turmeric, Stinging Nettle, Fish Oil, Medicinal Mushroom, Protolithic enzymes, homeopathics and others.
Again it is important to realize that some of these autoimmune diseases are the direct result of living life out of balance. When ever possible, we should try to balance out life, maybe by spending a bit more time in nature or a holiday and meditation. Diet, and D-toxing can be a big equalizer here, by eliminating acid forming foods, dairy, flour and sweets out one life for a while.
Activating the Coherence
We have already looked at things to avoid and a few supplements above that might aid in this process, but what else can be done? In earlier blogs we discussed Guided Meditation like Alexandra Luppold’s Dolphin Sun Activation 21 day Workshop , and Tom Keyon’s Pineal Dimensional Attunement, given to him from the Hathors. But there are other things that seem to aid.
One of the vitamin supplements that seems to aid in this process are the Folates, as in the form of Folic Acid. It is interesting that a fetus has a high need for folates during the period of developing the neural tube and the Pineal Gland after the 21st day. It seems that the minimum is 1 mg daily, but 5 – 40 mg seems even better. This is in the same dosage range we use to reduce restless leg syndrome (often considered a lack of being grounded). The best form to take the folates though is in the form of Metafolin (L-5-MTHF). Metafolin is the natural form of folic acid used at the cellular level for DNA reproduction, the cysteine cycle and the regulation of homocysteine among others. The body can directly uses it; instead of the 5 — 8 chemical steps that folic acid has to go through to be useful.
Contrary to some popular opinion, taking Melatonin does not help this process; in fact it appears to reduce it, creating a dependency. I am not talking about the occasional use of melatonin; I am talking about its use on a regular basis. Only use it when having jet lag, or to help readjust circadian rhythms. It still appears that regulating sleep patterns to be closer to natural cycles (not staying up late under synthetic lights and raising with the sun) is the best way to work with circadian rhythm and to aid in your own production of melatonin. Spend time outside in natural sunlight when possible. In the winter we have employed light therapy in the morning (20 – 30 minutes) for seasonal affective disorder (SAD), along with Flower Essences, Saint John’s Wort and medicinal mushrooms.
This is not to say that melatonin is not important. Many people feel it is one of the more important hormones to have activated in the 2012 – 2013 cusp time. In fact some point to the crop circle found almost a year ago on July 23, 2011, at Roundhill, Willshire, England. It appears to have the shape of the same chemical structure as melatonin. Does this mean that there is someone out there, wanting us to focus on melatonin, or its place of manufacture the Pineal Gland?
Green foods, especially supplements like Chlorella can also be useful here. I suggest 1 – 4 grams daily.
In Conclusion
The following items are things to implement, or take to aid in increasing coherence and activation of the Pineal Gland.

The world of television and modern media has become a tool of de-evolution, propaganda and social control. Since the reign of Edward Bernays and the rise of the Tavistock Institute in the early 20th century, nearly unlimited resources have been applied to understanding how to manipulate the human psyche through television and other forms of mass media. What we have today is an increasingly sophisticated full-spectrum assault on free will and psychological well-being, and we have come to a point where it is no longer even necessary for media institutions to attempt to hide their blatant work of manipulating public opinion, manufacturing consent, and creating winners and losers in the minds of the already brain-washed public.
Here are 6 examples where truth reveals that the impression the media is conveying to a dumbed-down, unsuspecting public differs greatly from what is actually happening behind the scenes. By looking at these examples in a single location, it is easy to see how the mainstream media is pushes ulterior motives on the public, and how important it is to be vigilant when consuming consumer info.
News Media Lies, Scripting, Omissions and Obfuscations
1. Time Magazine sanitizes their covers for American consumption – Time Magazine is considered a leader in national news, yet they consistently portray a dumbed-down, frivolous image of life in America while presenting an entirely different message to the rest of the world. In the two examples below, their magazine covers feature a different cover story for Americans while sending different messages to the rest of the world.
2. CNN is the leader in fake war new coverage – Here are just 2 examples of how CNN has scripted and staged live war coverage to create a sense of drama and danger around people who were not in harm’s way.
Anderson Cooper fakes Syria war footage by dubbing in sound effects and playing chaotic video next to a Syrian correspondent. In the video you can see how in one tape the correspondent is a safe environment, then you see the footage aired by CNN with dubbed in theatrical effects:
In this CNN clip of coverage of the first Gulf War in the 1990′s, anchorman Charles Jaco makes a joke of war coverage in Saudia Arabia and demonstrates how the news is overly sensationalized for American audiences, and how hosts pretend to be in danger when they are not. At 7:00 in this clip Jaco quickly puts on a ridiculous gas mask for obvious theatrics while talking to a guest:
Manufactured ‘Reality’ TV
3. The Biggest Loser – Americans should by now already know that ‘reality shows’ are staged. The popular TV show, Biggest Loser, where overweight people compete to lose the most weight for the entertainment benefit of the rest of the world, lies about the circumstances of the training and weighing regimen of their contestants while using underhanded methods to generate phony emotional responses from their contestants.
“They want the drama, the tears, the fights, the tears, the triumphs and the tears. Producers would push you to cry because that’s what makes good TV. They continually asked questions like “Do you miss your kids?” Needless to say, I broke down more than once…
Have you ever wondered how the contestants manage to lose a staggering 12 kilos in a single week? We don’t. In my series a weekly weigh-in was NEVER filmed after just one week of working out. In fact the longest gap from one weigh-in to the next was three and a half weeks. That’s 25 days between weigh-ins, not seven.” -Andrew ’Cosi’ Costello, former contestant
It turns out that many of the so-called ‘reality’ shows are actually scripted theatrical presentations that count on the viewer’s suspension of disbelief to garner ratings. More info on the many fake ‘reality’ shows can be found here, and here.
4. Nationally scripted local ‘news’ – The comedian and talk show host Conan O’Brien has done a service for America by compiling overtly ridiculous cases of local ‘news’ broadcasts that were simultaneously repeated verbatim in dozens of markets nationwide. This is proof that you simply cannot trust the authenticity of what you are seeing on news broadcasts. Watch these stunning and blatant examples of this in the following videos:
Digital Image Manipulation is Ubiquitous in the Media
5. Manipulating Images as War Propaganda – There are many examples of how newspapers around the world photoshop images of war in order to influence public opinion. All sides in a conflict will do this as propaganda, so it is important to remember this when consuming news on international conflicts and to be alert for phonies. The images below of the recent conflict in Syria show how easily images are manipulated for the purposes of propaganda:
6. Advertising Industry ‘Touches Up’ Images of People – The practice of digitally ‘touching up’ actors and models in images and videos is an overt industry standard. Yet most people, whether they’re aware of image manipulation or not, still process television and print images on the sub-conscious level as if they were, primarily because everyone is doing it, and our bias for ‘normal’ has been socially reconstructed to adopt advertising lies as normal.
This process is demonstrated in the following video where an ordinary looking woman is transformed into a lusty beauty queen for the purposes of selling more products to consumers.
Conclusion
Whether for marketing or for manufacturing consent, the media industry is guilty of using subtle and not-so-subtle tactics to influence our conscious and subconscious minds to influence our opinions and behavior. There are countless other examples of these practices, and discerning, awake people would be well served to be vigilant of this when consuming modern media in any form.
You don’t have to be paranoid these days to acknowledge that you’re being lied to and that the institutions we should be able to depend on for bringing us an objective view of world are anything but objective.

Despite popular belief, very few things in our world are exactly what they seem. That which is painted as righteous is often evil. That which is painted as kind is often malicious. That which is painted as simple is often complex. That which is painted as complex often ends up being disturbingly two dimensional. Regardless, if a person is willing to look only at the immediate surface of a thing, he will never understand the content of the thing.
This fact is nowhere more evident than in the growing “tensions” between the elites of the West and the elites of the East over the crisis in Ukraine.
I am continually astonished at the refusal of many otherwise intelligent people to consider the evidence or even the possibility that there is, in reality, no fundamental political or philosophical conflict between the power brokers of the East and the West. As I outlined in great detail in Russia Is Dominated By Global Banks, Too, the truth is they are both working toward the same goal; and both ultimately benefit from an engineered and theatrical display of international brinksmanship.
Russia, like the United States, is utterly beholden to globalist financiers through organizations like the International Monetary Fund and the Bank for International Settlements. Russia’s global economic adviser in matters ranging from investment image to privatization is none other than Goldman Sachs.
Goldman Sachs has also worked closely with the Ukrainian government since 2011, and it started its advisory work with Ukraine for free. (Whenever Goldman Sachs does something for free, one should take special note.) Banking elites have been working both sides of the fence during the Russia versus Ukraine charade.
Russia has continued to borrow billions of dollars from Western banks, including Deutsche Bank and Credit Suisse, year after year, proving that they are not averse in the slightest to working closely with “evil Western robber barons”.
Russian President Vladimir Putin meets with Mr. New-World-Order himself, Henry Kissinger, on a regular basis; and according to Putin’s press secretary, they are “old friends.” Putin’s meetings with Kissinger began almost immediately after he first took power in 2000.
Putin’s relationship with Kissinger has been so pronounced that the Russian Foreign Ministry gave Kissinger an honorary doctorate in diplomacy, and Putin placed Kissinger at the head of a bilateral “working group” — along with former KGB head and multilateralist (globalist) Gen. Yevgeny Primakov — dealing with foreign policy.
In more recent news, I would also remind pro-Putin cheerleaders that Putin and the Kremlin first pushed for the IMF to take control of the Ukrainian economy, and the IMF is now demanding that Ukraine fight Russia in exchange for financial support. This might seem like irony to more foolhardy observers; but to those who are aware of the false East/West paradigm, it is all the part of a greater plan for consolidation of power.
Clearly, Putin and Russia are just two more puppet pieces on the globalist chessboard, pitted against other puppets in the West in a grand theater designed to distract and divide the masses through chaos. As Kissinger points out, in crisis there is opportunity.
What is the goal? They’ve already told us, openly, on numerous occasions.
The first great prizes of the New World Order are a global currency and centralized economic control. The elites are not satisfied with quiet dominance of individual economies. They want complete political homogenization and the end of all sovereignty. Period. With a global currency in place, the steps towards global government become quick and small.
Heads of state from around the world, including Putin, as well as international bankers and IMF representatives have all publicly called for the IMF to take charge of the global economic system through its Special Drawing Rights currency program.
The dollar must lose its world reserve status, and most likely collapse in relative value, before the SDR can be elevated. This is where mainstream pundits lose track of the facts. For them, the dollar is an invincible monetary element, a currency product as infinite as time. Their normalcy bias prevents them from ever acknowledging the many weaknesses of the Federal Reserve note, including our country’s inability to ever service its more than $200 trillion debt. Others believe the dollar is the NWO currency, and that the globalists are somehow U.S.-centric. The evidence posted above suggests otherwise. Globalists have no loyalty to any nation or culture. Their only loyalty is to the progression of their own power. If sacrificing the dollar or the U.S. as a whole furthers that power, then they will have no problem cutting us loose like a rotting appendage.
A Liquidity Replacement Must Be Introduced
As my regular readers know, I have been covering China’s progression toward a decoupling from the U.S. economy for years. China, in my view, has always been the key to the elitist shift into a truly global currency mechanism. The primary argument in the mainstream against the idea of a dollar collapse is that there is no other currency with ample liquidity to take the dollar’s place. Well, in the past couple of years, this has changed.
China and the banks it controls have issued approximately $25 trillion in debt instruments and monetization. This is often referred to as a “debt bubble” created through panic and a weakness in China’s economy and a response to slowed quantitative easing in the United States. I would take a slightly different position. China began issuing Yuan denominated debt instruments in 2005, years before the mainstream had any inkling of the impending derivatives collapse. From then up to today, there has been no practical purpose for China to produce these Yuan denominated equities and securities, unless their target has always been to expand the Yuan market in a covert way.
I would say that China’s monetization has been carefully and deliberately engineered in order to lay the foundation for a massive liquidity spike in the Yuan. The argument that China’s incredible debt generation is a sign of impending collapse may be misguided. U.S. debt, including unfunded liabilities, absolutely dwarfs China’s $25 trillion. China’s Yuan debt has barely had time to accrue concrete interest. The U.S., on the other hand, is caught in an endless cycle of interest payments that are slowly but surely eating away the skeleton of our fiscal structure. If any economy is on the verge of implosion, it is that of the United States, not of China.
The Chinese need exponential Yuan circulation. They do not want the Yuan to replace the dollar; instead, they are preparing it for induction into the IMF’s Special Drawing Rights basket. With China set to become the world largest economy this year according to World Bank, their inclusion is assured.
But, when might this occur?
The IMF holds an international conference and policy meeting on the SDR every five years. During these meetings, the IMF decides if it will absorb a new currency into the basket and if it will expand the creation or circulation of SDRs around the world. Interestingly, the next IMF conference on the SDR just happens to be scheduled for the end of 2014 to the beginning of 2015.
Another strange coincidence: The U.S. Congress was supposed to vote on legislation for further capital allocations to the IMF by April. The vote never came. The new allocations were to fund an expansion of IMF programs and help with the greater inclusion of BRIC nations in governing decisions. If the U.S. government does not pass this legislation, Russia and other nations have demanded that the IMF move forward without the United States on reforms. At the very least, the U.S. would lose its veto power over IMF decisions. I believe that the timing of this is deliberate, that the U.S. is meant to lose its veto power and that the simultaneous SDR conference will announce the inclusion of the Chinese Yuan, setting the stage for the replacement of the dollar as world reserve.
The SDR will not immediately be issued as a commonly traded currency itself. Rather, the IMF will take over management of included currencies and denominate those currencies using SDR valuations. For example, $1 U.S. is worth only .64 SDR today. In the near future, I expect that the dollar will plummet in relation to the SDR’s value. We will still have our greenbacks when the IMF begins administrating our currency system, but the international and domestic worth of those greenbacks will fall to pennies. In turn, other currencies with stronger economic positions will rise in worth relative to the SDR.
I believe one of the primary determinations in a currency’s value compared to the SDR will be a country’s stockpile of gold. This is why Russia and China in particular have been purchasing precious metals at an unheard-of rate (and why U.S. gold reserves have never been audited). The IMF itself is one of the world’s largest holders of physical gold, with nearly 3,000 metric tons (officially). With the crash of the dollar system and investors clamoring for a reliable hedge to protect whatever savings they have left, gold could conceivably skyrocket into the $5,000 to $10,000 per-ounce range. Governments holding the metal will be favorably placed during an implementation of the SDR as the new reserve standard.
A Cover Event Must Be Created
The centralization of power is best achieved during moments of bewildering calamity. The conjuring of crises is one of the oldest methods of elitist dominance. Not only can they confuse and frighten the masses into malleability, but they can also ride to the public’s rescue as heroes and saviors later on. The Hegelian dialectic is the mainstay of tyrants.
The destruction of the dollar and the institution of a global economic bureaucracy are not actions that can be executed openly by international financiers. These events will coincide with extreme catastrophe, likely worse than the Great Depression era, with millions upon millions of people losing the ability to financially support themselves and their families. Crime, death and public discontent will surely follow. People will be looking for someone to blame. This is where the false East/West paradigm comes in.
It is widely expected that as sanctions snowball between Russia and the U.S. that the dollar will end up on the chopping block. China has asserted its support for Russia in opposition to NATO interference in Ukraine. The stage has been set. I have warned for quite some time that the development of East/West tensions would be used as a cover for a collapse of the dollar system. I have warned that among the American media this collapse would be blamed on an Eastern dump of foreign exchange reserves and treasuries, resulting in a global domino-effect ending U.S. world reserve status. In turn, the international community would be conditioned to see this as the mere bumbling of a spoiled America gone power-mad, rather than the result of a covert program of economic destabilization. This might lead to all-out war or a fiscal firestorm that leaves much of the world crippled and desperate for aid.
In either case, the elitist plan is to use scapegoats and false enemies to draw our attention away from the real culprits: the international banks themselves. Make no mistake: This fight is not about President Barack Obama, it is not about Putin and it is not even about the Federal Reserve. These men are tools, errand boys, public mascots. Do not be fooled by the global stage play being perpetrated. Whatever happens in Ukraine and whatever happens between Russia, China and the West, there are only two real sides to this battle: the elitist establishment, and those who are smart enough to recognize their poison.

Both cannabis (marijuana) and alcohol have very different and complex actions on the brain. The long term effects of both are often quite different from their short term effects. We have been led to believe that cannabis is a dangerous and addictive drug that has destroyed the lives of countless teens and adults. We have also been encouraged to accept through poorly designed scientific studies, that cannabis causes lung cancer and is a “gateway” to harder drugs. The government has even tried to convince the public that people who use cannabis are more at risk to themselves and the public than those who use alcohol. What we have been led and encouraged to believe through mainstream education about cannabis and its reality, are two entirely different things.
The health impact of any drug depends on how it’s used, who’s using it, how much is used, and under what circumstances. Cannabis and alcohol are no exception, so comparing them directly is difficult — each possesses the potential for unique risks or benefits.
Both alcohol and cannabis can be considered a narcotic or hallucinogen, that affects the central nervous system, causing changes in behavior and often addiction. But there are major differences in how each reacts with the human body.
Alcohol, regardless of its type (i.e. beer, wine, liquor, etc) is a class A1 carcinogen which are confirmed human carcinogens. Alcohol consumption has been causally related with breast cancer for some time. Increasing evidence indicates a stronger association with neoplasms, though the risk is elevated for other types of breast cancers too. Regardless of how much alcohol is consumed, it will always be a class A1 carcinogen. That doesn’t mean you will get cancer from drinking a beer or a glass wine, but the classification for the substance is clear.
However, the therapeutic effects of cannabis come from juicing the leaves or extracting its medicinal compounds, NOT smoking it. “If you heat the plant, you will decarboxylate THC-acid and you will get high, you’ll get your 10 mg. If you don’t heat it, you can go up to five or six hundred milligrams & use it as a Dietary Cannabis. . . and push it up to the Anti-oxidant and Neuro-protective levels which come into play at hundreds of milligrams,” stated Cannabis clinician Dr. William Courtney.
So there is clearly a major difference in therapeutic value based on how the majority of cannabis users experience the plant, rather than the methods to maximize cannabinoid delivery into the blood stream.
Cannabis – whether Sativa, Indica, Ruderalis, male, female, hermaphrodite, wild, bred for fiber, seeds or medicinal resin – is a vegetable with every dietary essential we can’t synthesize: Essential Amino Acids, Essential Fatty Acids, Essential Cannabinoid acids and hundreds of anti-Cancer compounds.
As social element, there is nothing wrong with smoking cannabis either, but it will not provide the same therapeutic value is all. Smoking it is not “bad” or “wrong” or “immoral.” It is simply something that millions of responsible adults choose to do with their own time, just like drinking a glass of wine. Despite alcohol being more toxic, more addictive, more harmful to the body, more likely to result in injuries, and more likely to lead to interpersonal violence than cannabis, the latter is demonized.
Below are just a few facts that highlight the very different impacts of these two popular substances on those who consume them and on the broader community. A vast amount of additional information can be found in the book, Marijuana is Safer: So why are we driving people to drink? (Chelsea Green, 2009), which was foreword by the former Chief of the Seattle Police Department.
1. Many people die from alcohol use. Nobody dies from cannabis use. The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) reports that more than 37,000 annual U.S. deaths, including more than 1,400 in Colorado, are attributed to alcohol use alone (i.e. this figure does not include accidental deaths). On the other hand, the CDC does not even have a category for deaths caused by the use of cannabis.
2. People die from alcohol overdoses. There has never been a fatal cannabis overdose. The official publication of the Scientific Research Society, American Scientist, reported that alcohol is one of the most toxic drugs and using just 10 times what one would use to get the desired effect could lead to death. Cannabis is one of — if not the — least toxic drugs, requiring thousands of times the dose one would use to get the desired effect to lead to death. This “thousands of times” is actually theoretical, since there has never been a case of an individual dying from a cannabis overdose. Meanwhile, according to the CDC, hundreds of alcohol overdose deaths occur in the United States each year.
3. The health-related costs associated with alcohol use far exceed those for cannabis use. Health-related costs for alcohol consumers are eight times greater than those for cannabis consumers, according to an assessment recently published in the British Columbia Mental Health and Addictions Journal. More specifically, the annual cost of alcohol consumption is $165 per user, compared to just $20 per user for cannabis. This should not come as a surprise given the vast amount of research that shows alcohol poses far more — and more significant — health problems than cannabis.
4. Alcohol use damages the brain. Cannabis use does not. Despite the myths we’ve heard throughout our lives about cannabis killing brain cells, it turns out that a growing number of studies seem to indicate that cannabis actually has neuroprotective properties. This means that it works to protect brain cells from harm. Research published in the journals Behavioural Brain Research and Experimental Brain Research demonstrated that even extremely low doses of THC (cannabis’s psychoactive component) — around 1,000 to 10,000 times less than that in a conventional cannabis cigarette — can jumpstart biochemical processes which protect brain cells and preserve cognitive function say researchers from Tel Aviv University (TAU). Another example is one recent studywhich found that teens who used cannabis as well as alcohol suffered significantly less damage to the white matter in their brains. Of course, what is beyond question is that alcohol damages brain cells. Scripps scientists discovered that eleven months of alcohol consumption that produced a blood alcohol level sufficient to be considered intoxicated decreased neurogenesis by more than fifty percent! Furthermore, the decrease in neurogenesis lasted for many weeks of abstinence. In contrast to the effects of alcohol, a series of publications during the past few years suggest that stimulating the brain’s cannabis neurotransmitter system appears to have the exact opposite effects upon neurogenesis in the hippocampus of both young and old laboratory animals and humans, i.e. neurogenesis is increased by stimulation of our brain’s cannabis receptors. When we are elderly, our brain displays a dramatic decline in neurogenesis within the hippocampus. This decline may underlie age-associated memory impairments as well as depression. Research has demonstrated that stimulating the brain’s cannabis receptors restores neurogenesis. Thus, later in life, cannabis might actually help your brain, rather than harm it.
5. Alcohol use is linked to cancer. Cannabis use is not. Alcohol use is associated with a wide variety of cancers, including cancers of the esophagus, stomach, colon, lungs, pancreas, liver and prostate. Cannabis use has not been conclusively associated with any form of cancer. In fact, one study recently contradicted the long-time government claim that cannabis use is associated with head and neck cancers. It found that cannabis use actually reduced the likelihood of head and neck cancers. If you are concerned about cannabis being associated with lung cancer, you may be interested in the results of the largest case-controlled study ever conducted to investigate the respiratory effects of cannabis smoking and cigarette smoking. Released in 2006, the study, conducted by Dr. Donald Tashkin at the University of California at Los Angeles, found that cannabis smoking was not associated with an increased risk of developing lung cancer. Surprisingly, the researchers found that people who smoked cannabis actually had lower incidences of cancer compared to non-users of the drug. THC that targets cannabinoid receptors CB1 and CB2 is similar in function to endocannabinoids, which are cannabinoids that are naturally produced in the body and activate these receptors. Researchers suggest that THC or other designer agents that activate these receptors might be used in a targeted fashion to actually treat lung cancer.
6. Alcohol is more addictive than cannabis. Addiction researchers have consistently reported that cannabis is far less addictive than alcohol based on a number of factors. In particular, alcohol use can result in significant and potentially fatal physical withdrawal, whereas cannabis has not been found to produce any symptoms of physical withdrawal. Those who use alcohol are also much more likely to develop dependence and build tolerance. Also when cannabis is more available, studies show that the use of hard drugs like heroin and cocaine actually decreases.
7. Alcohol use increases the risk of injury to the consumer. Cannabis use does not. Many people who have consumed alcohol or know others who have consumed alcohol would not be surprised to hear that it greatly increases the risk of serious injury. Research published this year in the journal Alcoholism: Clinical & Experimental Research, found that 36 percent of hospitalized assaults and 21 percent of all injuries are attributable to alcohol use by the injured person. Meanwhile, the American Journal of Emergency Medicine reported that lifetime use of cannabis is rarely associated with emergency room visits. According to the British Advisory Council on the Misuse of Drugs, this is because: “Cannabis differs from alcohol … in one major respect. It does not seem to increase risk-taking behavior. This means that cannabis rarely contributes to violence either to others or to oneself, whereas alcohol use is a major factor in deliberate self-harm, domestic accidents and violence.” Interestingly enough, some research has even shown that cannabis use has been associated with a decreased risk of injury.
8. Alcohol use contributes to aggressive and violent behavior. Cannabis use does not. Studies have repeatedly shown that alcohol, unlike cannabis, contributes to the likelihood of aggressive and violent behavior. An article published in the Journal of Addictive Behaviors reported that “alcohol is clearly the drug with the most evidence to support a direct intoxication-violence relationship,” whereas “cannabis reduces the likelihood of violence during intoxication.”
9. Alcohol use is a major factor in violent crimes. Cannabis use is not. The National Institute on Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism estimates that 25-30% of violent crimes in the United States are linked to the use of alcohol. According to a report from the U.S. Dept. of Justice, that translates to about 5,000,000 alcohol-related violent crimes per year. By contrast, the government does not even track violent acts specifically related to cannabis use, as the use of cannabis has not been associated with violence. (Of course, we should note that cannabis prohibition, by creating a widespread criminal market, is associated with acts of violence.)
10 Alcohol use contributes to the likelihood of domestic abuse and sexual assault. Cannabis use does not. Alcohol is a major contributing factor in the prevalence of domestic violence and sexual assault. This is not to say that alcohol causes these problems; rather, its use makes it more likely that an individual prone to such behavior will act on it. For example, a study conducted by the Research Institute on Addictions found that among individuals who were chronic partner abusers, the use of alcohol was associated with significant increases in the daily likelihood of male-to-female physical aggression, but the use of cannabis was not. Specifically, the odds of abuse were eight times higher on days when men were drinking; the odds of severe abuse were 11 times higher. According to the Rape, Abuse and Incest National Network (RAINN) website highlights alcohol as the “most commonly used chemical in crimes of sexual assault” and provides information on an array of other drugs that have been linked to sexual violence. Given the fact that cannabis is so accessible and widely used, it is quite telling that the word “cannabis” does not appear anywhere on the page.
Considered together, the results of all of the above gives us perspective on the function of each substance and its potential role in consumerism and communities, especially as cannabis is slowly decriminalized worldwide. Binge alcohol consumption during the more vulnerable periods of our lives is clearly able to interfere with critical neural processes and produce significant long-term negative consequences and disease that cannabis use can actually protect us from.
If I were to choose one of the two for own my children–for their health, safety and wellness, cannabis would win hands down, especially considering its therapeutic potential when used responsibly and appropriately. But that’s not the message the mainstream wheels of deception want out there is it?

Today I would like to return to your awareness an aspect of the Human condition that condones violence under certain circumstances. To this end, we find ourselves going along with the most egregious of things, not least of which is war. Here we find not only a consensus of opinion— but an accepted truth. People kill people. That’s what we do. People have been killing each other over borders, religion, ideology, politics and resources as far back as history will take us. It’s a given that we will continue in this maniacal cycle of war, truce and temporary peace until our time on this planet is through. It’s our nature and so it is our course and therefore our destiny! —Or is it?
Of course most people are good-natured, loving and kind, but they are often unaware of some of the more sinister elements in our world. Does our slumber make us a threat to the survival of humanity? If so, can one surmise that our “enemy” might actually be the person we see every morning in the mirror? Are we complicit in some way by simply being oblivious? Is this what the others mean by “sheeple,” those who simply go along to get along and never ask probing questions?
We sit around the proverbial card table and we’re handed the rules. We don’t really question them. The rules are the rules and that’s that! And at the end of the night, should one run out of money because the others understood the rules better, then maybe a moment of truth will beckon. Perhaps one will decide it is best not to bother with the rules at all— and instead seek to unmask the rule maker.
War on Peace
We live in a culture of “political correctness” where people are likely to become more offended by an off-color remark or a waving middle finger than by war. Like with most templates of social order, political correctness is just another illusion, a construct we’ve bought into. It’s there to give the impression that society cares. Society does not care. We are told warm and fuzzy things to make us believe we live in a benevolent culture. We do not! We live in a war culture- we live in a prison culture and we live in a culture of denial. Don’t believe it? Like I said— denial!
At seventeen a child still needs a note from their mother to be excused from a day at school. Well that’s kind of innocent, warm and fuzzy. Six months later they just might shove a rifle into his arms, march him to the front lines and order him to kill. And when that particular son or daughter doesn’t return home, they say “freedom is not free” and that your child paid the ultimate price for the wonderful life we so enjoy today. The wonderful life minus this beautiful child, that is. Give me a break! I cannot stand the Orwellian double speak and propaganda, the hypocrisy that spews from the orifice of the rule maker.
In a war culture you go to “war” on everything. We have the so-called “war on terror” which theoretically cannot be beat. It is impossible to end a war with an “enemy” that is not defined by a border. And so this war will continue not only on foreign soils, but right here in the good ol’ land of the free. The latest buzz is all about domestic terrorism. See something, say something. Well I’m seeing something and I’m sure trying my best to say something.
We love that word war. We must! We have gone to war on drugs and on poverty, war on hunger and obesity. Of course let’s not forget those wars fought with battle armor and guns. We just want to do war on everything, don’t we? And it’s sort of strange, really—you see it’s not just a U.S. thing or a Russia thing. It’s not just the powder keg we call North Korea or the spiraling tension between Japan and China. We’re all into this war thing.
There are considerable agreements made behind the scenes. There’s complicity and cooperation on a level that is mind boggling to the newly awakened. Let face it, often there’s a lot of money to be made on both sides of the war equation. The opium trade in Afghanistan is just one example. Business has never been better or more lucrative since the U.S. loaned its assistance. War is good business for the handful that actually benefit from it. -But at what cost?
Psychopaths in Skin Suits
An online dictionary source defines psychopath as: “a person with a psychopathic personality, which manifests as amoral and antisocial behavior, lack of ability to love or establish meaningful personal relationships, extreme egocentricity, failure to learn from experience, etc. Also called sociopath, a person afflicted with a personality disorder characterized by a tendency to commit antisocial and sometimes violent acts and a failure to feel guilt for such acts.”
That pretty much sums up who’s running our world. Are they entirely Human? To be honest, I’m not so certain.
I have difficulty defining the Human species without considering our remarkable propensity to love and be loved. But there are those that do not love or care for others and one must wonder just what planet they’re from. Perhaps we can generalize and simply call some people psychopathic. They might as well be lizards in skin suits so far as I’m concerned. To call them Human seems a stretch indeed. But they walk the walk and talk the talk. We get tricked by these tricksters—they’re good at their game and they know it. They’ve had plenty of time to really get it all honed down good and tight.
The Rule Makers
Back in the 1960’s when the so-called counter culture or “hippie generation” emerged onto the scene, many began to question whether what they were told about the JFK and Dr. King assassinations was true. The Vietnam War only served to galvanize this awakening. Back in those days, news outside the mainstream channels came mainly through relatively obscure articles, books and by word-of-mouth. The energy of this movement was captured in a big way, however, through the music of that era. We don’t have Janis Joplin anymore, but we do have the internet, and this has greatly contributed to a mass awakening and the unstoppable momentum of the “truth movement.”
People who “run” the world do not necessarily have any allegiance to a particular country or party, yet they make decisions based on their one-world governmental view that affects you and me on a daily basis. Where do they get their power? -Well, ultimately their power comes from their ability to manage all of us.
And where are the clergy? Why have they not been calling for an end to all the rampant bloodshed in these trying times? That’s right- they’re not allowed to discuss politics. It violates their 501(c)(3) pact with the government. That’s another way of saying they’re taking “hush money.” Don’t talk about war and politics— and get a nice little break from the taxman. This gig is rigged! Say one thing and do another—that’s the name of the game. They’ll preach platitudes of love and peace but they’ll never preach the horrors of war and bring the message to the street.
Final Thought
In 1988, director John Carpenter released a film entitled, “They Live.” It follows a drifter referred to as “Nada,” who discovers that the so-called ruling classes were in fact malevolent entities masquerading as Human. They manipulate people into spending money, breeding and accepting the status quo through the constant bombardment of subliminal messages via mass media. Some might feel this was more of a documentary than a sci-fi thriller.
The film is famously remembered for its five-and-half minute alley fight between the actor that was able to “see” these entities (Roddy Piper) and the actor that would not see (Keith David) because he wasn’t willing to put on the special glasses that permitted this ability. Carpenter drags the brutal fight scene out for an almost comical duration. After watching the scene, I realized he was really trying to convey the frustration and difficulty involved in trying to wake up a fellow Human. Just put on the damn glasses and take a look! Nope— won’t do it!
A musician friend of mine whose band saw considerable success in the late 1960’s always ends his conversations by saying, “keep it real.” Keep it real! Well that’s what I try to do. But it just isn’t always that easy. There are unseen forces at work trying desperately to keep us apart and in the dark. The tension building in Russia is yet another chapter waiting to explode. It might even be the final one. Never has there been a more urgent time for the Human race to start behaving as “Humans” again. We need to pull the rubber masks off those who claim to be serving us and realize they would rather “serve us” with a sprig of parsley and mash potatoes on the side.
Are these people Human? Those who feed off of war and profit from death and destruction seem to fit rather nicely in that shape-shifting, lizard category I’d say. So who are they—what are they? That’s a question I continue to debate. On the plus side, this awakening movement keeps getting stronger by the day. I’m optimistic that despite some of the more grim forecasts out there, we still have a pretty decent chance of turning our situation around. It only takes a motivated, three percent of any population to effect major changes in policy and direction. I think we’re nearly there.
-Until next time

The United States pretends to be a home of freedom and democracy. In fact, the US is rapidly degenerating into a police state and a worse dystopia than George Orwell imagined in his book, 1984.
John W. Whitehead describes below the prison that is being constructed for all of us. This prison is the work of many of our fellow citizens including scientists and entrepreneurs who have gained fame and fortune creating a prison for mankind. What were they thinking as they threw their energy and their lives into constructing a police state dystopia?
Putting Big Brother in the Driver’s Seat: V2V Transmitters, Black Boxes & Drones
By John W. Whitehead
“It’s a future where you don’t forget anything…In this new future you’re never lost…We will know your position down to the foot and down to the inch over time…Your car will drive itself, it’s a bug that cars were invented before computers…you’re never lonely…you’re never bored…you’re never out of ideas… We can suggest where you go next, who to meet, what to read…What’s interesting about this future is that it’s for the average person, not just the elites.”—Google CEO Eric Schmidt on his vision of the future
Time to buckle up your seatbelts, folks. You’re in for a bumpy ride.
We’re hurtling down a one-way road toward the Police State at mind-boggling speeds, the terrain is getting more treacherous by the minute, and we’ve passed all the exit ramps. From this point forward, there is no turning back, and the signpost ahead reads “Danger.”
Indeed, as I document in my book A Government of Wolves: The Emerging American Police State, we’re about to enter a Twilight Zone of sorts, one marked by drones, smart phones, GPS devices, smart TVs, social media, smart meters, surveillance cameras, facial recognition software, online banking, license plate readers and driverless cars—all part of the interconnected technological spider’s web that is life in the American police state, and every new gadget pulls us that much deeper into the sticky snare.
In this Brave New World awaiting us, there will be no communication not spied upon, no movement untracked, no thought unheard. In other words, there will be nowhere to run and nowhere to hide.
We’re on the losing end of a technological revolution that has already taken hostage our computers, our phones, our finances, our entertainment, our shopping, our appliances, and now, it’s focused its sights on our cars. As if the government wasn’t already able to track our movements on the nation’s highways and byways by way of satellites, GPS devices, and real-time traffic cameras, government officials are now pushing to require that all new vehicles come installed with black box recorders and vehicle-to-vehicle (V2V) communications, ostensibly to help prevent crashes.
Yet strip away the glib Orwellian doublespeak, and what you will find is that these black boxes and V2V transmitters, which will not only track a variety of data, including speed, direction, location, the number of miles traveled, and seatbelt use, but will also transmit this data to other drivers, including the police, are little more than Trojan Horses, stealth attacks on our last shreds of privacy, sold to us as safety measures for the sake of the greater good, all the while poised to wreak havoc on our lives.
Black boxes and V2V transmitters are just the tip of the iceberg, though. The 2015 Corvette Stingray will be outfitted with a performance data recorder which “uses a camera mounted on the windshield and a global positioning receiver to record speed, gear selection and brake force,” but also provides a recording of the driver’s point of view as well as recording noises made inside the car. As journalist Jaclyn Trop reports for the New York Times, “Drivers can barely make a left turn, put on their seatbelts or push 80 miles an hour without their actions somehow, somewhere being tracked or recorded.” Indeed, as Jim Farley, Vice President of Marketing and Sales for Ford Motor Company all but admitted, corporations and government officials already have a pretty good sense of where you are at all times: “We know everyone who breaks the law, we know when you’re doing it. We have GPS in your car, so we know what you’re doing.”
Now that the government and its corporate partners-in-crime know where you’re going and how fast you’re going when in your car, the next big hurdle will be to know how many passengers are in your car, what contraband might be in your car (and that will largely depend on whatever is outlawed at the moment, which could be anything from Sudafed cold medicine to goat cheese), what you’re saying and exactly what you’re doing within the fiberglass and steel walls of your vehicle. That’s where drones come in.
Once drones take to the skies en masse in 2015, there will literally be no place where government agencies and private companies cannot track your movements. These drones will be equipped with cameras that provide a live video feed, as well as heat sensors, radar and thermal imaging devices capable of seeing through the walls of your car. Some will be capable of peering at figures from 20,000 feet up and 25 miles away. They will be outfitted with infrared cameras and radar which will pierce through the darkness. They can also keep track of 65 persons of interest at once. Some drones are already capable of hijacking Wi-Fi networks and intercepting electronic communications such as text messages. The Army has developed drones with facial recognition software, as well as drones that can complete a target-and-kill mission without any human instruction or interaction. These are the ultimate killing and spying machines. There will also be drones armed with “less-lethal” weaponry, including bean bag guns and tasers.
And of course all of this information, your every movement—whether you make a wrong move, or appear to be doing something suspicious, even if you don’t do anything suspicious, the information of your whereabouts, including what stores and offices you visit, what political rallies you attend, and what people you meet—will be tracked, recorded and streamed to a government command center, where it will be saved and easily accessed at a later date.
By the time you add self-driving cars into the futuristic mix, equipped with computers that know where you want to go before you do, you’ll be so far down the road to Steven Spielberg’s vision of the future as depicted in Minority Report that privacy and autonomy will be little more than distant mirages in your rearview mirror. The film, set in 2054 and based on a short story by Philip K. Dick, offered movie audiences a special effect-laden techno-vision of a futuristic world in which the government is all-seeing, all-knowing and all-powerful. And if you dare to step out of line, dark-clad police SWAT teams will bring you under control.
Mind you, while critics were dazzled by the technological wonders displayed in Minority Report, few dared to consider the consequences of a world in which Big Brother is, literally and figuratively, in the driver’s seat. Even the driverless cars in Minority Report answer to the government’s (and its corporate cohorts’) bidding.
Likewise, we are no longer autonomous in our own cars. Rather, we are captive passengers being chauffeured about by a robotic mind which answers to the government and its corporate henchmen. Soon it won’t even matter whether we are seated behind the wheel of our own vehicles, because it will be advertisers and government agents calling the shots.
Case in point: devices are now being developed for European cars that would allow police to stop a car remotely, ostensibly to end police chases. Google is partnering with car manufacturers in order to integrate apps and other smartphone-like technology into vehicles, in order to alert drivers to deals and offers at nearby businesses. As Patrick Lin, professor of Stanford’s School of Engineering, warns, in a world where third-party advertisers and data collectors control a good deal of the content we see on a daily basis, we may one day literally be driven to businesses not because we wanted to go there, but because someone paid for us to be taken there.
Rod Serling, creator of the beloved sci fi series Twilight Zone and one of the most insightful commentators on human nature, once observed, “We’re developing a new citizenry. One that will be very selective about cereals and automobiles, but won’t be able to think.”
Indeed, not only are we developing a new citizenry incapable of thinking for themselves, we’re also instilling in them a complete and utter reliance on the government and its corporate partners to do everything for them—tell them what to eat, what to wear, how to think, what to believe, how long to sleep, who to vote for, whom to associate with, and on and on.
In this way, we have created a welfare state, a nanny state, a police state, a surveillance state, an electronic concentration camp—call it what you will, the meaning is the same: in our quest for less personal responsibility, a greater sense of security, and no burdensome obligations to each other or to future generations, we have created a society in which we have no true freedom.
Pandora’s Box has been opened and there’s no way to close it. As Rod Serling prophesied in a Commencement Address at the University of Southern California in March 17, 1970:
“It’s simply a national acknowledgement that in any kind of priority, the needs of human beings must come first. Poverty is here and now. Hunger is here and now. Racial tension is here and now. Pollution is here and now. These are the things that scream for a response. And if we don’t listen to that scream – and if we don’t respond to it – we may well wind up sitting amidst our own rubble, looking for the truck that hit us – or the bomb that pulverized us. Get the license number of whatever it was that destroyed the dream. And I think we will find that the vehicle was registered in our own name.”
You can add the following to that list of needs requiring an urgent response: Police abuse is here and now. Surveillance is here and now. Imperial government is here and now. Yet while the vehicle bearing down upon us is indeed registered in our own name, we’ve allowed Big Brother to get behind the wheel, and there’s no way to put the brakes on this runaway car.
