U.S. Law Allows Testing of Chemicals and Biological Agents on “Civilian Population”
PUBLIC LAW 105-85- NOV. 18, 1997: USE OF HUMAN SUBJECTS FOR TESTING OF CHEMICAL OR BIOLOGICAL AGENTSSEC. 1078. RESTRICTIONS ON THE USE OF HUMAN SUBJECTS FOR TESTING OF CHEMICAL OR BIOLOGICAL AGENTS. (a) PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES. – The Secretary of Defense may not conduct (directly or by contract) (1) any test or experiment involving the use of a chemical agent or biological agent on a civilian population; or
Then section (b) says that the prohibitions in section (a) do not apply to tests carried out for virtually any purpose. So section (b) completely negates the prohibitions of section (a).
In Other Words: The U.S. government can test chemicals and biological agents on humans for nearly any purpose they desire.

Informed Consent: Some argue that none of this activity can be conducted without “informed consent”, as stated in section (c), which reads:
Although section (c) seems to provide some protection for us in that it requires us to be notified “in advance” if this “testing” is to take place, in reality, it does not provide any protection at all.
Why not?: Because you’ve already been “informed in advance” and you’ve already given your “consent”.
Because this “law” is publicly available for everyone to read, you have been “informed”. Because you have not contested it (that’s what the courts are for), you have provided your “consent”.
This law is part of a contract between you and the government. When the terms of a contract are known and uncontested, it’s called “acquiescence”. Acquiescence essentially means that both parties are in agreement.
Acquiesce: “submit or comply silently or without protest”
So, when this law was published, you were “informed”. Because you have not challenged it in court, you have “consented”. By your own inaction, you have said, “Sure, go ahead and poison me, even if it causes death. I have no problem with it.”
Because this contract meets the judicial requirements of “remedy” and “recourse”, it is legally binding.
Judges like to say: “Ignorance of the law is no excuse”. They say this because you are expected to know all of the “law” because it is publicly available for you to read (despite the fact that this is humanly impossible).
So, in reality, section (c) is legally useless. It does not provide any additional protection, it only “seems” to. Section (c)’s only purpose for being included in this law is deception, nothing more.
Deception: Section (c) of this “law” is very deceptive because most people don’t understand the concepts of acquiescence in contract law, therefore, people mistakenly conclude that this “testing” will never happen to them unless they are informed about it.
The powers-that-be play upon public ignorance by inducing people into having a false sense of security. As a result, the public believes this activity could not be occurring because they believe that they would have personally heard about it. This false belief then provides insurance that this law will never be contested in court, and as long as this law remains uncontested, chemtrail spraying will continue unhindered.
The final result is that this craftily-written law has done its job. It has enabled chemtrail spraying to continue without being contested in court. Additionally, this law continually provides legal protection for those doing the spraying. After all, by your inaction you have given them your permission.
When you consider the incredibly dark nature of this deception and when you consider the fact that this law gives your public servants the self-appointed power to kill you, you should then consider what kind of people are running your country, or the world for that matter.

A “nightmare” bacteria that is resistant to powerful antibiotics and kills half of those it infects has surfaced in nearly 200 U.S. hospitals and nursing homes, federal health officials reported Tuesday.
The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention said 4 percent of U.S. hospitals and 18 percent of nursing homes had treated at least one patient with the bacteria, called Carbapenem-Resistant Enterobacteriaceae (CRE), within the first six months of 2012.
What is happening already in Greece is like the canary in the coal mine. Greeks are in a panic as drug firms slash medicine supplies by 90% on bad debts.
This tragedy is coming to the rest of the world as the world economy contracts and as austerity bites harder, like it will start now in the USA.
Pharmaceutical multinationals have halted shipments to the country because of the economic crisis. Even the Red Cross slashed its supply of donor blood to Greece because it had not paid its bills on time. Pharmacies in Greece describe chaotic scenes as clients desperately search from shop to shop for much-needed drugs. Greece’s Pharmaceutical Association said “around 300 drugs are in very short supply,” adding that “It’s a disgrace.
The companies are ensuring that they come in dribs and drabs to avoid prosecution. Everyone is really frightened.” Lines form early and ‘get very aggressive’ one pharmacy exclaimed, “We have reached a tragic point.”
Institutionalized Medical Ignorance
It does seem like many doctors and most medical organizations enjoy being stupid. And the NY Times enjoys broadcasting that stupidity for everyone to see. My life changed dramatically when I published Transdermal Magnesium Therapy six years ago putting me on the medical map of the world.
In that book I show, through presenting a massive amount of research, that magnesium-rich foods and magnesium chloride (including concentrated seawater full of minerals) was the best medicine for heart disease and stroke and a host of other conditions. I did not make up the research but the doctors in this essay seem to pretend that decades of research do not exist.
Everyone who has read my essays knows that I do not make wild statements that are not based on fact. The information is there to sustain my conclusions. It is hard to understand why we need more studies. It seems like it is just an excuse to buy doctors and medical organizations more time to harm more people with their ignorance.
Medical Cruelty
Everyone has to see this video, which show how bad life can be for a child and how inept orthodox medicine is when dealing with human pain and suffering. When all else fails medical marijuana rides in to the rescue and I will hold Obama and many others responsible for the terrible suffering that comes with denying people and children access to cannabinoid medicine. I would not want to be these people when they reach heaven’s gates.
Fortunately there are brave companies like Dixie Botanicals doing an end-run around the government, the FDA and the CDC which are the most uncaring organizations on earth. Dixie is providing CBD, a legal form of medical marijuana without the THC. I have not had the time to write much about their products but to all my readers please read my lips when I tell you to buy a few jars of their topical formula.
I have been using this balm on my children, my wife and myself for any problem on the skin including a fungus on the back of my youngest son’s head and for fungus in-between my toes and it works like a charm. Truthfully I would never want to be without it!
Medical Resilience and Independence
What is Resilience? A dictionary definition is “an ability to recover from or adjust easily to misfortune or change.” In terms of individual psychology, resilience can be characterized as being able to roll with the punches, maintaining a positive attitude through difficult times, and focusing on developing successful responses to misfortunes and challenges.
The medically resilient household will have greater happiness and a greater sense of wellbeing than households that are totally dependent on a failing Nazi-like medical system dependent on the pharmaceutical empire that is profit, not human care driven. The difference between fragility in front of a nightmarish medical paradigm and resilience is that by practicing Natural Allopathic Medicine much security and happiness will be available should a Greece like hit happen in our own home country.
Everyone today is exposed to multiple stresses and toxins but not everyone gets cancer and other terrible diseases. Why? The answer is seen in each person’s inner resilience. The easiest way to increase resilience is to reduce fragility and vulnerability and one can do that with nutritional medicines and other natural therapies. Pharmaceutical medicine is brilliantly designed to destroy peoples’ resilience, and that is why I coined the term pharmaceutical terrorism.
Learning Humility through Listening
I was taught decades ago that to know what you don’t know will arrive one at wisdom pretty quickly. It is interesting to think on what one does not know and that will usually bring one into a state of humility which is wisdom found. Listening is the golden path of learning and humility and the arrogant don’t want to listen to anything at all except to what they already know, not really caring whether one is right or wrong.
What is astonishing to me is how much I have learned in the past year, my 60th down here on earth. The hardest part of learning so much so fast is that you can see how so recently in the past one has been living, thinking and working in relative ignorance.
Conclusion
These past days I have attended to two cancer patients and I am aghast at the way they are treated and the ignorance that surrounds cancer care. Even families and friends get in on the act to keep patients in a prison of the massive ignorance that is an enforced part of society and medical care. It just seems to be built into the system, built into our civilization and cancer care mirrors this.
To listen is to suffer because we do not want to listen to anything that might require a change. To listen is to change. We cannot change without listening. Listening implies a change. We need to change just to listen.

From 7 Billion People To 500 Million People – The Sick Population Control Agenda Of The Global Elite
The United Nations has officially designated October 31st as 7 Billion Day. On that day, the United Nations estimates that the population of the earth will hit 7 billion for the very first time. But instead of celebrating what a milestone 7 billion people represents, the UNPF is focusing instead on using October 31st to raise awareness about “sustainability” and “sustainable development”. In other words, the United Nations is once again declaring that there are way too many people on the planet and that we need to take more direct measures to reduce fertility.
In recent years, the UN and other international organizations have become bolder about trying to push the sick population control agenda of the global elite. Most of the time organizations such as the UN will simply talk about “stabilizing” the global population, but as you will see in this article, there are many among the global elite that are not afraid to openly talk about a goal of reducing the population of the world to 500 million (or less). To you and I it may seem like insanity to want to get rid of more than 90 percent of the global population, but there is a growing consensus among the global elite that this is absolutely necessary for the good of the planet.
As we approach October 31st, dozens of articles are appearing in newspapers all over the globe that are declaring what a horrible thing it is that we are up to 7 billion people.
In fact, it surely is no accident that the United Nations put 7 Billion Day on the exact same day as Halloween. Perhaps they want to highlight how “scary” it is that we have 7 billion people on the planet, or perhaps they are trying to send us a message by having 7 Billion Day occur on the same day as “the festival of death”.
In any event, it seems like way too much of a coincidence that 7 Billion Day just happens to fall on the same day as Halloween.
Today, “sustainable development” has become one of the key buzzwords that those in the radical environmental movement love to use, but most Americans have no idea that one of the key elements of “sustainable development” is population control.
So what precisely is considered to be an ideal population for the earth by those pushing “sustainable development”?
Well, of course there is much disagreement on this issue, but many are very open about the fact that they believe that the earth should only have 500 million people (or less) on it.
For example, the first of the “new 10 commandments” on the infamous Georgia Guidestones states the following….
“Maintain humanity under 500,000,000 in perpetual balance with nature.”
CNN Founder Ted Turner would go even farther….
“A total population of 250-300 million people, a 95% decline from present levels, would be ideal.”
Dave Foreman, the co-founder of Earth First, says that reducing our population down to 100 million is one of his three main goals….
“My three main goals would be to reduce human population to about 100 million worldwide, destroy the industrial infrastructure and see wilderness, with it’s full complement of species, returning throughout the world.”
Sadly, this kind of garbage is even being taught at major U.S. universities. For example, Professor of Biology at the University of Texas at Austin Eric R. Pianka once wrote the following….
I do not bear any ill will toward people. However, I am convinced that the world, including all humanity, WOULD clearly be much better off without so many of us.
Mikhail Gorbachev thinks that reducing the global population by 90 percent would be just about right….
“We must speak more clearly about sexuality, contraception, about abortion, about values that control population, because the ecological crisis, in short, is the population crisis. Cut the population by 90% and there aren’t enough people left to do a great deal of ecological damage.”
But most of the time, the way that the global elite speak of population control is much more “politically correct”. They tend to use terms such as “sustainable development” and “reduction of fertility rates” and “quality of life” when discussing the need to reduce our population.
As 7 Billion Day has approached, there have been articles popping up in major publications all over the globe that are advocating increased population control measures. Of course in the western world such measures are always framed as being “voluntary”, but that is the way that they always introduce things like this. Once enough people get on board with the “voluntary” population control measures they will become “mandatory”.
So now that you are aware of some of the buzzwords that are used, check out what has been written on some of the biggest news websites in the world recently….
Jeffrey D. Sachs, the director of The Earth Institute at Columbia University, recently said the following in an article for CNN….
“The arrival of the 7 billionth person is cause for profound global concern. It carries a challenge: What will it take to maintain a planet in which each person has a chance for a full, productive and prosperous life, and in which the planet’s resources are sustained for future generations?
“How, in short, can we enjoy ‘sustainable development’ on a very crowded planet?”
For Sachs, one of the “keys” to sustainable development is the “stabilization” of the global population….
“The second key to sustainable development is the stabilization of the global population. This is already occurring in high-income and even some middle-income countries, as families choose to have one or two children on average. The reduction of fertility rates should be encouraged in the poorer countries as well.”
In a recent article for the Guardian, Roger Martin stated that all of the problems that humanity is facing would be easier to solve if less people were running around the planet….
“…all environmental (and many economic and social) problems are easier to solve with fewer people, and ultimately impossible with ever more.”
He also says that if we reduce the population, it will mean better lives for all the rest of us….
“On a finite planet, the optimum population providing the best quality of life for all, is clearly much smaller than the maximum, permitting bare survival. The more we are, the less for each; fewer people mean better lives.”
But is that really the case?
Of course not.
There has been tremendous human suffering all throughout history. If we eliminated 90 percent of the global population it would not suddenly usher in some kind of “golden age”.
But many among the global elite are truly convinced that we are spoiling “their planet” and they don’t want so many of us around anymore. Thanks to technology, they only need a few hundred million people to run their system, and they view the rest of us as “useless eaters”.
This all may sound quite bizarre to many of you, but this is the kind of stuff that is being taught in colleges and universities across the western world.
In fact, you are starting to see an increasing number of people in the western world actually suggest that we adopt a “one-child policy” such as China has. For example, the following is from an opinion piece that appeared in the National Post….
A planetary law, such as China’s one-child policy, is the only way to reverse the disastrous global birthrate currently, which is one million births every four days.
The author of the opinion piece believes that such a “one-child policy” would reduce the global population to 3.43 billion by 2075….
The intelligence behind this is the following:
-If only one child per female was born as of now, the world’s population would drop from its current 6.5 billion to 5.5 billion by 2050, according to a study done for scientific academy Vienna Institute of Demography.
-By 2075, there would be 3.43 billion humans on the planet. This would have immediate positive effects on the world’s forests, other species, the oceans, atmospheric quality and living standards.
This is the kind of stuff that a lot of these people sit around and think about all day long.
They are obsessed with death and with reducing the population as rapidly as possible. They see us as a “plague” that is ravaging the planet, and they believe that by getting rid of us they would actually be saving the earth.
Due to public opinion, population control advocates have to tread lightly in the western world. But where they can get away with it, they are not afraid to be very forceful.
I have already discussed the horrific one-child policy in China. As the Epoch Times recently noted, enforcement of this policy can be absolutely brutal….
“Pregnant women lacking birth permits are hunted down like criminals by population planning police in China and forcibly aborted.”
If you don’t believe something like this can ever happen in the western world, you might want to think again.
Limitations on child births are already showing up in popular television shows. For example, a new show on Fox called Terra Nova portrays the future of the earth as a living hell due to overpopulation. People in the future can hardly breathe the air due to overwhelming pollution and a strict “two-child policy” is rigidly enforced.
The family featured in Terra Nova is able to go through a portal to a prehistoric world that is 85 million years in the past. In this “new world”, humans have set up a wonderful new socialist society where everyone is provided for and where “green technology” is helping them to avoid making the “mistakes” of the past.
Unfortunately, socialist utopias such as the one portrayed on Terra Nova only exist in works of fiction.
Instead, what happens most of the time in real life is that the “good intentions” of social planners devolve into absolute tyranny when put into practice.
For example, just check out what a recent National Geographic article said happened when social planners in India tried to aggressively reduce birth rates in India in the 1970s….
The Indian government tried once before to push vasectomies, in the 1970s, when anxiety about the population bomb was at its height. Prime Minister Indira Gandhi and her son Sanjay used state-of-emergency powers to force a dramatic increase in sterilizations. From 1976 to 1977 the number of operations tripled, to more than eight million. Over six million of those were vasectomies. Family planning workers were pressured to meet quotas; in a few states, sterilization became a condition for receiving new housing or other government benefits. In some cases the police simply rounded up poor people and hauled them to sterilization camps.
How would you feel if you were rounded up and hauled off to a sterilization camp?
Sterilization programs (most of the time they are “voluntary”) are in full force all over the globe. Much of the time they are sponsored and funded by the United Nations. The global elite are absolutely obsessed with getting women to have less babies.
That is one reason why abortion is so very important to them.
Recently, Al Gore made the following statement regarding population control….
“One of the things we could do about it is to change the technologies, to put out less of this pollution, to stabilize the population, and one of the principle ways of doing that is to empower and educate girls and women. You have to have ubiquitous availability of fertility management so women can choose how many children have, the spacing of the children.
The elite love to use terms such as “fertility management” and “family planning”, but what they really intend is for there to be less pregnancies and more abortions so that the population will not grow as quickly.
They certainly do not intend to empower women to have more children.
This agenda was also very much reflected when the March 2009 U.N. Population Division policy brief asked this shocking question….
“What would it take to accelerate fertility decline in the least developed countries?”
Now who in the world gave the UN the right to be trying to “accelerate fertility decline” for women in poor countries?
But to many in the global elite, trying to get women to have less babies makes all the sense in the world. In a recent editorial for the New York Times entitled “The Earth Is Full“, Thomas L. Friedman made the following statement….
You really do have to wonder whether a few years from now we’ll look back at the first decade of the 21st century — when food prices spiked, energy prices soared, world population surged, tornados plowed through cities, floods and droughts set records, populations were displaced and governments were threatened by the confluence of it all — and ask ourselves: What were we thinking? How did we not panic when the evidence was so obvious that we’d crossed some growth/climate/natural resource/population redlines all at once?
These people honestly and truly believe this stuff.
Unfortunately, this agenda is even represented in the highest levels of our own government.
Barack Obama’s top science advisor, John P. Holdren, once wrote the following….
“A program of sterilizing women after their second or third child, despite the relatively greater difficulty of the operation than vasectomy, might be easier to implement than trying to sterilize men.
The development of a long-term sterilizing capsule that could be implanted under the skin and removed when pregnancy is desired opens additional possibilities for coercive fertility control. The capsule could be implanted at puberty and might be removable, with official permission, for a limited number of births.”
Holdren also believes that compulsory abortion would be perfectly legal under the U.S. Constitution….
“Indeed, it has been concluded that compulsory population-control laws, even including laws requiring compulsory abortion, could be sustained under the existing Constitution if the population crisis became sufficiently severe to endanger the society.”

When you believe that the earth has way too many people, human life becomes cheap, and abortion becomes a way to get rid of undesirables.
According to a recent article in the Daily Mail, thousands of “abnormal” babies are now being selectively aborted in the UK each year….
Thousands of pregnancies were aborted last year for ‘abnormalities’ including 500 for Down’s syndrome, new figures reveal.
In total, there were 2,290 abortions for medical problems with the foetus, with 147 performed after 24 weeks.
In a world that is “overpopulated”, babies that are not “perfect” become more “disposable” than ever.
In fact, the truth is that the population control agenda and the “abortion rights movement” have been inseparably linked for decades. Those that are obsessed with “overpopulation” view abortion as a very necessary method of birth control, and one of their main goals is to expand access to “reproductive health care” to as many women around the globe as possible.
But in the end, our “voluntary” actions are not going to be nearly enough to reduce the population and most population control advocates realize that. Many of them are openly calling for a “benevolent” global authority to take charge to lead us through the “necessary” transition that is ahead.

Imagine going to sleep one night and waking up many years later in a totally different world. In this futuristic world, literally everything you do is tightly monitored and controlled by control freak bureaucrats in the name of “sustainable development” and with the goal of promoting “the green agenda”. An international ruling body has centralized global control over all human activity. What you eat, what you drink, where you live, how warm or cold your home can be and how much fuel you can use is determined by them. Anyone that dissents or that tries to rebel against the system is sent off for “re-education”. The human population is 90 percent lower than it is today in this futuristic society, and all remaining humans have been herded into tightly constricted cities which are run much like prisons.
This is the endgame for the radical green agenda. In order to save the earth, they feel as though they must dramatically reduce our numbers and very tightly control our activities.
But is that the kind of a future that anyone would actually want to live in? Would anyone actually choose to live in a future where bureaucrats micromanage our lives for the good of the environment?
Personally, I think that the 7 billion people on earth would do just fine if they were given a lot more liberty and freedom to live their own lives as they see fit.
But letting people decide how to run their own lives is anathema to those that have bought into the population control agenda of the global elite.
They actually believe that they are smarter than all of the rest of us and that they need to tell us what to do for the good of humanity and for the good of the planet.
This patronizing approach should truly sicken all freedom-loving Americans.

From 24/7 Wall St.: The business of war is profitable. In 2011, the 100 largest contractors sold $410 billion in arms and military services. Just 10 of those companies sold over $208 billion. Based on a list of the top 100 arms-producing and military services companies in 2011 compiled by the Stockholm International Peace Research Institute, 24/7 Wall St. reviewed the 10 companies with the most military sales worldwide in 2011.
These companies have benefited tremendously from the growth in military spending in the U.S., which by far has the largest military budget in the world. In 2000, the U.S. defense budget was approximately $312 billion. By 2011, that figure had grown to $712 billion. Arm sales grew alongside general defense spending growth. SIPRI noted that between 2002 and 2011, arms sales among the top 100 companies grew by 51%.
However, the trend has reversed recently. In 2011, the top 100 arms dealers sold 5% less compared to 2010. Susan Jackson, a defense expert at SIPRI, said in an email to 24/7 Wall St. that austerity measures in Western Europe and the U.S. have delayed or slowed down the procurement of different weapons systems. Austerity concerns have exacerbated matters since 2011. The U.S. federal government budget cuts that took effect beginning this month — commonly known as sequestration — mean that military spending could contract by more than $500 billion over the coming decade unless some of the cuts are reversed.
In addition, the U.S.’s involvement in conflicts in Iraq and Afghanistan have wound down significantly. The last American convoy in Iraq left the country in December of 2011. Troop withdrawals from Afghanistan also began in 2011. Finally, SIPRI pointed out that sanctions on arms transfers to Libya also played a role in declining arms sales.
Many of these companies are looking overseas to try to make up for slowing sales in the U.S. and Europe. Arms producers are especially keen on areas in Latin America, the Middle East and parts of Asia, Jackson said. For instance, BAE is in the process of securing contracting agreements with Saudi Arabia. Meanwhile, the chief financial officer of Northrop Grumman has recently indicated his company may sell its Global Hawk airplane to South Korea or Japan.
Based on the report, 24/7 Wall St. reviewed the 10 companies with the most arms sales in 2011. Arms were defined as sales to military customers, either for procurement or for export, but do not include sales of general purpose items such as oil or computer equipment to military customers. We also looked at arms sales from 2010, as well as the company’s total sales in 2010. Furthermore, we considered the company’s 2011 total sales, profits and the total number of employees at the company, all provided by SIPRI.
10. United Technologies
United Technologies makes a wide range of arms — notably military helicopters, including the Black Hawk helicopter for the U.S. Army and Seahawk helicopter for the U.S. Navy. The company was the most profitable of all companies on this list, making more than $5.3 billion in 2011. It was also the largest company on this list by headcount, employing nearly 200,000 people worldwide as of 2011. Arms comprised just 20% of the company’s $58.2 billion in sales in 2011. Other products made by United Technologies include elevators, escalators, air-conditioners and refrigerators. International sales comprised 60% of the company’s total revenue in 2012.

Some 83% of L-3 Communications sales in 2011 came from arms sales, totaling just over $12.5 billion. This was down, however, from about $13.1 billion in arms sales in 2010. The company has four different business segments: electronic systems; aircraft modernization and maintenance; national security solutions; and command, control, communications, intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance. Among many products manufactured, the company has become a major provider of unmanned aircraft systems. In 2011, the company turned a profit of $956 million and employed approximately 61,000 people.
Italian company Finmeccanica makes a wide range of arms, including helicopters and security electronics. Of the company’s nearly $24.1 billion in sales in 2011, 60% were in arms. Finmeccanica lost $3.2 billion in 2011. The Italian company is currently fending off allegation that it paid bribes to win an approximately $750 million contract to provide 12 military helicopters to the Indian government back in 2010. The then-head of the company, Giuseppe Orsi, was arrested in February but has denied wrongdoing. Other executives, including the head of the company’s helicopter unit, have been replaced, and the company has delayed the release of recent financial results until the situation is resolved.

The European Aeronautic Defence and Space Company (EADS), based in the Netherlands, had $16.4 billion worth of arms sales in 2011, roughly in line with 2010. Arms sales, however, comprised just 24% of the company’ entire sales, which totaled about $68.3 billion in 2011. EADS and BAE Systems attempted to merge for $45 billion in 2012, which would have created the world’s largest aerospace company. However, the deal collapsed in October after German Chancellor Angela Merkel expressed concern that the new company would marginalize the influence of the German government and would focus decision making in France and the U.K.

Like many of the companies on this list, Northrop Grumman makes a wide range of arms, including unmanned systems; air and missile defense radars; and critical incident response systems. In 2011, Northrop Grumman reported about $21.4 billion in arms sales, comprising 81% of the company’s $26.4 billion in total sales. But arms sales in 2011 declined from $28.2 billion in arms sales in 2010, after growing by $3.5 billion between 2007 and 2010. The company attributed the decline to reduced government spending on defense projects. Nevertheless, the company reported a profit of more than $2.1 billion in fiscal 2011, slightly better than the company’s earnings the previous year.

Raytheon, based in Waltham, Mass., is one of the largest defense contractors in the U.S. The company makes a wide range of defense products, including missiles such as the Tomahawk Cruise Missile. Arms sales totaled about $22.5 billion in 2011, comprising about 90% of the company’s total sales that year. However, these sales were down slightly from the $23 billion in arms sales in 2010.The slide hasn’t let up. Total sales in 2012 fell 1.5%, and Raytheon is expecting sales to fall 3% in 2013, a projection which doesn’t take into account the effects of sequestration on the company. Fortunately, the company can rely on overseas customers to somewhat offset weak sales at home. As of January, approximately 40% of the company’s backlog was booked overseas. The company expects approximately a 5% increase in international sales in 2013.

With 18,000 transactions worth $19.5 billion in 2011, General Dynamics was the third-largest contractor to the U.S. government. Of those contracts, approximately $12.9 billion worth went to the Navy, while an additional $4.6 billion went to the Army. The company reported just under $23.8 billion in arms sales in 2011, comprising 73% of the company’s total sales. Arms sales in 2011 were slightly below 2010 levels. The company employs approximately 95,000 workers worldwide and makes a host of products, including electric boats, tracked and wheeled military vehicles, and battle tanks. The company has expressed concern about the potential effects on U.S. military budgets due to sequestration, issuing layoff notices this week.

BAE Systems was the largest non-U.S. company based on arms sales, bringing in $29.2 billion worth in 2011. This represented 95% of the company’s total sales that year. Yet 2011’s arms sales were lower than 2010′s, when the company sold $32.9 billion worth of arms. The products that BAE sells include the L-ROD Bar Armor System that shields defense vehicles, and the Hawk Advanced Jet Trainer that provides sophisticated simulation training for military pilots. In 2013, the company said its growth would likely come from outside the United States and Great Britain — its home market. BAE noted that its outlook for those two countries was “constrained,” likely due to the diminished presence in international conflicts and government budget cuts.
Boeing was the second-largest U.S. government contractor in 2011, with about $21.5 billion worth of goods contracted that year. The Chicago-based company makes a wide range of arms, including strategic missile systems, laser and electro-optical systems and global positioning systems. Despite all these technologies, just 46% of the company’s total sales of $68.7 billion in 2011 came from arms. Boeing is the largest commercial airplane manufacturer in the world, making planes such as the 747, 757 and recently, the 787 Dreamliner. The company is also known for its space technology — Boeing had $1 billion worth of contracts with NASA in 2011.

Lockheed Martin notched $36.3 billion in sales in 2011, slightly higher than the $35.7 billion the company sold in 2010. The 2011 arms sales comprised 78% of the company’s total 2011 sales of $46.5 billion. As of 2011, the company employed 123,000 people worldwide. In the company’s aerospace and defense unit, Lockheed makes a wide range of products, including aircrafts, missiles, unmanned systems and radar systems. The company and its employees have been concerned about the effects of both the fiscal cliff and sequestration, the latter of which includes significant cuts to the U.S. Department of Defense. In the fall of 2012, the company planned on issuing layoff notices to all employees before backing down at the request of the White House.
When the economic history of the recent period is written, it may well be that the year 2012 is regarded as having been almost as important as 2008.
The collapse of Lehman Brothers four-and-a-half years ago was the trigger that set in motion the breakdown of the global capitalist system. But the past year has made its own mark. It has seen the destruction of a series of fictions assiduously promoted by the spokesmen of the ruling elites in the wake of the onset of the global financial crisis.
First of all, it has exposed the claim that the world economy would somehow right itself through the operations of the business cycle, and that the “magic of the market” would come to the rescue. But well into the fifth year of the global breakdown, the financial system is being sustained only by the activities of the world’s major central banks, which are providing hundreds of billions of dollars to the major banks and finance houses through various forms of “quantitative easing”—a euphemism for printing money.
Far from creating the conditions for “recovery,” however, these operations are simply financing the accumulation of profits through speculation—the very thing that led to the collapse of 2008—and setting the stage for another crash.
Writing in Monday’s edition of the Financial Times, Mohamed El-Erian, the chief executive and co-chief investment officer of the giant bond trader Pimco, noted that “several asset classes now have highly manipulated prices due to experimental bank activities, both actual and signaled,” and that “this situation is reminiscent of 2006-07.”
The past 12 months have also put paid to the illusion that after a period of financial turbulence, “recovery” was just around the corner. All the data on the world economy point to continuing low growth or recession in all the major countries.
In its report on the world economy issued last month, the United Nations pointed to “weaknesses in the major developed economies” as being at the root of continued “global economic woes,” with most of these economies, particularly in Europe, being “dragged into a downward spiral” as high unemployment, reduced consumption spending, continued bank risk, fiscal tightening and slower growth “viciously feed into one another.” Reports from all other major international financial institutions highlight the same processes.
According to the UN, the euro area is expected to grow by only 0.3 percent in 2013 and just 1.4 percent in 2014, after a contraction of 0.5 percent in 2012. The growth rate for the US is predicted to fall to 1.7 percent in 2013 after reaching just 2.1 percent—well below the level experienced during every other “recovery” in the post-World War II period. Japan, which experienced a contraction last quarter, is expected to grow by just 0.6 percent in 2013, after growth of 1.5 percent in 2012.
The UN report also pointed to trade figures that highlight the underlying contractionary processes in the world economy. World trade fell by 10 percent in 2009, but then rebounded significantly in 2010. However in 2011, the growth of exports started to slow and then decelerated sharply in 2012, “mainly due to declining import demand in Europe… and anemic aggregate demand in the United States and Japan.”
The British economy is set to move into a “triple dip” recession this year, after activity in the services sector, which compromises around 75 percent of the British economy, experienced a sharp decline in December.
The manufacturing-based German economy is headed down the same road. According to the latest report published by the Kiel Institute for World Economy, Germany is now facing “pronounced economic slowdown” after experiencing “decelerating growth” throughout 2012. Aggregate output is expected to fall by 1.2 percent in the fourth quarter as a result of “sluggish exports” and a “significant decrease in enterprise investment spending.”
Economic events in 2012 also exposed the fiction that, notwithstanding the stagnation of the advanced capitalist countries, the so-called BRIC economies could provide a new base for the expansion of global capitalism. The claim that “emerging” markets would be able to “decouple” from the major economies has been shattered, as their dependence on the major markets is revealed in falling growth rates.
Last year, the growth rate in China dropped from 10.4 percent to 7.7 percent. Brazil, where growth reached 7.5 percent in 2010, recorded a rate of just 1.3 percent last year, while India’s growth has fallen from 8.9 to 5.5 percent.
A recent report published by the McKinsey Global Institute (MGI) makes clear that the world capitalist economy is not passing through a conjunctural downturn, but a breakdown comparable to that which began in 1914 and continued for the next three decades. This analysis, which was advanced by the World Socialist Web Site more than four years ago, is being confirmed by hard facts and figures.
The McKinsey report found that underlying the deepening recession in Europe was a collapse in private investment. Between 2007 and 2011, private investment in the 27-member European Union fell by more than €350 billion, “larger than any previous decline in absolute terms.” This represented more than 20 times the fall in private consumption and four times the decline in real gross domestic product.
Private investment is now 15 percent lower than in 2007, meaning companies will not generate some €543 billion in revenues between 2009 and 2020 that they otherwise would have. The MGI report noted that European companies had excess cash holdings of €750 billion for which they could not find profitable outlets. The piling up of cash points to a breakdown in the basic dynamic of capitalist production, in which investment leads to the accumulation of profit, which then results in further investment and economic expansion.
The same process is at work in the US economy, where companies are piling up cash while profits are increasingly being accumulated through speculation in financial markets.
The objective logic of the profit system is the driving force behind the austerity programs being implemented by the ruling classes in the US, Europe and the world over. They are seeking to resolve the crisis through the impoverishment of the working class, reducing its conditions to those of the 1930s and worse.
The international working class must respond with its own independent strategy based on the overthrow of the bankrupt profit system and the establishment of socialism. The worst mistake it could make is to believe that half-measures will suffice or that the capitalist economy will eventually right itself. The events of 2012 have shattered that illusion as well as laying the basis for major social struggles in the coming year.

Today, mainstream media coverage uses programmed distortion, confusion, even outright lying when its Money Power masters order it to support the “official story” on any major political, economic or financial process. When looked at closely, however, the “official story” of things can be seen to be inaccurate, misleading, often hardly believable if not downright stupid.
Examples of this: Iraq’s inexistent WMD’s leading to the invasion and destruction of that country; global mega-banker bail-outs with taxpayer money; irrational US diplomatic, military, financial and ideological alignment to Israeli objectives; “we-killed-Osama-Bin-Laden-and-dumped-his-body-into-the-sea”; and the wide array of “whodunits” surrounding 9/11 in New York and Washington, 7/7 in London, the AMIA/Israeli Embassy attacks in Buenos Aires in 1992/1994, and – of course – that all time favorite: who shot JFK…?
These are but a few of the paradigmatic cases that have at least served to trigger millions of people to wake up and think with their own minds instead of the mainstream media’s! But unfortunately the vast majority of such cases are not so clear-cut. The vast majority of Newspeak lies are like knots, difficult to untie as they carry built-in complexity resembling Gordian Knots. And, as with all Gordian Knots, you need to cut right through them, and this requires swift and precise action plus a good measure of intellectual courage.
To give an example of what we say, let’s take a quick look at how a “Newspeak” operation works. It requires sequential planning, it requires time, it requires proper logistics, it requires “credible” spokespeople in public and private sectors, it requires choosing the right words and images at the right time and in the right circumstances.
So, let’s say the Global Power Elite – working through the governments of the US, UK, EU into which they are deeply embedded, and joint-venturing with a wide array of media outlets, defense companies, oil companies, security and construction companies, and powerful lobbies – decide that they wish to overrun and destroy a specific country… Libya, for example…
How do they ensure that “the international community” will just quietly look on (except for the still relatively small minority of voices that are increasingly raising hell against them)?

It’s been labeled the worst environmental disaster in world history, and rightfully so, because the British Petroleum (BP) oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico is like the nightmarish gift that keeps on giving. BP and the United States government would have the public believe that all is well in the Gulf. Nothing could be further from the truth. The crisis is not only ongoing, it is worsening in its effects.
The April 20, 2010 explosion of the Deep Water Horizon Explosion will soon be back in the news again. The explosion of this oil rig represents the biggest false flag even in history, the devastation of this false flag event is still being felt and the worst is yet to come. You may have heard about the explosions near the New Madrid Fault and the thousands of generators being shipped to Louisiana by FEMA. Soon all readers of this series will connect the BP oil spill to these recent current events.
Over 34 months later, the oil spill has destroyed the welfare, livelihoods, health and futures of tens of millions of Gulf Coast residents, not to mention the destruction of the fragile ecology in the Gulf of Mexico.

Originally, BP was ordered to initiate $20 billion in restitution to the Gulf Coast victims. In retrospect, BP has never made full restitution to the victims. The overall physical health of the region has been decimated and the mainstream media and government officials reaching as high as President Obama have been complicit in covering up the geological and medical magnitude of the event. Even to this day, BP is still covertly carpet bombing Corexit in the Gulf and the much of the environmental catastrophe remains untouched by the BP cleanup crews.
This new series will expose the fact that BP, Halliburton, Goldman Sachs, Transocean and David Rockefeller’s and the Queen of England’s New York City for Profit members had foreknowledge and hedged their stock market bets in anticipation of the event. In other words, I will present incontrovertible evidence that this event was planned in order to achieve multiple goals in order to further agenda of certain special interests. Further, this series will also expose the fact that the evidence complied from the Executive Filings of President Obama indicates that it is likely that he had foreknowledge of the impending catastrophe in the Gulf. Starting at the beginning, it was clear that BP was going to be used as the symbolic fall guy in order to usher a new set of dynamics to the Gulf. However, the powers that be provided BP with a “soft landing” with regard to the potential punitive actions brought against BP.
Every story has a beginning, so let’s review how, what will prove to be the biggest false flag event in the history of our country, unfolded.
Destitution Rather Than Restitution
You remember Ken Feinberg, don’t you? This is the same Ken Feinberg who was in charge of denying medical coverage to 9/11 first responders which resulted in the premature deaths of many of 9/11′s first responders because of the lack of sufficient medical treatment from claims denied by him. As you read the following paragraphs, you will be shocked as to how history has been allowed to repeat itself.
BP has shamelessly used the event to falsely promote its generosity toward the residents of the Gulf by providing full restitution for tiny minority of residents, thus restoring its public image in the mind of the average American couch potato who believes everything they see on television.
Following the Gulf oil spill, there was a collective mainstream media frenzy which focused on how well BP was responding to the crisis. This was accompanied by BP’s incessant public service announcements in which the oil giant would feature one of their “average” employees professing to being a “local” in which they vowed, on behalf of BP, “to not leave until we make it right.”
All Is Well, Go Back To Sleep American Sheep
Is all well in the Gulf today? After 34 months, did BP make it right? There are two answers to this question, no and hell no! According to BP’s Youtube channel, BP has made complete restitution to the victims of the oil spill and all is indeed well and the American public should be willing to move on to other issues and forget about the Gulf.
BP’s Youtube video channel does make a compelling case that the Gulf is well on its way to a full recovery. Bryan and Brooke Zar, the owners of Restaurant des Families located in Crown Point Louisiana, claim that BP restored their restaurant to a level of profitability just in time for the 2011 spring break vacation period and that “the beaches are again clean”.
An example of BP’s Youtube channel propaganda featured Rick Scali as he describes his return to profitability as his vacation rental home business in Destin, Florida, had fallen upon tough times as a result of the oil spill. Scali claims that BP made his rental business whole when he showed BP the rental cancellation slips and was promptly paid for his losses by BP and today all, is again, well. There you have it, all is well on the Gulf Coast Front, or that is what BP, the mainstream media and the government would have the public believe.
The Coverup
Despite the voluminous coverage of the oil spill by the mainstream media, the range of coverage was actually quite narrow. The Coast Guard promptly established no fly zones over much of the impacted beach areas and the oil spill area itself. Reporters were restricted to what they could cover in the beach areas and were threatened with arrest if they strayed into “forbidden zones.” This prompted an on air emotional tirade regarding the undue restrictions on media’s coverage by CNN’s Anderson Cooper. Nor was there any meaningful coverage of Halliburton applying the highly controversial dispersants of Corexit 9500 and Corexit 9527. However, there was plenty of media coverage of President Obama walking the beaches and eating the local shrimp in a thinly veiled effort, on the part of the government and BP in promoting the notion that all is well.
There are other voices, albeit quieter voices, outside of the mainstream media and the BP propaganda machine, which tell a far different side of BP’s efforts “to make it right.” Consider the case of Empire, Louisiana fisherman, Elmer Rogers, as he presents his story which differs considerable from the BP and U.S. government media spin, when at a local Town Hall meeting in Lafitte, LA., recorded by WWLT TV, from New Orleans, he pleaded with BP’s front man for Gulf compensation, Ken Feinberg, to help him when Rogers referenced his stalled claim he presented to BP for the loss of his fishing business; “I’m not asking for the world, I’m just asking for something to live on, man. That’s all I’m asking for. At Thanksgiving, I was under review. My kids barely ate. I barely ate. Christmas came. My child is 13 years old. She got nothing. You know what she woke up to? No water in the house, and no power. What you want me to do? Get on my knees and beg for it?” When at this point, Rogers dropped to his knees and said, “Look, I’m here, I’m on my knees for it. I need my money sir, to live.
Mr. Rogers did hear from Feinberg the next day. However, Mr. Rogers was never made whole. I dare anyone to watch the Rogers video and not feel Mr. Rogers pain. I dare anybody to not watch Feinberg’s insensitive response to Rogers and not be filled with rage. And I dare anyone to read part two of this series as the stories of people like Kindra Arnesen, interviewed on The Common Sense Show, are unveiled as she speaks directly about the financial and health devastation visited upon the Gulf by BP with the assistance of the federal government (Part 1, Part 2, Part 3, Part 4, Part 5, Part 6).
BP was ordered to pay $20 billion in restitution to the Gulf spill victims. Twenty billion dollars was not nearly enough to cover the losses in the Gulf. Conservative estimates put the damage in the Gulf at $90 billion.
Cherri Foytlin, the co-founder of Gulf Change, a community organization in Louisiana “Most of the people I care about are hungry, they’ve lost their house, they’re losing their cars…” Foytlin went on to say that “The amount paid out averages nearly 16,000 dollars per claimant. But according to the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, the 2009 poverty threshold for a family of three was 18,310 dollars.” BP’s claims that they won’t leave until they make it right, must indicate that BP is taking up permanent residence in the Gulf. They will never make it right and they signaled this intention when BP hired Ken Feinberg to disburse the reimbursement funds to the oil spill victims.
It is clear that Feinberg is working to save as much of the government payout fund for BP as he can. To date, Feinberg has dispensed only $4 billion of the $20 billion dollars ordered for restitution. Maybe that is because the government in their complicity in covering up these events and acting as an agent to mitigate the damage to BP, is allowing BP to pay Feinberg’s firm to the tune of $850,000 per month! Talk about the fox watching the hen house.
BP will never make these poor victims whole and with the help of the media and government officials, they will never have to. Financial destitution is the least of the problems for the residents of the Gulf.

This phenomenon can seem apparent but it’s quite profound when you break it down. If you watch any mainstream propaganda with an alert viewpoint it appears clear at the outset, but the underlying mechanics may be surprising. Not only are American minds in particular being targeted for total subversion and coercion, but this systematic method of indoctrination via fragmentation is shockingly powerful.
“Altered” or fractured thinking is their modus operandus. Divide and Conquer from the get go, right inside the mind.
An alter is another identity, another persona. This strange, implanted assumption we’ve subconsciously assimilated is that we have and operate from several personas and that we have to deal with all of them sequentially somehow. Not in an integrated manner but in a fractured manner, where everything operates as independently as possible, set off by societal triggers.
It works much like Pavlov’s dog drooling at the sound of the bell, similar to the system of school alarms between classes.
Coincidence, or deliberate programming and entrainment?
Normal Is Not Normal
Being one person in one situation and another in another is fundamentally wrong and unconscious. People today have work personas and home personas, sports personas and party personas, sex personas and church personas. And on and on…and it’s accepted. It’s fundamentally fractured from the get go.
But that’s just on the surface. Many other deeper, psychologically fractured levels are being manipulated.
Living a lie isn’t that hard now, is it?
You may say that’s just human nature, it’s always been like that. Well, sadly it has been like that quite a bit, but that doesn’t make it right. Why is it people are always trying to find themselves or are looking for unity in the world? They have serious psychological schisms and disorders, and the social fabric is so regimented yet so confusing? Should we take this compartmentalization as routine as we’re chopped into bite sized portions in their demographic charts?
Where does this programming have its roots?
Isn’t there such a thing as natural self expression?
Born At War and Kept At War
There’s a lot of discussion in psychology, philosophy and spiritual teachings about the fundamental conflict we seem to have been born into. The right brain/left brain studies and similar research are notable in this respect. We hear about the creative side vs the logical fight or flight side, the higher self vs the survival self.
We’ve all experienced some element of this basic fundamental conflict. Is there something to be learned or are we determined to be who we are?
When lower level instincts get aroused and we lash out in anger or violence only to regret it later is quite an experience. This cold and analytical viewpoint vs the loving, warm and creative impulse is something we’ve all experienced.
Now think about modern society, specifically the media and mass entertainment outlets. What are they playing on? Have you ever played sports with good friends but became this competitive animal that got so wrapped up in winning you became super combative over some foul or bad call? Especially if it was an intentional foul in your viewpoint? Someone else steps in to your existence.
The other wolf, and he gets fed a nice piece of psychic red meat.
The point here is the base duality that can be emphasized and played upon, which can then be divided over and over into further fractioning of the mind and spirit.
The Psycho Sexual Indoctrination Process
Here’s a perfect example. It’s still implied that sex is wrong and evil and something to be ashamed of and to hide..yet sex is heavily promoted and used in every possible way to lure and hypnotize and entice into seeming dark places of guilty pleasure for all types of reasons.
Then it’s either internal guilt, or sexual harassment if you stare or dare to touch what’s being flagrantly flaunted. Again, just one example.
Which voice are you to believe? Which response is the right one…dress like a tart or stay clear of the subject…when you know you can’t? Sex is a natural thing. It’s humanly impossible to avoid as it’s a wonderful fact of life. What are you going to believe? Just look at the erotic visuals you’re bombarded with all day long and how they’re designed to twist your gut.
Appealing to man’s most basic instincts with manipulative abandon.
And this is just one example.
The Fear Agenda
This too seems to be quite apparent but let’s see how they fragment the mass mind with this.
First there’s the secure citizen. “Yeah, I am a proud individual in the land of the free and home of the brave.” Really? While the patriot flags wave and music plays and sports gladiators celebrate the combat society, another split in society’s structure roars on.
Brazenly promoted team loyalties that people will die for are oppositional programming. And the backdrop? A massively induced “fear of enemies” to their precious prison, both outside and now inside. The possibility of random terrorist attacks anywhere at anytime sure gives a nice sense of security. What does that drive you to? Support anything supposedly protecting you from having this freedom taken.
What a set up.
Constant insecurity as people vacillate between feeling so free to a sense of being under attack. Apply this to the banking situation–save your money but then they take it. Get a job but there aren’t any. Stay healthy and they feed us toxic waste; be prepared for an emergency but if you have more than 5 days of food you’re a suspected domestic terrorist.
Divide and rule, from the mind on through the fabric of society. Why? A united people would sober up and recognize how they’re being diddled by self serving psychopathic elitist dirtbags.
How about that classic of all dividers, religion! Talk about us vs them indoctrination. Add some religious zeal to your schizophrenic paranoia and let the wars begin.
But what does this all come from? Let’s look at the Hegelian Dialectic and Cognitive Dissonance again.
How Does This Side Taking Affect Us?
The Hegelian Dialectic – More subversive than you can imagine:
The Hegelian dialectic is the framework for guiding our thoughts and actions into conflicts that lead us to a predetermined solution. If we do not understand how the Hegelian dialectic shapes our perceptions of the world, then we do not know how we are helping to implement the vision. When we remain locked into dialectical thinking, we cannot see out of the box.
Hegel’s dialectic is the tool which manipulates us into a frenzied circular pattern of thought and action. Every time we fight for or defend against an ideology we are playing a necessary role in Marx and Engels’ grand design to advance humanity into a dictatorship of the proletariat. The synthetic Hegelian solution to all these conflicts can’t be introduced unless we all take a side that will advance the agenda. The Marxist’s global agenda is moving along at breakneck speed. The only way to completely stop the privacy invasions, expanding domestic police powers, land grabs, insane wars against inanimate objects (and transient verbs), covert actions, and outright assaults on individual liberty, is to step outside the dialectic. This releases us from the limitations of controlled and guided thought.
Today the dialectic is active in every political issue that encourages taking sides. We can see it in environmentalists instigating conflicts against private property owners, in democrats against republicans, in greens against libertarians, in communists against socialists, in neo-cons against traditional conservatives, in community activists against individuals, in pro-choice versus pro-life, in Christians against Muslims, in isolationists versus interventionists, in peace activists against war hawks. No matter what the issue, the invisible dialectic aims to control both the conflict and the resolution of differences, and leads everyone involved into a new cycle of conflicts. (Source)
Cognitive Dissonance
It’s well known now that mind control techniques have been at work on humanity for some time. From crude early experiments to electronic and otherwise mass mind manipulation, it’s the manipulators’ control weapon of choice.
It takes many forms, including electromagnetic augmentation, but its groundwork has been laid by decades of social engineering. Another of those known behavioral attributes for mental manipulation and easy exploitation is cognitive dissonance.
The theory of cognitive dissonance in social psychology proposes that people have a motivational drive to reduce dissonance by altering existing cognitions, adding new ones to create a consistent belief system, or alternatively by reducing the importance of any one of the dissonant elements.It is the distressing mental state that people feel when they “find themselves doing things that don’t fit with what they know, or having opinions that do not fit with other opinions they hold.” A key assumption is that people want their expectations to meet reality, creating a sense of equilibrium.Likewise, another assumption is that a person will avoid situations or information sources that give rise to feelings of uneasiness, or dissonance.
Cognitive dissonance theory explains human behavior by positing that people have a bias to seek consonance between their expectations and reality. According to Festinger, people engage in a process he termed “dissonance reduction”, which can be achieved in one of three ways: lowering the importance of one of the discordant factors, adding consonant elements, or changing one of the dissonant factors.This bias sheds light on otherwise puzzling, irrational, and even destructive behavior. Now imagine having that behavioral knowledge while executing massive false flag events such as Oklahoma City or 9/11 and how effective it could be with the right “guiding” of a carefully groomed mass mind. Piece of cake.
Central Drain or True Unity?
What’s again ironic in all this and again deliberately mindbending is the incessant mantra for a “united world”, a “one world government” as the controllers keep fragmenting every aspect of our lives. Why is this? Besides being another cognitive dissonant signal bringing the unwary to their mind-numbed knees, it gives a false centralized goal much like the spiraled ploy of the snake oil hypnotist or a whirlpool twisting drain to take down it’s prey.
In fact humanity is looking for true unity, but in truth and love and honesty. The world we are being slammed with by these corrupt controllers has none of that in mind, only control and exploitation.
Therein lies the problem. It is not “mankind” being corrupt. It is not “human nature” run amok. It is the craven efforts of a few to exert their dominion over the masses. It is an invasive, aggressive parasitic minority attempting to hijack the majority.
And this is just one aspect of their assault.

In our journey to become a higher expression of our true consciousness in Divine Being, we often use language that includes words such as “healing,” “transformation,” and “evolution” to describe a process of change. Because we are moving from one frequency of consciousness to another, we perceive this pathway as becoming something new—transforming into something that is different than what we are expressing at present.
We see the journey to a higher consciousness this way because a false awareness of limitation, separation, conflict, and external control has been conditioned into our consciousness. It is this error in our vision, feeling, and memory that has been described as the fall of humanity. The conditioning in consciousness then emanates throughout the mind, emotions, and physical body.
True Humanity is God Consciousness
The false belief structure of limiting thoughts and dense frequency emotional encoding is at once a veiling, an overlay, and an infiltration of our true essence as a soul in spirit expressing through a physical body. Thus, our true being and nature is pure God consciousness. We are infinite beings of unconditional love and creativity experiencing and expressing through a body in the matter frequencies of consciousness. The key is that we have no separation from the pure goodness and intelligence of Infinite Being.
Our understanding of the word “God” is interchangeable with Divine Source, Divine Being, Infinite Being, Infinite Intelligence, Divine Light, and Divine Energy. The Source emanates through the spiritual realms and multidimensional existence in an infinite range of frequencies. Quantum physics terms such as zero-point field move us toward a unitary consciousness level, but we do not here equate this level with the Godhead of Divine Being that as yet surpasses the understanding of the human mind when in incarnate form. We are awakening to the reality that we emanate from Divine Being, and are one with the Divine as love, peace, harmony, and creative intelligence. We are Divine Light.
The Core Error of Misperceived Separation and the False Search for Transmutation of Being
A conditioned and perceptual sense of separation from the pure love of the Divine has been the human predicament on Earth for thousands of years. The misperception in our vision, feeling, and memory of not experiencing our absolute unity with the Divine has been described using the concept of a “fall.” This can be understood as acting in a way that is “less than” or does not reflect our Being. Closely allied with this understanding of “fall” is the human idea that we must compensate by becoming or controlling something that we are not. The core error of perceived separation enables this misguided search to become something more as a way to fix the erroneous thought of separation.
Humanity has always been one with God. This means that we have always been love, wholeness, harmony, and creativity. Even in incarnate form, we have always been everything of God because of our oneness. We are unique conscious souls of one Divine unity of love and creativity. Jesus conveys this understanding in the parable of the prodigal son (Luke 15:11-32). Both the son that seeks to compensate for his perceived separation by squandering his inheritance, and the son that stays at home must learn that everything that God has is theirs. In our intentional creativity, we have all the blueprint capabilities of the Divine Source. Jesus emphasizes this in saying, “Have faith in God. Truly I tell you, if you say to this mountain, ‘Be taken up and thrown into the sea’ and if you do not doubt in your heart, but believe that what you say will come to pass, it will be done for you.” (Mark 11:22-23).
However, the whole misperception of separation and its relation to becoming what we are not, begins with humanity not accepting and understanding that we do not have the full understanding of Divine manufacture. In the Divine plan of humanity in Divine unity, the development into Divine manufacture would organically ensue throughout a soul evolution and ascension to higher frequencies of love and unity. The temptation and fall of humanity was to not accept this understanding of Divine manufacture. In our current human incarnate consciousness, our unity in God gives us full Divine blueprint creative capability, but we must leave the full Divine manufacture ability to the Divine Source.
In the Genesis story of the serpent tempting humanity, the serpent says that you can have the full Divine manufacturing capabilities of God now. By humanity believing and taking action on this misrepresentation, humanity has reinforced a false sense of separation. This is the feeling that something is lacking, that we are less than our true nature in God.
These errors have been conditioning our consciousness for thousands of years. Because of this deep conditioning that has affected the mind, emotions, DNA, and the cellular frequencies of the body, we view our process of awakening as a healing, transforming, and evolving journey. But this transforming is not becoming something new or different. We are just transforming the conditioning to awaken to our true self in God that always is. This misrepresentation of transforming our Being has crept into all esoteric, metaphysical, alchemical, religious, scientific, and spiritual traditions. It is part of the initial error of wanting to be something else in order to have full Divine manufacturing knowledge right now. This is the universal falsity of feeling separate or thinking that humanity is lacking because it does not have immediate infinite knowing of God Source. We are not separate. We have always had the full creative ability of God, but we conditioned the misperception that we needed full knowledge of the Infinite Mind in how it manufactures the creativity. For incarnate beings, this knowledge comes in Divine timing. Not accepting this has established an erroneous mind frequency of separation when in fact we have always been Divine.
We can understand the process of awakening from our false conditioning as a transformation or evolution, but we must not interpret the awakening to our God consciousness and shift to our true multidimensional capabilities of the higher mind in the heart as an alchemical or transformative movement. We are awakening to our pure transparency and pure reflecting of the Divine love and creativity of God. Jesus says, “Is it not written in your law, ‘I said you are gods?’” We must return to our knowledge of our oneness with the Divine within the heart. Jesus says, “the kingdom of heaven is ‘within’ or ‘among’ us” (Luke 17:21), and he prays that we will come to know that we are one in God as Jesus is. (John 17:). He says to be perfect in love as God is (Matthew 5:48).
Jesus sums up the whole illusion of separation from God and the human misunderstanding of intention and Divine manufacture in saying, “to be perfect in love as God is and that all our creative intentions will be given to us as well.” Therefore, we can awaken to the God consciousness that we have always been–our full infinite capabilities of love and intentional creation beyond the illusion of limitation. As we continue to awaken to our true humanity of God consciousness, we will express our true multidimensional capabilities of the higher mind within the heart through the body. Jesus points to our full Divine human abilities in saying that “those who choose to awaken will do the works that he does and, in fact, will do greater works than these…” (John 15:12).
Infinite Human Creativity
Humanity can create anything from within our being in God. We must only recognize that when we are expressing as spirit and soul through incarnate form, we must exercise our infinite knowledge through participation in the Divine mind of God. This is the whole challenge of incarnate existence. By nature we are one in God. We are God. By nature we have the full creative capabilities of the Divine, but we do not always have the full knowledge of organization and manufacture.
The Divine simplicity organizes an infinite complexity of expression as the universe. For example, science understands that a human cell has over 100,000 chemical reactions per second among billions of cells in the body. This is a superconscious intelligence of a harmonic timing sequence of communication and recognition that the Divine Mind arranges. The unitary harmonic coordination of the universe is beyond human understanding in the full details of its coordinated expression. Not being able to see this manufacturing aspect has opened humanity to the error of separation and the false human project of creating an artificial nature that is not the expression of the true nature and Being of God.
Therefore, in our journey of awakening to a higher dimensional frequency of consciousness, we reach a point when we must decide that we are our true nature—one in God. It is the only way that we will not live by the falsity of separation. As we awaken, we are healing and transforming all traumas and conditioning in the mind and body from the system of fear, conflict, control, and separation. We are clearing any resonance patterns with dense frequencies conditioned in the lower chakras, and opening to the full capacities of the heart to radiate the powerful frequencies of the infinite higher mind in the Divine. As we decide to awaken to our true nature, we will allow our God consciousness to inform our DNA and enable the harmonic flow of love and creativity as consciousness and energy through all cells and systems of the body. When we emanate our Divine consciousness in Being and expression, our incarnate form vibrates at frequencies of a less dense physicality without the conflict of separation. Our spirit and soul then expresses through a consciousness frequency that is a higher dimension of matter.
When we awaken to our truth in God consciousness, we express our true nature of pure love and creativity. Anything less is not our true being. By essence of our spirit, soul, and incarnate body, we have all Divine capabilities within our interior. This includes harmonic cellular regeneration, telepathy, teleportation, living on light, and full creative intention. These qualities are our infinite and eternal Being of spirit/souls within God. We no longer need to ascribe to the error that we must transmute humanity to falsely become what we fail to see that we already are.
In this process of awakening and ascension, we are elevating our consciousness to the highest and pure frequency of wisdom, knowledge, and understanding as Divine Beings. May we continue to awaken to our authentic humanity in the integrity of love, peace, harmony, and creativity. This is who we are as a Divine consciousness of unique souls within the oneness of unitary Being.

As the US military continues to court scrutiny regarding drone use, the Air Force has stopped sharing information on the number of drone strikes in Afghanistan. Going one step further, it has removed those statistics from prior reports on its website.
The Air Force’s Central Command began keeping track of drone weapon releases in October 2012, according to the Air Force Times. The move was described at that time as a bid to “provide more detailed information on [drone] ops in Afghanistan,” said Central Command spokeswoman Capt. Kim Bender, the magazine reports.
Statistics were recorded as part of the policy for November, December and January. But when February’s numbers were published on March 7, there was only a blank space where the drone statistics were normally placed.
And beyond that, the monthly reports posted to the Air Force’s website had the drone data removed from them in recent weeks, with the data still being posted as late as February 16.
The data wipe comes as drone-use has fallen under close scrutiny in connection with the nomination of John Brennan to lead the CIA. Brennan faced fierce opposition in the Senate, though he was ultimately approved, because of his defense of drone use while acting as President Barack Obama’s national security adviser.

Awr Hawkins, a columnist for Breitbart.com, asked back in February if the present shortages of ammunition are a deliberate attempt by government agencies to so overwhelm existing manufacturers with orders for billions of rounds that it is resulting in “de facto” gun control. Hawkins asked: “What if the shortage is intentional?”
On Wednesday he raised the same question:
While many of the conspiracy theories that have been propounded to explain DHS [Department of Homeland Security] ammo purchases ought to be rejected out of hand, it seems increasingly reasonable to believe these multiple, massive ammo orders have been placed one upon the other to exasperate the already low supplies in the private market.
It continues to sound like gun control by another name.
Certainly there are those who see a conspiracy behind every tree, none more so perhaps than Mac Slavo. Writing for his inelegantly named SHTF Plan, he points out that since President Obama was first elected in 2008, Americans have purchased more than 65 million guns, which averages one new gun purchase every 1.5 seconds. Says Slavo, this “suggests there is much more … than just people stocking up to go hunting or sports shooting.” And then, without providing sources, Slavo ticks off the statistics: Smith and Wesson is running at full capacity, Ruger is ramping up production to meet demand, Armalite is “maxed out,” Colt is increasing its production runs, Springfield Armory is “running 30-45 days behind,” while Magpul “is behind 1 MILLION (his bold) mags.… Do not expect any large quantities anytime soon.”
And as far as re-loaders are concerned, Slavo says, “It could be 6-9 months before things get caught up. Sorry for the bleak news.”
Slavo apparently didn’t get the memo, however, from Hornady Manufacturing Company, the largest independent producer of bullets in the world. On February 12, the company issued a short statement on availability and provided some responses to rumors floating around the Internet:
The current political climate has caused extremely high demand on all shooting industry products, including ours. Empty retail shelves, long back orders, and exaggerated price increases on online auction sites — all fueled by rumors and conjecture — have amplified concerns about the availability of ammunition and firearms-related items.
If the information you hear doesn’t originate from Hornady Manufacturing, don’t believe it. Here are some of rumors we’ve heard, and questions we’ve received:
•Have you stopped production, or has the government forced you to stop?
◦Not at all.
•Did you stop selling bullets so you could only make loaded ammunition?
◦Absolutely not.
•Since we can’t find your product you must be selling it all to the government.
◦Nope, less than 5% of our sales are to government entities.
•Why can’t you make more? Ramp up production? Turn on all the machines?
◦ We’ve been steadily growing our production for a long time, especially the last five years. We’ve added presses, lathes, CNC equipment, people and space. Many popular items are produced 24 hours a day.
Several hundred Hornady employees work overtime every week to produce as much as safely possible. If there is any question about that — please take a tour of the factory. You’ll be amazed at what you see.
We are producing as much as we can; much more than last year, which was a lot more than the year before, etc. No one wants to ship more during this time than we do.

This isn’t the first time that demand for ammunition has outstripped supply. Following the election of President Obama in 2008, there was an almost immediate shortage of small arms ammunition but by September 2011, ammunition supplies for the most popular calibers — .45 ACP and .40 S&W — were back to normal.
Back in late 1973, there was a toilet paper shortage. Writers for Johnny Carson’s Tonight Show had learned of a rumor that the Navy was in danger of running out of toilet paper partly because of the 1973 oil crisis and decided to have a little fun with it. In his opening monologue on the evening of December 19, Carson asked: “Do you know what’s disappearing from supermarket shelves? Toilet paper! There’s an acute shortage of toilet paper in the United States!”
The next morning 20 million people headed to their local grocery stores and bought up as much TP as they could carry. By noon nearly every major store’s shelves were empty. Some stores tried rationing. Others just told customers when they expected their next shipment and to come back then.
For three weeks TP was in extremely short supply, so much so that Carson apologized a few days later that there was no shortage after all, that it was just a gag.
The shortage of toilet paper became a self-fulfilling prophecy, a prediction about future events that causes those events to come true. Such self-fulfilling prophecies can be found in ancient literature, and have even been “formalized” in social science. For example, sociologist Robert K. Merton codified the expression where he defined such a prophecy as,
a false definition … evoking a new behavior which makes the original false conception come true. This … perpetuates a reign of error.
M. L. McPherson, writing for the National Association for Gun Rights, explained what is actually happening: Demand suddenly rises so quickly that it outstrips supply. Supply is slow to catch up and so the perception that shortages will last a long time and, further, that they are due to market manipulation increase over time. Whenever supply comes in, buyers sweep it up, leaving shelves empty and the impression that there are continuing shortages.
Explains McPherson, it doesn’t take much of an increase in demand to create the impression of shortages:
Here is the critical fact: before the [election of Obama], no related manufacturer had the facilities to increase production [by] more than about 40%. Moreover, even if a company did have such capacity, it could not affordably obtain raw materials to do so — companies [down line] that supply raw materials cannot increase capacity more than about 40%.
In economics this is called the supply-chain bottleneck: Somewhere down the supply chain there will be a supplier that simply cannot ramp up his production as fast as those up line would like. It becomes the slowest vessel in the convoy. During wartime a whole convoy could only move as fast as the slowest ship. So it is with a sudden increase in demand, no matter what the reason.
McPherson says it’s just reality. Manufacturers will concentrate on their most profitable lines and only pause when either 1) the market becomes saturated, or 2) something breaks and needs fixing.
Massad Ayoob, writing for Back Woods Home magazine, put the matter calmly and matter-of-factly:
[Present shortages] may mean nothing more malignant than that a large government agency wants a contractual guarantee that they’ll be able to get enough to train and qualify their people, even if their actual deliveries never come close to the top level to which that contract holds the manufacturer…I don’t see this as a harbinger of martial law and civil war as some do. Being in law enforcement myself, I’ve seen the severe shortages that have plagued police agencies in the last several years.
But in the real world he suggests buying when there are supplies available even though eventually, once again, supply and demand will come back into balance. If nothing else, he says, if inflation runs rampant and turns hundred dollar bills into toilet paper, ammo is always worthwhile for barter.

Research continues to link the autoimmune spectrum of diseases to gluten sensitivity. In a recent study, gluten intolerance was found to be present in patients with multiple types of autoimmune conditions:
“Results of our studies revealed in the group of 110 patients with diagnosed gluten enteropathy, coexistence of autoimmune disease, such as diabetes mellitus type 1 in 7.2% cases, hyperthyreosis on 1.8% of cases, vitiligo in 0.9% of cases, primary biliary cirrhosis in 2% of cases and rheumatoidal arthritis in 0,9 of cases. In the group of 80 ulcerative colitis patients, coexistence of celiac disease basing on serological histopatological investigation was found in 4 patients (5%).”
A previous poston Gluten Free Society showed the connection between gluten induced liver disease (autoimmune hepatitis). Now another new study points more autoimmune disease overlap in patients with autoimmune hepatitis.
“A total of 111 patients (40%) were diagnosed with additional autoimmune diseases…autoimmune thyroiditis was the most common concurrent disease (28 patients, 10%). Other concurrent autoimmune diseases comprised vitiligo (5 patients), rheumatoid arthritis (5 patients), Sjogren syndrome (4 patients), ulcerative colitis (4 patients), conjunctivitis (4 patients), celiac disease (3 patients), systemic lupus erythematodes (2 patients), type I diabetes (2 patients), multiple sclerosis (2 patients), polymyalgia rheumatica (2 patients), and urticaria (2 patients). One patient each was diagnosed with Crohn’s disease, autoimmune gastritis, collagenous colitis, hypophysitis, and sarcoidosis.”
Gluten Free Society’s Stance:
Although we have identified a number of environmental and genetic triggers for autoimmunity, the only known cause for any autoimmune disease in gluten. When will doctors quit trying to micro analyze autoimmune diseases and look at the obvious connections?
Many autoimmune disease symptoms are so similar that the only way to differentiate them is by running specific antibody tests. The problem with this is that the tests can sometimes be negative and sometimes be positive. A common example of this is between rheumatoid arthritis and lupus. For most patients two simple lab tests will determine which diagnosis is given(positive RF and ANA antibodies for lupus).
Treatment for most autoimmune conditions consists of steroids, DMARDS, and other anti-inflammatories. Do doctors ever consider where the inflammation is coming from?
Why is it so hard to accept that simple dietary changes can improve disease and health? The answer is simple. Nutrition is not taught in medical school. Most doctors devalue or dismiss nutrition because they don’t understand it. Unfortunately this translates into more drugs, less real health care solutions, and sicker people.
Autoimmune diseases collectively are the number 1 disease condition in the U.S. As the American diet becomes more and more processed, so too does autoimmune disease increase. It is time to look at food a little more seriously. As we have linked gluten sensitivity as a cause of celiac disease, we should turn our sites to food with the other autoimmune disease as well. To ignore this is folly.
As the wise Thomas Edison put it: “The doctor of the future will give no medication, but will interest his patients in the care of the human frame, diet and in the cause and prevention of disease.”

Here are 10 ways that you can help collapse all of the pyramids of control.
1. Media and Intelligence – Information is knowledge and knowledge is power — this is where it all starts. Turn off the TV, stop passively receiving information that turns you into an idiot at the teat of the “idiot box.” Get creative: start a blog, a neighborhood newsletter, radio show, public access TV or YouTube channel, write encouraging letters to companies you appreciate and nasty ones to those you boycott; DO something; anything to increase awareness. Homeschooling is another great way to help short circuit the negative influences of systematic programming. Even if you don’t agree with homeschooling, or are not able, there are concepts that you can help introduce into your public school to enhance education. Intelligence – there are technologies to thwart constant surveillance, as well as low-tech solutions to high-tech tyranny. The Internet is being used to surveil the public, but it also provides an opportunity for the public to surveil and report the real criminals. Use the system against itself.
2. Health and Agriculture – Why do tyrannical systems always move to declare methods of independence such as farming, vitamins, raw milk, and natural medication like cannabis as underground contraband systems that threaten the health of society? Clearly because this is a cornerstone of freedom. Learn to make your own medicines, trade on the underground, support other states (and countries) who have embraced food freedom, and stand your ground by forming local community resistance against food and health tyranny. Moreover, simply making your mind and body stronger by pursuing what is natural and healthy will give you more power to challenge the system in every other way.
3. Energy and Technology – Support true economic development and pursue open source solutions to all technological problems that can affect humanity on the widest scale. These are the technologies that have been suppressed in the past, their creators destroyed; but now there are too many people pursuing goals to free humanity. Embrace innovation and technology, but only as it leads to self-empowerment, self-determination, and genuinely helps the human and environmental condition. There are reportedly many free-energy patents being kept from the public. These technologies can’t be kept secret forever as long as the Internet remains free and open. Support all efforts to maintain Internet freedom and the right to pursue innovation.
4. Mobility and Flexibility – Always be willing to adapt and move. The structure of tyranny might be global, but there are always pockets of freedom that tyranny ignores — normally based on economic interest. Become adaptable, don’t buy into the “American Dream” of having possessions to define your self-worth. Once you discard the unimportant things, look for specific towns, states, or countries to escape economic decline and those which promote freedom. It’s a difficult decision to pick up and move, especially when extended family comes into play, but discuss your ideas and the evidence for your concerns openly and honestly, and be the first to pioneer the building of a new future — if things begin to collapse in earnest, you will soon be sought after by those who once doubted your “crazy” reasoning.
5. Prepare for the Worst – Along the same lines as being mobile and flexible, make sure that you store enough supplies to get through a few months or more of tough times. The current system relies on your dependence and they can easily control those who live just-in-time lifestyles. Most people don’t realize how much they “need” the system until something like a blizzard knocks out their power and wipes out the grocery store shelves. It’s wise to store back-up food, have the ability to produce food, gather tools and other items needed during power outages or other disasters, and actively pursue any and all other survival prepping and self-sufficiency techniques.
6. Refuse to Pay Unjust Debt – This is a moral decision based on the information that much of what was created to be a “loan” was based on a predatory system. As they say, ignorance of the law is no excuse, and that is duly noted, but when confronted with an enemy that has deliberately contrived devious ways to steal productivity and the fruits of honest labor, then the principle of justifiable self-defense is invoked. Forget about your credit score; it is the invisible chain that keeps you in prison. Refuse to pay debts that you know were fraudulently imposed. Remember, the banks never had the money they “lent” to you in the first place; they created it out of nothing to buy your servitude. If you are hesitant to simply quit paying the criminal banks, then learn how to reduce your exposure to all debts.
7. Create New Banking Systems – We have seen economic collapse taking down countries like dominoes across the third world, and now the first. These money junkies cannot and will not stop. It is up to us to develop systems which permit us to completely withdraw our support for the current system and shield us from manipulated collapses. This may be the most productive way to break free from modern slavery; whether it’s switching to local credit unions, storing precious metals instead of cash, engaging in barter systems or using alternative currencies, or supporting full-blown monetary reform.
8. Learn a Skill – Learn as many skills outside of your day job as possible. This can be as simple as giving more attention to your hobbies like fishing, hunting, gardening, painting, blogging, tinkering on cars, building things, sewing, cooking, etc. Whatever useful skill you’re most passionate about, learn more about it, become an expert at it, and acquire the necessary tools to start a side business with it. By doing this, you’ll reduce the dependence on your job and find much more fulfillment in life. Remember, skills are the only form of wealth that can’t be taken from you. Additionally, form clubs or partnerships with your neighbors and share your skills and tools to form a stronger community that will be resistant to whatever the systems of control throw your way.
9. Boycott – Activists have enjoyed many recent victories through boycott, most notably the rapid removal of “pink slime” meat from major supermarket chains following public outcry once they became aware of the product. It goes to show that the public still holds the power over corporations, but the masses must be educated before they’re moved to action. Not you though. Readers of this post know exactly what companies to boycott and why. Start living your principles and follow through on your knowledge. Voting with your dollars DOES work, but not if the aware crowd refuses to do it.
10. Taxes – Taxes are the most controversial of all — the one that catches the most flak, so the one that must be most directly over the target. How do you feel knowing that money is extracted from you by force to be injected into systems around the world that create violence, rip apart cultures, and put us on a path of complete annihilation and self-destruction? This is slave-like thinking in its highest form of denial. No Constitution of any country anywhere in the world openly recognizes that it is lawful to forcefully extract money you have earned enslaving you for life to kill others with it, upon penalty of imprisonment. It’s the final chain to be broken, and is admittedly the thickest. But how can a machine be built without the funding to build it? The entire prison system we see around us has been built with our own money. Did you authorize it? Did you authorize the preemptive wars, bank bailouts, corporate subsidies, the high-tech surveillance grid that enslaves you?
Significantly, these are all things you can do on your own. You don’t need to influence politicians, or ignite a mass protest, or wait for an uprising. There is no cavalry coming. You are the change you seek. Get out there and become more self-reliant and the system will lose its grip on you. If enough of us do this, the system will fall apart by its own unsustainable making. Refuse to be a slave today and unchain others by sharing this article and implementing the tips on this list.

The word “Establishment” is a general term for the power elite in international finance, business, the professions and government, largely from the northeast, who wield most of the power regardless of who is in the White House.
Most people are unaware of the existence of this “legitimate Mafia.” Yet the power of the Establishment makes itself felt from the professor who seeks a foundation grant, to the candidate for a cabinet post or State Department job. It affects the nation’s policies in almost every area.

In the public mind, the American Establishment is probably most associated with big business and with wealthy, old-line families. The sons of these families have long followed a traditional career path that begins with private schools, the most famous being Groton. From these they have typically proceeded to Harvard, Yale, Princeton, or Columbia, there entering exclusive fraternities, such as Yale’s secretive Skull and Bones. Some of the brightest have traveled to Oxford for graduate work as Rhodes Scholars. From academia they have customarily progressed to Wall Street, perhaps joining an international investment bank, such as Chase Manhattan, or a prominent law firm or brokerage house. Some of the politically inclined have signed on with Establishment think tanks like the Brookings Institution and the Rand Corporation. As they have matured, a few have found themselves on the boards of the vast foundations – Rockefeller, Ford, and Carnegie. And ultimately, some have advanced into “public service” – high positions in the federal government.
For the latter, there has long been a requisite: membership in a New York-based group called the Council on Foreign Relations CFR for short. Since its founding in 1921, the Council has been the Establishment’s chief link to the U.S. government.

The Council [on Foreign Relations]. while remaining largely unknown to the public, has exercised decisive impact on U.S. policy, especially foreign policy, for several decades. It has achieved this primarily in two ways. The first is by directly supplying personnel for upper echelon government jobs.
Few Americans know how a President chooses his administrators. The majority probably trust that, aside from an occasional political payoff, the most qualified people are sought and found. But the CFR’s contribution cannot be overlooked. Pulitzer Prize winner Theodore White said that the Councils “roster of members has for a generation, under Republican and Democratic administrations alike, been the chief recruiting ground for cabinet-level officials in Washington.” The Christian Science Monitor once observed that “there is a constant flow of its members from private life to public service. Almost half of the council’s members have been invited to assume official government positions or to act as consultants at one time or another. ”
Indeed, Joseph Kraft, writing in Harper’s, called the Council a “school for statesmen.” David Halberstam puts it more wryly: “They walk in one door as acquisitive businessmen and come out the other door as statesmen-figures.”
The historical record speaks even more loudly than these quotes. Through early 1988, fourteen secretaries of state, fourteen treasury secretaries, eleven defense secretaries, and scores of other federal department heads have been CFR members.

The Federal Reserve became law in December 1913. Ostensibly, the system was to act as guardian of reserves for banks; it was granted control over interest rates and the size of the national money supply. The public was induced to accept the Fed by claims that, given these powers, it would stabilize the economy, preventing further panics and bank runs. It did nothing of the kind. Not only has our nation suffered through the Great Depression and numerous recessions, but inflation and federal debt – negligible problems before the Fed came into existence – have plagued America ever since.

The average American probably does not know – or even think – very much about our Federal Reserve System, but a few things should be noted about it.
* Although it is called “Federal,” it is privately owned.
* It has never received a meaningful audit from an independent source.
* It makes its own policies and is not subject to the President or the Congress. Private banks within the system select two-thirds of the directors of the twelve Federal Reserve banks; the Federal Reserve Board chooses the rest.
* As to the Federal Reserve Board itself, its members are appointed by the President and approved by the Senate, but, once in office, they serve fourteen-year terms. Fed Chairmen have routinely come from the New York banking community, on its recommendations, and the great majority have been members of the CFR.

[By] staffing the Federal Reserve’s management with themselves or their associates, the international bankers gained effective control over the nation’s money supply and interest rates – and thus over its economic life. Indeed, the Fed is authorized to create money – and thus inflate – at will. According to the Constitution, only Congress may issue money or regulate its value. The Federal Reserve Act, however, placed these functions in the hands private bankers – to their perpetual profit.

The Fed-was empowered to buy and sell government Securities, and to loan to member banks so that they might themselves purchase such securities, thus greatly multiplying the potential for government indebtedness to the banking community.
However, if Washington was to incur debts, it had to have some means of paying them off. The solution was income tax. Prior to 1913, there was no income tax in America (except during the War Between the States and early Reconstruction period). The U.S. government survived on other revenue sources, such as tariffs and excise taxes. As a result, it could neither spend nor borrow heavily.
Because income tax had been declared unconstitutional by the Supreme Court in 1895, it had to be instituted by constitutional amendment. The man who brought forward the amendment in Congress was the same senator who proposed the plan for the Federal Reserve – Nelson Aldrich.
Why did the American people consent to income tax? Initially, it was nominal: a mere one percent of income under $20,000 – a figure few made in those days. Naturally, there were assurances that it would never increase!
Another pitch used to sell the tax was that, being graduated, it would “soak the rich.” But Senator Aldrich’s backing of the amendment implied that “the rich” desired it. America’s billionaire elite, of course, are notorious for sidestepping the IRS. The Pecora hearings of 1933, for example, revealed that J. P. Morgan had not paid any income tax in 1931-32. When Nelson Rockefeller was being confirmed as Vice President under Gerald Ford, the fact arose that he had not paid any income tax in 1970.
One of the leading devices by which the wealthy dodge taxes is the channeling of their fortunes into tax-free foundations. The major foundations, though commonly regarded as charitable institutions, often use their grant-making powers to advance the interests of their founders. The Rockefeller Foundation, for example, has poured millions into the Council on Foreign Relations, which in turn serves as the Establishment’s main bridge of influence to the U.S. government. By the time the income tax became law in 1913, the Rockefeller and Carnegie foundations were already operating.
Income tax didn’t soak the rich, it soaked the middle class. Because it was a graduated tax, it tended to prevent anyone from rising into affluence. Thus it acted to consolidate the wealth of the entrenched interests, and protect them from new competition.
The year 1913 was an ominous one – there now existed the means to loan the government colossal sums (the Federal Reserve), and the means to exact repayment (income tax). All that was needed now was a good reason for Washington to borrow.
In 1914, World War I erupted on the European continent. America eventually participated, and as a result her national debt soared from $1 billion to $25 billion.

A dominator common to many of the early CFR [Council on Foreign Relations] members was support – material or moral – for the Bolsheviks in Russia.
A revolution, like any other substantive undertaking, cannot succeed without financing. The 1917 Russian Revolution was no exception. It is now well known that the Germans helped Lenin – who had been exiled by the Czar – into Russia in a sealed train, carrying some $5 million in gold. The Germans, of course, had an ulterior motive: Czarist Russia was fighting them on the side of the Allies, and a successful revolution would mean one less adversary for Germany to contend with.

Probably no name symbolizes capitalism more than Rockefeller. Yet that family has for decades supplied trade and credit to Communist nations. After the Bolsheviks took power, the Rockefellers’ Standard Oil of New Jersey bought up Russian oil fields, while Standard Oil of New York built the Soviets a refinery and made an arrangement to market their oil in Europe. Communism, in practice, is a system where government has total power – not only political power, but power over the economy, education, communications, etc. Socialism is essentially a lesser form – a little brother – of Communism: the government controls the means of production and distribution, but is not as pervasive in its authority.
The American free enterprise system, as originally set up, was much the opposite of Communism. The Constitution forced the government to remain “laissez faire”; it could exert virtually no influence on business, education, religion, and most other features of national life. These were left in the private hands of the people.
It is natural enough to suppose that rich capitalists, who made their fortunes through the free market, would be proponents of that system. This, however, has not been the case historically. Free enterprise means competition: it means, in its purest form, that everyone has an equal opportunity to make it in the marketplace. But John D. Rockefeller J. P. Morgan, and other kingpins of the Money Trust were powerful monopolists. A monopolist seeks to eliminate competition. In fact, Rockefeller once said: “Competition is a sin.” These men were not free enterprise advocates.
Their coziness with Marxism … becomes more comprehensible when we realize that Communism and socialism are themselves forms of monopoly.
The only difference is that in this case, the monopoly is operated by the government. But hat if an international banker, through loans to the state, manipulation of a central bank, campaign contributions, or bribes, is able to achieve dominion over a government? In that case, he would find socialism welcome, for it would serve him as an instrument to control society.

David Lloyd George, who had been British Prime Minister from 1916 to 1922, stated:

Profit and arrogance, however, were overshadowed by a far more sinister aspect to the new reparations program. Three German cartels in particular were beneficiaries of credit under the Dawes Plan. This trio became the industrial backbone of the Nazi war machine, and the financial backbone of Adolph Hitler’s rise to power in Germany.
Of the three cartels, the chemical enterprise I. G. Farben stands out. The Farben company received significant assistance under the Dawes Plan, including a flotation of $30 million from the Rockefellers’ National City Bank.
I. G. Farben grew to be the largest chemical concern in the world.
After World War II, an investigation by the U.S. War Department noted:
Without I. G. [Farben’s] immense productive facilities, its intense research, and vast international affiliations, Germany’s prosecution of the war would have been unthinkable and impossible.
This is entirely supported by statistics. In 1943, for example, [I.G.] Farben produced one hundred percent of Germany’s synthetic rubber, one hundred percent of its lubricating oil, and eighty-four percent of its explosives. It even manufactured the deadly Zyklon B gas, used to exterminate human beings in Hitler’s concentration camps.
I. G. Farben also supplied forty-five percent of the election funds used to bring the Nazis to power in 1933.
What is particularly odious is that certain American companies did robust business with I. G. Farben ..

Establishment historians present the ’29 stock market crash as they do most events: an accident, evolved from erroneous policies, k not from deliberate planning. We have all heard how foolish speculation bid stock prices high, but that the bubble finally burst, plunging brokers out of windows and America into the Depression.
That version is correct enough, but has several missing parts. The free enterprise system has been the traditional scapegoat for the Crash. In reality, however, the Federal Reserve prompted the speculation by expanding the money supply a whopping sixty-two percent between 1923 and 1929. When the central bank became law in 1913, Congressman Charles Lindbergh had warned: “From now on depressions will be scientifically created. Like two con men working a mark, the Fed made credit easy while Establishment newspapers hyped what riches could be made in the stock market.
Louis McFadden, chairman of the House Banking Committee, declared of the Depression: “It was not accidental. It was carefully contrived occurrence …. The international bankers sought to bring about a condition of despair here so that they might emerge as rulers of us all.

Curtis Dall, himself a syndicate manager for Lehman Brothers, was on the floor of the New York Stock Exchange on the day of the Crash. He said of the calamity:

It must be understood that an expedient existed on the New York exchange called a “24 hour broker call loan.” In those days, one could purchase stock on extensive credit. He could lay down, say, $100, and borrow $900 from a bank through his broker, to purchase $1000 in securities. If the stock increased just ten percent in value, he could sell it, repay the loan, and walk away with his original investment doubled.
The only problem was that such a loan could be called at any time – and if it was, the investor had to pay it off within twenty-four hours. For most, the only way to do so was to sell the stock. One can imagine the impact on the market if a great multitude of these loans were called simultaneously.
In The United States’ Unresolved Monetary and Political Problems, William Bryan explains what occurred during the ’29 Panic:
When everything was ready, the New York financiers started calling 24 hour broker call loans. This meant that the stock brokers and the customers had to dump their stock on the market in order to pay the loans. This naturally collapsed the stock market and brought a banking collapse all over the country because the banks not owned by the oligarchy were heavily involved in broker call claims at this time, and bank runs soon exhausted their coin and currency and they had to close. The Federal Reserve System would not come to their aid, although they were instructed under the law to maintain an elastic currency.
Plummeting stock prices ruined small investors, but not the top “insiders” on Wall Street. Paul Warburg had issued a tip in March of 1929 that the Crash was coming. Before it did, John D. Rockefeller, Bernard Baruch, Joseph P. Kennedy, and other money barons got out of the market.\According to John Kenneth Galbraith in The Great Crash, 1929, Winston Churchill appeared in the visitors’ gallery of the New York Stock Exchange during the frenzy of the panic. It has been said that Bernard Baruch brought him there, perhaps to show him the power of the international bankers.
Early withdrawal from the market not only preserved the fortunes of these men: it also enabled them to return later and buy up whole companies for a song. Shares that once sold for a dollar now cost a nickel. Joseph P. Kennedy’s worth reportedly grew from $4 million in 1929 to $100 million in 1935. ‘Not everyone was selling apples j during the Depression!
FDR now rode an open highway to the Presidency, fueled by such men as Bernard Baruch. The latter’s assistant, Hugh Johnson, said of the campaign: “Every time a crisis came, B. M. [Baruch] either gave the necessary money, or went out and got it.” In the meantime, the Republicans were issued a death sentence. Newspapers blamed President Herbert Hoover for the Crash and Depression. The Federal Reserve, instead of moving to stimulate growth and recovery, contracted the money supply by more than one third between 1929 and 1933, thus sustaining the Depression and giving no relief to the thousands of banks dying from runs.
President Hoover had a plan to bail out the banks, but he needed backing from the Democratic Congress. After losing the 1932 election, the lame duck President appealed to Roosevelt: Would he issue a statement encouraging Congressional support, and thus help end the crisis? FDR gave no reply, later claiming that he had written one, but that due to an oversight it was not sent. The banks were allowed to go on collapsing right until his inauguration, thus attaching maximum stigma to the Republican Party. Ironically, when the new President announced emergency banking measures, he used the very plan drawn up by Hoover’s Treasury Secretary.

Harriman, president of that body, urged that I agree to support these proposals, informing me that Mr. Roosevelt had agreed to do so. I tried to show him that this stuff was pure fascism; that it was merely a remaking of Mussolini’s “corporate state” and refused to agree to any of it. He informed me that in view of my attitude, the business world would support Roosevelt with money and influence. That for the most part, proved true.

Over the years, a number of books have documented that Franklin D. Roosevelt had foreknowledge of the surprise attack on Pearl Harbor. Of these, the most recent and authoritative is Infamy: Pearl Harbor and Its Aftermath (1982) by Pulitzer-Prize winner John Toland.
… American military intelligence had cracked the radio code Tokyo used to communicate with its embassies. As a result, Japanese diplomatic messages in 1941 were known to Washington, often on a same-day basis. The decoded intercepts revealed that spies in Hawaii were informing Tokyo of the precise locations of the U.S. warships docked in Pearl Harbor; collectively, the messages suggested an assault would come on or about December 7. These intercepts were routinely sent to the President and to Army Chief of Staff General George Marshall. In addition, separate warnings about the attack with varying specificity as to its time – were transmitted to these two men by or through various officials, including Joseph Grew, our ambassador to Japan; FBI Director J. Edgar Hoover; Senator Guy Gillette, who was acting on a tip from the Korean underground; Congressman Martin Dies; Brigadier General Elliot Thorpe, the U.S. military observer in Java; Colonel F. G. L. Weijerman, the Dutch military attaché in Washington; and other sources. Captain Johan Ranneft, the Dutch naval attaché in Washington, recorded that U.S. naval intelligence officers told him on December 6 that Japanese carriers were only 400 miles northwest of Honolulu .’
Despite all of this, no alert was passed on to our commanders in Hawaii, Admiral Husband Kimmel and General Walter C. Short. Kimmel’s predecessor, Admiral Richardson, had been removed by FDR after protesting the President’s order to base the Pacific Fleet in Pearl Harbor, where it was quite vulnerable to attack. Roosevelt and Marshall stripped the island of most of its air defenses shortly before the raid, and allotted it only one third of the surveillance planes needed to reliably detect approaching forces. Perhaps to preserve his station in history, Marshall sent a warning to Hawaii that arrived a few hours after the attack, which left over two thousand Americans dead, and eighteen naval vessels sunk or heavily damaged.
FDR appointed a commission to investigate what had happened. Heading it was Supreme Court justice Owen Roberts, an internationalist friendly with Roosevelt. Two of the other four members were in the CFR. The Roberts Commission absolved Washington of blame, declaring that Pearl Harbor had been caught off guard due to “dereliction of duty” by commanders Kimmel and Short. The two officers long sought court-martials so they might have a fair hearing. This was finally mandated by Congress in 1944. At the court-martials, attorneys for the defendants dug up some of Washington’s secrets.
The Roberts verdict was overturned: Kimmel was exonerated; Short received a small reprimand; and the onus of blame was fixed squarely on Washington. But the Roosevelt administration suppressed these results, saying public revelation would endanger national security in wartime. It then conducted “new” inquiries in which several witnesses were persuaded to change their testimony. Incriminating memoranda in the files of the Navy and War departments were destroyed. The court-martial findings were buried in a forty-volume government report on Pearl Harbor, and few Americans ever learned the truth.

Most Americans believe the UN was formed after World War as a result of international revulsion at the horrors of the war. Actually, it originated in CFR intellects, and the term “United Nations” was in use as early as 1942.
In January 1943, Secretary of State Cordell Hull formed a steering committee composed of himself, Leo Pasvolsky, Isaiah Bowman, Sumner Welles, Norman Davis, and Myron Taylor. All of these men – with the exception of Hull – were in the CFR. Later known as the Informal Agenda Group, they drafted the original proposal for the United Nations. It was Bowman – a founder of the CFR and member of Colonel House’s old “Inquiry” – who first put forward the concept. They called in three attorneys, all CFR men, who ruled that it was constitutional. They then discussed it with FDR on June 15, 1944. The President approved the plan, and announced it to the public that same day.

If the key to controlling a nation is to run its central bank, one can imagine the potential of a global central bank, able to dictate the world’s credit and money supply. The roots for such a system were planted when the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and World Bank were formed at the Bretton Woods Conference of 1944. These UN agencies were both CFR creations. The disclosure that 30 healthy babies were born after a series of experiments in the United States provoked another furious debate about ethics.
So far, two of the babies have been tested and have been found to contain genes from three ‘parents’.

I will talk more about the media in a moment.
This article will describe how the treatments with 90% cure rates work. Hint: these treatments can target cancer cells and thus they can be given in very high doses because they do no harm to healthy cells.
Safe and gentle cancer treatments also exist that can safely revert cancer cells into normal cells. How these treatments work will be explained below.
This article will also discuss why DNA damage does not cause cancer!! It will also explain what causes this DNA damage and why the DNA damage cannot occur until after the cell is already cancerous.
But even if DNA damage did cause cancer, why waste your time fixing the DNA if it is possible to safely target and kill cancer cells? Does DNA damage protect a cancer cell from being killed? Of course not!!
Safe and gentle cancer treatments, with 90% cure rates, have existed for decades, but medical doctors rarely use the safe and effective treatments and instead are quite content to use cancer treatments which have less than a 3%, 5-year cure rate (Journal of Oncology, 2004, volume 16, pp. 449-560)!!
Let me say this in another way: in five years after diagnosis, 97% of the cancer patients treated with standard cancer treatments are dead.
So who uses the safe, gentle and effective treatments? The late Dr. William D. Kelley, who died in 2005, treated more than 33,000 cancer patients. Dr. Kelley was able to cure more than 90% of the cancer patients who were initially treated by him.
Compare Dr. Kelley’s 90% cure rate to the current overall 5-year cure rate of less than 3%!!
Why has the medical community almost universally refused to integrate Dr. Kelley’s methods into their treatments? The reason is that the highly effective treatments used by Dr. Kelley are not as profitable, by a wide margin, as their current treatments. The American Medical Association (AMA) was so upset with Dr. Kelley that they had him thrown in jail and he was forced to move to Mexico to treat cancer patients.
Why have the media’s “investigative journalists” not glorified Dr. Kelley and his amazing cancer treatments? For the same reason, the products Dr. Kelley used are not as profitable to the media, by a wide margin, as current treatments.
In fact, the propaganda machine of the media has totally ignored Dr. Kelley, as has the medical establishment. As a result, the general public cannot believe that someone could have a cure rate that high!!
Because of the media almost all cancer patients, when they are diagnosed with cancer, cannot get filled with chemotherapy fast enough. The media is owned by multi-billionaires, just like the pharmaceutical industry is owned by multi-billionaires. These multi-billionaires are good friends and they have their own “clubs.”
Unlike the multi-billionaires in the media and medical establishment, who disdain the “common people,” Dr. Kelley was not interested in money, he was interested in helping cancer patients. Wow, what a concept, he didn’t love money more than people!!
The good news is that many cancer researchers today are following in the footsteps of Dr. Kelley and are not interested in the highly profitable treatments of current medicine. They are pushing forward with even newer treatments based on new discoveries.
At the Independent Cancer Research Foundation, or ICRF, we are proud to say that we are part of the continuing heritage of Dr. Kelley. We, and many others like us, are blacklisted by the media because we represent treatments that are in the best interests of cancer patients, not profits.
The problem is that people believe the media and do not believe that cancer can be cured.
It is hard to get people to understand that the goal of the media is not to inform, but to control. By controlling the information they control their audience and that is how the media maximizes their profits.

When I tell people that cancer treatments with 90% cure rates already exist, you can bet they will respond with jarring dissonance. The media has done their job well.
People simply cannot believe that Dr. Kelley had a 90% cure rate on newly diagnosed cancer patients, and that we, at the ICRF, and many others, have access to far better materials than what Dr. Kelley had access to. When we tell people these things they look at us as if we said we were from another planet. No one believes us because they believe the brainwashing machine of the multi-billionaires who own the media and who are only interested in money.
If you feel like you can handle the truth, even when the truth is the opposite of what the media says, then read on and you will find a world that you did not know existed. You will find a hidden world where 90% cure rates, on newly diagnosed cancer patients, are common.
And these protocols are even highly effective for those who have already had chemotherapy, surgery and radiation; though the five-year cure rate for those who start with orthodox cancer treatments is about half of that for those who start with Dr. Kelley-type protocols!!
The Genius Behind Dr. Kelley’s Treatments
Let me start with a question. What computer program on this planet is far and away the most complex and sophisticated computer program?
The answer is human DNA. In fact, after studying human DNA for more than 60 years, scientists have no clue what 97% of human DNA does!! Human DNA is a computer program with 3.2 billion nucleotides in base 4. It is equivalent to a 6.2 billion bit long compiled computer program, but it is incomprehensible in complexity.
So who wrote the computer program known as human DNA? It was not evolution, as some well-funded and statistically challenged atheists/evolutionists would tell you, it was Mother Nature (i.e. God).
In fact, much of the funding for supporting the theory of evolution comes from the owners of the pharmaceutical industry via a complex maze of shell organizations. The multi-billionaire owners of the pharmaceutical industry don’t want anyone to believe that Mother Nature is smart, so they fund “scientists” who support the mathematically absurd theory of evolution!!
Here is another question: does Mother Nature love Her children? Of course, the answer is yes.
You see, Dr. Kelley did not use chemotherapy or radiation (which do not target cancer cells), rather he used treatments designed by the ultimate genius who designed human DNA and the DNA of all plants and animals on this planet. Dr. Kelley took advantage of the love and genius of Mother Nature.
Do you think the qualifications of the genius who designed all DNA on this planet would qualify the person to design safe and effective cancer treatments that can target and kill cancer cells? Of course it does.
Mother Nature loves Her children, so are you surprised that Mother Nature has carefully designed and put many natural molecules in plants which can safely target and kill cancer cells? Mother Nature’s cancer treatments are called “natural cancer treatments” or “alternative cancer treatments”.

Cancer Researchers in the Past and Today
The root cause of cancer was discovered in 1890 by William Russell (1852-1940). The brilliant Dr. Russell saw microbes both inside and outside of the cancer cells. It was obvious that the microbes inside the cancer cells were the ones causing the cancer.
The cancer microbe was studied in detail in the early 1900s and was found to be highly pleomorphic. Many years later another microbiologist, Gaston Naessens, counted 16 different sizes and shapes of the cancer microbe. (see the book: The Persecution and Trial of Gaston Naessens, by Christopher Bird). The medical establishment in Canada was so delighted with his discovery that they had him thrown in jail!!
You see, if cancer is caused by microbes that are inside the cancer cells, then it is easy to cure cancer; just kill the microbes inside the cancer cells!! But no medical establishment wants people to know that cancer can be cured. They want cancer to be a mysterious disease that will never be cured!!
The size and shape of the microbe is a function of the pH inside the cancer cell. The higher the pH, the smaller the microbe.
The higher the pH the more lethargic the cancer microbes become and the cancer spreads more slowly. Natural medicine practitioners take advantage of this fact and frequently use highly alkaline protocols to slow down the spread of the cancer and in many cases these treatments can cure the cancer.
Also, Dr. Royal Rife, a microbiologist, in the 1930s, also knew that it was microbes which were inside the cancer cells which caused cancer. By knowing this he developed a gentle electromedicine device to kill these microbes. This device had a 100% cure rate and it did nothing but kill microbes.
The AMA and FDA (Food and Drug Administration) were so incensed that he was curing cancer that the AMA tried to “buy him out.” When he refused the FDA came in and destroyed his lab and his machines which had not already been sold and delivered.
Researchers since then have found three of his original machines, which had been sold before the FDA destroyed his lab. They have made the specifications of his equipment public information.

A word of warning is in order. There are over a hundred brands of “Rife Machines” sold over the Internet. Almost none of them were designed to kill the microbes inside the cancer cells because they do not have the critical “carrier wave” or “carrier frequency,” nor are they powerful enough to kill these microbes without the carrier frequency to carry them inside the cancer cells. The two “High RF Frequency Protocol” devices (this is actually not their real name), mentioned on this website, do have this carrier wave and they are powerful enough to kill these microbes. These are true “Rife Machines” which use high-tech circuitry. See the left side-bar.
Dr. Virginia Livingston’s team of cancer researchers discovered why cancer cells have DNA damage. They discovered that the microbes inside the cancer cells get inside the cell nucleus and their DNA mixes with the DNA of the cell, which changes the DNA of the cancer cells.
In fact, the concept that the DNA of a microbe, which gets inside of a human cell nucleus, and thus changes the DNA of the human cell, is at the heart of gene therapy!! This is not some strange theory, it is a concept which is used in modern medicine to treat genetic diseases.
My point is that the Livingston team discovered that the DNA damage occurs AFTER the cell is already cancerous!!
Dr. Livingston died without any recognition from orthodox medicine for her team’s critical discovery. Instead, orthodox medicine has ignored her team’s discovery and still claims that it is DNA damage that causes cancer!! This gives them an excuse to claim that a cure for cancer is 50 years away. A cure for cancer will always be 50 years away according to anyone who is in bed with the pharmaceutical industry, such as the American Cancer Society.
By claiming that DNA damage causes cancer, the public believes that cancer will never be cured. But Virginia Livingston was curing cancer with a vaccine she developed.
This DNA damage (which is a result of cancer, not a cause of cancer), is what all large “cancer research” organizations claim cause cancer!! They are spending billions of dollars trying to fix this DNA damage instead of trying to safely target and kill the cancer cells using Mother Nature (who already knows how to target and kill cancer cells) or by killing the microbes inside the cancer cells (which reverts the cancer cells into normal cells), which is how Dr. Rife cured cancer!!
The second concept I wish to discuss is regarding the nature of cancer cells. It was discovered in about 1930, and a Nobel Prize was awarded for this discovery, that the defining characteristic of cancer cells is low ATP energy. ATP is a molecule which is made inside the mitochondria, which is inside of all cells. There are thousands of mitochondria inside of all cells and the ATP is what provides cells their energy.
So why do cancer cells have low ATP energy and who cares if there are microbes inside the cancer cells?
In 2004, an ICRF cancer researcher tied these two major discoveries together by explaining the mechanism of how these microbes, which are inside of the cancer cells, block the production of ATP molecules. In other words, he explained that cancer is caused because the microbes inside the cancer cells block the production of ATP in two different ways.
It is beyond the scope of this article to explain this mechanism, and its ramifications, but if you are interested see the “What Causes Cancer” article which is linked to on the left side-bar (i.e. the “left side-bar” is the column of links on the left side of most pages).
This discovery supported the claim of Dr. Rife that if you kill these microbes the cancer cells will revert into normal cells. They become normal cells again (or for the first time in many cases) because with no microbes inside the cell the ATP energy will be restored and the cell will be healthy again!!
This discovery has led to several new, highly effective natural cancer treatments, particularly DMSO, MSM and honey protocols. The DMSO, MSM and honey are “Trojan Horses” to get microbe-killing substances inside of cancer cells to kill the microbes. DMSO is actually used by one major natural medicine cancer clinic, the Camelot Cancer Care clinic in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
This discovery also explained how some previously existing natural cancer treatments worked.
The discovery also led to the fact that some natural cancer treatments would conflict with each other (the conflict is not dangerous, but one treatment may neutralize another treatment). The conflict can occur because one type of cancer treatment is trying to lower ATP energy (to cause the cancer cells to fall apart), and another treatment is trying to kill the microbes inside the cancer cells, which would raise ATP energy because when the microbes are gone, so is the reason ATP energy in cancer cells stays low.
For example, do not mix Paw Paw (which causes cancer cells to fall apart by lowering ATP energy) with the High RF Frequency Protocol, which was designed to kill the microbes inside the cancer cells and thus revert the cancer cells into normal cells. When you kill the microbes the ATP energy rises because there is nothing to block the creation of ATP energy (the microbes are what block the ATP energy).
Thus, one protocol is lowering the ATP energy and the other protocol is incidentally raising the ATP energy. The Paw Paw treatment will be worthless. The High RF Frequency Protocol will work just fine because it is interested in microbes; it is not directly interested in ATP energy.
A different ICRF cancer researcher designed the protocol for using the “High RF Frequency Protocol” for cancer. It is one thing to have the equipment and another thing to know how to use it.
Let us partially summarize what the cancer microbe does.
First, the cancer microbe largely or totally blocks the production of ATP molecules in the mitochondria (and the cancer cells have to revert to another method, fermentation, to make enough ATP molecules to stay alive).
Second, the DNA of the cancer microbes is what causes the DNA damage of the cancer cells after the cell is already cancerous or is beginning to become cancerous.
Third, the cancer microbe also excretes enzymes that coat the outside of the cancer cells so the immune system cannot identify them as cancer cells and thus the immune system cannot safely target and kill them. The existence of the enzyme coating has been known about for more than 50 years in natural medicine.
In fact, over 50 years ago there were natural cancer treatments (e.g. proteolytic enzymes) that stripped away these enzyme coatings so the immune system could identify the cancer cells and kill them. Dr. Kelley used proteolytic enzymes as part of his treatment.
The existence of this protein coating is proof that DNA damage is not the cause of cancer. How could DNA damage create a coating of enzymes on the surface of cancer cells??
Fourth, Dr. Mathias Rath, MD, who had to flee the United States to avoid being arrested for curing cancer, discovered that these enzymes (or different enzymes excreted by these microbes, we don’t know) also cut a path across tissue so the cancer cells could spread more easily.
It is beyond the scope of this article to go any further, but my point is that there has been researcher after researcher who knew about the cancer microbes inside the cancer cells. And there have been a growing number of clever tactics developed to kill these microbes.
When you kill all of the microbes inside of a cancer cell, the cancer cell will revert into a normal cell because there is nothing to block the production of ATP energy. This is the ideal way to cure cancer because there are no dead cells and no debris from dead cells.
But most natural cancer treatments work in other ways.
Some treatments use natural substances that target and kill cancer cells. Laetrile, or Vitamin B17, is a perfect example. Carrots and purple grapes both contain multiple nutrients that can target and kill cancer cells. One researcher thinks that it is the oxalic acid in carrots that cures the cancer. He may be right.
Other treatments work by supercharging the immune system and then letting the immune system deal with the cancer. One example is Dr. Bob Beck, who had a PhD in physics. He designed a cancer treatment that removed all microbes from the bloodstream and found out that by doing this the immune system was supercharged and the immune system could get rid of the cancer cells!!
The problem with building the immune system is that it is a slow process. Many cancer patients today who seek out natural cancer treatments have been sent home to die and do not have the time left to live to have their immune system rebuilt after it had been damaged by chemotherapy. But even these patients can benefit from the Bob Beck Protocol, but it should not be their primary protocol.
Some treatments work by using super-nutrients to “keep the patient alive” (so they have more time to treat their cancer) by using special cell-energizing supplements. The Budwig Diet is a good example. The Photon Genius, an electromedicine device, is the best way to energize cells quickly (see the Photon Protocol article or the “Weak Cancer Patients” article or the “Understanding Treating Cancer” article).
In fact, the best natural medicine treatments today use a combination of tactics. One highly nutritional protocol “keeps the patient alive” and at the same time other treatments are dealing with the cancer cells and yet other treatments are building the immune system, etc.
The three most powerful treatments on this website, the Photon Protocol, Cellect-Budwig Protocol and Cesium Chloride Protocol, are all multi-pronged approaches, and all come with expert support.
Some newer protocols use the technology of killing the microbes inside the cancer cells, such as the High RF Frequency Protocol, the DMSO protocols and honey protocols. Most of the DMSO protocols are on the website of the Independent Cancer Research Foundation, though the “Overnight Cure For Cancer Protocol” is a DMSO-based protocol and it is on this website. I support this protocol because I have been researching DMSO since 2004.
In theory, DMSO could cure cancer in one day (thus the term “Overnight Cure For Cancer”), as it does not stress the stomach because it can be taken transdermally (i.e. through the skin). However we are concerned about Herxheimer’s (which is severe brain fog caused by the release of mycotoxins by dead microbes) so we have not tried to cure cancer in one day with this protocol.
As already mentioned, there is one outstanding clinic which uses DMSO to “carry” microbe-killing substances inside of cancer cells. It is a 30-day protocol (the Camelot Cancer Care clinic – see the Clinics article).
The MSM protocols were designed to do this also and we hoped they would be as effective as the DMSO protocols (because the MSM molecule is almost identical to the DMSO molecule and MSM does not cause the body odor of DMSO), but so far the DMSO protocols seem to be significantly more effective. However, MSM is used to help clean lactic acid out of the blood and do other things, so it has its own benefits.
My point is that it is common to combine multiple approaches in the same treatment. That is what the experts work on accomplishing.

In our modern world there exist certain institutions of power. Not government committees, alphabet agencies, corporate lobbies, or even standard military organizations; no, these are the mere “middle-men” of power. The errand boys. The well paid hitmen of the global mafia. They are not the strategists or the decision makers.
Instead, I speak of institutions which introduce the newest paradigms. Who write the propaganda. Who issue the orders from on high. I speak of the hubs of elitism which have initiated nearly every policy mechanism of our government for the past several decades. I am talking about the Council On Foreign Relations, the Tavistock Institute, the Heritage Foundation (a socialist organization posing as conservative), the Bilderberg Group, as well as the corporate foils that they use to enact globalization, such as Monsanto, Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan, the Carlyle Group, etc.
Many of these organizations and corporations operate a revolving door within the U.S. government. Monsanto has champions, like Donald Rumsfeld who was on the board of directors of its Searle Pharmaceuticals branch, who later went on to help the company force numerous dangerous products including Aspartame through the FDA. Goldman Sachs and JP Morgan have a veritable merry-go-round of corrupt banking agents which are appointed to important White House and Treasury positions on a regular basis REGARDLESS of which party happens to be in office. Most prominent politicians are all members of the Council on Foreign Relations, an organization which has openly admitted on multiple occasions that their goal is the destruction of U.S. sovereignty and the formation of a “one world government” or “supranational union” (their words, not mine).
However, one organization seems to rear its ugly head at the forefront of the most sweeping mass propaganda operations of our time, and has been linked to the creation of the most atrocious military methodologies, including the use of false flag events. I am of course referring to the Rand Corporation, a California based “think tank” whose influence reaches into nearly every sphere of our society, from politics, to war, to entertainment.
The Rand Corporation deals in what I would call “absolute gray”. The goal of the group from its very inception was to promote a social atmosphere of moral ambiguity in the name of personal and national priority. They did this first through the creation of “Rational Choice Theory”; a theory which prescribes that when making any choice, an individual (or government) must act as if balancing costs against benefits to arrive at an action that maximizes personal advantage. Basically, the ends justify the means, and moral conscience is not a factor to be taken seriously if one wishes to be successful.
Hilariously, rational choice theory has been attacked in the past by pro-socialist (collectivist) critics as “extreme individualism”; a philosophy which gives us license to be as “self serving” as possible while feeling patriotic at the same time. In reality, the socialists should have been applauding Rand Corporation all along.
What Rand had done through its propaganda war against the American people was to infuse the exact culture of selfishness needed to push the U.S. towards the socialist ideal. At the onset of any communist or national socialist society (sorry socialists, but they do indeed come from the same collectivist mindset), the masses are first convinced to hand over ultimate power to the establishment in order to safeguard THEMSELVES, not others. That is to say, the common collectivist man chooses to hand over his freedoms and participate in totalitarianism not because he wants what is best for the world, but because he wants what is best for himself, and he believes servitude to the system will get him what he wants with as little private sacrifice as possible (you know, except for his soul…).
The psychologist Carl Jung notes in his observations of collectivism in Nazi Germany and Stalinist Russia that most citizens of those nations did not necessarily want the formation of a tyrannical oligarchy, but, they went along with it anyway because they feared for their own comfort and livelihoods. Many a German supported the Third Reich simply because they did not want to lose a cushy job, or a steady paycheck, or they liked that the “trains ran on time”. Socialism is by far the most selfish movement in history, despite the fact that they claim to do what they do “for the greater good of the greater number”.
Rand also used Rational Choice Theory as a means to remove questions of principle from the debate over social progress. Rational Choice propaganda commonly presents the target audience with a false conundrum. A perfect example would be the hardcore propaganda based television show ‘24’ starring Kiefer Sutherland, in which a government “anti-terrorism” agent is faced with a controlled choice scenario in nearly every episode. This choice almost always ends with the agent being forced to set aside his morals and conscience to torture, kill, and destroy without mercy, or, allow millions of innocents to die if he does not.
Of course, the real world does not work this way. Life is not a chess game. Avenues to resolution of any crisis are limited only by our imagination and intelligence, not to mention the immense number of choices that could be made to defuse a crisis before it develops. Yet, Rand would like you to believe that we (and those in government) are required to become monstrous in order to survive. That we should be willing to forgo conscience and justice now for the promise of peace and tranquility later.
This is the age old strategy of Centralization; to remove all choices within a system, by force or manipulation, until the masses think they have nothing left but the choices the elites give them. It is the bread and butter of elitist institutions like Rand Corporation, and is at the core of the push for globalization.
In my studies on the developing economic disaster (or economic recovery depending on who you talk to) I have come across a particular methodology many times which set off my analyst alarm (or spidey-sense, if you will). This latest methodology, called “Linchpin Theory”, revolves around the work of John Casti, a Ph.D. from USC, “complexity scientist” and “systems theorist”, a Futurist, and most notably, a former employee of Rand Corporation:
Casti introduces his idea of “Linchpin Theory” in his book “X-Events: The Collapse Of Everything”, and what I found most immediately striking about the idea of “Linchpin Events” was how they offered perfect scapegoat scenarios for catastrophes that are engineered by the establishment.
Linchpin Theory argues that overt social, political, and technological “complexity” is to blame for the most destructive events in modern human history, and it is indeed an enticing suggestion for those who are uneducated and unaware of the behind the scenes mechanics of world events. Casti would like you to believe that political and social tides are unguided and chaotic; that all is random, and disaster is a product of “chance” trigger events that occur at the height of a malfunctioning and over-complicated system.
What he fails to mention, and what he should well know being a member of Rand, is that global events do not evolve in a vacuum. There have always been those groups who see themselves as the “select”, and who aspire to mold the future to there personal vision of Utopia. It has been openly admitted in myriad official observations on historical events that such groups have had a direct hand in the advent of particular conflicts.
For instance, Casti would call the assassination of Archduke Franz Ferdinand of Austria an “X-event”, or linchpin, leading to the outbreak of WWI, when historical fact recalls that particular crisis was carefully constructed with the specific mind to involve the U.S.
Norman Dodd, former director of the Committee to Investigate Tax Exempt Foundations of the U.S. House of Representatives, testified that the Committee was invited to study the minutes of the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace as part of the Committee’s investigation. The Committee stated:
“The trustees of the Foundation brought up a single question. If it is desirable to alter the life of an entire people, is there any means more efficient than war…. They discussed this question… for a year and came up with an answer: There are no known means more efficient than war, assuming the objective is altering the life of an entire people. That leads them to a question: How do we involve the United States in a war. This was in 1909.”
So, long before the advent of Ferdinand’s assassination, plans were being set in motion by globalist interests to draw the U.S. into a large scale conflict in order to “alter the life, or thinking, of the entire culture”. When a group of people set out to direct thinking and opportunity towards a particular outcome, and the end result is a culmination of that outcome, it is obviously not coincidence, and it is definitely not providence. It can only be called subversive design.
In the economic arena, one might say that the collapse of Lehman Bros. was the “linchpin” that triggered the landslide in the derivatives market which is still going on to this day. However, the derivatives market bubble was a carefully constructed house of cards, deliberately created with the help of multiple agencies and institutions. The private Federal Reserve had to artificially lower interest rates and inject trillions upon trillions into the housing market, the international banks had to invest those trillions into mortgages that they KNEW were toxic and likely never to be repaid. The Federal Government had to allow those mortgages to then be chopped up into derivatives and resold on the open market. The ratings agencies had to examine those derivatives and obviously defunct mortgages and then stamp them AAA. The SEC had to ignore the massive fraud being done in broad daylight while sweeping thousands of formal complaints and whistle blowers under the rug.
This was not some “random” event caused by uncontrolled “complexity”. This was engineered complexity with a devious purpose. The creation of the derivatives collapse was done with foreknowledge, at least by some. Goldman Sachs was caught red handed betting against their OWN derivatives instruments! Meaning they knew exactly what was about to happen in the market they helped build! This is called Conspiracy…
One might attribute Casti’s idea to a sincere belief in chaos, and a lack of insight into the nature of globalism as a brand of religion. However, in his first and as far as I can tell only interview with Coast To Coast Radio, Casti promotes catastrophic “X-Events” as a “good thing” for humanity, right in line with the Rand Corporation ideology. Casti, being a futurist and elitist, sees the ideas of the past as obsolete when confronted with the technological advancements of the modern world, and so, describes X-event moments as a kind of evolutionary “kickstart”, knocking us out of our old and barbaric philosophies of living and forcing us, through trial by fire, to adapt to a more streamlined culture. The linchpin event is, to summarize Casti’s position, a culture’s way of “punishing itself” for settling too comfortably into its own heritage and traditions. In other words, WE will supposedly be to blame for the next great apocalypse, not the elites…
I might suggest that Casti’s attitude seems to be one of general indifference to human suffering in the wake of his “X-Events”, and that he would not necessarily be opposed to the deaths of millions if it caused the “advancement” of humanity towards a particular ideology. His concept of “advancement” and ours are likely very different, though. I suspect that he is well aware that X-Events are actually tools at the disposal of elitists to generate the “evolution” he so desires, and that evolution includes a collectivist result.
With almost every major economy on the globe on the verge of collapse and most now desperately inflating, taxing, or outright stealing in order to hide their situation, with multiple tinderbox environments being facilitated in the Pacific with China, North Korea, and Japan, and in the Middle East and Africa with Egypt, Syria, Iran, Pakistan, Yemen, Mali, etc., there is no doubt that we are living in a linchpin-rich era. It is inevitable that one or more of these explosive tension points will erupt and cause a chain reaction around the planet. The linchpin and the chain reaction will become the focus of our epoch, rather than the men who made them possible in the first place.
Strangely, Casti’s theory was even recently featured in an episode of the ABC mystery/drama show “Castle”, called “Linchpin” (what else?), in which a writer turned detective uncovers a plot by a “shadow group” to use the research of the innocent Dr. Nelson Blakely (apparently based on Casti) to initiate a collapse of the U.S. economy by assassinating the ten-year-old daughter of a prominent Chinese businessman, triggering a dump of U.S. Treasuries by China and fomenting WWIII:

Now, I think anyone with any sense can see where this is going. Casti and Rand Corporation are giving us a glimpse into the future of propaganda. This is what will be written in our children’s history books in the globalists have their way. The fact that Linchpin Theory is featured in a primetime television show at all is a testament to Rand Corporation’s influence in the media. But, as for the wider picture, are the trigger points around us really just a product of complex coincidence?
Not a chance.
Each major global hot-spot today can easily be linked back to the designs of international corporate and banking interests and the puppet governments they use as messengers. Casti claims that “X-events” and “linchpins” cannot be accurately predicted, but it would seem that they can certainly be purposely created.
The globalists have stretched the whole of the world thin. They have removed almost every pillar of support from the edifice around us, and like a giant game of Jenga, are waiting for the final piece to be removed, causing the teetering structure to crumble. Once this calamity occurs, they will call it a random act of fate, or a mathematical inevitability of an overly complex system. They will say that they are not to blame. That we were in the midst of “recovery”. That they could not have seen it coming.
Their solution will be predictable. They will state that in order to avoid such future destruction, the global framework must be “simplified”, and what better way to simplify the world than to end national sovereignty, dissolve all borders, and centralize nation states under a single economic and political ideal?
Is it the Hegelian Dialectic all over again? Yes. Is it old hat feudalism and distraction? Yes. But, I have to hand it to Casti and Rand Corporation; they certainly have refined the argument for collectivism, centralization, technocracy, slavery, moral relativism, and false-flag dupery down to a near science…

Microwaves absolutely decimate the nutritional value of your food, destroying the very vitamins and phytonutrients that prevent disease and support good health. Previous studies have shown that as much as 98% of the cancer-fighting nutrients in broccoli, for example, are destroyed by microwaving.
To understand why, you have to understand the nature of vitamins and phytonutrients (plant-based nutrients). These are very delicate molecules which are fragile. They are easily destroyed by heat, which is why raw plant foods contain more plant nutrients than cooked foods. Carotenoids, antioxidants and other molecules like DIM (in broccoli) or anthocyanins (in purple corn) are all easily destroyed by microwave energy.
Microwaves “nuke” your food at a cellular level
Microwaving is the worst way to cook foods because microwaves excite the water molecules inside whatever you’re cooking, causing heat to be formed from the inside out. This results in a cell-by-cell “nuking” of the food (such as broccoli, carrots, etc.), causing the near-total molecular decomposition of the vitamins and phytonutrients that promote disease.
Microwaved food is not merely “dead” food at every level, it is food that has been molecularly deconstructed, leaving nothing but empty calories, fiber and minerals. Virtually the entire vitamin and phytonutrient content has been destroyed.
Anybody who says microwaving food is a healthy way to cook is wildly ignorant of nutrition and cooking methods. While steaming vegetables is, indeed, a good method for some veggies to help make certain nutrients more bioavailable, microwaving destroys veggies from the inside out at a cellular level.
Don’t be fooled by appearances
What’s really deceptive about microwave cooking is that the food still appears to be basically the same, but at the cellular level, it’s like a nuclear war has taken place. The actual molecular structure has been decimated. If you could see microwaved foods with a powerful microscope, you’d never eat them again because you would recognize just what a nutritional wasteland they really are.
If you want to eat in a healthy way, make sure a significant part of your diet is raw plants. It’s okay to eat some steamed, stir-fried or even grilled veggies, but when grilling foods, avoid burning them because all burned parts contain toxic, cancer-causing chemicals that promote colon cancer.
Personally, I am absolutely astonished that more people don’t already know all this. I’m even having to talk with my own staff about these issues, as they don’t seem to know the full story on microwave cooking. Spread the word: Microwaves promote death because they turn nutritious, healthy food into empty, decimated calories. I gave up using a microwave well over a decade ago, and I don’t even own one.
Remember, a person who cooks a lot of their food with microwaves will inevitably have chronic nutritional deficiencies that promote cancer, diabetes, bone diseases, loss of brain function, heart disease and many other health problems. The least healthy people of any society are typically the ones who frequently use the microwave oven to “nuke” their foods.

The former girlfriend of computer hacker Aaron Swartz is lashing out at the US Justice Department after Attorney General Eric Holder defended the prosecution that some say drove the prodigy into committing suicide.
Swartz took his own life in January while waiting to stand trial in a federal computer fraud case that could have ended with him serving upwards of 35 years in prison. Earlier this week, Attorney General Holder said the suicide was a “tragedy” but that the prosecution was indeed by the books.
The Justice Department, said Holder, demonstrated “a good use of prosecutorial discretion” in going after Swartz, who was charged with illegally accessing a trove of academic articles from the website JSTOR. The attorney general also went on to say that Swartz realistically was only facing a few months in prison, not the three decades reported by the press.
Now only days later, Swartz’s partner Taren Stinebrickner-Kauffman has harsh words for the attorney general. In a statement obtained by the website TechDirt, Stinebrickner-Kauffman accuses the DoJ of lying to the American public, seizing evidence without a warrant and other claims.
“Eric Holder and the Department of Justice are clearly trying to mislead the Senate and the public,” she says. “Holder claims that Aaron was only facing months in prison while [Assistant US Attorney Stephen] Heymann and [US Attorney Carmen] Ortiz were actively pursuing a penalty of seven years if the case went to trial. If you believe you’re innocent, you should not be coerced into accepting a plea bargain that marks you as a felon for life, just because prosecutors want to boast about taking a scalp.”
Stinebrickner-Kauffman goes on to say that the discrepancy between the plea deal and the amount of prison time prosecutors said they’d pursue at trial violates the DOJ’s own guidelines, and accuses Holder of “trying to engage in revisionist history at the same time he claims that the strict sentences pursued by prosecutors were a ‘good use of prosecutorial discretion.’”
In addition to singling out Holder, Stinebrickner-Kauffman goes on to accuse the Massachusetts attorneys who spearheaded the case, Heymann and Ortiz.
“[T]his isn’t just about sentencing,” she writes. “Steve Heymann engaged in serious prosecutorial misconduct on multiple occasions. Public documents show that he instructed the Secret Service to seize and hold evidence without a warrant, violating the Fourth Amendment. He then lied to the judge about that fact in written briefs. And he withheld exculpatory evidence from Aaron’s lawyers for over a year, despite both a legal and ethical obligation to turn it over. If this constitutes appropriate behavior from the perspective of the Department of Justice, then we live in a police state.”
“The Department of Justice is not interested in admitting their errors, even when an out of control US Attorney’s office has cost this country one of our best and brightest. The DOJ is only interested in covering their asses,” Stinebrickner-Kauffman concludes.
TechDirt reporter Mike Masnick says the statement demonstrates “three really serious charges that I haven’t seen much discussion about previously.” Although Holder, Heymann and Ortiz have been accused or prosecutorial overreach in the past, Stinebrickner-Kauffman’s latest claims allege much more.

Part of the Connecticut gun legislation debate also centers on jobs and the threat by the firearms manufacturers that expanding the assault weapons ban here could impact employment. It is an argument the industry has offered before in 2009 and 2011 when Connecticut made previous attempts to tighten firearm restrictions and those familiar with the history of the 1993 original assault weapons ban here said it was also made at that time.
The National Shooting Sports Foundation on Thursday started running cable ads showing the concerns of employers and workers from three manufacturers. Gov. Dannel P. Malloy’s staff has been meeting with representatives of the firearms industry in recent weeks as the issue continues to play out in the legislature.
He sent them a letter on Wednesday, a day before the NSSF put out its release on the television ads, telling them there are differences between them, but he hopes they continue to remain in the state and have an “open and honest dialogue.”
He said some of the issues require the expertise of the manufacturers and he welcomed their input in “crafting certain guidelines and strategies.” Malloy said he knows they also desire “to live and work in a healthy, safe and prosperous community.”
The governor said he hoped the firearm companies weigh the quality of life in Connecticut, its educated workforce and the state’s commitment to high precision manufacturing in its future plans.
Michael Lawlor, Malloy’s liaison on criminal policy decisions, said in their discussions they inquired as to how many Colt AR-15s and Colt Sporters, both banned for sale and possession in Connecticut for the past 20 years, Colt sold in the last year. Even with the ban here, Lawlor said the total was 90,000 nationwide.
On Tuesday, the NSSF put out a strong statement in reaction to a proposal by the majority Democrats on adding more weapons to the existing ban, something widely supported by the public, according to the latest Quinnipiac Poll.
At that time the foundation said such a proposal “holds the real prospect of affecting employment in our state because underlying issues go deeper than whether manufacturing exemptions would be issued.”
It expanded on that Thursday when it announced on its website it would start running cable ads.
“The value of our companies’ brands and national consumer acceptance of firearms made in a state that bans them within its own borders are serious business issues,” said Jake McGuigan, director of government relations and state affairs for NSSF, in a statement.
He could not be reached for comment Thursday. He said a ban “on the sale of the most popular model of semiautomatic rifle today presents the real prospect of decreasing good-paying jobs in our state.” The Democratic assault weapons ban would continue to allow the manufacture of weapons in Connecticut and House Speaker Brendan Sharkey, D-Hamden, has said a ban here does not eliminate the market for the weapons.
The Connecticut population is an estimated 3.5 million, about one percent of the 315 million in the country. Despite the current ban in Connecticut, assault rifles are still available to local police departments and military and naval forces.
Lawlor Thursday said they are consulting with the manufacturers to make sure the proposed changes in gun laws on permitting and background checks provide as smooth a process as possible for law-abiding citizens to continue to buy firearms.
The governor and the Democratic leadership, in their proposals, don’t want assault weapons in the hands of civilians. Gun advocates argue that the emphasis should be on controlling who can buy weapons, rather on banning the weapons themselves.
The firearms industry, which has a long history in the state, has testified before lawmakers that it provides 2,900 in direct jobs with 1,902 more for suppliers and another 3,474 indirect jobs as part of a $1.8 billion economic impact.
The ban being discussed among the leaders in the assembly would cover semiautomatic weapons if they have a detachable magazine and at least one military feature, rather than two, as is now required. Democrats also favor limiting magazines to 10 bullets or fewer.
What’s going on with the world’s economy? Foreclosures are everywhere, unemployment is skyrocketing – and this may only be the beginning. Now the question is how can we get out of this mess. Foreclosures are everywhere, unemployment is skyrocketing – and this is only the beginning. America’s economy is on a long, slippery slope from here on. The bubble ride of debt has come to an end.
What can government do? The sad answer is – under the current monetary system – nothing. It’s not going to get better until the root of the problem is understood and addressed. There isn’t enough stimulus money in the entire world to get us out of this hole. Why? Debt. The national debt is just like our consumer debt – it’s the interest that’s killing us.
Though most people don’t realize it the government can’t just issue it’s own money anymore. It used to be that way. The King could just issue stuff called money. Abraham Lincoln did it to win the Civil War. No, today, in our crazy money system, the government has to borrow our money into existence and then pay interest on it. That’s why they call it the National Debt. All our money is created out of debt. Politicians who focus on reducing the National Debt as an answer probably don’t know what the National Debt really is. To reduce the National Debt would be to reduce our money – and there’s already too little of that.
The economy of the U.S. is in a deflationary spiral. Nothing can stop it — except monetary reform.
1. No more national debt. Nations should not be allowed to borrow. If they want to spend, they have to take the political heat right away by taxing.
2. No more fractional reserve lending. Banks can only lend money they actually have.
3. Gold money is NOT the answer. Historically gold ALWAYS works against a thriving middle class and ALWAYS works to create a plutocracy.
4. The total quantity of money + credit in a national system must be fixed, varying only with the population.
