President Obama Just Signed The DARK Act Into Law. It’s Called The Dark Act For The Purpose Of Keeping The Consumer In The Dark Of Knowing If Their Food Is Genetically Modified Or Not.
(Natural News) While Americans were bustling about in preparation for their weekend, President Barack Obama quietly signed a bill late Friday afternoon that will likely forever keep people in the dark about the presence of genetically modified organisms (GMOs) in their food.
Drafted by Senate Agriculture Chairman Pat Roberts, R-Kan., and ranking Democrat Debbie Stabenow of Michigan, the legislation gives food producers the option to disclose GMO ingredients through digital codes, instead of the mandatory, on-package labels called for by 90 percent of citizens.
Consumers wishing to learn about GMO ingredients will have to use smart phones to scan a barcode on food packages that reads: “Scan here for more food information.” The percentage of GMOs in a food product that requires QR code labeling will be decided by the future Secretary of Agriculture.
Future USDA secretary to decide which GMOs qualify for digital labeling
Arguably, the most devastating component of the faux GMO-labeling law is that it effectively overrides existing (and genuine) labeling laws in various states such as in Vermont, Maine and Connecticut.
The bill indefinitely bars Americans from their right to vote at the state level in the future for any sort of mandatory GMO-labeling. Under the law, it’s possible that genetically engineered salmon will not be labeled as such in Alaska.
More than a decade ago, the state became the first in the nation to pass a GMO-labeling law, requiring genetically engineered fish be “conspicuously labeled to identify the fish or fish product as a genetically modified fish or fish product,” applying to both packaged and unpackaged products.
Americans to eat GMO animals without knowing it
Many believed that Alaska’s labeling law paved the way for other states to enact similar legislation – and it did – that is until the federal government gave in to industry pressures. Although GMO salmon is not yet on the market, advocates fear that once it is available, it won’t be labeled.
“What we’ve been told is that if these genetically engineered salmon are out on the market, those who are marketing these salmon can voluntarily label them,” said Senator Lisa Murkowski R-AK.
“Well let me ask you, who do you think is really going to voluntarily place a label on something that says, ‘This is not the real thing. This is not your wild Alaska salmon. This is a genetically engineered species?'”
Food and chemical industry wins battle to keep Americans in the dark about GMOs
The legislation signed by Obama is a huge win for the food and chemical industry. Never again will they have to spend large sums of money defeating labeling at the state level, as was done previously in California, Colorado, Oregon and Washington – where hundreds of millions of dollars were spent by Big Food and Big Ag.
Never again will they bear the responsibility or fear of having to place on-package GMO labels, which would have surely caused substantial losses in revenue. The biotech industry will also be exempted from labeling gene edited foods, which just like GMOs arealtered to withstand noxious herbicides that would normally result in plant death.
Obama’s decision not to label GMOs highlights the false promises routinely made by candidates on the campaign trail.
“Here’s what I’ll do as president. I’ll immediately implement Country Of Origin labeling because Americans should know where their food comes from. And we’ll let folks know whether their food has been genetically modified because Americans should know what they’re buying,” said Obama while campaigning in 2007.
But instead Obama perpetuated the conflict-of-interest between powerful industries and government regulators, appointing a former Monsanto executive as the head of the Food and Drug Administration.
Rather than labeling GMOs, Obama made it so they may never be transparently labeled.
“I don’t know what kind of legacy the president hopes to leave, but denying one-third of Americans the right to know what is in the food they feed their families isn’t one to be proud of,” said Andy Kimbrell, executive director at the Center for Food Safety.
“This law is a sham and a shame, a rushed backroom deal that discriminates against low-income, rural, minority and elderly populations. The law also represents a major assault on the democratic decision making of several states and erases their laws with a vague multi-year bureaucratic process specifically designed to provide less transparency to consumers.”

Jury finds DuPont guilty of dumping cancer-causing Teflon chemicals into Ohio River that spread across the globe, causing widespread illness and death.
One resident of the mid-Ohio Valley is finally seeing some glimpses of justice the way it was meant to be after chemical giant DuPont was ordered to pay $5.1 million in damages for polluting the Ohio River with C-8, a persistent chemical compound used in Teflon pans that’s injured and killed untold thousands of people — and in this person’s case, gave him testicular cancer.
The jury that heard the case presented on behalf of the plaintiff by “America’s Lawyer” Mike Papantonio unanimously agreed that DuPont demonstrated “conscious disregard” for human health by routinely dumping C-8 into the Ohio River during the manufacture of Teflon pans — and we now know that C-8 has since circulated globally, contaminating oceans, lakes, and other waterways throughout the world.
DuPont acted not only in gross negligence by failing to properly dispose of C-8 in a way that wouldn’t damage the environment and water supplies used by humans and animals, but also engaged in intentional vandalism and routine crimes against humanity. You see, C-8 doesn’t break down like other compounds — and DuPont knew all along that it was harmful to humans — and yet the company chose to pour it into the Ohio River regardless.
Because of this, DuPont now faces the possibility of additional punitive charges in addition to the $5.1 million, which have yet to be determined. Time will tell how many more Ohio residents and others exposed to DuPont-contaminated water will come forward with cancer diagnoses and other injuries resulting from exposure to C-8, demanding restitution for their pain and suffering.

DuPont’s days are numbered as corporation now liable for billions of dollars in damages globally
But the implications of this guilty verdict are much more far-reaching than just Ohioans. According to public information provided by the Levin Papantonio Law Group, DuPont’s dumping of more than 2.5 million gallons of C-8 into the Ohio River by the year 2003, roughly 50 years after the company first started using the chemical, has led to C-8 now being found in drinking water in at least 27 states.
C-8 is now all over the world, in fact, and people are reporting health problems ranging from high cholesterol (hypercholesterolemia) and hypertension to testicular cancer and thyroid disease. Ulcerative colitis is another common symptom of C-8 exposure — how many people do you know today who have digestive-related health issues?
A shocking 98 percent of Americans, it turns out, currently have C-8 in their bodies — the result of C-8’s incredible bio-persistence and inability to decompose. What this means is that millions, if not billions, of people now have legal precedence to sue the pants off ofDuPont for this travesty, which if humanity is lucky will eventually put this monster of a corporation out of business for its crimes against humanity.
“DuPont only understands one thing — and that’s losing money,” expressed Papantonio, with the support of his legal team, following the jury’s guilty verdict. “They have a defective moral compass.”
Individuals who suspect that exposure to C-8 may have caused them to develop a chronic health problem are encouraged to contact a lawyer to see if they have a case. DuPont doesn’t care one iota about your health, and you should care even less about the company’s bottom line, should it be forced to shell out many more millions, or billions, as payment for harming human life.
As the DuPont watchdog group “Keep Your Promises” puts it:
“To the extent that this is a signal of verdicts to come, this verdict alone will make the cost of DuPont’s c-8 abuse skyrocket into billions of dollars, which so many residents and communities sorely need.”
Hemp is a plant that has been cultivated in parts of the world for 10-12,000 years – possibly longer – and is estimated to have between 25,000 to 50,000 uses, with 5,000 uses in the textiles industry alone. Hemp has had a bad rap in the United States, supposedly thanks to the protectionist policies of a powerful few people in government and industry who had investments in key industries including pulp and paper. Hemp was lumped together marijuana usage, and used to pass the Marijuana Tax Act, partially by misinforming Congress and leveraging racial politics of the 1930s.
The hemp plant, originating in Asia, has the scientific name Cannabis Sativa L. (Linnaeus). There are three variants of the cannabis plant: cannabis sativa sativa, cannabis sativa indica, and cannabis sativa ruderalis. The first is what is used for industrial hemp; the second associated with marijuana production. Hemp comes from a strain of cannabis that is significantly lower in THC (delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol) than the strain we think of as the drug marijuana (cannabis sativa indica), and hence does not have the pyschoactive properties of the latter.

This is a tiny list, and given just these uses, it’s easy to understand why the paper, fuel and other industries were afraid of hemp — especially if there really are as many as 50,000 uses. In the Jan 1938 issue of Popular Mechanics was an article about hemp being a future cash crop.
Some Health and Evironmental Benefits of Hemp
The U.S. is the only industrialized nation where there’s a ban on industrial hemp farming, despite the proven benefits, both in the U.S. in the past, and in other countries. Hemp is thought of by some as a superfood. In addition to the food and body care uses listed above, here are some noted health benefits. (This is not a claim of health benefits, only a summary of outcomes documented in both studies and historic use. Please consult your health care practitioner if you have any concerns.)
Hemp is numerous medical uses, as historical use in other countries as well as in the U.S. show. For example, various hemp extracts in medicine include treatment of rheumatoid arthritis, epileptic fits and more.
Once one of the largest agricultural crop in the world (including in the U.S.), until about 1883, hemp was used in the U.S. for a number of purposes, including fabrics, paper, fiber, lighting oil and medicine. In fact, according to the documentary movie “The Union: The Business Behind Getting High” (available on YouTube; see references), 50% of medicines “in the last half of the 19th century (in the U.S.) was made from cannabis.”
Over 60 molecular compounds known as cannabinoids are only found in cannabis. One such compound, THC (delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol), is the psychoactive ingredient of marijuana. Another is CBD (cannabidiol), is found in in hemp strains of cannabis. CBD is considered to be an anti-pyschoactive and has been used for medicinal/ healthcare uses, including reducing epileptic seizures, amongst other users.
Hemp seeds have up to 24% protein, a handful of which satisfies an adult’s minimum daily requirement of protein.
Hemp seeds have all the essential amino acids that human bodies need but cannot produce. These amino acids aid muscle control, brain function, and regular maintenance of body cells, tissues, muscles, and organs, and collectively help the body’s immune system.
Hemp seeds have a 1:3 ratio of EFAs (essentially fatty acids) Omega-3 to Omega-6. This is thought to be an ideal ratio by some health and wellness professionals.
Hemp also has Omega-9 and other EFAs. Collectively, EFAs in hemp are good for heart health, for various reasons, including dissolves plaque in arteries and reducing blood cholesterol. EFAs also have anti-inflammatory benefits.
Omega-3, found particularly in hemp seeds, lowers blood pressure and reduces risk of cardiovascular disease. It potential delays or reduces the chances of getting Alzheimer’s disease.
Omega-6 helps regulate metabolism, aids brain function, and stimulates growth of skin and hair, amongst other benefits.
Hemp seeds contain a higher level of EFAs than any other known oil made from nuts or seeds.
In addition to EFAs and amino acids, hemp seed oil has GLAs (gamma linoleic acids), polyunsaturated fatty acids and more — all of which are valuable to hair and skin care.
Hemp seeds and protein powder can regulate blood sugar – due to the protein and fiber slowing digestion — and can make you feel fuller longer you feel fuller, especially when taken with breakfast.
Smoking hemp cannot get you high as with marijuana, due to the extremely low THC levels. As well, CBD in hemp blocks the psychoactive properties of any negligible THC content that might be present. Marijuana strains of cannabis are harvested for the leaves and buds. Hemp strains are harvested for the stalk and seeds. Any attempt to extract THC from hemp plants would not be worthy the costly effort.
Consuming hemp-based products will thus not negatively affect any drug tests for THC.
Hemp oil can be used to produce non-toxic, biodegradable inks and paints.
Using hemp for paper production takes less toll on the environment, which ultimately is beneficial for our health. For example, tree-based paper production generates “harmful dioxins, chloroform and over 2,000 chlorinated organic compounds,” which hemp does not. Hemp-based paper production also requires less chemicals.
Hemp crops can be harvested around four months after seed is planted, compared to the decades or longer for trees (depending on their intended use). Thus hemp crops can help with the deforestation that ultimately affects animal and plant habitats, and the environment in general.
Hemp fuel, turned into ethanol form, burns more cleanly than other fuels.
Ethanol use produces energy, water vapor and carbon dioxide — the latter of which can be absorbed by plants, resulting in a sustainable cycle.
Facts and Statistics About Hemp
Here are is a relatively small list of general facts about hemp.
Hemp is thought to be the first domestically-cultivated plant, with evidence of hemp fabric dating to 8,000 years ago found in Turkey (former-day Mesopotamia). Other evidence suggests cultivation further back by two or more thousands of years.
The word hemp has been used in the past to Europe to describe other fiber plants, including sisal and jute.
Beer hops (Humulus genus) are a close cousin of genus Cannabis, both of which fall under family Cannabaceae.
Hemp products are now legal in the United States, although ingredients or end products are currently imported from other countries – particularly Canada.
Hemp was not always treated as the same as marijuana by the U.S. government.
The word “marihuana” (now marijuana) was coined in the 1890s, but not used until the 1930s by the U.S. Bureau of Narcotics (replaced by the DEA) to refer to all forms of cannabis.
According to the documentary “The Union: The Business Behind Getting High” (available at YouTube), the first marijuana law in the United States was enacted in 1619, in Jamestown Colony, Virginia, and actually required farmers to grow hemp. Benjamin Franklin used hemp in his paper mill – one of the country’s first – and the first two copies of the Declaration of Independence were supposedly written on hemp paper.
In parts of the Americas, hemp was legal tender and could be used to pay taxes.
Hemp paper is stronger than wood-based paper, and can withstand more folding. In general, hemp has strongest natural fiber of any source.
Hemp paper hundreds of years old (found in museums) has not yellowed, and is thus a high quality paper of archival quality.
Marijuana plants cannot be hidden amongst hemp plants. The former grows wide and less tall (5-10 feet), whereas the latter is grown more densely and taller (10-15 feet), to produce maximum stalk fiber lengths.
Hemp can grow nearly anywhere in the world, in many types of soil — even in short growing seasons or in dry regions — and helps purify soil as well as kills some types of weeds
Hemp can grow without pesticides. The crop is also kills some weeds, purifies soil, and is suitable for rotation use, due not only to its short harvest cycle (120 days).
Hemp is a high-yield crop. One acre of hemp produces twice as much oil as one acre of peanuts, and nearly four times as much fiber pulp (for paper) as an acre of trees.
Hemp paper is naturally acid-free and does not yellow as quickly as tree pulp-based paper.
Hemp has the strongest (and longest) plant fiber in the world, resistant to rot and abrasion, and was in long use before DuPont patented nylon in 1937. It was used for ship rigging, military uniforms, parachute webbing, baggage and more.
Because of its strength, hemp fiber can be be used for composite materials that could be used to make anything from skateboard decks to car and stealth fighter bodies.
A hemp composite material (with limestone and water) forms a type of concrete (hempcrete) that can be used for home building, at 1/9th the weight. It also acts as insulation and repels some vermin.
Levi jeans were originally made from hemp sailcloth (and rivets), for goldminers in California, who would fill their pockets with gold.
By the 1800s, the state of Kentucky produced about half of the industrial hemp in the U.S. The first hemp crop there was planted in Boyle County in 1775.
Henry Ford, founder of the Ford Motor Company, created a plastic car in 1941 which ran on hemp and other plant-based fuels, and whose fenders were made of hemp and other materials. Ford had a plan to “grow automobiles from the soil.” (Note: a company in France is experimenting with a similar vehicle in current day.)
Despite the active Marijuana Tax Act and the official federal government stance on hemp and marijuana, the U.S. Army and the Dept of Agriculture jointly produced a 1942 film, “Hemp for Victory,” encouraging farmers to grow hemp for the country’s effort in World War II — particularly for textiles and rope, imports of which had been cut off by war. Over 100,000 acres of hemp was growing in the U.S., but all related permits were canceled when WW II ended.
The American Market for Hemp-Based Products
A February 1938 Popular Mechanics article (republished at Kannaway.com) titled “New Billion-Dollar Crop” was published around the same time that the Marijuana Tax Act took effect (Jan 1938), though it was prepared in 1937. The article referred to the potential for industrial hemp to be a billion dollar cash crop across numerous industries, with over 5,000 uses for the textile industry alone, as well as over 25,000 total uses including dynamite, Cellophane and more. At the time, hemp yield was about 3-6 tons per acre, and new machinery called a decorticator could harvest the crop more cheaply than ever — supposedly even more so than DuPont’s chemical process for harvesting trees for pulp and paper products. In 2014 dollars, the equivalent market potential would be nearly $17B. However, with a much larger populace now, the market could likely be much larger.
With industrial hemp crops still being illegal to grow in the United States, except in certain states, the market for hemp products here is at the billion-dollar level yet. However, hemp product use is legal and growing. The HIA (Hemp Industries Assocation) — which represents over “280 farmers, processors, manufacturers, importers, distributors, retailers, researchers and publishers worldwide” — published their estimates in Feb 2014, for the U.S. hemp-based products market for 2013. Here are some of those statistics.
$581M — The total value of hemp products sold in the United States in 2013.
Items that are doing particularly well are in the hemp food and body care market, particularly “non-dairy milk, shelled seed, soaps and lotions.”
The total for hemp foods and body care alone is under-reported, due to retailers that do not supply sales data. Based on available sales data, the total for these categories was over $61.4M, an increase of 24% ($11.89M) over 2012 (year end Dec 23).
Due to the growing American demand for hemp products, Canadian farmers are increasing acreage for hemp crops. “U.S. farmers’ frustration at being shut out of the lucrative worldwide hemp market is catalyzing real movement throughout all levels of government to legalize industrial hemp,” according to Eric Steenstra, Executive Director of the HIA.
A Farm Bill amendment was passed in early 2014 that allows states with their own passed hemp legislation to do industrial hemp research. Two more separate bills – the “Industrial Hemp Farming Act of 2013” and a companion bill – were introduced in congress in Feb of 2013. Collectively the bills, if passed, would allow removing industrial hemp from the definition of “marihuana” (in the Controlled Substances Act) and “give states the exclusive authority to regulate the growing and processing of the (industrial hemp) crop under state law.” This refers to the “non-drug oilseed and fiber varieties of Cannabis.”
As of the end of Feb 2014, 32 states had introduced pro-hemp legislation; 20 passed their legislation.
10 states have defined industrial hemp as distinct from marijuana and thus allow the crop to be farmed: California, Colorado, Kentucky, Maine, Montana, North Dakota, Oregon, Vermont, Washington, West Virginia.
3 states passed bills for “creating commissions or authorizing research”: Hawaii, Kentucky, Maryland.
9 states passed resolutions: California, Colorado, Illinois, Montana, New Hampshire, New Mexico, North Dakota, Vermont, Virginia.
8 states passed study bills: Arkansas, Illinois, Maine, Minnesota, New Mexico, North Carolina, North Dakota and Vermont.
2+ states, including Kentucky and Colorado, have pilot programs for hemp research starting spring 2014.
As to why hemp became illegal in the United States in the 1930s, there is evidence that hemp was perceived to be a threat to a number of industries, including pulp and paper, oil, medicine and others, and that certain powerful people had personal stakes for preventing hemp’s success. How does one retain some semblance of health while existing in a world that has become alarmingly toxic and incompatible to life as a whole? Though there are countless sources of contamination, the climate engineering fallout is the most pervasive of all. I am not a physician, but I have made an effort to understand and pursue fitness and health since I was about 14 years of age. To some degree I have avoided previously penning this post because it is not my primary area of study. This being said, I have had many requests to outline what my personal health protocol is, so I’ll do exactly that. I am not giving medical advice, I am not suggesting or directing anyone to practice the health/fitness regime that I follow, I am simply sharing it.
The Basics
Abundant Clean And Mineral Balanced Drinking Water
Acquiring this most essential element is no simple task in our now completely contaminated world. I have intentionally located in an extensive wilderness area for many reasons, one of them is the access to exceptional ground water. I, of course, realize that such a source of water is not available to many or most, so other options must be found. The quest for clean water is a complex question and not within the scope or this article, but the point is simply this, water is the most essential foundation of our health.
Exercise, Resistance And Aerobic Training
For me, this is first and foremost. If an individual is physically able to engage in consistent cardiovascular and resistance weight training, there is no substitute for the benefits. “Use it or lose it”, how many times have we all heard this simple mantra, yet, how few put it to practice? Physical exercise triggers countless beneficial processes in the body, including the cleansing effect of perspiration. Coupled with the constant consumption of clean and mineral balanced water, great benefits can be realized. It is the consistency that matters when it comes to exercise. With few exceptions, I try to train every day.
Avoiding Further Contamination While Training
Unless the outside air is relatively clear, I do not do workout outside. Many choose to ignore the obvious negative effect of heavy outdoor exercise (and thus heavy respiration) in polluted air, this is a big mistake. The harder one breathes in particulate laden air, the more deeply those contaminants penetrate into the lungs. I grew up in unimaginably smoggy conditions in Upland, California. Only when I retreated to the mountains (which I did constantly as I lived right at the base of them) could I escape the polluted air. Even as a boy I was instinctually careful not to exercise heavily while outdoors on a smoggy day. I feel I am still reaping the benefit even today from the caution I practiced so long ago.
Adequate Rest Is Absolutely Essential
Consistently following a protocol of sleep hygiene is imperative. No regime of fitness and health can approach its full potential without the rejuvenation process of adequate rest. Many in today’s reality do not take this fact into account and thus neglect this extremely important aspect of sound health. It is essential to consider that the time you choose to go to bed can have a big impact on the rejuvenation that is realized from your sleep. Rest in the earlier hours of the night are generally more beneficial for most.
Sleep Aids
Because sleep is so important, and because there are so many factors in the current paradigm that interfere with our natural sleep cycles, I choose to utilize various supplements to assist with my sleep hygiene. The amino acid “Gaba” is one supplement that I regularly take. Gaba has natural calming effects and can also help the body to produce HGH during rest. Melatonin is also a regular supplement for me. There are multiple benefits from Melatonin as well, including antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. Chamomile and Valerian Root are two more options. I rotate supplements, this is important. Constantly taking the same supplement without any break can and does cause the body to build a tolerance and thus the effectiveness is diminished or lost.
Diet
This is, of course, a very complex subject with countless points of view. Again, the point of this article is to share my own protocol and practices, not to push others to follow any particular practice. What we eat matters immensely. The pros and cons of particular practices and protocols regarding foods and food groups can vary greatly from individual to individual. Blood types are medically shown to be a very significant factor that should be considered (due to different genetic makeup). I had an extensive lab blood test done for food lectin intolerance to confirm the foods that were most compatible for my blood type and genetics. Investigating and understanding what foods are most beneficial to our individual systems is imperative. So many live out their entire lives without knowing or understanding that their systems are intolerant to specific foods. Over time, this intolerance has a grinding down effect on our overall health. I try to consistently consume organic, NON-GMO foods that are most compatible with my system.
When To Eat, And When Not To
Part of my family is from Lithuania, and there is a saying there, “breakfast you keep for yourself, lunch you share with a friend, dinner you give to your enemy”. What I consider from this proverb is this, piling up on calories late at night before bed is very counterproductive in many ways and is especially detrimental to sound rest. If your body is struggling to digest while trying also to rejuvenate and cleanse (especially in regard to the brain), these are opposing forces. Avoiding heavy protein meals late in the day and evening is also essential to better sleep at night. Light meals or serotonin producing foods are best for late day and evening meals in order to assist with more restful sleep.
Supplements
This subject is also very complex and must be tailored to the individual. I will again share my own personal regime in this arena. I have a pantry that is overflowing with supplements, so many that it takes a bit of navigation to know where to find what you are looking for. This being said, I do not take handfuls of the same vitamins and supplements every day. I am selective, and I consistently rotate supplements. I also take short breaks from supplements altogether to allow my system to settle and clean out. It is important to remember that many herbal supplements and even various vitamins are diuretics. If you load up constantly, you will soon begin to purge your system of water (and thus essential nutrients) which greatly diminishes or completely negates the benefits you are trying to gain from the supplements to begin with. Again, as previously stated, I rotate what I take in order to avoid losing the benefit from various supplements by building up a tolerance to them (I do not apply this rule to some of the most basic and essential supplements like vitamin C). Something to consider, purchasing supplements online is far less expensive than shopping at a retail store.
Which Supplements
As already stated this is a complex subject which can and should vary greatly from individual to individual. The following is a list that covers many of the supplements that I take on a rotational basis. Ginkgo Biloba, Chamomile, Valerian root. Turmeric, Saw Palmetto, Broccoli extract, L-lysine, Amino complex, Vitamin D, Vitamin C (Ester C or comparable), Vitamin E, Vitamin B complex, Magnesium Malate, Boron, Chromium Picolinate, Kelp, Vitamin K-2, Calcium (high quality), Glucosamine/Chondroitin/ MSM (joint maintenance), Green tea extract, Chlorella, essential minerals, apple pectin and Bromelain. Though there are those who claim if one eats properly, supplements are not needed. I disagree. Our bodies daily face a virtual onslaught of attacks and contamination from countless unnatural sources, extra ammunition for remaining strong and healthy is essential.
The Most Important Food Of All, Essential Fats
The body cannot function without essential fat lipids, they are the single most important food we can consume. A deficiency in essential fat lipid intake can lead to an endless list of ailments and diseases. Essential fats are critical in regard to cellular communication and hormone production within the body which is in turn are critical to our overall health. Essential fat lipids are exactly that, essential. Two primary sources I consume are organic Flax and Hemp oils. Both can be found in the refrigerated section of any health food store.
Fermented Foods
Foods containing beneficial bacteria are another basic building block of maintaining our health. There are many sources, I am not advocating any particular one, just a general statement of fact. I try to consistently keep my intestinal flora maintained.
Avoiding Sugars And Staying Alkaline
The importance of avoiding refined sugars and maintaining an alkaline balance cannot be overstated. The reasons are many, it is not within the scope of this post to cover this subject in-depth. I frequently add apple cider vinegar to my drinking water to further decrease acidity, but always in moderation. Apple cider vinegar (like most other supplements) is a diuretic and should be utilized in moderation.
Prevention Of Respiratory Infections
Chronic respiratory infection is now epidemic all over the globe. Mathematically speaking the greatest single source of toxic atmospheric particulate contamination is the global climate engineering assault. This fact cannot be rationally denied if all available data is investigated and examined. These particulates are platforms for fungal proliferation and thus fungal infections. Not surprisingly, studies now show that as much as 90% of chronic upper and lower respiratory infections are fungal. To combat this source of infection, I consistently use a nasal spray/inhaler that is comprised of the several essential elements. I fill a 2 ounce nasal spray bottle with clean water and add 1/2 pack of “Neti Pot” salt mix (available in any drug store). I then add 2 drops of tea tree oil, 2 drops of eucalyptus oil, and 2 drops of grapefruit seed extract. Shake to mix thoroughly, and put it to use. Every night before bed I spray several herbal prevention shots up each nostril while inhaling and also inhale several sprays through the throat of the same mixture. If I feel I have had unusual exposure for any reason, I will use the spray in the morning as well. With this practice, I also rotate and occasionally switch to Olive Leaf Extract nasal spray (also available in any health food store). The importance of keeping any fungal infections (also bacterial and viral) from getting started cannot be overstated. Once deeply rooted, such infections are much more difficult to eradicate. Mainstream medical “professionals” nearly always only feed the problem by prescribing antibiotics which then kill of beneficial organisms in our system thus further fueling fungal infections. I also utilize the following internal supplements if I am battling an infection: Olive Leaf extract capsules, Grapefruit seed extract capsules, and Monolaurin.
What We Believe, And Our Health
Our mental state carries the most profound impact to our health. Our body is a manifestation of our state of mind. This fact in no way negates all the protocol and practices outlined above, but rather is an essential component to the whole approach of staying strong and healthy in a toxic world.
The Bottom Line, We Must All Work Toward Completely Altering The Current Paradigm On Our Planet
Staying healthy is, of course, important and essential for countless reasons, but the most critical of all is this, in doing so, we can be much more effective in the fight for the greater good. It’s legal for Israeli police to kill Palestinian youth suspected of throwing rocks.
Israeli police regulations, previously kept classified, permit preemptive and fatal recourse against suspected stone-throwers.
(COMMONDREAMS) Israeli police are officially permitted to use deadly force against stone-throwing Palestinian teenagers, according to updated regulations made public on Tuesday by an Israel-based human rights organization.
The new open-fire regulations, revealed by Adalah, a rights organization and legal center that defends Palestinians living in Israel as well as the occupied territories, state that “an officer is permitted to open fire [with live ammunition] directly on an individual who clearly appears to be throwing or is about to throw a firebomb, or who is shooting or is about to shoot fireworks, in order to prevent endangerment.”
Vetted and authorized by Israeli Attorney General Avichai Mandelblit, the official regulations specify that “stone throwing using a slingshot” — a common tactic among Palestinian youths living under Israeli occupation — is an example of a situation that would justify fatal recourse. Previously, lethal force had been reserved as a final option when confronting such behavior.
Commenting on the newly-revealed regulations, journalist and Electronic Intifada associate editor Rania Khalek wrote online, “Israel essentially authorized extra-judicial execution of Palestinian children for acts not yet committed.”
Just last month, Israeli troops shot dead a 15-year-old Palestinian boy because they “mistakenly” associated him with a group that was throwing stones.
“The new regulations allow officers to act in an unchecked and criminal manner,” said Adalah attorney Mohammad Bassam.The chances that actions such as stone throwing or shooting of fireworks would present a life-threatening danger are extremely slim and there is no doubt that it is possible to handle such situations using non-lethal means.
“Nevertheless,” Bassam continued, “the new regulations relate to such actions as if they were acts of war and grant legitimacy to light-trigger fingers [among officers], thus posing a fatal danger to the lives of young Palestinians.”
“In addition,” he said, “it is clear that the regulations do not refer to just any stone throwers but that they were written specifically regarding Palestinian youths.”
The new measures were first approved by Israel’s security cabinet in September 2015, according to Al Jazeera, after Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu declared “war” against those who throw stones.
As Al Jazeera‘s Nigel Wilson notes, “The move brought the Israeli police force’s rules of engagement into line with the Israeli military operating in the occupied West Bank,” where the forces “have faced criticism for the way they interpret the ‘threat to life’ and their subsequent use of lethal force against Palestinians.”
The updated regulations were only revealed in part as Israel police continued to censor significant portions which, according to Adalah, likely regulate the use of the Ruger rifle — a U.S.-made sniper rifle commonly used by Israeli forces against demonstrators and stone-throwers — or concern the handling of “security-related” offenses.

To know why you can not “represent” yourself in court, you need to study the definitions of the word represent and find its deeper meanings. You also need to ask yourself this question: “How could I represent myself when I am already myself living in a body made of flesh and blood?” One of the common definitions of the word represent is “to act or speak officially for (someone or something)”. Based on this definition, when you represent someone or something, you are acting or speaking for it.

The Occult Meanings of the Word Represent
All the definitions above are basically telling you that the word represent means to act in the capacity for something. When you “represent” yourself, you are actually acting for something outside of you and therefore it is NOT truly you. Because you are acting for something outside of you, you can not represent yourself.
On the Earth plane, you can not physically be in two places during the exact time. Furthermore, you can not be something and something else during the exact time. In this dimension, you have your own frequency signatures, and therefore you can not be two exact things during the exact time. If two things were exactly the same, you would not be able to tell the difference between them, even down to the atomic and DNA level.
In one of the previous paragraphs, the first phrase says “To appear in the character of”. The words you need to pay attention to in this phrase are appear and character. You also need to pay attention to the word person. In legalese, the word person usually means an artificial person. This “person” is not you because it is a dead fictional character. Furthermore, you are a spirit and soul living in a body made of flesh and blood; therefore, you can not be that person.
One of the origins of the word appear is the Latin word apparere, which is derived from the Latin words ad(“to”) and parere (“to come forth, be visible”). The word appear has a strong connection to magic (magick), which is why it is used a lot by fake or real magicians. These magicians like to make things appear (be visible) and disappear (be invisible) right in front of your eyes.
Like magicians, judges also like to make things appear and disappear. This is why the letter that they used to notify you to appear in court is called a summons. To summon you to court is to call you to appear in court using the power of words and magic, similar to how witches summon spirits to appear in front of them. The word summons is defined as “A form of legal process that commands the defendant to appear before the court on a specific day and to answer the complaint made by the plaintiff.”
In legal terms, the word magistrate is defined as “any individual who has the power of a public civil officer or inferior judicial officer, such as a Justice of the Peace”. Magistrate can also be defined as “a civil officer charged with the administration of the law”. To find the occult definition of the word magistrate, you need to split it into two words (magi-strate). The word you need to pay attention to is magi. One of the origins of the word magi is the Latin word magi (plural of magus), meaning “magician, learned magician”. Hence, the words magistrate, magician, magic, and magistery.
As for the word character, it is defined as “the aggregate of features and traits that form the individual nature of some person or thing.” The word character originated from the Latin word character and the Greek word kharakter, meaning “engraved mark,” also “symbol or imprint on the soul”. In other words, a character is a mark or symbol used to identify something. The word character can also mean “symbol or drawing used in sorcery“.
Phonetically, the word character sounds similar to “care-actor”. The word care is derived from the Old English words caru and cearu, meaning “sorrow, anxiety, grief,” also “burdens of mind; serious mental attention”. Based on these occult definitions, a character/care-actor is an actor with serious mental problems. A character is a symbol and therefore it is not you, the man (male or female) with a body made of flesh and blood.
Because a character is a symbol, it is an artificial person and therefore it needs your life force energy to charge it with life. This is why the legal system has to charge you first before summoning you to appear in court. They charge you first because they are planning to trick you to give up your life force energy, so that it can be used to charge the character/legal person/dead person and give it life.
One very important thing you need to know about the legal system is that it deals with the DEAD, and therefore it is void of life and is a disgrace to God. The legal system does not practice law because law comes from God and God is life. Instead, it practices acts and statutes which are fictional (dead) things.
Why You Can Not Represent Yourself in Court
When you are in a courtroom and the judge asks you if you are representing yourself, what he is really doing is tricking you to agree to represent your legal person (character), which is an artificial person, also known as a corporation. This artificial person is sometimes referred to as the legal name, which is a symbol or character used by the legal system to identify you and mark you with the “mark of the beast”. Do you remember what I said earlier that the word character originated from the Latin word character and the Greek word kharakter, meaning “engraved mark,” also “symbol or imprint on the soul”?
You, the living man (male or female), can not represent yourself because you are already yourself. To represent yourself is to act in the capacity for something artificial, such as a legal person/artificial person/dead person/character/corporation. Because you (the living man) is not artificial/dead, you can not represent yourself. However, you can represent something other than yourself that is artificial. In other words, as a living man you can present yourself in court, but can only represent an artificial thing.
When you split the word represent into two words it becomes re-present. The prefix re comes from the Latin word re, meaning “again, back, anew, against“. How could you “represent” yourself more than once during the exact time in court? Furthermore, why would you want to “represent” yourself but during the same time be against (re) yourself?
The word present is defined as “being, existing, or occurring at this time or now; current”. But be aware that one of the earliest definitions of the word present is “thing offered, what is offered or given as a gift”. Based on these two definitions, when you present yourself in court, you are presenting yourself in the present time or presenting yourself as a gift. Because of this, you need to let the judge know that you are in court to present yourself during that present moment in time and not as a gift.
Because you now know the occult meanings of the word represent, whenever a judge ask you if you are representing yourself in court, you should tell him that you can not represent yourself because you are already yourself and a living man or woman.
The legal system is full of words that have many different meanings, and therefore it is nearly impossible to know what the judge really means when he speaks. For example, when a judge says “person”, he could be talking about a natural person, artificial person, corporation, or anything that is artificial. Because of this, it is best to stay out of court whenever possible.

Prior testing at a separate Afek site did not meet expectations, so the company sought other “sweet spots” in the area. Analysis of samples from additional wells will be performed by Afek scientists in conjunction with “external international experts.”
To understand U.S. involvement in the quagmire in Syria, Afek’s oil exploration is of critical import.
Israel’s occupation of the Golan Heights region violates international law — thus, Israeli permits granting Afek the ostensible right to perform exploratory tests of a possible “large reservoir” of natural gas and light oil is also illegal. But in a world where Big Oil remains powerful enough to drive foreign policy of the U.S. empire, this direct violation of the Geneva Convention might not even be worthy of a footnote — except to the people of Syria.
In fact, as The Free Thought Project’s Justin Gardner previously reported, the unsavory character heading Genie Oil is none other than Efraim “Effie” Eitam, an Israeli military commander and former Knesset member who once called for the expulsion of the “cancer” of Arabs from Israel.
“Expel most of the Judea and Samaria Arabs from here,” Eitam arrogantly asserted during a soldier’s memorial service in 2006. “We cannot be with all these Arabs and we cannot give up the land, because we have already seen what they do there. Some of them may be able to stay under certain conditions, but most of them will have to go.”
In addition to the eyebrow-raising cabal of Eitam, Murdoch, Cheney, and Rothschild, Genie Oil and Gas appointed new members to its Strategic Advisory Board last September, including:
Dr. Lawrence Summers, 71st Secretary of the Treasury under President Clinton and Director of the National Economic Council under Pres. Obama; former Louisiana Senator Mary Landrieu, who is credited with helping pass the U.S.-Israel Energy Cooperation Bill while she chaired the Senate Committee on Energy and Natural Resources; former governor of New Mexico, Bill Richardson, who became an energy insider after serving as the Clinton administration’s Energy Secretary; and former Director of Central Intelligence, R. James Woolsey, who co-founded the U.S. Energy Security Council.
At stake is a 153 square-mile region in the Golan Heights, demarcated by Israeli authorities as exclusive territory for Afek to perform exploratory testing, which began in 2015, through early April 2017.
However, even beyond the not-at-all-minor issue of legality, Afek’s drilling in the region has stirred another, perhaps more imperative, concern. A large aquifer supplying the entire region’s drinking water is positioned uncomfortably close to the stores of fossil fuel — raising contamination concerns sufficiently serious that an Israeli high court issued a temporary restraining order in 2014, though it was quickly dismissed.
But none of this bothers Murdoch, Cheney, Rothschild, and the others, as the Golan Heights to Big Oil represents little more than an exploitative business opportunity. Syria, in fact, has been systematically torn apart primarily because foreign powers and radical groups seek to protect their varied oil interests.
While the Afek ilk set their sights on Golan Heights oil and natural gas, Turkey, the U.S., Russia,Daesh, and a spate of others have been fighting over Syria’s geostrategic location for major oil pipelines under the cover of religious and civil strife.
“[W]e may want to look beyond the convenient explanations of religion and ideology and focus on the more complex rationales of history and oil, which mostly point the finger of blame for terrorism back at the champions of militarism, imperialism and petroleum here on our own shores,” Robert F. Kennedy, Jr., intoned in an April editorial for Ecowatch.
As Kennedy astutely noted, U.S. interventionism in the Middle East, and particularly Syria, has little to do with fighting terrorism and far more to do with the region’s rich petroleum reserves — as in the case of Genie’s magnates. And such insistent international meddling at the behest of corporate oil interests so destabilized the entire region, it led to the formation of Daesh (ISIS) and similar radical groups.
Of course, oil exploration certainly benefits the ongoing push by Israel to expand its occupation and settlements, since U.S.-backed Big Oil operates under the premise the manufactured nation’s encroachment on Syrian territory is perfectly legal. Often, as is the case with Afek and Genie, the Golan Heights is dismissively referred to as “Northern Israel.”
Environmental and humanitarian groups vocally criticize Afek’s exploratory drilling, but despite growing international outcry, have not succeeded in halting ongoing tests.
Considering the notoriously powerful, monied warmongers backing Afek’s petroleum plans, outrage and violation of international law wouldn’t factor one iota in matters concerning the Golan Heights.

What will be most important at the 2016 discussion?
There are gigantic moves underway with regard to the price of oil and the end of the petrodollar era. The geopolitical effects are not only being played out in conflict regions like Syria, Yemen and the Ukraine, but in the headlines (as seen in the public passing of the blame between Saudi Arabia and U.S. over 9/11) and in economic sabotage seen most blatantly with Venezuela, but happening all across the globe.
The Brexit referendum would be a particularly large blow to the European Union’s credibility and image, and the Bilderberg crowd – who gave birth to the EU – have reputations and egos invested deeply in the superstate project.
But in the long-term, it is the drastic changes in the economic landscape that will cause the most instability, outrage and upheaval.
It is largely centered around the rapid pace of technological growth and the online world, and the grave implications it has for employment and living standards.
Just check out the topics Bilderberg is focusing on – United States “economy: growth, debt, reform” as well as discussion on the impact of “technological innovation” and migration to economic and social factors. Looming largest of all is the ominous topic “precariat and middle class.”
What the hell is the precariat? And why is this term important for Bilderberg or the middle class?
In the age where even the Davos elite are preoccupied with the wealth gap and the power of the 1% over the ‘revolutionary’ masses… the term “precariat” is a modern spin on the proletariat of the next era… getting by from gig-to-gig an in an economy with no clear future and uncertain job security.
In sociology and economics, the precariat is a social class formed by people suffering from precarity, which is a condition of existence without predictability or security, affecting material or psychological welfare. Unlike the proletariat class of industrial workers in the 20th century who lacked their own means of production and hence sold their labour to live, members of the Precariat are only partially involved in labour and must undertake extensive “unremunerated activities that are essential if they are to retain access to jobs and to decent earnings”. Specifically, it is the condition of lack of job security, including intermittent employment or underemployment and the resultant precarious existence.[1] The emergence of this class has been ascribed to the entrenchment of neoliberal capitalism.
Like the sardonic question posed by Bilderberg in 2014 – Does Privacy Exist? – the precariat is meant to poke at all the American Dream leftovers who will find themselves without direction, meaningful employment or much other hope for the coming decades of innovation under robotics and automation.
The topic is one that has been probed by Guy Standing, who is Professor of Development Studies at SOAS, University of London and has promoted the idea of basic income as a global right.
Guy Standing, author of The Precariat: The New Dangerous Class, and A Precariat Charter, spoke about his new work to an overflow group of students and faculty in the Raytheon Amphitheater on February 22nd, 2016.
Standing defines the precariat as an emerging class of people facing lives of economic insecurity, moving in and out of jobs that give little meaning to their lives. As such, they develop emotions of anomie, anxiety, alienation, and anger. The precariat is a “dangerous class” because it is internally divided, including college graduates without career prospects, adjuncts and other involuntary part-time workers, migrants and other vulnerable groups that tend to be vilified, as well as what Standing called “atavists” and “nostalgics”. Lacking agency, its members may be susceptible to the calls of political extremism.
What will happen to people when millions can no longer find work? Who will support their cost of living and what will justify their place in society?
How will a dead broke government pay for all its dependents in the larger collectivist society? Global government shall apparently aim to provide…
In considering these questions, please also note the presence of David M. Cote, the Chairman and CEO of Honeywell (a major defense contractor) who has not previous shown up on any Bilderberg attendee rosters.
He is almost certainly in Dresden to give a special presentation on: US political landscape, economy: growth, debt, reform.
How will financial futures be dealt with in the face of bankrupt and bloated obligations for benefits? How can governments pay for all those people to retire, have health care and live decent lives?
David M. Cote is there to give an answer bankers can believe in.
David M. Cote is an expert on financial “risk” who is known for losing $2 billion in derivatives while at JP Morgan Chase, who served on the NY Federal Reserve board and who was appointed by President Obama to a key committee on debt wherein Cote has recommended cutting social benefits in order to reduce the budget deficit.
In 2010, President Barack Obama named Cote to serve on the bipartisan National Commission on Fiscal Responsibility and Reform, more commonly known as the Simpson-Bowles Commission.
Cote said he [….] discuss[ed] reigning in federal entitlement programs as part of an overall effort to curb budget deficits and reduce the federal debt. ..
“By and large, a majority of politicians understand the problem,” he said. “It’s a lack of political will out of fear their decision will be used against them.”

Cote is a co-founder of Fix the Debt, a group of executives and former legislators who campaign for deficit reduction and tax reform. In a 2013 interview with the New Hampshire Union Leader, Cote […] framed the options for deficit reduction in terms of either increases in taxes or a reduction in social security benefits, saying, “If you have people saying, ‘Don’t raise my taxes, but don’t cut my benefits,’ it makes it really difficult to get anything done.”
The rapidly aging baby boomers have created a giant problem for taxes and debt. But there are even more important factors on the horizon.
While dealing with these issues is clearly important, and the prospect of cutting benefits might even sit well with many conservatives, keep in mind that Bilderberg is operating in the shadows, and creating a solution for the elite.
These insider titans stand to prosper through the management of pension funds and their investment in derivatives and other vehicles, through increased profits in health care and through the management of a society that has become entirely dependent upon social welfare and benefits just to get by.
In the wake of continuing technological revolution, human labor has officially been discounted, rendered obsolete and has become secondary in usefulness only. The effects of that truth are about to widely felt.
The bureaucrats know it. The banksters know it. The executives know it. The Silicon Valley elite know it.
And here they are, gathered round the table to discuss how to handle the public relations problem of a society about to tear into pieces, or become completely under the thumb. What happens then?

Light cannot be seen, it can only be known. Light is still. The sense of sight cannot respond to stillness. That which the eyes “feel” and believe to be Light is but wave motion simulating the idea of Light. Like all things else in this electric wave universe the idea of Light cannot be produced. Electric waves simulate idea only. They do not become idea. When man sees the light of the sun he believes that he is actually seeing light when the nerves of his eyes are but “feeling” the intense, rapid, short- wave vibrations of the kind of wave motion which he senses as incandescence. The intensely vibrant electric current mirrored into the senses of the eyes fairly burns them. They cannot stand that high rate of vibration. The eyes would be destroyed by such a vibration but light would not be the cause of that destruction. Fast motion, simulating light, would be the cause. It would be like sending a high voltage electric current over a wire, so fine that the current would burn it out.
Man likewise cannot see darkness. The nerves of his eyes, which sense motion, slow down to a rate of vibration that he can no longer “feel.”
Man is so accustomed to the idea that he actually sees light in various intensities illuminating various substances to greater or lesser degree that it is difficult for him to realize that his own senses are but acting as mirrors to reflect various intensities of wave motion. But that is all that is happening.
Every electrically conditioned thing in Nature reflects the vibrations of every other thing, to fulfill its desire to synchronize its vibrations with every other thing. All matter is the motion of light. All motion is expressed in waves. All light waves are mirrors that reflect each other’s condition unto the farthermost star.
This is an electrically conditioned wave universe. All wave conditions are forever seeking oneness. For this reason all sensation responds to all other sensation.
Is Light A Wave Or Corpuscle? Much controversy has arisen as to whether light is corpuscular, as Newton claimed it to be, or waves. There is much evidence in favor of both theories. It is both. Light is expressed by motion. All motion is wave motion. All waves are expressed by fields of equal and opposite pressures of two-way motion. The entire volume within wave fields is filled with the two opposite expressions of motion-the positive expression that compresses light into solids, and the negative expression that expands it into space surrounding solids.
All space within wave fields is curved. Curvature ends at planes of zero curvature that bound all wave fields. These boundary planes of omnipresent magnetic Light act as mirrors to reflect all curvature into all other wave fields in the universe, and as fulcrums from which motion in one wave field is universally repeated.
All Matter Is Wave Motion Together these constitute what we call matter and space. It has been difficult to conceive light as being purely corpuscular, for light is presumed to fill all space. Space is not empty. It is full of wave motion. Corpuscles of matter are one half of wave cycles of light. Space is the other half.
There need be no mystery as to whether light is corpuscular or wave, for waves of motion which simulate the light and darkness of space is all there is.
The light and motion of solid matter, and of gaseous matter of space, differs only in volume and condition. Water of earth is compressed into small volume while water of the heavens is expanded thou sands of time in volume. Each condition is the opposite half of the cycle of water.
Water vapor is water turned inside out. It again becomes water by turning outside in. Expansion- contraction sequences result from this process.
All Matter Is Simulated Light Water of the heavens still is water, and it still is light waves. No change whatsoever has taken place between the waters of earth and those of the heavens except a change of its condition from positive to negative preponderance. This change is due solely to a change of its direction in respect to its center of gravity.
All dense cold matter, such as iron, stone, wood, and all growing or decaying things, are light. We do not think of them as light but all are waves of motion, and all waves of motion are light.
Light is all there is in the spiritual universe of knowing, and simulation of that light in opposite extensions is all there is in the electric wave universe of sensing. The simulation of light in matter is not light. There is no light in matter.
Perhaps the confusion which attends this idea would be lessened if we classify everything concerning the spiritual universe, such as life, intelligence, truth, power, knowledge and balance as being the One Light of Knowing, and everything concerning matter and motion as being the two simulated lights of thinking.
Thinking expresses knowing in matter but matter does not think, nor does it know.
Thinking also expresses life, truth, idea, power and balance by recording the ideas of those qualities in the two lights of matter in motion, but matter does not live, nor is it truth, balance or idea, even though it simulates those spiritual qualities.
Man’s confusion concerning this differentiation lies in his, long assumption of the reality of matter. His assumption that his body is his Self, that his knowledge is in his brain, and that he lives and dies because his body integrates and disintegrates, has been so fundamental a part of his thinking that it is difficult for him to reverse his thinking to the fact that matter is but motion and has no reality beyond simulating reality.
The light which we think we see is but motion. We do not see light. We feel the wave vibrations set up by the motion that simulates light, but the motion of electric waves that simulate light is not that which it simulates.
Confusion Concerning Light Corpuscles There is much confusion concerning the many kinds of particles of matter such as electrons, protons, photons, neutrons and others. These many particles are supposedly different because of the belief that some are negatively charged, some are positively charged and some are so equally charged that one supposedly neutralizes the other.
There is no such condition in nature as negative charge, nor are there negatively charged particles. Charge and discharge are opposite conditions, as filling and emptying, or compressing and expanding are opposite conditions.
Compressing bodies are charging into higher potential conditions. Conversely, expanding bodies are discharging into lower potential conditions. To describe an electron as a negatively charged body is equivalent to saying that it is an expanding-contracting body.
Contracting and expanding bodies move in opposite directions. Contracting bodies move radially inward toward mass centers, and expanding bodies move radially outward toward space that surrounds masses. In this two-way universe, light which is inwardly directed toward gravity charges mass and discharges space. When directed toward space it charges space and discharges mass. All direction of force in Nature is spiral.
On September 19, 2015, I published an article about why cryptocurrency may be the currency that the Elite/Controllers want to use to create their cashless society. Last month, a “secret meeting” that involved more than 100 executives from some of the biggest financial institutions in the United States was held in New York City. During this “secret meeting“, a company known as “Chain” unveiled a technology that transforms U.S. dollars into “pure digital assets”. Reportedly, there were representatives from Nasdaq, Citigroup, Visa, Fidelity, Fiserv and Pfizer in the room, and Chain also claims to be partnering with Capital One, State Street, and First Data. This “revolutionary” technology is intended to completely change the way that we use money, and it would represent a major step toward a cashless society. But if this new digital cash system is going to be so good for society, why was it unveiled during a secret meeting for Wall Street bankers? Is there something more going on here than we are being told?
On a recent Monday in April, more than 100 executives from some of the world’s largest financial institutions gathered for a private meeting at the Times Square office of Nasdaq Inc. They weren’t there to just talk about blockchain, the new technology some predict will transform finance, but to build and experiment with the software.
By the end of the day, they had seen something revolutionary: U.S. dollars transformed into pure digital assets, able to be used to execute and settle a trade instantly. That’s the promise of a blockchain, where the cumbersome and error-prone system that takes days to move money across town or around the world is replaced with almost instant certainty.
So it is not just Michael Snyder from The Economic Collapse Blog that is referring to this gathering as a “secret meeting”. This is actually how it was described by Bloomberg. And I think that there is a very good reason why this meeting was held in secret, because many in the general public would definitely be alarmed by this giant step toward a cashless society.
The technology that Chain is using to transform U.S. dollars into “pure digital assets” is based on cryptography and works similar to the blockchain technology behind Bitcoin. Here is an excerpt fromChain.com about their blockchain technology:
The Chain Open Standard supports the creation of an unlimited number of cryptographically unique Asset IDs. Similar to a CUSIP or an ISIN, an Asset ID is a globally unique identifier that represents a set of fungible financial instruments.
An Asset ID is associated with an Asset Definition. Asset Definitions may specify self-enforcing rules such as requiring multiple signatures for issuance, placing limits on total circulation, and constraining transfers to meet specific conditions. They may also include an unlimited amount of reference data – data hashes, raw bytes, JSON objects, etc.
Once issued, units of an Asset ID can be programmatically transacted with smart contracts or retired from circulation.
It looks like the Elite and their corporate banks are now taking major actions to take over the cryptocurrency market, so that they can destroy any cryptocurrency that is a threat to their banking empire. If the Elite were to succeed in creating their cashless society, they would be able to control nearly 100 percent of the financial transactions that are processed through their cashless system.

In 2004, he published a report declaring that the accusation that 200,000 Serbians had been expelled from Kosovo was a lie, and Russian propaganda. In his book Can Intervention Work ? – which he published with Rory Stewart, the ex-tutor of Princes William and Harry of the United Kingdom, whom he met in Kosovo and who became successively one of the assistants of Paul Bremmer at Meyssan during the occupation of Iraq, then the director of the Carr Center for Human Rights Policy – he praised the US wars and developed a new concept of colonisation. According to Knaus, «humanitarian interventionism» is legitimate, but can only succeed if it takes local realities into account. He praised Richard Holbrooke, whom he had also known in Kosovo. His book was promoted by Samantha Power, who is known for being an ex-collaborator of Holbrooke, and who had created and directs the Carr Center for Human Rights Policy, where he had been a researcher.

In June 2014, he was invited with Prime Minister Mark Rutte to the Bilderberg Group, where they were able to talk with Peter Sutherland, but not with Rory Stewart, who had been invited only to the 2012 meeting.
According to Dutch political observers, he is the main victim of the referendum of support for the European Agreement with Ukraine. He had personally taken position on this theme and against Russia. His defeat, according to certain opinion polls, caused the decline by one half to three quarters of the influence of his party.

Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership (TTIP) leaked documents reveal that there are sinister agendas behind the trade agreement. Below are some excerpts from a few different websites about the TTIP. These excerpts reveal a small percentage of what the psychopathic Globalists want to do to humanity.
The classified documents represent more than two-thirds of the overall TTIP text as of April, at the 13th round of TTIP negotiations in New York. They cover 13 chapters addressing issues ranging from telecommunications to regulatory cooperation, from pesticides, food and agriculture to trade barriers.
Jorgo Riss, director of Greenpeace EU, said: “These leaked documents confirm what we have been saying for a long time: TTIP would put corporations at the centre of policy-making, to the detriment of environment and public health. We have known that the EU position was bad, now we see the US position is even worse. A compromise between the two would be unacceptable.”
For instance, Monsanto could sue the EU for refusing to accept the import of GMO food crops, thereby enabling a Monsanto end-run around Europe’s tight restrictions on GMOs.
The controversial trade deal between the EU and the US could affect public health, people’s rights, internet privacy and the environment badly, Greenpeace says, citing leaked negotiation texts. The US is pressuring the EU over the deal, a report on the texts alleges.
The 248 pages of classified negotiation papers on The Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership (TTIP) were released by Greenpeace Netherlands on Monday.
“This treaty is threatening to have far-reaching implications for the environment and the lives of more than 800 million citizens in the EU and US,” a Greenpeace statement says.
“The effects of TTIP would be initially subtle but ultimately devastating. It would lead to European laws being judged … disregarding environmental protection and public health concerns.”
A 70-year-old EU rule, which allows nations to restrict trade in order “to protect human, animal and plant life or health,” or for “the conservation of exhaustible natural resources,” would end, if U.S. President Barack Obama gets what he wants.
Furthermore, the “Precautionary principle is forgotten”: it’s currently enshrined in the EU Treaty, but Obama wants it gone; it is stated in the EU Treaty as allowing
“rapid response in the face of a possible danger to human, animal or plant health, or to protect the environment. In particular, where scientific data do not permit a complete evaluation of the risk, recourse to this principle may, for example, be used to stop distribution or order withdrawal from the market of products likely to be hazardous.”
Obama wants there to be no ability for EU nations to withdraw from the market “products likely to be hazardous.” All products would be assumed safe, unless proven not to be.
The US is also proposing new articles on “science and risk” to give firms greater regulatory say. Disputes over pesticides residues and food safety would be dealt with by the UN Food and Agriculture Organisation’s Codex Alimentarius system.
Environmentalists say the body has loose rules on corporate influence, allowing employees of companies such as BASF, Nestle and Coca Cola to sit on – and sometimes lead – national delegations. Some 44% of its decisions on pesticides residues have been less stringent than EU ones, with 40% of rough equivalence and 16% being more demanding, according to Greenpeace.
GM foods could also find a widening window into Europe, with the US pushing for a working group to adopt a “low level presence initiative”. This would allow the import of cargo containing traces of unauthorised GM strains. The EU currently blocks these because of food safety and cross-pollination concerns.
The massive leak of secret TTIP negotiating papers due out tomorrow (2 May) will reveal the true extent of the danger posed by the controversial EU-US deal, and early signs are that it will be even worse than already suspected. For the first time, we will be able to see in black and white exactly what the US negotiators are demanding of the EU, and what the European Commission is prepared to sacrifice in order to seal the deal. Any export gains for EU car manufacturers will come at a massive cost to European agriculture, with the European Commission sacrificing the small-scale farmers of Europe in order to force open US markets for major European corporations. Here is the deal:
The EU proposed a possible package on mechanical devices in Chapter 84 and electrical appliances in Chapter 85 for which both parties share offensive interests. While the US showed an interest, it hastened to point out that it would need to consult with its industry regarding some of the products and that progress on motor vehicle-related parts would only be possible if the EU showed progress in the discussion on agricultural tariffs.

This was confirmed moments ago when Reuters reported that Deutsche Bank has also reached a settlement in US litigation alleging the bank conspired to fix gold prices. In other words, hours after admitting it was rigging the silver market, it did the same for gold.

Most importantly, as the actual settlement reveals, Deutsche has agreed that in addition to once again providing “valuable monetary consideration” which will be paid into a settlement fund, that like in the silver settlement it will provide “cooperation in pursuing claims against the remaining Defendants.”
Deutsche Bank Confirms Silver Market Manipulation In Legal Settlement, Agrees To Expose Other Banks
Back in July of 2014, we reported that in an attempt to obtain if not compensation, then at least confirmation of bank manipulation in the precious metals industry, a group of silver bullion banks including Deutsche Bank, Bank of Nova Scotia and HSBC (later UBS was also added to the defendants) were accused of manipulating prices in the multi-billion dollar market.
The lawsuit, which was originally filed in a New York district court by veteran litigator J. Scott Nicholson, a resident of Washington DC, alleged that the banks, which oversee the century-old silver fix manipulated the physical and COMEX futures market since January 2007. The lawsuit subsequently received class-action status. It was the first case to target the silver fix.
Many expected that this case would never go anywhere and that the defendant banks would stonewall indefinitely: after all their legal budgets were far greater than the plaintiffs.
Which is why we were surprised to read overnight that not only has this lawsuit against precious metals manipulation not been swept away, but that the lead defendant, troubled German bank Deutsche Bank agreed to settle the litigation over allegations it illegally conspired with Bank of Nova Scotia and HSBC Holdings Plc to fix silver prices at the expense of investors, Reuters reported citing a court filing by law firm Lowey.
Terms were not disclosed, but the accord will include a monetary payment by the German bank.
It goes without saying, that there would have been neither a settlement nor a payment if the banks had done nothing wrong.
According to Reuters, Deutsche Bank has signed a binding settlement term sheet, and is negotiating a formal settlement agreement to be submitted for approval by U.S. District Judge Valerie Caproni, who oversees the litigation. A Deutsche Bank spokeswoman declined to comment. Lawyers for the investors did not immediately respond to requests for comment.
As noted above, investors had accused Deutsche Bank, HSBC and ScotiaBank of abusing their power as three of the world’s largest silver bullion banks to dictate the price of silver through a secret, once-a-day meeting known as the Silver Fix.
None of this will come as a big surprise to readers, most of whom have been aware that this took place for years.
But wait there’s more.
In a curious twist, the settlement letter reveals a stunning development, namely that the former members of the manipulation cartel have turned on each other. To wit:
“In addition to valuable monetary consideration, Deutsche Bank has also agreed to provide cooperation to plaintiffs, including the production of instant messages, and other electronic communications, as part of the settlement. In Plaintiff’s estimation, the cooperation to be provided by Deutsche Bank will substantially assist Plaintiffs in the prosecution of their claims against the non-settling defendants.”

Since this is just one of many lawsuits filed over the past two years in Manhattan federal court in which investors accused banks of conspiring to rig rates or prices in financial and commodities markets, we expect that now that DB has “turned” that much more curious information about precious metals rigging will emerge, and will confirm what the “bugs” had said all along: that the precious metals market has been rigged all along.
Finally, we’ll just remind readers that the US commodity “regulator”, the CFTC in 2013 closed its five year investigation concerning allegations that the biggest bullion banks manipulate silver markets and prices. It proudly reported in September 2013 that it found no evidence of wrongdoing and dropped the probe. This is what it said:
The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC or Commission) Division of Enforcement has closed the investigation that was publicly confirmed in September 2008 concerning silver markets. The Division of Enforcement is not recommending charges to the Commission in that investigation. For law enforcement and confidentiality reasons, the CFTC only rarely comments publicly on whether it has opened or closed any particular investigation. Nonetheless, given that this particular investigation was confirmed in September 2008, the CFTC deemed it appropriate to inform the public that the investigation is no longer ongoing. Based upon the law and evidence as they exist at this time, there is not a viable basis to bring an enforcement action with respect to any firm or its employees related to our investigation of silver markets.
In light of this confirmation that the CFTC’s probe was “lacking” perhaps it is time for the so-called regulators who at the time was headed by ex-Goldmanite Gary Gensler (and assisted by “revolving door” expert and HFT lobby sellout Bart Chilton) to reopen its investigation?

Now let’s look at the top shareholders of the top military contractors, who we call the Corporate or Bankster Warlords.

What is worth noting about this list is that you can find some of the usual suspects: Rothchilds, Rockefellers, Morgans, Warburgs, and the rest of the Bankster Warlords behind some of these names. These Americans are in the business of war, every type of war or conflict that enables them to sell their war products. Like any for-profit business they have products to sell and to make good profits they need a vibrant, robust customer base. “Peace-on-earth-goodwill-toward-men” is not a market that will purchase their war services and wares.
To make things even more complex so that we can never figure out who is in charge, every one of these corporations owns major shares in every other corporation. They are intertwined like a grape vine. If we look closer we find that every one of these corporations conducts international business and is invested in international military ventures. They are not governed by any one nation as they transcend nations.
This type of Corporate Warfare is transnational.It is beyond being international or global. These companies work outside of the control of American as a nation. They work against Americans with their transnational economic warfare and make money from both sides of any military or corporate warfare. No matter who wins or loses, no matter how many of our children die in their war theaters, and no matter who the politicians are, they make money. And then they invest this money back into the same business because the business of war is extremely profitable.
Essentially, they are war criminals just like Henry Schroder, who funded both Hitler and England.This type of banking warfare is common throughout history.
Henry Schroder was a German banker who went to England to help start England’s central banking system. Blackwater, Templeton, and many of the other companies listed above are English and German who are all tied to the Bank of England in ways that no one can explain because the English Parliament is not allowed to question the Queen’s business. No one knows who owns the Bank of England or who the shareholders are. This should raise some eyebrows and make the conspiracy theorists ecstatic, and for good reason. It is fair to say that the lion’s share of war profits in America go to England.
The Queen of England Makes Money from War
Accordingly, all the unsubstantiated conspiracies about the Queen of England have some merit after following the money back to the bankster warlords who set up the U.S. Federal Reserve. But unlike most conspiracy theories suggest, the Federal Reserve regional banks are not the true culprits. The true culprits are the original investors in the corporations, listed above, who serve the military through all types of wars – physical conflict, information, and economics.
It is the interwoven fabric of the investments of the war-supporting corporations that have created a system that is inbred and tied to England…and then to Rome.Simply through the association of the royal families of the world who are members of the Knights of Malta you have an economic intelligence community that is insider trading at a transnational level. The Bilderberg Group, the Club of Rome, or DARPA are associations of powerful people with deep investments in military concerns who must protect their financial interests and pass wealth onto their family members. That is why so many of the richest families intermarry – to keep it “all in the family.”
The richest and most powerful people in the world belong to the Knights of Malta, the Equestrian Order of the Holy Sepulchre of Jerusalem, the Order of the Garter, the Teutonic Knights and many other orders that vow allegiance to the Vatican. If we wish to broaden the perspective, one can add that the Society of Jesus, the Jesuits, are involved at all levels and have worked tirelessly as the soldiers of the Pope to create the ultimate spy network.
The Vatican Makes Money from War
All banking started in Italy and was connected to the Vatican.It is fair to say that the central banking ideas of Italy have been replicated in the central banking systems used throughout the world. Central banking comes from the Vatican and through the different agencies of the Vatican (Knights of Malta) the world economy is manipulated by insider trading information that is being shared with the Vatican via the vows of allegiance that every Knight of Malta makes.
The Vatican profits by war because it takes in hundreds of billions a year through refugee placement services and humanitarian aid provided to war-torn areas. The more war – the richer the Vatican becomes. That is why the Vatican supports unbridled migrations of people and the chaos that ensues from war. The Knights of Malta are one of the largest charities in the world. The Catholic Church has thousands of different tax-free, charitable organizations that receive money to help in humanitarian causes. No one knows how much money the Catholic Church receives each year.The Vatican Bank has been caught many times laundering money on a huge scale.
Just like the almost unfathomable interwoven inbreeding of the bankster warlords, the double-speak of the Vatican is filled with lies. The Vatican says one thing and does the opposite. The Vatican itself gives no money away to any charity. The oldest and richest corporation in the world gives nothing to charity but is a “front” for the largest charity corporation on the planet.
The Vatican also created Canon Law which developed into Common Law, Admiralty Law, and other forms of law. America attorneys still take an oath to the Temple Bar in the City of London. This is a reference to the Templar’s Headquarters in the City of London. The Templars were a Catholic order that more or less established banks from Europe to Jerusalem during the Crusades. Again, whether we look at the history of banking or law, all roads lead to Rome. Therefore, when we hear the theorists get all worked up about the conspiracies rampant in the military industrial complex, we should perhaps listen a little more carefully and do our own research to find that the simply version is supported by the detailed version.
But that still leaves the question of who “runs” the military industrial complex.
The Long War is Forever
This question is actually quite simple to answer. Conspiracy theorists (yes, that’s us folks) will tell you that DARPA drives the engines of the military through farming out its “wish list” to private corporations to compete for the contract to build the desired technology. This is true. DARPA is well known for funding multiple initial projects and then further funding the winner. Often these “winners” create corporations that are given military contracts that pay the corporation to make the “war device” and the shareholders of the company glean the profits.The Internet, Cisco Systems, Google, and Facebook are all inventions of DARPA.
And we hardly have to mention the cost over-runs on every military contract. These contracts, paid for by American tax payers, are for hundreds of billions of dollars and the corporation is allowed and encouraged to make a big profit so the interwoven Corporate Warlords get their cut of the pie. When Rumsfeld audited the 7 trillion dollar Pentagon budget, 2.3 was missing. This is typical and still, to date, it hasn’t been “found.”
Even worse than the Corporate Warlord’s profits is the fact that every one of the top military contractors does business in international markets. This means that every military contract is, will be, or can be shared with other nations, including the very “enemies” for which the war-device is produced.Transnational Corporate Warlords are selling the same “military secrets” to our enemies. Just read the web sites of any top military contractor where they proudly proclaim their international business in military devices. These transnational corporations are also using their influence to destabilize markets, economies, countries and currencies to create new business. Once DARPA gets the militarized version of the invention, the source code usually is made public. This may seem crazy, but it always feeds the enemy our new weapon designs so that they can keep up the appearance of a “weapons race.”
Transnational corporations are dismantling America through political and military manipulation of the economy and the Corporate and Banking Warlords are having a party amidst the seeming chaos and confusion. These warlords know full well that the CIA manipulates currency as a continuing war. The International Monetary Fund, the World Bank, the International Bank of Settlements advance the causes of these Corporate Warlords. Destabilizing countries creates the need for international intervention.
The military industrial complex created the War on Terror and calls it the “long, soft war” because it will never end. The pronouncement of the War on Terror was the declaration of the overthrowing of American Democracy by warlord oligarchy. Only a few people benefit from this war and often the politicians who declare the “New World Order” take up positions in corporations that profit from war. Former presidents and prime ministers become Corporate Warlords and make a fortune.
Pentagon Missing Trillions
“The military’s money managers last year made almost $7 trillion in adjustments to their financial ledgers in an attempt to make them add up, the Pentagon’s inspector general said in a report released Frida. The Pentagon could not show receipts for $2.3 trillion of those changes.

This type of waste indicates the scale upon which the military industrial complex seemingly answers to no one.No one checks whether DARPA inventions are moral. All military inventions, even if they advertise them as helpful, are weaponized.What DARPA releases is only the tip of the iceberg and is public.
But there is a more secret group that directs the military in its future goals. One group, essentially one man, has been behind creating the direction of military and commercial warfare for decades. He founded the Highland Group which hosts forums for DARPA, Department of Defense, CIA, FBI, In-Q-Tel, Homeland Security, SAIC, and many other government agencies and organizations.
All Highland Forums are private, invitation only, have no written agenda and basically are secret and did not happen. Except for the fact that the Corporate Warlords who are invited become privy to the direction of research for the US military, which subsequently creates the directions of Corporate Warlords. Nothing is written down so that no one is held responsible. The Highland Forums have been directing DARPA research and the research of the CIA’s research and development component called In-Q-Tel.

The Forum is sponsored by the Office of the US Secretary of Defense to explore new ideas and emerging trends that will help support high-level Department of Defense (DoD) policy and strategy, especially as they relate to information and information technologies.
The Highlands Forum was organized in 1994 by retired US Navy captain Dick O’Neill. It is chaired by the Principal Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Networks and Information Integration. Each meeting is centered on a specific topic. Around 25 experts from government, industry, academia, the arts and the professions are invited to discuss their ideas on the subject – to be part a kind of strategic conversation.

Then there is the War on Terror, which DoD has started to refer to as the Long War, a term that I first heard at the Forum. While one absolutely needs the weapons and military training to win the classic, hot conflicts, the soft or cultural aspects of the conflict are at least as important that over time could undermine democratic principles, free markets and our standard of living.
It is a fact that the Internet, started by DoD for very legitimate defense purposes, has become the world’s platform for communication, information and innovation. Perhaps DoD should once again take on a lead role, this time in supporting research and pilot programs that will accelerate the development of some of the most complex and critical applications and emerging technologies that are driving the evolution of the Web for the very different requirements of the 21st Century.
I would justify the investments as part of our efforts to prepare for and fight the Long War, as well as to help our armed forces become even more highly skilled, collaborative, information-based organizations. I think that a major part of the Long War is to get as many people and countries around the world to be part of and benefit from our increasingly interconnected economies. We need to help them see a potentially promising future for them and their families.
History of the CIA’s Version of DARPA – “In-Q-Tel”

The CIA has a legacy of operating at the cutting edge of science and technology with a reputation for bold innovation and risk taking, often working in advance of the private sector and other branches of government.
By the late 1990s, the pace of commercial innovation had overtaken the ability of government agencies to develop and incorporate new technologies. The tech industry was innovating far too rapidly to ignore. Commercial technologies from the startup world addressed many of the same information technology, biotechnology, communications, and energy challenges that faced the intelligence community.
In 1998, CIA identified technology as a top strategic priority, and set out a bold and radical plan to create a new venture that would help increase the agency’s access to private sector innovation. In-Q-Tel was chartered in February 1999 by a group of private citizens at the request of the Director of Central Intelligence and with the support of the U.S. Congress. IQT was tasked with building a bridge between the IC and a new set of technology innovators.
The CIA’s – Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC)
In March 2001 SAIC defined the concept for the NSATrailblazer Project. Trailblazer was a continuation of the earlier ThinThread program which the United StatesNational Security Agency (NSA) pursued during the 1990s. The program involved wiretapping and sophisticated analysis of the resulting data, but according to the article, the program was discontinued three weeks before the September 11, 2001 attacks due to the changes in priorities and the consolidation of U.S. intelligence authority.
The “change in priority” consisted of the decision made by the director of NSA General Michael V. Hayden to go with a concept called Trailblazer, despite the fact that ThinThread was a working prototype that claimed to protect the privacy of U.S. citizens. ThinThread was dismissed and replaced by the Trailblazer Project, which lacked the privacy protections. A consortium led by Science Applications International Corporation was awarded a $280 million contract to develop Trailblazer in 2002.
Trailblazer was a United States National Security Agency (NSA) program intended to develop a capability to analyze data carried on communications networks like the internet. It was intended to track entities using communication methods such as cell phones and e-mail. In 2002, NSA contracted SAIC for $280 million to produce a “technology demonstration platform” for the agency’s project, a “Digital Network Intelligence” system to analyze data carried on computer networks.
SAIC and Leidos (Solutions for National Security, Health, and Engineering) are for-profit companies that primarily work for various arms of the U.S. government. The MITRE Corporation is a Federally Funded Research and Development Company (FFRDC). MITRE is a private, not-for-profit corporation that operates FFRDCs – federally funded research and development centers. If you’ve ever flown in a jet or used GPS, you’ve benefited from technology with roots in an FFRDC. But despite the name, FFRDCs are about much more than R&D. These unique organizations serve as long-term strategic partners to the government, providing objective guidance in an environment free of conflicts of interest. They work with their government partners – also called sponsors – to assist with systems engineering and integration, research and development, and study and analysis.
For all intents and purposes, this makes MITRE a pseudo-government organization. This is largely because the government is their only client. In practice this means that meetings and decisions that are closed to contractors and consultants from other firms often have MITRE folks advising the government decision makers.
Cyberspace – A New Operational Domain
In 2011, the United States (U.S.) Department of Defense (DOD) named cyberspace a new operational domain. The cyberspace domain provides critical capabilities that enable the U.S. Military to conduct operations in all domains (land, sea, air, space, and cyberspace). The U.S. Cyber Command and the Military Services are working to integrate the cyberspace domain with the other operational domains in order to conduct military command and control and achieve national security objectives. To effectively integrate cyberspace operations, DoD requires situational awareness of the Mission, Network, and Adversary based on analysis of operational data in order to make timely and effective decisions.
Cyber Weapons are the New Arms for War
The military has for years been developing offensive capabilities, giving it the power not just to defend the U.S. but to assail its foes. Using so-called cyber-kinetic attacks, Alexander and his forces now have the capability to physically destroy an adversary’s equipment and infrastructure, and potentially even to kill. Alexander has concluded that such cyber weapons are as crucial to 21st-century warfare as nuclear arms were in the 20th. And he and his cyber warriors have already launched their first attack. The cyber-weapon that came to be known as Stuxnet was created and built by the NSA in partnership with the CIA and Israeli intelligence in the mid-2000s. The first known piece of malware designed to destroy physical equipment, Stuxnet was aimed at Iran’s nuclear facility in Natanz. By surreptitiously taking control of an industrial control link known as a Scada (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) system, the sophisticated worm was able to damage about a thousand centrifuges used to enrich nuclear material.
But Stuxnet is only the beginning. Alexander’s agency has recruited thousands of computer experts, hackers, and engineering PhDs to expand U.S. offensive capabilities in the digital realm. The Pentagon has requested $4.7 billion for “cyberspace operations,” even as the budget of the CIA and other intelligence agencies could fall by $4.4 billion. It is pouring millions into cyber defense contractors. And more attacks may be planned.
On a remote stretch of desert in central Utah, the National Security Agency has built a massive, 1 million-square-foot data warehouse. Costing more than $1.5 billion, the highly secret facility is designed to house upward of trillions of intercepted phone calls, e-mail messages, internet searches and other communications intercepted by the agency as part of its expansive eavesdropping operations. The NSA is also completing work on another data warehouse, this one in San Antonio, Texas.

“Intelligence and Electronic Warfare Support to Psychological Operations” is based upon “Special Operations Forces Intelligence and Electronic Warfare Operations” Field Manual No. 34-36 published on 30 September 1991 by Department of the Army Headquarters in Washington DC.
Missions
PSYOP missions are planned products and psychological actions in peace or war that are directed toward foreign enemy, friendly, and neutral audiences. The purpose is to influence attitudes and behaviors to achieve national political and military objectives.
PSYOP supports varied military, political, and diplomatic actions across the operational continuum. These missions can be strategic, operational, or tactical missions.
Strategic PSYOP missions are conducted at the national or theater level to advance broad, long-term psychological objectives in support of national psychological objectives.
Operational PSYOP missions are conducted to achieve mid-term objectives in support of theater campaigns and major operations.
Tactical PSYOP missions are conducted to achieve immediate or short-term objectives in support of tactical military operations.
Any of the above categories of PSYOP may support more than one level of the operational continuum. That is why distinctions between the categories of PSYOP are often blurred.
Special operation forces (SOF), whether operating unilaterally or in cooperation with conventional forces across the entire operational continuum, must always consider non-military factors and objectives.
PSYOP missions:
Play a critical and integral role in achieving or addressing these non-military objectives.
Aid in accomplishing tactical, operational, and strategic military objectives.
May be the only military force employed.
Must be integrated with all operations to prevent contradictory or conflicting messages.

Recorded Future – Using what they call a “Temporal Analytics Engine,” Recorded Future (RF) provides forecasting and analysis tools to help analysts predict future events by scanning sources on the internet, and extracting, measuring, and visualizing the information to show networks and patterns in the past, present, and future. As of 2015 the engine was described as “Web Intelligence EngineVisible Technologies – social media monitoring.
Digital Reasoning – Since 2012, the firm has sold its Synthesys software to banks and hedge funds, including UBS and Point72 Asset Management. Financial institutions use Synthesys to scan internal e-mails within a given company in search of unfamiliar patterns between employees, in terms of word-specific content, frequency and interpersonal connections. The aim is to predict fraud before it occurs.
3VR – 3VR Inc. develops software enabling organizations to mine data from video. 3VR works with leading banks, governments, law enforcement and retailers at the moment.
Adaptx – Creates digital pens that speed up field data collection.
Basis Technology – Synthesizes the foreign chatter and provides software for text analytics in over twenty languages. They work primarily in applied natural language processing, deriving meaning from the ways people actually use language.
Cloudera – Large-scale data storage. Cloudera Enterprises is one of the most cost-effective ways for companies to securely carry out large-scale data analysis and storage.
FireEye –FireEye is one of the most advanced cybersecurity firms and specializes in protecting against botnet attacks and also works to combat the malware that brings computers into the network.
The Ember Corporation – Ember Corporation focuses on developing networking systems that simplify wirelessly networking low-power products. They’re focused on smart energy, remote monitoring, and remote control uses of their tech.
Infinite Z –Virtual-holographic simulation a reality through an interactive 3D environment.
OpenSpan – Makes software that enables organizations to see exactly what employees are doing on their computer: what programs they’re using, what progress they’re making, etc.
Seventh Sense – Develops health monitoring products that interface with human skin
Sonitus Medical – Makes a hearing system that transmits sound imperceptibly through the mouth. The SoundBite hearing system plays off the principle of bone conduction to transmit audial messages. A nearly invisible in-the-mouth hearing and communication platform is non-invasive and connects directly to the inner ear, allowing the user to hear transmitted messages through their skull.
Spotter RF – Makes super-powerful radars in a handheld form that can track a person walking anywhere within a 148 acre space, and it’s handheld.
Visible Technologies – Extracts business solutions from social media chatter with software that allows users to extract business value from social communities, and also give customer insights for brands online.

DARPA Applications
Social Media in Strategic Communication (SMISC) program is an attempt to get better at both detecting and conducting propaganda campaigns on social media. SMISC has two goals. First, the program needs to help the military better understand what’s going on in social media in real time – particularly in areas where troops are deployed. Second, Darpa wants SMISC to help the military play the social media propaganda game itself.
The Pentagon is building a tool to identify social media propaganda campaigns that produces counter-spin through computer artificial intelligence.
Interactive Facial Recognition in Real Time –BBC facial recognition programs help predict the success or failure of television programming. In the past, the BBC has used its facial recognition technology, built by in-house startup CrowdEmotion, to track 4,500 faces as people watched show trailers to see what kinds of emotions the commercials produced. The company CrowdSight uses facial recognition software in real time. They advertise on their website: “Understand and Predict your Audience! CrowdSight works offline and on the most popular desktop and mobile platforms (Windows, Mac, Linux, iOS, Android).”
Visual Evoked Potential (VEP) – A VEP is an electrical potential recorded after a subject is presented with a type of visual stimuli. There are several types of VEPs.Steady-state visually evoked potentials (SSVEPs) use potentials generated by exciting the retina, using visual stimuli modulated at certain frequencies. SSVEP’s stimuli are often formed from alternating checkerboard patterns and at times simply use flashing images. SSVEP has proved to be successful within many BCI systems. This is due to several factors, the signal elicited is measurable in as large a population as the transient VEP and blink movement and electro-cardiographic artefacts do not affect the frequencies monitored.
Synthetic Telepathy and Silent Communication – In a $6.3 million Army initiative to invent devices for telepathic communication, Gerwin Schalk, underwritten in a $2.2 million grant, found that it is possible to use ECoG signals to discriminate the vowels and consonants embedded in spoken and in imagined words. The results shed light on the distinct mechanisms associated with production of vowels and consonants, and could provide the basis for brain-based communication using imagined speech. Research into synthetic telepathy using sub-vocalization is taking place at the University of California, Irvine under lead scientist Mike D’Zmura.
The first such communication took place in the 1960s using EEG to create Morse code using brain alpha waves. Using EEG to communicate imagined speech is less accurate than the invasive method of placing an electrode between the skull and the brain. On February 27, 2013 the group of Miguel Nicolelis at Duke University and IINN-ELS successfully connected the brains of two rats with electronic interfaces that allowed them to directly share information, in the first-ever direct brain-to-brain interface. On 3 September 2014, scientists reported that direct communication between human brains was possible over extended distances through Internet transmission of EEG signals.
Sentient World Simulation – The DoD is developing a parallel to Planet Earth, with billions of individual “nodes” to reflect every man, woman, and child this side of the dividing line between reality and AR. Called the Sentient World Simulation (SWS), it will be a “synthetic mirror of the real world with automated continuous calibration with respect to current real-world information”, according to a concept paper for the project.
“SWS provides an environment for testing Psychological Operations (PSYOP),” the paper reads, so that military leaders can “develop and test multiple courses of action to anticipate and shape behaviors of adversaries, neutrals, and partners.” SWS also replicates financial institutions, utilities, media outlets, and street corner shops. Insight Program – DARPA awarded a $14 million contract to SAIC for the DARPA Insight program, which is intended to help U.S. intelligence experts detect threat networks, irregular warfare, and terrorist operations by combining intelligence information from imaging sensors, crowd-source and other social network or text-based sensors, as well as from other sources for further analysis. The program seeks to fill gaps in current U.S. intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance (ISR) systems that center on the inability to exploit and cross-cue several different intelligence sources automatically.
The DARPA Insight program seeks to develop integrated human/machine reasoning into intelligence equipment to encompass operator knowledge and reasoning when dealing quickly with complex data from many different sensors. SAIC experts will concentrate on these areas in building the Insight next-generation ISR analysis system.
SAIC experts will build model-based behavioral correlation, modeling, prediction, and threat network analysis tools that combine intelligence information across many different sources automatically to improve the efficiencies of multi-intelligence sensors. The company also will develop a unified data-management and processing environment that integrates new intelligence sensors and software algorithms.
EM fields and Hidden symbols – DARPA is revealing programs, which have existed for years, to develop methods and techniques to incept thoughts and ideas into the mind. They reveal how once a mind has been programmed with the memory patterns, words and symbols can trigger the programing without the need of the original device. Mind Control Project – The aim of this program is to remotely disrupt political dissent and extremism by employing “Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation” (TMS) in tandem with sophisticated propaganda based on this technology. TMS stimulates the temporal lobe of the brain with electromagnetic fields. The program, conducted by The Center for Strategic Communication, is based at Arizona State University. This research aims to literally induce or disrupt the operation of narratives within the brain. In other words, this research aims to stop individuals from thinking certain thoughts and make others believe things they normally would not believe. This research has tremendous interrogation possibilities and could potentially be used to more successfully spread propaganda or stop political upheaval to an unsuspecting public. This research is being conducted by The Center for Strategic Communication at ASU and is entitled “Toward Narrative Disruptors and Inductors: Mapping the Narrative Comprehension Network and its Persuasive Effects”.

Once the research group determines which parts of the brain are associated with cognitive reasoning and narrative comprehension, they attempt to impair those sections in order to “create a fundamental basis for understanding how to disrupt or enhance aspects of narrative structure and/or brain functioning to minimize or maximize persuasive effects on subject proclivity to engage in political violence.
Once it is determined that disruption of certain portions of the brain can enhance persuasive messaging, individuals can be persuaded to do things they normally would not do and believe things they normally would not believe.
It offers the capability to induce or disrupt the operation of narratives in the brain, and develops the capability to induce narrative validity.
Mechanical disruptions of narrative processing may be, ultimately, replicated through targeted strategic communication campaigns that approximate the narrative disruptions induced via magnetic stimulation.
Through extensive research, they may be able to replicate the machine’s brain disrupting functioning simply through carefully crafted and researched persuasive messages and propaganda. With enough data, the government could spread propaganda through the media that people will almost automatically believe, whether it is true or not.
In terms of interrogation possibilities, Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation can be forced upon individuals to make them believe certain things, say certain things, and perhaps admit to acts they did not actually commit (as the TMS can induce narrative validity), or commit acts they normally would not commit.
The Brain Project – This area of study has received $100 million in funding via Obama’s ten-year BRAIN Project, as well as a $1.3 billion commitment from Europe. Concurrently, there is heavy military funding through agencies such as the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA). This raises the question of transparency when a “black budget” often justifies total secrecy in the name of national security.
Neuroscientists Successfully Plant False Memories – MIT neuroscientists have shown that they can plant false memories. They also found that many of the neurological traces of these memories are identical in nature to those of authentic memories. Most of the research in this area currently revolves around how to induce and eliminate fear. The study also provides further evidence that memories are stored in networks of neurons that form memory traces for each experience we have. Scientists already know how to set off an emotional response in combat veterans by simulating a specific set of frequencies that have become associated with wartime experience.
Total Information Awareness – Under the umbrella of a system known as Total Information Awareness, DARPA spearheaded many of the surveillance programs abused by the NSA. DARPA’s Total Information Awareness concept created a veritable buffet of advanced surveillance and data mining programs, many of which ultimately were folded into NSA’s PRISM. We now know that PRISM culled citizens’ personal data from companies like Microsoft, Google, and Facebook, and was later leaked by whistleblower Edward Snowden.
Evidence Extraction and Link Discovery program (EELD) – Sole purpose is to gather as much information about both terror suspects and average American citizens as possible, using phone records, computer searches, credit card receipts, parking receipts, books checked out of the library, films rented, and more. Goal is to assess megadata on 285 million people a day in real-time.
Scalable Social Network Analysis (SSNA) – Program monitors telephone calls, conference calls, and ATM withdrawals … also sought to develop a far more invasive surveillance technology.
Activity Recognition and Monitoring (ARM) – With England’s CCTV surveillance cameras as a model, ARM created a massive database of people going about their everyday lives. Using advanced facial recognition software, the program highlighted any behavior that was outside the realm of a preprogrammed “ordinary,” the definition of which remains classified.
Deep Exploration and Filtering of Text (DEFT) – Operating on a 28 million dollar budget, this program utilizes advanced computer algorithms to analyze text-based messages in all shapes and forms, from text messages to reports, with the aim being to comprehend “implied and hidden meanings through probabilistic inference.”
Nexus 7 – With a classified budget, this particularly program studies and tracks social network content. First used in Afghanistan in a defense capacity, when aimed at domestic networks the use of the program is a mystery.
Narrative Networks Program – Developed classified techniques used to manipulate trust in humans. For its Narrative Networks (N2) program, DARPA collaborated with a CIA agency called the Intelligence Advanced Research Projects Agency (IARPA) to develop methods of overwriting messages in the human mind. The program was described as having two parts: first, to understand what happens in the human mind when someone sees or hears a message; second, to figure out how to control how the brain interprets the message.

Beware – Analyses people’s social media activity, property records, the records of friends, family or associates, among other data, to assign suspects a so-called “threat-score.” That “threat-score” can then be used by police to pre-judge if a suspect is going to be dangerous, and to adapt their approach accordingly.

One of the most interesting articles that highlights the way the DoD incubates war-technology is described in great detail by Nafeez Ahmed. This article shows that Google was funded throughout its inception by the CIA. Google was created as a weaponized war-tool as indicated by the many new inventions that DARPA and In-Q-Tel are focused on.

Essentially, the United States intelligence community funded, nurtured and incubated Google as part of a drive to dominate the world through control of information. Seed-funded by the NSA and CIA, Google was merely the first among a plethora of private sector start-ups co-opted by U.S. intelligence to retain ‘information superiority.’
The origins of this strategy trace back to a secret Pentagon-sponsored group that for the last two decades has functioned as a bridge between the U.S. government and elites across the business, industry, finance, corporate, and media sectors. The group has allowed some of the most powerful special interests in corporate America to systematically circumvent democratic accountability and the rule of law to influence government policies, as well as public opinion in the US and around the world. The results have been catastrophic: mass surveillance and perception management amidst a permanent state of global war.
The U.S. intelligence community is implicated in nurturing the web platforms we know today, for the precise purpose of utilizing the technology as a mechanism to fight global ‘information war’ - a war to legitimize the power of the few over the many. In reality, Google is a smokescreen behind which lurks the US military-industrial complex.
Highland Forum Dominates U.S. Defense Policy
In 1999, the CIA created its own venture capital investment firm, In-Q-Tel, to fund promising start-ups that might create technologies useful for intelligence agencies. But the inspiration for In-Q-Tel came earlier, when the Pentagon set up its own private sector outfit. Known as the ‘Highlands Forum,’ this private network has operated as a bridge between the Pentagon and powerful American elites outside the military since the mid-1990s. Despite changes in civilian administrations, the network around the Highlands Forum has become increasingly successful in dominating US defense policy.
As mentioned previously, SAIC stands for the U.S. defense firm, Science Applications International Corporation, which changed its name to Leidos in 2013, operating SAIC as a subsidiary. SAIC/Leidos is among the top 10 largest defense contractors in the US, and works closely with the U.S. intelligence community, especially the NSA. The agency is the company’s largest single customer and SAIC is the NSA’s largest contractor.
Richard Patrick O’Neill, founding president of the Pentagon’s Highlands Forum served his last post as deputy for strategy and policy in the Office of the Assistant Secretary for Defense for Command, Control, Communications and Intelligence, before setting up Highlands.
Since 1973, Andrew Marshall has headed up one of the Pentagon’s most powerful agencies, the Office of Net Assessment (ONA), the U.S. defense secretary’s internal ‘think tank’ which conducts highly classified research on future planning for defense policy across the US military and intelligence community. Marshall, now 93 years old and nicknamed “Yoda” by insiders, as “the DoD’s most elusive” but “one of its most influential” officials. Vice President Dick Cheney, Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld, and Deputy Secretary Paul Wolfowitz are widely considered the hawks of the neoconservative movement in American politics – were among Marshall’s star protégés.
The Highlands Forum’s influence on US defense policy has operated through three main channels: its sponsorship by the Office of the Secretary of Defense (around the middle of last decade this was transitioned specifically to the Office of the Undersecretary of Defense for Intelligence, which is in charge of the main surveillance agencies); its direct link to Marshall’s ONA; and its direct link to DARPA.
The Highlands Forum has served as a two-way ‘influence bridge’: on the one hand, for the shadow network of private contractors to influence the formulation of information operations policy across U.S. military intelligence; and on the other, for the Pentagon to influence what is going on in the private sector. There is no clearer evidence of this than the instrumental role of the Forum in incubating the idea of mass surveillance as a mechanism to dominate information on a global scale.
In 1989, Richard O’Neill, then a U.S. Navy cryptologist, wrote a paper for the U.S. Naval War College, ‘Toward a methodology for perception management.’ O’Neill’s paper for the first time outlined a strategy for “perception management” as part of information warfare (IW).
O’Neill’s proposed strategy identified three categories of targetsfor IW: adversaries – so they believe they are vulnerable; potential partners – so they perceive the cause as just; and civilian populations and political leadership – so they perceive the cost as worth the effort.
Around 1994, the Highlands Group was founded by O’Neill as an official Pentagon project at the appointment of Bill Clinton’s then defense secretary William Perry. In O’Neill’s own words, the group would function as the Pentagon’s ‘ideas lab.’ Total participants in the DoD’s Highlands Forum number over a thousand, although sessions largely consist of small closed workshop style gatherings of maximum 25–30 people, bringing together experts and officials depending on the subject.
The Forum has inside access to the chiefs of the main U.S. surveillance and reconnaissance agencies, as well as the directors and their assistants at DoD research agencies, from DARPA, to the ONA and is deeply plugged into the Pentagon’s policy research task forces. In 2001, under the Total Information Awareness Program, President Bush had secretly authorized the NSA’s domestic surveillance of Americans without court-approved warrants. From then on, Highlands Forum partner SAIC played a key role in the NSA roll out from inception. SAIC was then among a consortium receiving a $280 million contract to develop one of the NSA’s secret eavesdropping systems.
This was also the year that the Bush administration drew up its Information Operations Roadmap. Describing the internet as a “vulnerable weapons system,” Rumsfeld’s IO roadmap had advocated that Pentagon strategy “should be based on the premise that the Department [of Defense] will ‘fight the net’ as it would an enemy weapons system.” The U.S. should seek “maximum control” of the “full spectrum of globally emerging communications systems, sensors, and weapons systems,” advocated the document.
As of 2006, SAIC had been awarded a multi-million dollar NSA contract to develop a big data-mining project called ExecuteLocus, despite the colossal $1 billion failure of its preceding contract, known as ‘Trailblazer.’ Core components of TIA were being quietly continued under new code names.The new surveillance program was then fully transitioned from DARPA’s jurisdiction to the NSA.
In addition to the CIA, In-Q-Tel (the CIA’s version of DARPA) has also been backed by the FBI, NGA, and Defense Intelligence Agency, among other agencies.
O’Neill said his job as Forum president was to scope case studies from real companies across the private sector, like eBay and Human Genome Sciences, to figure out the basis of U.S. Information Superiority — how to dominate the information market — and leverage this for what the president and the secretary of defense wanted to do with regard to transformation of the DoD.
By 2007, Facebook received its second round of $12.7 million worth of funding from Accel Partners. Facebook’s 2008 round of funding was led by Greylock Venture Capital, which invested $27.5 million. Apart from Breyer and Zuckerberg, Facebook’s only other board member is Peter Thiel, co-founder of defense contractor Palantir which provides all sorts of data-mining and visualization technologies to U.S. government, military and intelligence agencies, including the NSA and FBI, and which itself was nurtured to financial viability by Highlands Forum members.
By 2008, the NSA was effectively resurrecting the TIA project with a focus on Internet data-mining via comprehensive monitoring of e-mail, text messages, and Web browsing. We also now know (thanks to Snowden) that the NSA’s XKeyscore ‘Digital Network Intelligence’ exploitation system was designed to allow analysts to search not just internet databases like emails, online chats and browsing history, but also telephone services, mobile phone audio, financial transactions and global air transport communications — essentially the entire global telecommunications grid. Highlands Forum partner SAIC played a key role, among other contractors, in producing and administering the NSA’s XKeyscore.
The investment firm responsible for creating the billion dollar fortunes of the tech sensations of the 21st century, from Google to Facebook, is intimately linked to the U.S. military intelligence community. The convergence of these powerful financial and military interests around the Highlands Forum, through George Lee’s sponsorship of the Forum’s new partner, the MIIS Cybersec initiative, is revealing in itself. MIIS Cybersec’s director, Dr, Itamara Lochard, has long been embedded in Highlands.
Dr Itamara Lochard is a senior Highlands Forum member and Pentagon information operations expert. She directs the MIIS CyberSec initiative that now supports the Pentagon Highlands Forum with funding from Goldman Sachs partner George Lee, who led the valuations of Facebook and Google. Dr. Lochard maintains a comprehensive database of 1,700 non-state groups including insurgents, militias, terrorists, complex criminal organizations, organized gangs, malicious cyber actors and strategic non-violent actors, to analyze their organizational patterns, areas of cooperation, strategies and tactics.
Her views disclose much about what the Highlands Forum has been advocating all these years. In 2004, Lochard was co-author of a study for the U.S. Air Force’s Institute for National Security Studies on US strategy toward ‘non-state armed groups.’ The study on the one hand argued that non-state armed groups should be urgently recognized as a ‘tier one security priority,’ and on the other that the proliferation of armed groups provide strategic opportunities that can be exploited to help achieve policy goals. There have and will be instances where the United States may find collaborating with armed group is in its strategic interests. But sophisticated tools must be developed to differentiate between different groups and understand their dynamics, to determine which groups should be countered, and which could be exploited for US interests.
In 2009, it also emerged from a Google patent application that the company had deliberately been collecting ‘payload’ data from private wifi networks that would enable the identification of “geolocations.” In the same year, we now know, Google had signed an agreement with the NSA giving the agency open-ended access to the personal information of its users, and its hardware and software, in the name of cyber security. It is not just Google that is a key contributor and foundation of the US military-industrial complex: it is the entire internet, and the wide range of private sector companies — many nurtured and funded under the mantle of the U.S. intelligence community (or powerful financiers embedded in that community) — which sustain the internet and the telecoms infrastructure; it is also the myriad of start-ups selling cutting edge technologies to the CIA’s venture firm In-Q-Tel, where they can then be adapted and advanced for applications across the military intelligence community.
Ultimately, the global surveillance apparatus and the classified tools used by agencies like the NSA to administer it, have been almost entirely made by external researchers and private contractors like Google, which operate outside the Pentagon.
In 2011, the Forum hosted two DARPA-funded scientists, Antonio and Hanna Damasio, who are principal investigators in the ‘Neurobiology of Narrative Framing’ project at the University of Southern California. Evoking Zalman’s emphasis on the need for Pentagon psychological operations to deploy “empathetic influence,” the new DARPA-backed project aims to investigate how narratives often appeal “to strong, sacred values in order to evoke an emotional response,” but in different ways across different cultures. The most disturbing element of the research is its focus on trying to understand how to increase the Pentagon’s capacity to deploy narratives that influence listeners in a way that overrides conventional reasoning in the context of morally questionable actions.
The research is based on extracting narratives from millions of American, Iranian and Chinese weblogs, and subjecting them to automated discourse analysis to compare them quantitatively across the three languages. The investigators then follow up using behavioral experiments with readers/listeners from different cultures to gauge their reaction different narratives “where each story makes an appeal to a sacred value to explain or justify a morally questionable behavior of the author.” Finally, the scientists apply neurobiological fMRI scanning to correlate the reactions and personal characteristics of subjects with their brain responses.
DARPA’s goal is to mine millions of American weblogs as part of its ‘neurobiology of narrative framing’ research. As the Pentagon’s extensive funding of propaganda on Iraq and Afghanistan demonstrates, population influence and propaganda is critical not just in far-flung theatres abroad in strategic regions, but also at home, to quell the risk of domestic public opinion undermining the legitimacy of Pentagon policy.
According to the Securities and Exchange Commission, from 2008 to 2013, the five largest US defense contractors lost 14 percent of their employees, as the winding down of U.S. wars in Iraq and Afghanistan led to lack of business and squeezed revenues. The continuation of the ‘Long War’ triggered by ISIS has, for now, reversed their fortunes. Companies profiting from the new war include many connected to the Highlands Forum, such as Leidos, Lockheed Martin, Northrup Grumman, and Boeing. War is profitable.
Yet in the long-run, the information imperialists have already failed. This investigation is based entirely on open source techniques, made viable largely in the context of the same information revolution that enabled Google.

Once activated, each hidden transmitter emits a widening circle of invisible energy capable of passing through metal, concrete and human skulls up to half a mile away. “They are saturating the area with ULF, VLF and UHF freqs,” Hanks says, with equipment derived from US Navy undersea sonar and communications.
But it’s not being used to locate and talk to submarines under Baghdad. After powering up the unit, the grunts quickly exit the area. It is their commanders, fervent hope that any male survivors enraged by brutal American bombardments that damaged virtually every building in this once thriving “City of Mosques”, displacing a quarter-million residents while murdering thousands of children, women and elders in their homes – will lose all incentive for further resistance and revenge.
A dedicated former soldier, whose experiences during and after Desert Storm are chronicled in my book, Bringing The War Home, Hank stays in close touch with his unit serving “in theater” in Iraq. When I asked how many “poppers” are being used to irradiate Iraqi neighborhoods, he checked and got back to me. There are “at least 25 of these that have been deployed to theater, and used. Some have conked out and been removed, so I do not know how many are currently active and broadcasting.”
Hank is concerned that innocent Iraqi families and unsuspecting GIs alike are being used as test subjects for a new generation of “psychotronic” weapons using invisible beams across the entire electromagnetic spectrum to selectively alter moods, behavior and bodily processes.
“The “poppers, are capable of using a combo of ULF, VLF, UHF and EHF wavelengths in any combination at the same time, sometimes using one as a carrier wave for the others,” Hank explains, in a process called superheterodyning. The silent frequencies daily sweeping Fallujah and other trouble spots are the same Navy “freqs that drove whales nuts and made them go astray onto beaches.”
Microwaving Iraq
The Gulf War veteran observes that occupied Iraq has become a “saturation environment” of electromagnetic radiation. Potentially lethal electromagnetic smog from high-power US military electronics and experimental beam weapons is placing already hard-hit local populations-particularly children — at even higher risk of experiencing serious illness, suicidal depression, impaired cognitive ability, even death.
American troops constantly exposed “up close” to their own microwave transmitters, battlefield radars and RF weapons are also seeing their health eroded by electromagnetic sickness. It’s common, Hank recalls, for GIs to warm themselves on cold desert nights by basking in the microwaves radiating from their QUEEMS communications and RATT radar rigs.
Constant microwave emissions from ground-sweeping RATT rigs and SINGARS mobile microwave networks are much more powerful than civilian microwave cell phone nets linked in many clinical studies to maladies ranging from asthma, cataracts, headaches, memory loss, early Alzheimer’s, bad dreams and cancer.
Clinical tests have repeatedly shown how microwaves “rev up” incipient cancer cells several hundred times. Triggered by nuclear radiation, and turned rogue by electromagnetic warfare unleashed by US forces, human cancer cells have been found to continue proliferating wildly — even after the power source is turned off
Microwaving Wombs at Greenham Common
Another harrowing example involves the sudden illness and cancer deaths of US embassy staff in Moscow after being deliberately targeted with very weak pulsed microwaves by Soviet experimenters and fascinated CIA onlookers running “Project Phoenix” in 1962.
Very Low Frequency (VLF) weapons include the dozens of “poppers” currently deployed in Iraq, which can be dialed to or “long wave” frequencies capable of traveling great distances through the ground or intervening structures. As air force Lt Col. Peter L. Hays, Director of the Institute for National Security Studies reveals, “transmission of long wavelength sound creates biophysical effects; nausea, loss of bowels, disorientation, vomiting, potential internal organ damage or death may occur.”
GI’s “Driven Nuts” by Electromagnetics in Iraq
Like so many other American blunders among the ruins of Babylon, the intended microwave “pacification” of rebellious neighborhoods is having unintended effects. In actual “field-testing” in the Sunni Triangle, Hank has learned that the hidden, dome-shaped devices “are removing inhibitions”. Armed individuals, already highly motivated to kill American forces are reportedly “losing all restraint” when exposed to the electromagnetic beams.
According to Hank’s buddies in Baghdad, the frequency-shifting “poppers” “are having some remarkable effects on the locals as well as our own people.” But these effects differ. Possibly, Hank surmises, because Americans come from daily domestic and military environments saturated with electromagnetic frequencies, while many Iraqis still live without reliable electricity in places largely free from electromagnetics before the American invasion.
According to members of Hank’s former unit, constant exposure to invisible emissions from radar and radio rigs — as well as to their own microwave weapons — is backfiring. “Our people are driven nuts,” Hank says. “It makes them stupid for two or three days.”
The Desert Storm veteran compared the emotional effects of constant exposure to military microwaves to a lingering low-pressure weather system that never goes away. “You feel way down for days at a time,” he emphasizes
As a consequence, AWOL rates among “spaced out” US troops are as high as 15%, Hank reports. For many deserters, it is not cowardice or conscience that is causing them to absent themselves from duty. “They are feeling so depressed,” Hank explains. “They don’t feel good. So they leave.”
According to Hank’s front-line buddies, Iraqis exposed to secret beam weapons “get laid back, confused and mellow, and then blast out in a rage, as opposed to our folks going on what could only be called a “bender” and turning into a mean drunk for a while.”
Once they wander away from direct electromagnetic-fire, startled GIs come to their senses. They return to their units, Hank explains, saying, “What was I thinking?”
The recovery rate among US troops “seems to be about a day or so, where the locals are not getting over it in less than a week or more on average,” Hank has learned.
It is Hank’s hope that his revelations will prompt public debate over the secret use of electromagnetic weapons in Iraq. But lost in the arguments over these supposedly “non-lethal” weapons is a much bigger question: What are Americans doing there?
Whether soldier or civilian at home, it is our imperative duty to stop supporting those responsible for ongoing “weapons tests” in Iraq. As electrochemical “beings of light,” the strongest electromagnetic force on Earth is human conscience, acted upon.
Now that we have the answer to the original question: Who owns and controls the military industrial complex, we need to ask another question.

We all know that a small number of banks have a monopoly over the global economy by owning stock in all sides of international conflicts. These transnational warlord banks own the 43,000 transnational companies which comprise 60% of the world’s income.It is estimated that the top 1300 transnational companies generate about 20% of the world’s income.

Let’s look at some of the ways transnational corporations steal from America to line their pockets with gold.International corporations, agencies, and courts are established to support the agenda of transnational investments and corporations. Under the guise of “economic development” or “foreign aid”, international groups loan huge amounts of money to countries for development. Actually, the money goes to corporations who come into countries and set up industries that take advantage of human and natural resources. Generally, the corporations make out great while the country is left holding the debt. Then, an international court or group settles the debt with complicated banking maneuvers. Corporations get richer, along with their stockholders, while the “less-developed” are plundered.
This happens in every field of economic endeavor, whether it be physical conflict, currency manipulation, stock market manipulation, resource manipulation or political control. Often, the poor country is made to pay double for the income the transnational corporations gained. Then, currency manipulation makes the debt fall back onto the shoulders of the tax payers who incur a huge debt for generations. (Wow, what a gig these guys have on the backs of humanity.)

The Sovereign Military Order of Malta (Order of Malta) took control of the power and wealth of the Poor Fellow-Soldiers of Christ and of the Temple of Solomon from within the Roman system. The SMOM controlled the banking and military power for the Vatican for hundreds of years.
The Jesuits subordinated the SMOM in 1798 aided by Napoleon Bonaparte. This would eventually lead to the Jesuits installing British control over Malta and the founding of a Jesuit College manned by British Jesuits. Some may find this strange how the Jesuits would aid Britain but you have to understand the suppression of the Jesuit Order. The Jesuits became somewhat crippled by this suppression in Catholic controlled Europe so in order for the Jesuits to secure South American wealth they used Protestant banking houses and formed an alliance with the Venetian influences over Britain like the Pallavicini family who control the Monarchy and Rothschilds.
The Jesuits in 1840 put the Haus Sachsen-Coburg und Gotha bloodline into the position of Monarchy of Great Britain. This house is known today as the Windsor House which still rules the region. The same fate would eventually happen to the Vatican itself after suppressing the Jesuits in 1773. The Jesuit Order had taken control of the Papacy by 1814 and had enacted revenge once again.
In the Vatican power structure, the Equestrian Order of the Holy Sepulchre of Jerusalem ranks above the Order of Malta. The Grandmaster of the Sepulchre is a Cardinal by the name of Edwin Frederick O’Brien. Only The Sacred Military Constantinian Order of St George comes close in Cardinal membership. King Juan Carlos of Spain controls the Constantinian Order.
The Order of Malta and the recognized protestant divisions all play a role commanded by the Jesuit Order. This includes The Most Venerable Order of the Hospital of Saint John of Jerusalem controlled by Queen Elizabeth II. If you look at the last Grandmasters of the Order of Malta you will notice they came from Britain. Former-Grandmaster Andrew Willougby Ninian Bertie was a cousin to Queen Elizabeth II. These Grandmasters all originate within the Grand Priory of England currently controlled by Grand Prior Ian Scott. The British arm of the Order of Malta controlling St John’s Wood is known as the Grand Priory of England. This location was once also a Knights Templar headquarters in Britain. Schroders’ history began in 1804 when Johann Heinrich Schröder (John Henry) became a partner in the London-based firm of his brother, Johann Friedrich (John Frederick). In 1818 J. Henry Schröder & Co. was established in London.J. Henry Schroder Banking Corporation (Schrobanco) was established as a commercial bank in New York in 1923, the public offering of the shares in J. Henry Schroder & Co. Ltd on the London Stock Exchange in 1959 and the acquisition of Helbert, Wagg & Co, a leading issuing house, in 1962.
Schroders played a leading role in the privatizations carried out by the UK Government in the 1980s and was to grow dramatically under Winfried Bischoff. Schroder sold its investment banking division to Citigroup for £1.3 billion.
J. Henry Schroder Banking Company is almost unknown in the United States even though it has played a large part in our history. Like the others on this list of Accepting Houses, it had first to be approved by the Bank of England. And, like the Warburg family (side note: with a family name like WarBurg makes sense that family business is war), the von Schroders began their banking operations in Hamburg, Germany. At the turn of the century, in 1900, Baron Bruno von Schroder established the London branch of the firm. He was soon joined by Frank Cyril Tiarks, in 1902. Tiarks married Emma Franziska of Hamburg, and was a director of the Bank of England from 1912 to 1945.
In his book, Aggression, Otto Lehmann-Russbeldt tells us that:
“Hitler was invited to a meeting at the Schroder Bank in Berlin on January 4, 1933. The leading industrialists and bankers of Germany tided Hitler over his financial difficulties and enabled him to meet the enormous debt he had incurred in connection with the maintenance of his private army. In return, he promised to break the power of the trade unions. On May 2, 1933, he fulfilled his promise.”
The Great Soviet Encyclopedia states:
“The banking house Schroder Bros. (Hitler’s banker) was established in 1846; its partners today are the Barons von Schroeder, related to branches in the United States and England.”
Kurt von Schroeder, born in 1889, was partner in the Cologne Bankhaus, J.H. Stein & Co., which had been founded in 1788. After the Nazis gained power in 1933, Schroeder was appointed the German representative at the Bank for International Settlements. The Kilgore Committee in 1940 stated that Schroeder’s influence with the Hitler Administration was so great that he had Pierre Laval appointed head of the French Government during the Nazi Occupation. The Kilgore Committee listed more than a dozen important titles held by Kurt von Schroeder in the 1940’s, including President of Deutsche Reichsbahn, Reich Board of Economic Affairs, SS Senior Group Leader, Council of Reich Post Office, Deutsche Reichsbank and other leading banks and industrial groups. Schroeder served on the board of all International Telephone and Telegraph (ITT) subsidiaries in Germany.
In 1938, the London Schroder Bank became the German financial agent in Great Britain. The New York branch of Schroder had been merged in 1936 with the Rockefellers, as Schroder, Rockefeller Inc. at 48 Wall Street. Carlton P. Fuller of Schroder was president of this firm, and Avery Rockefeller was vice-president. He had been a behind the scenes partner of J. Henry Schroder for years, and had set up the construction firm of Bechtel Corporation, whose previous employees played a leading role in the Reagan Administration, as Secretary of Defense [Weinberger] and Secretary of State [Shultz].
Victor Perlo writes, in The Empire of High Finance:
“The Hitler government made the London Schroder Bank their financial agent in Britain and America. Hitler’s personal banking account was with J.M. Stein Bankhaus, the German subsidiary of the Schroder Bank. F.C. Tiarks of the British J. Henry Schroder Company was a member of the Anglo-German Fellowship with two other partners as members, and a corporate membership.”
As a result, Simpson and J. Henry Schroder Company had Secretary of Defense, former Bechtel employee Caspar Weinberger. As Secretary of State they had George Pratt Schultz, also a Bechtel employee, who happens to be a Standard Oil heir, reaffirming the Schroder-Rockefeller company ties. Thus the “conservative” Reagan Administration had a Secretary of Defense from Schroder Company, a Secretary of State from Schroder-Rockefeller, and a vice president [George H.W. Bush] whose father, Prescott Bush, was senior partner of Brown Brothers Harriman.
The Heritage Foundation has also been an important factor in the policy-making of the Reagan Administration. Now we find that the Heritage Foundation (side note: see Mark Levin’s connections to Heritage Foundation) is part of the Tavistock Institute network, directed by British Intelligence. The financial decisions are still made at the Bank of England. Sir Gordon Richardson was chairman of J. Henry Schroder Co. of London and New York from 1962 to 1972, when he became Governor of the Bank of England. Gordon Richardson was former chairman of Schroders with a New York subsidiary holding Federal Reserve Bank of New York stock.
The list of the present directors of J. Henry Schroder Bank and Trust shows the continuing international influence since the First World War. The Schroder control of sugar goes back to the U.S. Food Administration under Herbert Hoover and Lewis L. Strauss of Kuhn, Loeb and Company during World War I. Schroder’s attorneys are the firm of Sullivan and Cromwell. John Foster Dulles of this firm was present during the historic agreement to finance Hitler, and was later Secretary of State in the Eisenhower administration.
Another director of J. Henry Schroder is Norris Darrell, Jr., born in Berlin, Germany, partner of Sullivan and Cromwell, and a director of Schroder Trust Company. Bayless Manning (now deceased), was partner of the Wall Street law firm of Paul, Weiss, Rifkind and Wharton, and a director of J. Henry Schroder. He was the first president of the Council on Foreign Relations from 1971-1977.
Paul H. Nitze, the prominent “disarmament negotiator” for the United States government, was a director of Schroder’s Inc. He married Phyllis Pratt, of the Standard Oil fortune, whose father gave the Pratt family mansion, the Harold Pratt House, as the building which houses the Council on Foreign Relations.
The J. Henry Schroder Banking Company encompasses the entire history of the twentieth century, embracing as it does the program (Belgium Relief Commission) which provisioned Germany from 1915-1918 and dissuaded Germany from seeking peace in 1916; financing Hitler in 1933 so as to make a Second World War possible; backing the Presidential campaign of Herbert Hoover; and having two of its major executives of its subsidiary firm, Bechtel Corporation serving as Secretary of Defense and Secretary of State in the Reagan Administration.
The head of the Bank of England from 1973- 1983, Sir Gordon Richardson, Governor of the Bank of England (controlled by the House of Rothschild) was chairman of J. Henry Schroder Wagg and Company of London from 1963-72, and director of J. Henry Schroder, New York and Schroder Banking Corporation, New York, as well as Lloyd’s Bank of London, and Rolls Royce.
From the City of London to the New York Federal Reserve
As we can see from the descriptions of J Henry Schroder, London bankers seem to be the most ruthless warlords of all.They play both sides of the war and profit double – or more.Using the first major corporation in England as their model, the British East India Company, warlord bankers even start wars for profit. Slavery and the looting of mines, gold, diamonds, minerals, and land is all in a day’s work.England’s imperialism has worked into the economic and banking practices worldwide.
There is a linear connection (see chart here) between the Rothschilds, the Bank of England, and the London banking houses which ultimately links the stockholders of the Federal Reserve Banks to their subsidiary firms in New York and the City of London. The two principal Rothschild representatives in New York, J. P. Morgan Co., and Kuhn, Loeb & Co. were the firms which set up the Jekyll Island Conference at which the Federal Reserve Act was created and directed the subsequent successful campaign to have the plan enacted into law by Congress, and who purchased the controlling amounts of stock in the Federal Reserve Bank of New York in 1914. These firms had their principal officers appointed to the Federal Reserve Board of Governors and the Federal Advisory Council in 1914. In 1914, a few families (blood or business related) owning controlling stock in existing banks caused those banks to purchase controlling shares in the Federal Reserve regional banks. Examination of the charts and text in the House Banking Committee Staff Report of August, 1976 and the current stockholders list of the twelve regional Federal Reserve Banks show this same family control.

Who Owns the Bank of England?

When the Jesuits were suppressed by the Pope in 1773 they used their covert power over England to have the Rothschild family become guardians over the Jesuit South American reductions wealth. The Jesuits could not store this wealth in any Catholic banking house otherwise it would be stolen since the Jesuit Order was to be destroyed. It was time for the Jesuits to take over the Catholic Church which started in 1814 and was totally complete by 1870 when the Pope was made Infallible.
The Rothschild’s eventually became the Guardians of the Vatican Treasury thanks to the Jesuit Order. The Rothschild’s used Napoleon as an aid in the take-over of the Bank of England which had been created by The Worshipful Company of Mercers. This was to take over of the City of London from the Vatican and the Knights of Malta. The Vatican having controlled the region for a very long time and having handed the control of the region to the Knights Templar in 1215.
The Knights of Malta have never been favorites of the Jesuit Order. This hatred of the Knights of Malta increased even further in 1768 when the Knights removed the Jesuits from the Island of Malta. The Jesuits sought their revenge for this one later on in 1798 using Napoleon. The Jesuits subordinated the Knights of Malta in the same year and that was the true start of the take-over of the City of London which was commanded covertly still by the Knights of Malta.
If you look at St John’s Wood where the Order of Malta are based, you will see it is the old haunt of the Knights Templar in England since the City of London is a sovereign Nation. If you look at one of the four of the most powerful Order of Malta headquarters in Rome you will see that the Aventine Hill is another old Templar haunt which was their original World Headquarters.
This control of the Bank of England through The Worshipful Company of Mercers is what controls the global economy. The U.S. economy is fully controlled by the Mercers and Bank of England and has been since 1868 onwards when America was turned into a corporation by Lincoln to try to pay off the Mercers for the Virginia Company of London debts for the original Settling of the region. The Jesuits using both Privy Councilors Roundell Palmer and Edward Stanley had Lincoln’s death warrant signed and executed through the payment of Catholic, John Wilkes Booth through the Bank of Montreal based in Jesuit controlled Quebec. That line is now divided between three other families less significant in the merchant realm to the Spring’s. These are the tentacles of the New World Order.
Juan Carlos as the Holy Roman Emperor
One person stands in the way of Juan Carlos and his power and that is Prince Vittorio Emanuele IV the current controller of the Canton of Geneva and the Doria family.He claims to be the head of the House of Savoy. Both these two powers serve the Jesuit Order and its Vatican Temporal Power. No kingship or emperor is of greater power than the temporal power and the office of the Vatican.The world has always been dominated by the Priesthood in conjunction with its kingships it created and grants along with its merchants using its Vatican Canon Law based UCC/Admiralty Law (Roman Civil law).
Remember it is these same bloodlines which claim to be the descendants of King David. King Juan Carlos claims to be the rightful heir to the King of Jerusalem. These are the Venetian bloodlines, the Roman Emperor bloodlines, the Black Nobility. It is correct to call King Juan Carlos the Holy Roman Emperor. The Roman Emperors were always more powerful than the Popes or the Jesuit Order. The crusades were all about these Jewish bloodlines seeking to have one of their bloodline rule the world as the King of Jerusalem. The Knights Templars were created during the reign of the first King of Jerusalem Baldwin I, whose reign began on the 25th December 1100.
The Jesuit Order is merely a front organization for King Juan Carlos who claims the title of King of Jerusalem and is the head of the Aragon Templar bloodline continuum, the same Templar bloodlines which claim descent from the Merovingians.
At the Congress of Verona there was a quintuple alliance between the five major world power families, the Hapsburgs of Austria-Hungary, the Hohenzollern of Prussia (Germany), the Romanov of Russia, the Saxe-Coberg Gotha of Britain and the Bourbon of France. One hundred years later the Hapsburg, Archduke Franz Ferdinand is assassinated and we have World War 1. After WW1 the Hapsburgs, Hohenzollern and Romanov Empires were all destroyed leaving behind the Saxe-Coburg and Gotha (who had changed their names to Windsor because of the Anti-German sentiment) and the Bourbon who had relocated to Spain.
Saxe-Coburg and Gotha had been the English Templars ruling Freemasonry and Bourbon had been the Aragon Templars ruling the Jesuits.
The Alliance of the Orders of St. John of Jerusalem in 1961 meant that Freemasonry controlled by Elizabeth Windsor had been subordinated to the Knights of Malta, to the Vatican, to the Jesuit Order to the Bourbon bloodline now headed by King Juan Carlos.
The Bourbons now want the French Monarchy, Roman Empire and Latin Kingdom of Jerusalem restored so there bloodline can once again rule as the Emperor of France, Emperor of the Holy Roman Empire and King of Jerusalem.
The Jesuit Order has its origins back in the Knights Templar. There were many Knights Templars but the Pope only sparred a small amount of Templars. These Templars were allowed to go to the powerful Kingdom of Aragon and become the Order of the Calatrava since they were not allowed to be called Knights Templar. These then were connected with the later Order of the Montessa. Both of these orders exist today and are now controlled by the Jesuit trained King Juan Carlos of Spain. The same King Juan Carlos who carries the most powerful Templar title called the ‘King of Jerusalem’ known as the ‘Protector of the Holy Sites of the Latin Kingdom of Jerusalem.’ A title which gives him complete power over the Middle East and North Africa, do a study of his powerful Union for the Mediterranean headed in Barcelona Spain and also based in Malta. King Juan Carlos heads the powerful Bourbon bloodline which is the second oldest monarchy behind only the Japanese Emperor. King Juan Carlos dominates the Commonwealth Crown and second layer of the Papal Tiara.
The Jesuits created the Bavarian Order of the Illuminati when they were suppressed by the Pope in 1773 for being even too evil for the already evil Vatican. Since then they have commanded the Illuminati which has been the front to cover the Jesuit power that hides behind both the Illuminati and the Catholic Church for ultimate deception. The Federal Reserve is a Jesuit Banking System
The Federal Reserve Bank in Washington uses its twelve member banks to extend or create credit out of nothing. The credit is defined as treasury notes, Federal Reserve notes, mortgage bonds, etc. This is how the U.S. finances the Vatican’s crusades led by the Knights of Malta. The Federal Reserve banking system was modeled after the ten Jesuit Provincial territorial system that controls the United States.
The Federal Reserve Bank of New York is the largest in terms of assets and volume of activity. The NY Fed implements the FOMC’s monetary policy, supervises and regulates financial institutions, and helps maintain the nation’s payment systems. The FOMC using the NY Fed, monetizes debt in order to keep borrowing costs low or zero. The Federal Reserve Bank in Washington controls interest rates by buying 60 -70% of the U.S. treasury bonds it issues, thereby creating or expanding credit out of nothing. The money supply is inflated during this process, creating price inflation, which many consider a hidden tax further destroying the middle class.

The collusion also goes between federal agencies and corporations/banks. The same people de-regulate the very laws that they then can go and take advantage of. Deregulation causes income opportunities. Finding the weaknesses in the federal system becomes war-tools when the person trades sides. Warlords play both sides of the game against the middle and pick up the pieces afterwards.
The First Knots are Tied in the Gordian Knot
In ancient times, the temple was used as the treasury where valuables were stored in times of war.Even grain and fruits were stored there under the watchful and moral eye of the temple priests and priestesses. When there were times of plenty, the temple would “loan” seed from its storehouses. Economy was created in the temples as they began to coin metals that could be used as currency. At first, coins were used as donations to the temples through offerings. The common people gave to the temple because they believed the temple would always help and support them. The temple was solid, trustworthy and honest. Nothing got stolen and no charge, or “interest”, was placed upon the loans of the temple and no charge was placed on storing wealth in the temple treasury.
These are the true principles of banking: banking wealth for the good of the people and to protect people in times of war.And of course, if the people who deposited wealth in a temple died, the wealth went to the temple.
The Templars, named after the temple of Solomon, were monks who could own no wealth but handled the wealth of Europe during the crusades from Europe to Jerusalem and all points in between. They were also warriors but not “banking warriors” like we see today. They took an oath of poverty, obedience and chastity. Often, they were royalty who donated large sums of money, land and wealth to the Order of the Temple Knights.
The Templars were committed to keep the roads to Jerusalem open for crusaders and pilgrims. Along the way, they had coin reserves that could cash a “note” that might have been written in any of their priories along the way. A secret code was written into the note which was in the shape of a Maltese Cross that conveyed the place and amount of wealth given to the Templars in another priory.Thus, fiat currency was invented that was backed by physical wealth, usually precious metals of gold and silver.
The Templars were moral, like the priests and priestesses of the temple. No “rate of exchange”, “interest”, “fees”, or any economic benefit was asked for in the transactions. Banking was a service offered by the moral, spiritual leaders of the community who also fought to keep the roads open. The concept of earning money from money through interest was inconceivable.The idea of money-making through investments was unknown. Even though the Templars were warriors, they didn’t bring the tools of war into banking.But again, like the temple, if the depositors died, the Templars kept the money. The Templar’s priories became filled with gold and wealth.
Along the road to Jerusalem the sister organization of the Hospitallers, or Knights of the Hospital, offered assistance to crusaders and pilgrims. Often the Templars and Hospitallers worked together. The Hospitallerswere later called the Knights of Malta. The greed of the French King and the Pope were the demise of the Templars due to the wealth they held. The Knights of Malta carried on and took on the business of healing, banking and eventually war. Without the Templars, the Knights of Malta filled in the gap and became the bankers and soldiers of the Vatican. They continue to do so today with the same royal houses of Europe and the same wealth.
Usury was seen as immoral by Catholics, so the Vatican had to use Italian banks to support its wars because these banks were more lenient on the issue of charging interest on loaned money.Venice, Florence, Genoa, and other Italian city states developed central banking and helped the Vatican from time to time to manage empire building.War and expansionism was profitable, as seen in the vast sums of money the Templars and Italian banks gleaned from the crusades.The wealth of Europe was willing thrown towards the East where the principles of usury were not outlawed. Venice providing ships and money for the crusaders. The wealth of Venice was unparalleled and often plundered. Italian banks were built on the deaths of the crusaders and these banking families continue to flourish into our own time. Italian banks spread their central banking system to all of Europe and America. We still live in the banking and legal practices of Rome.
What went wrong was the priests who held the wealth started using greedy war practices on the depositors.
Then, it was seen that war often killed the depositors so it was quite profitable to hold the deposits of those involved in war. And since the depositors were “off to war”, the banks could lend out wealth and charge interest. They could start “betting” on wars and who would win.Plus, they could loan money to the people who made war-tools and increase their wealth exponentially. This process still drives the economies of the western world and are simply immoral practices introduced into the original system of banking trust.
Monarchs and royalty are special due to the idea that they are “divinely inspired” to lead a nation.The nation counts on the morality of the monarchy.The wealth of a nation is “given” or “held” by the monarchy for the sake of the whole nation. The crown jewels, palaces, estates of England are estimated to be worth 80 billion. The monarch can use that wealth as assets to leverage further wealth management. For instance, the British Monarch has these huge holding but the taxpayers must maintain them. The same is true for the Monarchy’s ownership of land and mineral resources in 53 countries and the profits of the Holding Company of the Bank of England.
English law prohibits questioning the Monarchy on their personal holdings and business.
This is true of most of Europe’s royalty, whether enthroned or not.The wealth of the Monarchies is held outside of the countries that made the wealth.Swiss banks and offshore accounts hold the greatest personal wealth in the world.
Monarchies are supposed to be, by definition, moral and connected to the divine.They are not supposed to be the banking Warlords who create war to turn a profit or destabilize an economy for personal gain.But they have been for some time and history is a string of immoral wars caused by Monarchies, the Vatican and other religions.Untold millions have died while Kings and Popes lived on to grab the wealth. As we now see, history has shown that “power corrupts and total power corrupts totally.”The vile waste of human life and resources is immoral, but the war machines churn on in a perpetual grinding of war.Terrorism is everywhere and the Warlord Bankers are making a killing—in more ways that most can understand.
One World Government-Religion-Ruler is One Election Away, Folks!
History has demonstrated that the Vatican doesn’t fall and the British Monarchy is solid.But there is a battle for world dominion that continues. The Warlord Bankers of Europe want to make King Juan (Jesuit puppet) or Prince Charles (Knight of Malta puppet) the Holy Roman Emperor and King of Jerusalem. This would rally the world around a one world king, crowned by the Pope and supported by the United Nations.There would be “one world government” under “one king” who rules from Jerusalem with the Pope and the President of the United Nations.One religion, one economy, one government – the New World Order.Each of these three groups have boldly spoken out and stated these objectives many times. But most people aren’t paying attention.
We are and so are you.Here are our immediate recommendations to start untying the Gordian Knot and regain control of the United States of America.
1)Conduct an IMMEDIATE complete, independent, and thorough audit of the US Federal Reserve. Once the debt is verified, the private corporation of the U.S. Federal Reserve is to be closed. Its sister organization, the Council on Foreign Affairs is to be sut down as an enemy to the U.S. People.
2)Printed and issue all U. S. currency by the U.S Treasury which will serve the interests of the American citizens. Give a limited time whereby citizens (not foreigners, foreign interests, or any of the banks, monarchs, accepting houses, etc.) can exchange their federal reserve notes or digital representations of these notes into actual U.S. currency.
3)All association with the United Nations be terminated and the UN be physically banished from holding any U.S. address. This includes all of its agencies, corporations, and groups. These are enemies of the people of the United States and should not be permitted on U.S. soil. We have plenty of internment camps to hold criminals of humanity.
4)Audit the Department of Defense audited and prosecute all guilty parties.
5)Immediately cease operations of DARPA, In-Q-Tel, SAIC, Highlands Forums and all military research; all use of war tools, devices, and implements on Americans to be immediately ceased along with the revocation of the National Defense Authorization Act of 2016.
6)Audit all military contractors and PROSECUTE the guilty. Pass strict laws prohibiting any military development to be shared with any corporation with foreign associations—no matter if the company is Starbucks or Raytheon.
7)All investors in any U.S. military development must be American. All taxes must be paid and no profits may leave America.Americans will no longer die for foreign profits on war.
8)Foreign investments in America economic institutions must be examined and made transparent so that transnational investors cannot use our money, government, and citizenry to support their business of war.
9)Related to auditing the Fed is the auditing of international banking.Although the U.S. should not be controlling this activity in other countries, we should encourage citizens around the world to have their banks audited as well.
10)An international court, not directed by the warlord insiders, needs to be set up and preside over transparent and globally televised so the warlords that have profited from crimes against humanity.A great start would be for the United States to assign a special commission and prosecutor for the crime of 9-11. This would serve as a courageous act that Americans are ready to know the truth and prosecute the politicians and bankers who benefitted from mass murder against fellow Americans.It is important that these be televised as the entire world needs to go through the catharsis of healing from the grave wounds that these sub-human rulers and politicians have inflicted on the world.
11)Currency or commodity manipulators must be tried and jailed. Laws need to be changed to ensure that these activities are clearly illegal going forward.
12)Wall Street trading must end and a new system that prevents “gambling” on stocks created.
13)Instead of using all of taxpayer money to support the warlords’ false flags and wars, we advocate that for a time, our tax money go towards investigating and prosecuting all major players, whether they be corporate or political, for “insider” economic intelligence.
14)Transnational organizations like the Knights of Malta or the Highlands Forum must be prosecuted for insider trading and economic espionage. This would be done through an international court as mentioned in #10.
15)All charitable donations to transnational charities, like the Catholic Church, must be audited and completely vetted for fraud and corruption.
16)American political warlords must be prosecuted for crimes against humanity for illegal wars (start with the most current wars and go back through history until every living person involved in these crimes are held accountable). We the people of the United States need to shout out to our global brothers and sisters that WE did not authorize these actions and WE will prosecute those that acted outside of our authority. Only congressional approval can justify a military action; any that have been taken outside of a declaration of war must be investigated and prosecuted.
17)All military action of the Department of Defense must be approved by the Department of Peace.
18)Reaffirm the original Constitution, that would immediately end the roll up of federal authority over the fifty states of the United States. WE MUST PRESERVE OUR REPUBLIC of fifty unique and sovereign states and never permit the sovereignty of our states to ever be turned over to a central government again. This would mean the abolishment of any administrative, legislative, judicial, or executive department, branch, or activity that controls activities reserved by the Constitution for states.This would also include revisiting the Titles of Nobility Amendment and not permitting persons with dual citizenship to be members of Congress, Supreme Court, and the Office of Presidency.
These are just a few actions that we all need to demand our elected officials to take.We must foster awareness of these war crimes and influence political action using every platform we have to spread the word.Consciousness alone is a strong beginning. And just as our opening quote from Jeff Sessions indicates, we don’t have any more time, folks.

Emmy Award winning medical journalist Del Bigtree put his career on the line to cover controversial topics in ‘Vaxxed.’ Now he’s battling censorship from ABC News.
One of the things most people don’t realize about the media is how important the screening process is — critical information is lost in the process of fact-gathering and interviews that never makes it to the actual article or TV segment.
Robert De Niro abruptly pulled the film after immense public pressure.
Whatever doesn’t fit the media outlet’s narrative is usually scrapped. Not only is key information left out, but the way the information is presented, in all its nuance and subtleties, is what usually determines how the audience will react.
Oftentimes a reporter has a large amount of leeway in deciding a story’s overall tone and focus. But in many cases, higher powers (like big money advertisers, CEOs, and even governments) have a huge influence over what is ultimately shown.

But now, an interview with the film’s award-winning producer is going viral, and ABC News’ plan for discrediting the film may end up backfiring after all.
Uncut ‘Vaxxed’ Interview: Censored by ABC News
In the video below, which was released on Monday, March 28, ‘Vaxxed’ producer and Emmy Award-winning medical journalist Del Bigtree sits down for a comprehensive 10-minute phone interview with an ABC reporter to explain his side of the story.
De Niro abruptly pulled the movie from his own Tribeca Film Festival a day after his initial statement that he supported it because of his autistic son, and his own desire to “start a conversation” on a possible autism-vaccine link.
In the interview, Bigtree explains everything from why he put his career on the line to work with Wakefield (public enemy #1 to the pro-pharmaceutical industry mainstream media), to his extreme frustration with the media for not covering a recent CDC scandal in which documents linking vaccines to higher autism rates were allegedly destroyed.
Bigtree, who has worked on popular TV shows including Dr. Phil and The Doctors, said that the evidence of fraud by the CDC was so compelling that he had no choice but to take up the project.
“I looked at the data that the CDC whistleblowers provided…And it is the most compelling evidence of fraud I’ve ever seen in my life,” Bigtree says in the uncut interview video below. “And I realized in that moment that I was looking at probably the biggest story of my lifetime as a journalist, I realized it was a story I had to tell.”
Perhaps the most shocking aspect of the CDC scandal is that the whistleblower in question is Dr. William Thompson, one of the organization’s top scientists, who discovered that Wakefield’s conclusions might not have been so “wrong” after all.
“It used to be when something like this happened in the media, we would all jump on it,” Bigtree says. “When a CDC whistleblower, top scientist from the CDC comes forward and says, ‘Hey we’re committing fraud in here, I would expect every news agency in the world to jump in there and investigate that story and I’m amazed that this film is the only ones that are looking at it..”

Edward Bernays was the master of influencing and shaping public opinion who developed upon the ideas of earlier social psychologists and the work of his uncle, Sigmund Freud, in order to create techniques to manipulate the subconscious desires of the masses.
Throughout his 103-year lifespan, the “father of public relations” was at the pinnacle of his field advising US Presidents Coolidge, Eisenhower, Hoover and Wilson, as well as inventor Thomas Edison, US industrialist Henry Ford and First Lady Eleanor Roosevelt. He also reportedly refused invitations by Hitler and Franco to work on fascist propaganda campaigns in Europe.
At the end of World War 1 Bernays served as a propagandist for America before going on to work with various government departments and corporations throughout his lifetime, including: the US Department of State, CBS, Procter and Gamble, and the American Tobacco Company, as well as designing the propaganda campaign for the United Fruit Company which led to the CIA coup against the Guatemalan President Jacobo Árbenz in 1954.
Bernays combined the work of people such as the French social psychologist Gustave Le Bon to create techniques which appeal to the subconscious emotions of the public, as opposed to engaging the public in rational and intellectual debate. Le Bon studied the mental characteristics and the behaviour of the crowd, believing that when part of a mass, individuals are subordinate to the crowd mind and that a human behaves in a more emotive, irrational manner. Bernays observed that if a propagandist could understand the “motives of the group mind”, they would possess the ability to “control and regiment the masses”:
“The systematic study of mass psychology revealed to students the potentialities of invisible government of society by the manipulation of the motives which actuate man in the group.Trotter and Le Bon, who approached the subject in a scientific manner, and Graham Wallas, Walter Lippmann, and others who continued with searching studies of the group mind, established that the group has mental characteristics distinct from those of the individual, and is motivated by impulses and emotions which cannot be explained on the basis of what we know of individual psychology. So the question naturally arose: If we understand the mechanism and the motives of the group mind, is it not possible to control and regiment the masses according to our will without their knowing of it?” (Bernays, 1928, p.71)
Bernays continues to reveal the growing ability of the propagandist to understand and successfully alter “public opinion” way back in the 1920s, long before television sets were in every household and the sophisticated modern media techniques of today:
“The recent practice of propaganda has proved that it is possible, at least up to a certain point and within certain limits. Mass psychology is as yet far from being an exact science and the mysteries of human motivation are by no means all revealed. But at least theory and practice have combined with sufficient success to permit us to know that in certain cases we can effect some change in public opinion with a fair degree of accuracy by operating a certain mechanism, just as the motorist can regulate the speed of a car by manipulating the flow of gasoline.” (Bernays, 1928, p.71 & p.72)
The basic premise of Bernays thesis is that humans are “rarely aware” of the true motivations ad desires powering their actions, and if certain individuals could uncover the real desires of the mass mind, the public could be influenced and manipulated without their knowledge of it:
“Men are rarely aware of the real reasons which motivate their actions . . . It is chiefly the psychologists of the school of Freud who have pointed out that many of man’s thoughts and actions are compensatory substitutes for desires which has been obliged to suppress. A thing may be desired not for its intrinsic worth or usefulness, but because he has unconsciously come to see it as a symbol of something else, the desire for which he is ashamed to admit to himself…. This general principle, that men are very largely actuated by motives which they conceal from themselves, is as true of mass as of individual psychology. It is evident that the successful propagandist must understand the true motives and not be content to accept the reasons which men give for what they do . . . Human desires are the steam which makes the social machine work. Only by understanding them can the propagandist control that loose-jointed mechanism which is modern society. (Bernays, 1928, p. 74, p.75 & p.76)
The study of mass psychology and herd behaviour were important areas which had to be understood to intelligently manipulate the public:
“The whole basis of successful propaganda is to have an objective and then to endeavour to arrive at it through an exact knowledge of the public and modifying circumstances to manipulate and sway that public (Bernays, 1928, p.126). But clearly it is the intelligent minorities which need to make use propaganda continuously and systematically . . . Small groups of persons can, and do, make the rest of us think what they please about a given subject.” (Bernays, 1928, p.57)
In ancient times, leaders of a tribe, group or society processed tremendous power over the rest of the people especially if they are skilled in the art of persuasion. Political leaders in modern times have the ability to shape and mould the psychology of their followers in a truly profound manner, especially if they have the ability to use propaganda effectively:
“The voice of the people expresses the mind of the people, and that mind is made up for it by the group leaders in whom it believes and by those persons who understand the manipulation of public opinion. Fortunately, the sincere and gifted politician is able, by the instrument of propaganda, to mould and form the will of the people.” (Bernays, 1928, p. 109)
Bernays reveals the power propagandists have to manipulate and control the “public mind” through understanding the techniques of managing the public:
“The conscious and intelligent manipulation of the organised habits and opinions of the masses is an important element in democratic society. Those who manipulate this unseen mechanism of society constitute an invisible government which is the true ruling power of our country. We are governed, our minds moulded, our tastes formed, our ideas suggested, largely by men we have never heard of . . . Whatever attitude one chooses toward this condition, it remains a fact that in almost every act of our daily lives, whether in the sphere of politics or business, in our social conduct or our ethical thinking, we are dominated by a relatively small number of persons – a trifling fraction of our hundred and twenty million – who understand the mental processes and social patterns of the masses. It is they who pull the wires which control the public mind, who harness old social forces and contrive new ways to bind and guide the world.” (Bernays, 1928, p.37 & p.38)

Lynn Forester de Rothschild wrote an email on April 18, 2010, in which she tells Hillary she would “love to catch up” — and “I remain your loyal adoring pal.” Clinton responds “let’s make that happen,” and signs her response, “Much love, H.”
On September 23, 2010, Clinton emailed Lynn Forester de Rothschild (an email chain marked by heavy redaction) saying, “I was trying to reach you to tell you and Teddy that I asked Tony Blair to go to Israel as part of our full court press on keeping the Middle East negotiations going …”
Rothschild responds, thanking Clinton for “personally reaching out to us,” and adds, “You are the best, and we remain your biggest fans.”
A January 9, 2012, email discusses a conference on the environment set to take place at Jacob Rothschild’s “historic estate, Waddesdon.”
On New Year’s Eve 2012, Lynn Forester de Rothschild sent an email to Clinton “praying for” her speedy recovery. “And, my email box is lighting up with all the PUMA’s and their 18M prayers for Hillary campaign,” states the email, which is signed, “Love, Lynn, Evelyn, Ben and Jake.”
An email to Clinton, dated October 15, 2009, from Melanne Verveer — former director of Pres. Obama’s State Department office for Global Women’s Issues and longtime Clinton family insider — states:
“Speaking at UNESCO Monday with the new director on the unfinished Beijing agenda [REDACTED] called to say she wants to give us several million dollars to subsidize a fund to give an annual award for innovation in empowering women that would be a rockefeller-State [sic] partnership.”
Then, on March 10, 2012, Verveer hints at least at a possible locale for Hillary’s future endeavors:
“I forgot to tell you that Judith Rodin offered you a suite of offices after you leave State for your own use at Rockefeller Fdtn, if you’re interested –with no strings attached. She also said they’d be happy to provide you with a month at their center in Bellagio if you just want to read and write in a beautiful place.”
Though none of the emails The Free Thought Project examined appeared overtly damning — thanks, in part, to sometimes heavy redaction — the evidence of Clinton’s comfort with the establishment lends credence to theories of her being the ‘chosen’ candidate.
Numerous emails evidence Hillary’s staff carefully monitoring — and even manipulating — mainstream news outlets as well. Lynn F. de Rothschild told Hillary in August 2009 about a fluff piece journalist Les Gelb was eager to pen for Parade Magazine. Other emails show an almost paranoid eye Clinton kept trained on the Tea Party and its journalists and mouthpieces.
To reiterate, nothing particularly damning in itself was found in this admittedly cursory search — but the relationships these emails document, alone, evidence Hillary’s concrete establishment roots. While Trump infuriates the GOP and Sanders’ popular support lacks translation into delegate votes, perhaps these documents support the popular theory Hillary Clinton will be the next president — no matter what.

As central bank policy-makers’ forecasts have become more pessimistic (i.e. more realistic), Lord Rothschild is unsurprised at the current malaise: “not surprisingly, market conditions have deteriorated further…So much so that the wind is certainly not behind us; indeed we may well be in the eye of a storm.” On this basis, Rothschild highlights a “daunting litany of problems,” warning those who are optimistically sanguine about the US economy that “2016 is likely to turn out to be more difficult than the second half of 2015.”
In my half-yearly statement I sounded a note of caution, ending up by writing that “the climate is one where the wind may well not be behind us”; indeed we became increasingly concerned about global equity markets during the last quarter of 2015, reducing our exposure to equities as the economic outlook darkened and many companies reported disappointing earnings. Meanwhile central banks’ policy makers became more pessimistic in their economic forecasts for, despite unprecedented monetary stimulus, growth remained anaemic.
Not surprisingly, market conditions have deteriorated further. So much so that the wind is certainly not behind us; indeed we may well be in the eye of a storm.
The litany of problems which confronts investors is daunting:
The QE tap is in the course of being turned off and in any event its impact in stimulating asset prices is coming to an end.
There’s the slowing down to an unknown extent in China.
The situation in the Middle East is likely to be unresolvable at least for some time ahead.
Progress of the US and European economies is disappointing.
The Greek situation remains fraught with the country now having to cope with the challenge of unprecedented immigration.
Over the last few years we have witnessed an explosion in debt, much of it repayable in revalued dollars by emerging market countries at the time of a collapse in commodity prices. Countries like Brazil, Russia, Nigeria, Ukraine and Kazakhstan are, as a result, deeply troubled.
In the UK we have an unsettled political situation as we attempt to deal with the possibility of Brexit in the coming months.
The risks that confront investors are clearly considerable at a time when stock market valuations remain relatively high.
There are, however, some influential and thoughtful investment managers who remain sanguine about markets in 2016 on the grounds that the US economy is in decent shape – outside of manufacturing – while they feel that economic conditions may be improving. To them, the decline in these markets may have more to do with sentiment than substance. Others are less optimistic but feel that the odds remain against these potential difficulties materialising in a form which would undermine global equity markets. However our view is that 2016 is likely to turn out to be more difficult than the second half of 2015. Our policy will be towards a greater emphasis on seeking absolute returns. We will remain highly selective when considering public and private investment opportunities. Reflecting this policy, our quoted equity exposure has been reduced to 43% of net asset value.
There’s an old saying that in difficult times the return of capital takes precedence over the return on capital. Our principle will therefore be to exercise caution in all things in the current year, while remaining agile where opportunities present themselves. Problems have a habit of creating opportunities and I remain confident of our ability to identify and profit from them during 2016.
