By now, most experts will admit that Google is one giant data and intelligence gathering operation. This latest browser revelation (see full story below) only confirms what we already suspected.
As a private tech start-up, Google was partly seed-funded by both the NSA and CIA, and has since been completely co-opted by US intelligence to retain what technocrats and spy chiefs in Washington DC refer to as ‘information superiority.’
Salon reported on just one of the Google-NSA covert joint ventures, “Turbine and Turmoil”:
It’s not clear what the NSA and Google built after the China hack. But a spokeswoman at the agency gave hints at the time the agreement was written. “As a general matter, as part of its information-assurance mission, NSA works with a broad range of commercial partners and research associates to ensure the availability of secure tailored solutions for Department of Defense and national security systems customers,” she said.
According to officials who were privy to the details of Google’s arrangements with the NSA, the company agreed to provide information about traffic on its networks in exchange for intelligence from the NSA about what it knew of foreign hackers. It was a quid pro quo, information for information.
“For Turbine and Turmoil to work, the NSA needs information, particularly about the data flowing over a network. With its millions of customers around the world, Google is effectively a directory of people using the Internet. It has their e-mail addresses. It knows where they’re physically located when they log in. It knows what they search for on the web. The government could command the company to turn over that information, and it does as part of the NSA’s Prism program, which Google had been participating in for a year by the time it signed the cooperative agreement with the NSA. But that tool is used for investigating people whom the government suspects of terrorism or espionage.”
Not OK, Google! Covert installations of ‘eavesdropping tool’ raise alarm
Open source developers and privacy campaigners are raising concerns over the automatic installation of a shady “eavesdropping tool” designed to enable ‘OK Google’ functionality but potentially capable of snooping on any conversation near the computer.
When one installs an open source Chromium browser, as it turns out, it “downloads something” followed by a status report that says “Microphone: Yes” and “Audio Capture Allowed: Yes,” according to an article by Rick Falkvinge, Swedish Pirate Party founder, published on the website Privacy Online News.
While the Chromium, the open source basis for Google’s browser, at least shows the code and allows user to notice it and turn it off, the same installation is included by default in the most popular browser Chrome, used by over 300 million people.
The code was designed to enable the new “OK, Google” hot word detection, which lets the computer do things like search or create reminders in response to human voice. Yet, some users are worried that the service could be activated without their permission, eventually sending recorded data to Google.
The worried users describe the Chrome Hotword Shared Module as an audio-snooping “black box”, with only the corporation that provided it fully aware of what the injected pre-compiled code is capable of.
“Without consent, Google’s code had downloaded a black box of code that – according to itself – had turned on the microphone and was actively listening to your room,” wrote Falkvinge.
“Which means that your computer had been stealth configured to send what was being said in your room to somebody else, to a private company in another country, without your consent or knowledge, an audio transmission triggered by … an unknown and unverifiable set of conditions.”
“We don’t know and can’t know what this black box does,” he added.
The users’ complaints were received with the Google developers’ words that: “While we do download the hot word module on startup, we do not activate it unless you opt in to hot wording.” They also underlined the fact that “Chromium is not a Google product. We do not directly distribute it, or make any guarantees with respect to compliance with various open source policies”.
However, according to Falkvinge, the default install will still “wiretap your room without your consent, unless you opt out, and more importantly, know that you need to opt out, which is nowhere a reasonable requirement.”
While the fact that the voice recognition module is always listening does not mean it transmits all the data to Google’s servers, Falkvinge argues that no one knows what other keywords could trigger the feature on.
The only reliable measure against mass surveillance, according to the first Pirate Party leader, is a manual disabling of the microphone and camera on the computer with a hardware switch.
The latest voice search functions have raised the concerns of privacy advocates, as their use presupposes the sending of voice recordings to company servers, as well as the controversy over the continuous recognition to catch the moment a user says the ‘hot’ phrase.
Ostensibly designed to stop you illegally downloading new episodes of Game of Thrones, they may have far broader implications for online freedoms.
On Monday afternoon, Labor and Coalition senators voted together to wave through legislation rolling out a new Australian internet filter.
The law is intended to stop the circumvention of copyright online – i.e. crack down on the pirating of films, TV shows, music and other content.
But the way it will do this has made advocates of online freedoms and opponents of censorship decidedly nervous.
Instead of focusing on individuals who download copyright material, the laws allow the Federal Court to issue an injunction, blocking anyone in Australia accessing a website where the “primary purpose of the online location is to infringe, or to facilitate the infringement of, copyright”. The new law only applies to overseas sites.
The problem is that this is an extension of internet censorship – the big question is whether checks in the legislation will be enough to ensure that the power is not abused by government.
1) Sinking More Than Pirates
As noted, to order a website to be blacklisted, the Federal Court must be satisfied its “primary purpose” is to infringe or facilitate infringement of copyright.
Websites like The Pirate Bay, which allow users to download copyrighted material for free, without the permission of the rights holder, are likely to be the first blocked by the Court.
But a major concern online freedom advocates have is that despite this test, the laws could still be used to maliciously target troublesome websites that aren’t really about pirating copyright material.
Here’s the most alarming example. The NSW Council for Civil Liberties has argued there is a (remote) chance a website like WikiLeaks could be blocked as a result of these laws. As the website publishes documents whose copyright is owned by various governments, one of those governments may be able to mount a case for blocking the site in Australia.
A more likely problem, however, is that some Virtual Private Networks (VPNs) will fall within the powers of the laws.
Even if you’re not particularly web savvy you will have heard VPNs mentioned regularly in recent debates about online freedom and privacy. They allow an internet user to cover their tracks online, and provide gateways for protected communications. If you’re trying to leak documents or avoid mass surveillance, they’re now essential.
They also allow users to get around copyright restrictions, for example by accessing material that is only licenced to be broadcast in the US.
One threat is that VPNs being used for pirating, as well as a range of legitimate and vital ends at the same time, could be sunk by the new rules.
While Communications Minister Malcolm Turnbull has made repeated assurances that the legislation is not intended to target VPNs, he hasn’t gone so far as to say it doesn’t allow that to happen.
The cut and thrust of the problem is that if you can prove copyright material you own has been published on a website, or that the publication of that material has been ‘facilitated’ by another website, you’re well on your way to blocking a site if you can convince the court its “primary purpose” is copyright infringement.
On the upside, the legislation does allow a Court to consider the public interest of a website before blocking it, but it’s far from a bullet-proof exemption.
Interestingly, both sides of the online copyright debate seem to agree the new laws are too vague, and are worried for opposite reasons.
While the civil liberties/consumer rights side argues it will allow legitimate websites to be torpedoed, the copyright enforcement side (for example the Australian Copyright Council and the Communications Law Centre at UTS) say the “primary purpose” test would allow some pirating websites to keep doing what they’re doing.
2) Corporate Power And Political Donations
According to consumer group Choice – one of the most vociferous opponents of the legislation – the laws will also stop people legitimately accessing creative material.
They give the example of getflix, which allows Australian users to get around blocks already in place and pay for overseas streaming services that have not been set up here. That’s bad news for locally based corporations who buy content available on those services then sell it on to Australians.
In a study (admittedly done before Netflix Australia launched), Choice found an astounding 340,000 households were using technology like this to access Netflix US.
“[The law] could legitimately be used to restrict Australian consumers’ access to goods they’re currently paying for,” Choice campaign manager Erin Turner told New Matilda.
According to Turner, the laws are more about preserving a failing business model than improving copyright protections. This line of argument gets a little more sinister when you consider the scale of the political donations made by major corporate copyright holders.
It’s an argument Greens Senator Scott Ludlam buys into.
“The distribution model – where you could sit on your 20th century distribution bottleneck, put [copyrighted material] up on screen and then wait for two months and do the TV release, and then wait another two months and release it on DVD – is broken,” Ludlam told the Senate on Monday.
“That model worked before the internet existed. Rather than coming up to speed with that fact and offering content in a timely, convenient and cost-effective way, the rights holders – who have collectively donated around $4 million to those parties who are today championing their cause – have called on the government to legislate.”
There are also concerns no-one will show up to court to defend overseas sites who cannot afford to appoint an advocate on their behalf, or simply miss the proceedings entirely.
Both internet freedom advocacy group Electronic Frontier Foundation and the Law Council of Australia flagged this as a problem. A submission made by the latter said the arrangement “may well mean that [applications to block websites] are not scrutinised with the care that such significant orders should receive.”
There are legal checks in place, but they’re not much good if nobody shows to put them to the Court.
It’s worth nothing that despite being generally supportive of the legislation, the Arts Law Centre of Australia says smaller and independent artists are unlikely to benefit. The costs of taking overseas websites who distribute their work to Court is likely to be prohibitive.
This is a law that will best serve the rich and the vindictive.
3) Does It Actually Work?
Those with broader concerns about the law say no. But it’s not just them.
In a submission to the parliamentary inquiry examining the legislation, a perky little upstart by the name of Google said the available evidence suggested other remedies were far more effective at reducing piracy than site blocking.
“A key way to battle piracy is with better, more convenient, legitimate alternatives to piracy.”
This aligns with the arguments put by Choice, which says timely, affordable, and easily accessible content stops people pirating, and that filters don’t.
“People who are determined to pirate will get around this by googling ‘how to navigate around Australia’s Internet filter’ and doing it like before,” says Turner.
Companies like News Corp beg to differ. This graph was included in its submission, and shows the impact Britain’s site blocking legislation had on The Pirate Bay in the UK.
4) Things Get Creepy
The slippery slope argument is never the best, but those like Ludlam are adamant these laws will open the way for further censorship.
Earlier attempts to put filters in place reveal what might be at stake.
When Labor’s Stephen Conroy tried to implement a far-reaching internet filter in 2009 (which the Coalition opposed from the safety of Opposition, and eventually abandoned in 2012) he framed the debate around child pornography.
But when WikiLeaks got a hold of the list of sites that would be blacklisted, it revealed many were regular pornography sites, and others related to euthanasia, gambling, and fringe religious groups. Inexplicably, one was the webpage of a Queensland dentist.
It’s in legislation like this that the new battle against censorship begins.
Filters also enable ‘over blocking’, where websites not intended to be blocked fall victim to technological errors.
Surrounded by a senate preparing to vote down his proposed amendments to the new law, Ludlam had this to say on Monday.
“Does anybody here in this debate, whatever side of it you may be on – whether it is the stale bipartisan consensus down at the other end of the table or if it is up at this end – seriously believe that this scheme will not be expanded in the future to cover more categories of content?
“Of course it will. It has scope creep absolutely built into it. It is lazy and it is dangerous.”
The United States is seeking to have a “never-ending war” in the Middle East which would make the countries there unable to stand up to Israel, says former CIA contractor Steven Kelley.
“The purpose of creating this group [ISIL]/[ISIS] is to have a never-ending war in the region that serves several purposes, obviously, it’s going to break apart the countries and disrupt the people and reduce their ability to stand up to Israel,” he told Press TV on Tuesday.
Kelley went on to say that “the other thing is providing the constant flow of orders for weapons from the military-industrial complex back home, which of course is feeding a lot of money to the senators that are pushing for these wars.”
A new report said the Pentagon is paying monthly stipends to the so-called “moderate” rebels in Syria who are being trained to fight the ISIL Takfiri terrorists.
The Pentagon is paying stipends of $250 to $400 to the rebels, said Pentagon spokeswoman Elissa Smith.
Kelley said, “They’ve run out of credible moderate groups because what they have been arming and training now have graduated and moved on to full-fledged ISIL people.”
“The idea of feeding them money like this, that’s definitely something new and it’s a new level of pathetic” move the US is taking, he noted.
“If they do this, it’s going to be a little bit harder to pretend like they didn’t create these people when the time comes that they join the more extreme fighters,” Kelley added.
It’s been an ugly week for Chinese equities, but today’s performance is a whole other level of ugly:

We’ve discussed the insane valuations on the Shanghai and Shenzen stock-exchange before. As our regular readers will know, today’s fireworks have been a long time in the making.
Today the benchmark Shanghai Composite plunged 6.4%. That brings the carnage for the week to a total of 13.3%.
All major stock-market reversals are worthy of attention: But this is different.
This is the world’s second largest economy, and it’s a house of cards.
China is primed for collapse
Let’s take a step back and take a look at how dire the situation is for China, and why
China’s situation has important ramifications for the world.
By last summer, China’s central planners had become extremely concerned that their real estate bubble was looking increasingly ominous. Housing prices had clearly stalled. Construction had dropped rapidly. Defaults were rising. And China’s GDP was plunging to levels not seen in 25 years.
Around that time China’s banking insiders were also beginning to whisper about the size of China’s shadow-banking system, and whether or not a complete collapse of China’s banks could be looming on the horizon.
For all the talk of the “China miracle”, it had become obvious in 2014 that the party was over.
In a terrifying case of “what could possibly go wrong”, China’s economic mandarins ordered China’s central bank to drop interest rates, and spew billions of dollars worth of liquidity into the economy. Making matters even scarier: The PBOC allowed China’s banks to leverage up, and decrease banking reserve ratios.
On the political front, China’s supreme leader, Xi Jinping pushed for intellectually bereft economic policies designed to keep the party going at all costs. The Shanghai Composite rose like a rocket, soaring 125% in under a year, while brokerages saw their margin loans explode 500% to a terrifying 2 trillion yuan.
Today’s China Ponzi
Today, China’s markets are a Ponzi scheme of historic proportions. If they collapse, the blast radius will engulf the world’s financial markets.
The Hong Kong stock exchange for example, has risen handsomely on the back of capital flooding in from the mainland. A collapse in Shanghai and Shenzen will have immediate implications for Hong Kong, and on world markets by proxy. Consider also, that millions of Chinese investors borrow against their home-equity to invest in the stock market. The irony here is that the stock bubble which Beijing manufactured to offset their collapsing real-estate bubble, could end up being the catalyst for the collapse of housing prices.
Perhaps scariest of all, is the great unknown of China’s unregulated shadow banking system, which has no oversight or margin requirements to speak of. Shadow banks have negligible capital reserves. Their non-existent regulatory requirements have allowed the sector to take on near suicidal levels of leverage, which in a rising market has powerfully distorted growth to the upside. Unfortunately for China’s shadow banks, that sword cuts both ways. As credit markets tighten, the risk of catastrophic losses becomes more probable.
As of today, there are no indications that this move has run out of steam to the downside. But we have little doubt that there are panicked plans being scrapped together in China’s halls of power at this very moment. Needless to say, they won’t work. If governments could simply decree economic success over the long term, we would all be speaking Latin.
Did the China bubble just pop? We think it’s highly possible. But we have no doubt that “emergency measures” will be attempted.
Global Risks
There are risks here too for global investors: Global emerging market funds are heavily weighted towards China. And China’s equity market implosion seems to have arrived at exactly the moment when US equity markets are overvalued and highly uncertain. Add the risk of a Greek exit to the global equation, and the larger picture of a global financial rout cannot be dismissed.
We would call China’s swooning markets a “black swan” event, but the truth is there are multiple black swans circling overhead: Greece alone has the ability to send the Eurozone into a tailspin. Back in the US, technology stocks are seriously overvalued and running on little more than promises. Meanwhile rest of the world seems to be making a habit of lowering GDP expectations with each successive quarter.
We have no doubt that Xi Jinping will push the PBOC to pull another miracle out it’s hat. But when we see leverage at these levels, combined with anemic oversight, there’s little doubt in our minds: A China implosion is coming. And it might be here already. This bears watching closely.

Ceo and founder Adam Swart was emailed a few questions about his services by activist Ian Cioffi. The company owner was asked if his system is proven to work in U.S. politics?
Swart claimed, he has done work for “dozens of candidates in the US primarily but not exclusively Republican. Mostly they are candidates who suffer from lack of enthusiasm/turnout at rallies and in need of a ‘game change’. The candidates have been primarily congressional/senate candidates. We’ve only worked with one presidential candidate thus far.”
So what other benefits could a company of this magnitude offer?
Adam went on to express that they could even go miles further with their expertise and can give a sense of legitimacy for the candidate.
“I have found our approach has led to increased poll numbers and, in many case made the margin of victory for a few reasons:
A) Photo-ops at rallies. Having a diverse group of people (race/gender/age) around the candidate is critical especially for those who are constantly followed by reporters but even for those who only get a couple pieces per day.
B) Enthusiastic crowds bring more media attention and shift the narrative onto grassroots supporters. Press always want to understand why people support candidate x or candidate y. Giving them great footage of enthusiastic supporters speaking about their love for the candidate provides great quotations.
C) Gives a sense of legitimacy for the candidate among their existing supporters. When they see lots of enthusiastic folks at rallies, they feel like they’re backing the right horse.
D) Bolsters the candidates’ self-confidence. Some candidates knew about the paid crowds and other times we have been hired by outside organizations. In both cases, seeing more supporters gave them the confidence to up their game on stage.”
When the founder of Crowds on Demand was asked “what reassurances do you offer that the crowd does not leak the fact that they were paid to arrive?”
Swart responded in an email that “We have all crowd members sign binding non-disclosure agreements. Our crowd members work for us on a regular basis and understand we value discretion given the sensitive nature of the business. The ‘leak’ issue has only happened on one occasion over the past three years.”
Adam Swart believes he is just making fame into a business. He touts that 10 of my guys are more effective than a 100 bodies in a recent interview.
When asked if his business is disingenuous or fake on the speaking on wealth podcast, he responded that “what we do is get people to pay attention to your event, to your product, no ones gonna say they are going to love it, but ordinarily there are many potentially talented artists who we work with, talented fashion people, talented athletes…”
So next time you go to a political rally and see fans so undeniably in love with a candidate with no rational reason, ask yourself is this person being paid to be here? Are you supporting a fake politician?

What do we know about Bilderberg’s techno-control master plan since the wrap up of its June 11-14 conference?
As usual, not much from the inside; but we know quite a bit by tracing the work of its attendees and insider members, as well as the progression of the conference itself over the past decades, as invitees have increasingly tended towards the high-tech.
Robotics and technology are huge steps ahead.
Artificial intelligence is one giant leap further.
Meanwhile, Bilderberg’s steering committee has invited more and more entrepreneurs from Silicon Valley as well as tech heads leading changes on the Internet, in cybersecurity and the vast changes happening in technology.
As such, Google’s chairman Eric Schmidt has become a visible center of the 21st Century Bilderberg meetings, giving further gravity to chic geeks brushing shoulders with the power brokers of the post-WWII era, who have long dominated banking, industry, military and political interests.
Palantir’s Alex Karp – a notable technology attendee from recent years – has now been added to the steering committee this year in 2015, joining the insider tech-axis with friend and sometimes partner Peter Thiel, the so-called “PalPal Mafia” Don and Facebook’s key early funding angel.
The new power bloc is still based around banking and other traditional spheres, of course, but they are now partners with computing. Microsoft’s Craig Mundie has been a key attendee for some time now, while Bill Gates has occasionally dropped by. Former NSA director Keith Alexander appeared consecutively for many years since 2008, paralleling the importance of mass surveillance and the advent of “cyber warfare.”
Coincidentally (or not), former NSA contractor Edward Snowden’s pivotal leaks on surveillance – first disclosed on June 5, 2013 – overlapped the June 6-9 Bilderberg conference, where attendees discussed “How big data is changing almost everything” as well as “Cyber warfare and the proliferation of asymmetric threats,” while 2014 brought the inauspicious topic “Does privacy exist” to Bilderberg’s forum – a sour after thought to a year of unsettling Snowden leaks.
All of that has subtly reaffirmed the lowly and disregarded status of the masses, and reinforced the fact that personal freedom is valued at less-than-zero and everything and everything is being watched.
2015… has added the Artificial Intelligence icing on that cake.
Now… after all that and more… Bilderberg officially brings artificial intelligence to the table. (Of course, these elites have backed the rise of technology and computing since the beginning when major firms like IBM, Microsoft, Intel and Apple were started decades ago, but I digress).
In 2015, Bilderberg dropped the suggestive names and went right for the topics bullet-point list, bringing “artificial intelligence” and “cybersecurity” to the top of that list.
And two of its attendees stand out in bold for their role in bringing this forward:
Regina Dugan, Vice President for Engineering, Advanced Technology and Projects, Google
Demis Hassabis, Vice President of Engineering, Google DeepMind
This should register as Bilderberg’s most disturbing connection to covert politics yet.
Not that it should surprise everyone that they went there, but the rise of robots is actually upon us.
Amazon (whose founder and CEO Jeff Bezos attended Bilderberg in 2011 and 2013) is rapidly replacing its labor force with warehouse robots, and looking to use drones for delivery in the near future… while it has long relied upon complex algorithms to stunt competition and beat everyone including Wal-mart to the punch.
The world’s manufacturers in China have already made incredible strides in raising a robotic workforce that is only growing stronger every day… and the jobs become more and more endangered with each passing phase.
Silicon Valley is even unleashing an R2D2-like robocop that would do automated crime patrols…
Google Launches the ‘Manhattan Project of AI’
Google – intimately represented at Bilderberg by the gregarious Eric Schmidt – is putting the finishing touches on the self-driving car and getting clearance to put these autonomous vehicles on the road. Once that is past the honeymoon phase, it is sure to slash deeply into the trucker workforce, long a mainstay of the middle class, and erode personal rights to driving as well.
Meanwhile, Google has also conducted the biggest purchase of all time in artificial intelligence. Under the leadership of Schmidt, the notorious futurist Ray Kurzweil – longing for the age of singularity, spiritual machines and the chance for a few to maybe live forever – was hired in December 2012 to head Google’s attempt to “work on new projects involving machine learning and language processing” for Google – in other words, artificial intelligence, a life long passion for Kurzweil.
Since that time, Google bought up nearly every important A.I. firm in its reach — giving it probably more leverage over the pivotal transition to machine intelligence than the U.S. military or government.
At the top of that list is Boston Dynamics, the robotics firm closely linked with DARPA, the Defense Department, and MIT, who have created killer robots that can run at top speeds, climb walls, take down prey and carry payloads. (Regina Dugan, also attending Bilderberg this year, was a top executive at DARPA before joining Google.)
Regina Dugan – described as a “badass” – was the 19th director of the Pentagon’s DARPA (which stands for Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency) and has its roots in the ARPA-creation of the Internet. Dugan left DARPA in 2012 to go even further at Google with their Advanced Technology and Projects (ATAP).
As she told the world at a D11 conference, her work involves bringing biometrics and edible encrypted passwords to consumer markets, in part by making the technology “trendy” and desirable through wearables and even temporary authentication tattoos (because, as she explains, what kid wouldn’t want to piss off their parents with a tattoo?).
Dugan has done a great deal to the bring the world to our present trajectory and possible, unfortunate destination.
Then there is DeepMind – perhaps Google’s least known but most promising purchase – which uses developments in the understanding of neuroscience to power algorithms for machine learning… the key hurdle to true artificial intelligence… and the great, perhaps awful beyond.
Carnegie Mellon professor Larry Wasserman wrote that the “startup is trying to build a system that thinks. This was the original dream of AI. As Shane [Legg] explained to me, there has been huge progress in both neuroscience and ML and their goal is to bring these things together. I thought it sounded crazy until he told me the list of famous billionaires who have invested in the company.” (source)
Whatever DeepMind co-founder discussed behind closed doors at Bilderberg, it is not of just passing importance. Rather, it is the tip of the iceberg of the most massive transformation 0f human society yet.
DeepMind’s systems use neural networks and “deep learning” methods that deploy low-level transistor networks to produce high-level effects so that they can, for instance, distinguish a cat’s face from a human one – a trivial task for a human, but hard for a machine. That has been developed into “artificial general intelligence” (AGI) that can learn to solve tasks without prior programming, and have already been used to replace 60 hand-crafted systems across Google. The AGI system’s deployment into speech recognition, now used in Android phones and Google Translate, had led to the biggest overall improvement in speech recognition in 20 years, Suleyman said, with a 30% reduction in transcription error rates. Yet training the program for the task took less than five days.

Mustafa Suleyman, who with Demis Hassabis and Shane Legg set up the London-based machine learning company that was bought by Google in January 2014 for £400m, mounted a spirited defence of the company’s successes. He told a conference on machine learning that “artificial intelligence, AI, has arrived. This isn’t just some brief summer for this technology, and it’s not about to go away again. The London Guardian quoted a DeepMind investor who said that Google has embarked upon a “Manhattan project of AI” – massive, secretive and with grand implications enough to hold humanity itself in the balance:
Google has bought almost every machine-learning and robotics company it can find, or at least, rates. It made headlines two months ago, when it bought Boston Dynamics, the firm that produces spectacular, terrifyingly life-like military robots, for an “undisclosed” but undoubtedly massive sum. It spent $3.2bn (£1.9bn) on smart thermostat maker Nest Labs. And this month, it bought the secretive and cutting-edge British artificial intelligence startup DeepMind for £242m.
And those are just the big deals. It also bought Bot & Dolly, Meka Robotics, Holomni, Redwood Robotics and Schaft, and another AI startup, DNNresearch. It hired Geoff Hinton, a British computer scientist who’s probably the world’s leading expert on neural networks. And it has embarked upon what one DeepMind investor told the technology publication Re/code two weeks ago was “a Manhattan project of AI”. If artificial intelligence was really possible, and if anybody could do it, he said, “this will be the team”. The future, in ways we can’t even begin to imagine, will be Google’s.
“Artificial Intelligence is a tool to massively amplify our ability to control the world.”
That’s a statement, couched with positive outloook, from Mustafa Suleyman a co-founder of DeepMind, the AI firm now acquired by Google and represented this year at Bilderberg by co-founder Demis Hassabis, the Vice President of Engineering at DeepMind.
Suleyman says fears that artificial intelligence will wipe out human beings are completely overblown, however, emphasizing instead that DeepMind is set on improving humanity’s lot, and that it insisted upon an ethics board to keep it in check as part of Google’s buyout package.
Suleyman insisted that AI is, and will remain, a tool that humans can control and direct, rather than a threat. (source)
Yeah, like we didn’t hear that one from Cyberdyne ahead of the apocalyptic rise of Skynet in the Terminator films!
Paradoxically, Suleyman also stated:
“But everything we have built is a product of intelligent human activity. AGI is a tool to massively amplify our ability to control the world.”
For whatever reason, Suleyman doesn’t see the negative side of all this… but everyone else easily can.
Speaking to a conference on machine intelligence in London on Friday, Suleyman said that he was dismayed by the negative attitudes being shown towards AI. “It’s sad how quickly we’ve adopted to the reality and don’t acknowledge the magic and the good that these systems can bring. The narrative has gone straight from ‘isn’t it terrible that AI has been such a flop’ to ‘isn’t it terrible that AI has been such a success’.”
Why did Bilderberg bring DeepMind to the table? The reasons are many fold, but easily summed up in that statement: “artificial intelligence is a tool to massively amplify our ability to control the world.
Conclusion
Power that great will not easily fall into the right hands, no matter how inspired and determined its ethics boards aim to be.
Google is channeling that incredible power, and Bilderberg is leveraging it.
Please think about that before dismissing the “secretive meeting” as a sophomoric conspiracy theory of the paranoid, and a nothing doing gathering of professions who simply keep quiet because of Chatham House rules barring disclosure of the proceedings.
Naïvety is a dangerous setback that we cannot afford at this point.
Something big is indeed in the works, and the average citizen of the Western nations will surely be the last to know, when their employment – their only means of making a living – is rendered obsolete by advances in technology. Just remember that it was never inevitable; it was was fueled and brought to market by a cartel of cloaked and brokered global power.
DeepMind’s leaders would have us belief that fears of its influence are overblown…
Meanwhile, behind closed doors, the Bilderberg group has made the same claim, and the world has believed it at its own peril.

Google’s ‘DeepMind’ Artifical Intelligence System Learns Atari, Beats Humans

A draft report on Tuesday, released by the United Nations internal oversight body, found cases of widespread sexual exploitation by the UN peacekeeping forces, while stationed in countries beset by conflict and natural disaster.
The study focused mainly on the two countries of Haiti and Liberia, where ‘transactional sex’ is very common. According to a new UN Office of Internal Oversight Services (OIOS) report obtained by the news agency, a third of alleged sexual exploitation involved minors under 18 and help for these victims is listed as “severely deficient.”
This revelation came to light after investigators interviewed about 231 people in Haiti, who claimed that they were forced to perform sexual acts with the UN peacekeepers in exchange for ‘basic necessities’. (According to the ‘Associated Press’)
The U.N., which currently has 125,000 peacekeepers stationed around the world, explicitly bans the “exchange of money, employment, goods or services for sex,” and discourages relationships between UN staff and those who are under their care. However, only seven of the interviewed victims “knew about the United Nations policy prohibiting sexual exploitation and abuse,” the report states.
Former UN Secretary-General Kofi Annan had called on a group of experts to evaluate peacekeeping operations and recommend institutional changes to help prevent abuses by peacekeepers, following the rise of sexual allegations against the forces, especially after the grotesque cases following the Bosnian war.
“For rural women, hunger, lack of shelter, baby care items, medication and household items were frequently cited as the `triggering need,’ “the report says. “Urban and suburban women received “church shoes,’ cell phones, laptops and perfume, as well as money.”
In cases of non-payment, some women take the badges of the peacekeepers and threaten to reveal their infidelity via social media.
According to Reuters, the report states that 480 allegations of sexual exploitation and abuse had been made between 2008 and 2013, of which one-third involved children.
The report does not mention the number of peacekeepers involved, nor does it mention a time-frame for these allegations, but the 7,000-strong UN peacekeeping mission in Haiti started in 2004. A young girl’s quote, from Haiti, which was taken in 2008 has come to light again, in regards to recent developments.“They do this with all of us young girls,” she says. “I have a few friends that have gone to bed with them. Some of them are asked to give them a lesbian show, and they are paid for that.” (as reported by the U.K.-based nonprofit organization Save the Children on sexualized violence toward children in conflict zones).
“This is not the first time that UN workers have been accused of these types of crimes. After the UN has entered areas like Cambodia, Mozambique, Bosnia, Sudan and Kosovo, there was an explosion of sex trafficking and numerous reports of abuse. Just this year, the UN was caught attempting to cover-up the fact that their workers had raped starving and homeless boys in the Central African Republic” (according to reporter John Vibes, of the Freethought Project).
Cornell constitutional law scholar, Muna Ndulo, recounted cases of UN peacekeepers fathering and subsequently abandoning children at the end of their deployment. Ndulo quotes staggering numbers in his report: that UN peacekeepers have fathered an estimated 24,500 babies in Cambodia and 6,600 in Liberia.
While UN Peacekeeping has a zero tolerance clause of sexual abuses within its code of conduct, it is only enforceable if the military command of the member state country taking part in the operation chooses to enforce it. Peacekeepers are protected from prosecution of sexual abuses as troops are traditionally granted jurisdictional immunity through Status of Forces Agreements in the countries where they operate.
Report of the new draft findings has come only a week after the UN announced it was creating an independent panel to review allegations of sexual abuse of African children by its French peacekeepers.
A recent paper released by the International Monetary Fund (IMF) should shock all of us who believe in a green future based on renewable energy. Despite stark warnings from scientists, fossil fuel subsidies continue to grow: this year alone, it is estimated that dirty coal and energy corporations will receive a staggering $5.3 trillion from governments worldwide.
To put this into perspective, the sum is more than the healthcare budget of all the countries in the world combined. It works out at $600 million per hour, $10 million per minute, and $200,000 per second. Just imagine what we could do with that kind of money. We could eradicate poverty, invest in clean energy, boost health and education systems, start a foodrevolution, and create more jobs in these industries as a result. Instead of the logical option, our governments choose to spend our tax dollars on propping up the same corporations that are poisoning us and the planet (while making ridiculously huge profits at the same time).
If you’re a US taxpayer, you should be doubly pissed about this news. Whether you know it or not, you are helping the likes of ExxonMobil, Shell, and Marathon Petroleum- and not just when you fill up at the pump. In 2014 alone, US taxpayers subsidized fossil fuel exploration and production by $21 billion. Think that’s bad? This year the sum will be an estimated$700 billion.
In addition to all this lunacy, a separate investigation by the Guardian newspaper in London has highlighted the trail of dirty money connecting these enormous subsidies and political sponsorship. They report:
Shell made an annual profit of $26.8bn in 2012, and yet that very same year it won a deal to receive $1.6bn more in taxpayer’s money for its Pennsylvania refinery over the next few years.
ExxonMobil is set to receive $119m for its Baton Rouge plant according to a deal signed in 2011, even though the corporation made a staggering $41bn profit that year.
In 2011, Marathon Petroleum made $2.4bn, but still needed more to keep ticking along, so a jobs subsidy scheme in Ohio subsidized the corp by $78m.
“Big oil, gas, and coal have huge influence on politicians and governments and they get that influence the old fashioned way: they buy it,” Stephen Kretzmann, executive director of Oil Change International, told the Guardian last month.
Stay with me on this one. You’ll see what the powers-that-be are really worried about.
You can roll up Bilderberg, the Trilateral Commission, the Council on Foreign Relations, the World Trade Organization, NAFTA, and the several current trade treaties nearing completion… you can insert all these Rockefeller Globalist forces into one great corporate agenda, and…
There is a problem. A problem for Globalism. This is, behind the scenes, what the titans of control are whispering about.
It starts here: understand that mega-corporations are the instruments of world domination. They move into countries where cheap labor, land, and resources are abundant, and they take over. This is what they’re meant to do. This is the plan.
The top three or four hundred corporations are responsible for at least 25% of all world trade.
However… here is the rub. As Globalist policies allow corporations to shut down domestic factories in industrialized countries and open up those same factories in places where slave wages are the order of the day; as tariffs on imported goods are canceled, killing off businesses that try to compete with mega-corporations; as leading economies decline…
The consumer base for these mega-corporations shrinks.
To put it simply, the corporations sell products. They need buyers. All over the world.
The top manufacturing corporations are running their assembly lines at about half-capacity. They could produce much, much more of what they sell.
But only a tenth of the world population has the means to buy these products.
There are partial fixes for the problem: profit-making wars; sales of corporate products to governments; governments basically paying citizens so they can buy certain products. But, in the long run, that solution doesn’t cut it. The mega-corporations are still lacking consumers. You can create only so many artificial buyers. Beyond that, the market system irretrievably heads downward.
Mega-corporations have the potential to produce and sell more and more; the consumer base is shrinking.
Globalism, the very system that is determined to elevate the power of mega-corporations, is diminishing the number of people who can consume what the corporations make.
The snake has been eating its tail for some time now.
Mega-corporate CEOs and their advisors aren’t completely stupid. Some of them see the handwriting on the wall.
World Bank and IMF fixes aren’t going to make this problem go away.
Neither is some drastic depopulation program. That would be heading in the wrong direction. Fewer consumers.
What about a radical re-set involving a new global currency? Suppose, for example, every inhabitant of the planet were outfitted with a free credit card carrying substantial buying power? Theoretically, that might work, if you discount what people who actually earn a living are going to do when they see billions of their fellow humans who don’t work outfitted with comparable consuming power. And that rumbling class warfare would be just the stormy beginning of the trouble.
Creating money out of thin air to satisfy the avarice of banks, to pay off governments’ soaring debt, to boost corporate bottom lines is one thing. Creating money out of nothing to make six or seven billion brand new consumers is quite another thing. In that case, the corporate-welfare gifting would lead to pollution and destruction of the environment on a scale that makes current levels look like a few leaking picnic baskets on a Sunday park outing.
And over the course of several generations, populations would descend into a nightmare of side-by-side buying power and increased unemployment. If you think, psychologically speaking, that’s a marvelous idea, and would bring peace and contentment, you need a brain transplant.
There is another factor to consider: technological innovation. For mega-corporations, that means robots/machines replacing humans as employees. More unemployment—unless the corporations hold back and refrain from implementing the “automation revolution.”
The corporate thrust, however, is always about moving forward. More robots in the workplace. Bigger assembly lines. Higher production.
It turns out that the Globalist agenda has an expiration date. Beyond it, the system comes apart at the seams.
The normal solution to a problem of this magnitude is: think short-term; avoid the inevitable; pretend all is well; leave the answers to the next generation.
Consider how hard-charging greed-head mega-corporate masters would react to the following proposition: “Look boys, we know you have the ability to produce goods for two or three planets the size of Earth. But we want you to service only a tenth of one planet, and that base will shrink further. Okay? Don’t worry, be happy. Everything is fine.”
Behind every Bilderberg, CFR, Trilateral conference, this is the specter that lurks in the shadows.
They’re not worried about escalating the level of their political control over populations. It’s the economics that don’t add up, no matter how many holes in the dam are temporarily plugged.
There is one extremely radical solution I haven’t mentioned. You could call it depopulation-repopulation. Via some vast plan, the numbers of people on Earth would be enormously reduced—and then over, say, the next hundred years or so, those numbers would be built up again with humans who, in some Brave New World fashion, are conditioned/programmed to be avid workers and consumers, who would be paid far more than a subsistence wage. These living androids/robots would satisfy the hunger of mega-corporations to produce and produce and sell and sell…
The multiple risks of trying a plan like that would amount to an open confession of an agenda so heinous it would create open-ended global revolution, from Tierra del Fuego to the North Pole.
Every present Globalist agenda-item does two things: a) it aims at tighter control of populations, and b) it enforces and progressively lowers a ceiling on mega-corporations. It reveals a future in which the number of those corporations will be drastically reduced. And that’s the rub. That’s the hidden factor.
Yes, the rich get richer and the poor get poorer. But everyone who thinks that analysis is the core of the current crisis is looking no farther than the end of his nose.
Because the rich, up the road, will get poorer, too. They’ll sink in the Globalist swamp.
The mega-corporate leaders are ultimately on both the sending and the receiving end of a long con. It’s a con perpetrated by their own system, a system built to make them kings forever.
How little they know.
It turns out that decentralization of power, on every level, is more than just the hope and dream of a relative few. It’s a planet-wide imperative; and survival is at stake.
The greatest economic matrix ever devised is blowing its engine.

In 1910, three years before the US Federal Reserve was founded, Senator Nelson Aldrich, Frank Vanderlip of National City (Citibank), Henry Davison of Morgan Bank, and Paul Warburg of the Kuhn, Loeb Investment House met secretly at Jekyll Island in Georgia to formulate a plan for a US central bank just years ahead of World War I.
The result of their work was the so-called Aldrich Plan which called for a system of fifteen regional central banks, i.e., National Reserve Associations, whose actions would be coordinated by a national board of commercial bankers. The Reserve Association would make emergency loans to member banks, and would create money to provide an elastic currency that could be exchanged equally for demand deposits, and would act as a fiscal agent for the federal government.
In other words, the Aldrich Plan proposed a “central bank” that would be openly and directly controlled by Wall Street commercial banks on whose behalf it would solely operate, instead of doing so indirectly, behind closed doors and the need for criminal probe of Yellen’s Fed seeking to find who leaked what to whom.
The Aldrich Plan was defeated in the House in 1912 but its outline became the model for the bill that eventually was adopted as the Federal Reserve Act of 1913 whose passage not only unleashed the Fed as we know it now, but the entire shape of modern finance.
In 1912, one person who warned against the passage of the Aldrich Plan, was Alfred Owen Crozier: a man who saw how it would all play out, and even wrote a book titled “U.S. Money vs Corporation Currency” (costing 25 cents) explaining and predicting everything that would ultimately happen, even adding some 30 illustrations for those readers who were visual learners.
The book, which is attached at the end of this post, is a must read, but even those pressed for time are urged to skim the following illustrations all of which were created in 1912, and all of which predicted just what the current financial system would look like.
Or, in the words of Overstock’s CEO Patrick Byrne, “that’s uncanny”

None of this was rocket science: should the power to create money fall into the hands of a private few, or an entity working purely on their behalf (and lest there is any confusion, a multi-trillion bailout of the US financial system and the ongoing ZIRP/QE regime has benefited almost entirely that handful of people who stood to lose trillions in paper wealth should US banking as we know it end), it would “inaugurate a financial and industrial reign of terror.” It was clear as day 103 years ago.

It is often said that if it can be imagined, it will inevitably be done. And such a sentiment could not be any truer in terms of applying genetic engineering and synthetic biology to the genomes of our planet’s organisms including humans themselves.
While the process of synthesizing and arranging genetic code has many processes, perhaps none has been as promising as the CRISPR-Cas system. From laboratory experiments to emerging software used to create code genetically almost as easily as code for a computer, gene editing has never been easier, opening the door to never-before-possible applications.
Perhaps no technology yet has been poised to change the world so profoundly. All life on Earth, every living organism, now stands the possibility of potentially being “edited” on the most basic genetic level, enhancing or degrading it, but forever changing it.
Gene editing or “gene therapy” performed on children or adults changes the genetic makeup of targeted cells after which and upon dividing, impart this new genetic material on each subsequent new cell. This is why treatments for diseases using gene therapy often are successful with only a single shot. The “treatment” self-replicates perpetually within the patient’s body. Everything from leukemia to congenial genetic defects have been overcome in clinical trials using this method.
As far as science knows, these changes cannot be passed onto the offspring of patients. However, changing the genetic makeup of a human at their earliest stages of development can be passed on, spreading genetic changes made in labs onto the greater population.
The Biggest Threats: The Jab and Slow Kill
Talk of gene editing usually revolves around its use to treat diseases and produce super-crops and livestock to “save the world.” But as history has shown us, any technology is but a double edged sword. Whatever good it is capable of, it is proportionally capable of just as much bad.
The first and foremost danger of human gene editing in particular is its use in weaponized vaccines. Such fears are founded upon what was revealed by the United Nations during the apartheid government in South Africa where a government program named “Project Coast” actually endeavored to produce vaccines that were race-specific in hopes of sterilizing or killing off its black population.
One example of this interaction involved anti-fertility work. According to documents from RRL [Roodeplaat Research Laboratories], the facility had a number of registered projects aimed at developing an anti-fertility vaccine. This was a personal project of the first managing director of RRL, Dr Daniel Goosen. Goosen, who had done research into embryo transplants, told the TRC that he and Basson had discussed the possibility of developing an anti-fertility vaccine which could be selectively administered—without the knowledge of the recipient. The intention, he said, was to administer it to black South African women without their knowledge.
At the time, the technology to accomplish such a feat never materialized. Now it has.
Another danger is “slow kill.” This would be the process of using gene editing to affect individuals directly or through a genetically modified food supply subtly, infecting or killing off targeted demographic groups over a longer period of time. The advantage of this method would be the ambiguity surrounding what was causing upticks in “cancer” and other maladies brought on by degraded immune systems and overall health.
And while some might be tempted to claim the dangers of this technology being used against populations remains solely in the realm of “Nazi eugenicists” and racist South African regimes, the truth of the matter is even Washington has penned policy papers advocating weapons deployed amid the “world of microbes.”
Mentioned in the US Neo-Conservative Project for a New American Century’s (PNAC) 2000 report titled Rebuilding America’s Defenses it stated:
The proliferation of ballistic and cruise missiles and long-range unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) will make it much easier to project military power around the globe. Munitions themselves will become increasingly accurate, while new methods of attack – electronic, “non-lethal,” biological – will be more widely available. (p.71 of .pdf)
Although it may take several decade for the process of transformation to unfold, in time, the art of warfare on air, land, and sea will be vastly different than it is today, and “combat” likely will take place in new dimensions: in space, “cyber-space,” and perhaps the world of microbes. And advanced forms of biological warfare that can “target” specific genotypes may transform biological warfare from the realm of terror to a politically useful tool. (p.72 of .pdf)
Biological warfare that can “target” specific genotypes is precisely what is now possible in the advent of improved gene editing. While many may suspect profit alone drives large pharmaceutical corporations to push vaccines on the global population, in reality, what it may also represent is an attempt by these very conspirators to create a well established globalized medium through which to administer their targeted bioweapons, yet another reason why the matter of human healthcare and biotechnology (and specifically vaccines) is a matter of not just business, but of national security as well.
Overwriting the Planet’s Genetic Heritage
Recently, Chinese scientists have crossed what many Western commentators, scientists and others have claimed is an “ethical line” by applying gene editing to human embryos. Critics have condemned the move specifically because any human “edited” while at their embryonic stage would likely transfer those genetic changes to any offspring they had upon becoming an adult.
Yet many of these critics have been vocal advocates for precisely the same use of biotech, though not for humans, but rather for our food supply. Genetically modified organisms (GMOs), particularly modified crops transfer their artificially altered genetic code to its next generation. Cross pollination has repeatedly contaminated the fields of farmers not using GMOs, creating an expanding controversy and multiple lawsuits and legal reviews.
In reality, all genetic editing, especially when it alters the genetic material of subsequent generations, represents a potential threat to the genetic heritage of the entire planet with potential consequences we may still not fully understand. In a world where the “science is final” regarding humanity’s impact on the planet’s climate, demanding “urgent action” to stop or reverse it, the absence of a similar impetus behind stopping the contamination of our planet’s genetic heritage seems suspiciously hypocritical if not utterly reckless and even intentional.
Of course, gene editing will be done, with or without the approval of governments and the people they govern. However, measures should be developed and put in place to preserve the natural genetic heritage of the planet, and such measures should be decentralized as much as possible.
The James Bond-esque “Svalbard Global Seed Vault” in the frigid climate of Norway represents a sort of “backup” for many of the planet’s horticultural species, but is controlled by the very interests intentionally destroying the planet’s genomes. It represents essentially a criminal gang preparing to sink the ship, but only after securing for themselves the only lifeboat available.
More lifeboats must be made available and it will require the understanding of policymakers of this emerging technology and the threats it presents, along with national and local policies to hedge against these threats.
The West Trapped in its Own Hypocrisy
Ironically, the West’s own hypocrisy has tied its hands in condemning China’s moves to recklessly alter the human genomes of embryos. Not only is the West’s attitude toward GMOs in general now hurting their case against China, the prevailing attitude in the West that embryos are not even “human” is also critically hypocritical, regardless of how irrational, unscientific and unqualified (however very politically convenient) such an attitude is.
To the West, unborn children are virtually “garbage” to be thrown away on a whim. So the Chinese might be forgiven for thinking it is perfectly ok to experiment recklessly upon them. In reality a human being’s unique genetic code and the metabolic cellular activity that constitutes the beginning of its life… both of which perpetuate themselves uninterrupted until birth and continues on until death, natural or otherwise … begins at conception. As such, experimenting on a human embryo may not superficially “feel” or “look” like human experimentation, but scientifically it is.
The West is quite right about condemning China for its experimentation on human embryos, however its confused self-serving hypocrisy has made this condemnation incoherent and unfortunately irrelevant.
Regardless, those nations still adhering to a sense of both objective science and humanity can and must set a precedent based on the above described realities. They must recognize the threats and abuses this technology poses equally with its benefits. They must educate their populations to understand the difference between the two, and the importance of developing a national biotechnology initiative as a matter of both national security and progress. But above all, they must understand that biotechnology represents the next big revolution, after information technology, and begin building the necessary infrastructure to support it.
Without doing so, nations will find themselves ill-prepared to either capitalize on its benefits or defend against its many and incredibly dangerous abuses.
Weaponization, accidents and even the prospect of globalized corporations finding, then making inaccessible the cures to diseases and conditions affecting millions such as cancer, diabetes and heart disease are all threats we now face, whether we would like to admit it or not. One point the West correctly made upon its hand wringing over China’s most recent and reckless leap forward, was that the matter of biotechnology’s profound impact on the human genome and the genetic heritage of the entire planet is no longer the subject of a “future” scenario. It is a matter of present concern.

The English name carbon, comes from the Latin carbo for coal and charcoal, whence also comes the French charbon, meaning charcoal. Proof of 666 is found in the bible via Isaiah 6:6 – “Then one of the seraphim flew to me with a live coal in his hand, which he had taken with tongs from the altar. ” The name Seraphim meaning “the burning ones”, are the first hierarchy of angels who some call demons that were Cherubim and Thrones. Beelzebub was a prince of the Seraphim, just below Lucifer.
Lucifer is another word for phosphorus. The Latin word corresponding to Greek Phosphorus is “Lucifer.” Phosphorus (Greek Φωσφόρος Phōsphoros), a name meaning “Light-Bringer”, is the Morning Star. When phosphorus is combined with the elements below and carbon, it forms our very DNA.
Nucleotides are biological molecules that form the building blocks of nucleic acids (DNA and RNA). Each nucleotide has three components: a phosphate group, a five-carbon sugar, and a nitrogen-containing base. The phosphate groups and the sugars form the backbone of each strand of DNA or RNA. The phosphate is a component of DNA, RNA, ATP, and also the phospholipids that form all cell membranes. Phosphorus (Lucifer) is just the ‘spark’ in our DNA that makes us fire.
When the 666 of Carbon is combined with the elements above and mixed with Lucifer, AKA Phosp-Horus,we get a combination or reaction of chemical elements that forms DNA and RNA. This magical god given chemical-code carrier is the very code for all life, and of course, it is the number of a man; his number is 6 neutrons, 6 protons, and 6 electrons, Six hundred threescore and six (666). Various chemical elements when combined with Carbon, forms our very material reality, or what some may call, the Matrix.
John the Baptist said of the coming Antichrist and the Number of the Beast: “ Let him that hath understanding count the number of the beast : for it is the number of a man; and his number is Six hundred threescore and six.”
666 could represent many possible scenarios or conspiracies, but the truth is that this number was passed down to us for the Apocalypse (unveiling of something hidden), to help us identify this beast man with the mathematical number 666. The number 666 may be the sequence of DNA genetic signals or DNA fragments necessary for successful cloning. Yes my friends, you and I may be the very beasts and Antichrists our good friend Saint John was warning us about!
Man was created on the sixth day. The number 6 represents man and is not a perfect number. There for 666 is “man’s” number, and stops short of the perfect number seven. The two first letters in the name of “Christ,” are Ch and R, and they represent seven hundred (700), the perfect number. Our body has 7 parts, the head, chest, abdomen, two legs and two arms. Christ was crucified at Golgotha, which was the place of the skull.

People like to talk nasty about Hugh Grant, Monsanto’s CEO, and obviously a shareholder. The same goes for Bill Gates. He purportedly owns millions of shares of Monsanto stock as well. But who are the real owners of Monsanto? The answer might be shocking.
The real owners of Monsanto stock are institutions, and people who hide behind those institutions, not individuals like Gates and Grant. According to multiple sources, five investment funds are the top shareholders in Monsanto, with the Vanguard Group, Inc. at the top. You can view the rest below.
As you can see, the number of shares held by institutions dwarfs the number held by individuals, including those who do Monsanto’s dirty work in the public arena.
The Vanguard Group owns over $3 trillion in investments in different, and mostly hated, companies like Monsanto. They also hold the world’s largest companies such as: Bank of America, JP Morgan, Citigroup, Wells Fargo, Goldman Sachs, and Morgan Stanley. State Street Corporation, Vanguard Group, Capital Research Global Investors, and FMR (Fidelity) are all the key owners of – well, essentially the world. And this includes Monsanto. You could say that just fourcompanies control all the big banks and all the major companies on the planet.
Furthermore, the Federal Reserve is comprised of 12 banks, represented by a board of only sevenpeople, which comprises representatives of the “big four,” …which in turn are present in all other entities.
An analysis of the relationships between 43,000 transnational corporations has identified a relatively small group of companies, mainly banks, with disproportionate power over the global economy – including Agribusiness.
What should really be concerning is who owns Vanguard. Why are they not in the public eye as GMO labeling is heavily debated, and countries claim suicide rates, death of their food supplies, and poisoning from GM Agrichemicals?
What should be concerning is the money trail supporting the ‘funny’ science that keeps coming out about biotech foods. Or that according to a report that was released last summer, the global elite have up to 32 TRILLION dollars stashed in offshore banks around the globe, which can fund lawsuit after lawsuit against the people who are tired of being poisoned.
It means that sevenpeople and their overlords are likely poisoning the entire planet through biotech, Big Ag, Big Pharma, and Big Banks.

It’s been long reported that the money changers operating within the halls of our most hallowed and influential financial institutions have been manipulating everything from stocks and bonds to housing prices and commodities.
While government regulators have completely ignored the machinations taking place, countless investigative reports and evidence submitted to the proper officials show that the games being played with billions, sometimes trillions, of dollars are no longer just conspiracy theories because the conspiracy to corner and control certain markets is, in fact, very real.
The latest example has been highlighted by Keith Neumeyer, the CEO of one of the world’s largest primary producers of silver, First Majestic Silver Corp. (NYSE:AG), in a letter sent to the Commodity Futures Trading Commission. In it Neumeyer argues that the evidence for manipulation is clear and that literally tens of billions of dollars in paper-represented silver are being used to manipulate the value of the precious metal:
It occurs to me that such massive speculation in COMEX silver futures may not be in keeping with the spirit and intent of commodity law and may suggest something is wrong with the price discovery process, since real producers and consumers of silver don’t appear to be represented.
The astute observer may realize that Neumeyer’s warnings can be applied across the board to most asset classes including the broader stock market, the housing market, and student loans where the incestuous relationship between mega-bank financiers and regulators has left a complete disconnect in the price discovery process and realistic valuations. To those willing to pay attention, the manipulations, as highlighted by Neumeyer, is very much a coordinated event impacting millions of people and controlled by a concentration of of players.
We feel that an effective and fair pricing mechanism is critical for the healthiness of our industry and for the millions of people impacted by what appears from the outside, to be manipulative practices by a concentration of players.
Can we expect that the government will now move quickly to ensure transparency in markets and criminal charges against those who have been manipulating markets? Zero Hedge Reports:

We know government regulators will likely ignore the concerns of First Majestic Silver Corp., but as Ayn Rand once noted, the manipulations will eventually hit their limit:

When nature does eventually take its course the price suppression scheme being orchestrated by a few concentrated players will lead to real-world price discovery, at which point precious metals like silver could see a major upwards correction, potentially taking it to never before seen highs.

As representatives of some of the most powerful countries in the world prepare to gather for their annual Group of Seven (G7) meeting, this time at a castle in the German town of Elmau, tens of thousands marched through nearby Munich on Thursday to protest the summit’s politics of “neo-liberal economic policies, war and militarization, exploitation, poverty and hunger, environmental degradation, and the closing-off towards refugees.”
Over 34,000 people reportedly turned out for Thursday’s march, with one demonstrator identified as Julia by Euronewsdeclaring “we must not lose hope that one day the world really will be equal, and we will all have the same values.”
The massive protest is just one of many mobilizations, including alternative summits and direct actions, in the lead-up to the gathering of global elites, which will take place June 7 and 8. Government representatives of Britain, Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, and the United States will formally take part.

The annual meeting of global powers has long been the target of demonstrations for global justice.
“The representatives of the richest and most powerful countries in the world lay claim to decide the fate of the entire world, without having any legitimation for this,” reads a statement from Stop G7 Elmau 2015. “Therefore we fight alongside the Blockupy movement, the anti-war movement, the anti-racist movement, the struggle for better living and working conditions, and the protests against environmental degradation.”
This year, protesters are calling particular attention to corporate-friendly trade agreements such as the TransAtlantic Trade and Investment Partnership (TTIP), wars and militarism, inhumane policies towards migrants and refugees, the climate crisis, austerity, and mass surveillance. The G7 summit has fallen under criticism for what many say are repressive “security” measures, including: border checks, the deployment of nearly 20,000 police, and a wire fence surrounding the Elmau Castle—the luxury resort where the meeting will take place. Some say this heavy militarization has turned the G7 summit location into a “fortress.”

This mysterious star has been found in different corners of the world. Its origin and purpose are unknown. This mysterious “star” was discovered in Norway and according to ancient astronaut theorists, this remarkable structure provides evidence of the existence of advanced technology in antiquity.
The discovery was made on November 30th, 2007, when a construction worker found the mysterious hole drilled inside a rock, it looked like a 7 sided star, something that he had not seen before.
After 8 years, this incredible finding seems to baffle anyone who has looked at it and nobody seems to have seen a star similar to the 7 sided star, nor has anyone been able to explain how it was done.
Geologists, drilling engineers and scientists across the country have been contacted, but so far no one has come up with an answer of how this remarkable hole was made.

On the inside the hole is completely smooth, and the seven sides, about 6 cm in diameter have a perfectly symmetrical shape with a background that has a very smooth and polished surface. The hole was drilled directly through the sediment layers, and was not made parallel.
Many theories have been presented about the origin of the hole, but so far no scientist has been able to explain its origin or the technology used to create it.
According to www.skyoye.com; The diameter of the hole is approx 65 – 70 mm. Currently nobody knows how far the hole extends, and how it was formed.

Yahoo Money’ The Daily Ticker is reporting that it has discovered a Reuters investigation that reveals$8.5 trillion – that’s trillion with a “T” – in taxpayer money doled out by Congress to the Pentagon since 1996 that has never been accounted for.
You read that right. While Republican politicians rush to slash food stamps for the 47 million Americans living in poverty – the highest amount in nearly two decades – Republican U.S. Secretary of Defense Chuck Hagel has the audacity to complain that $20 billion dollars in automatic sequester cuts to the massive and secretive $565.8 billion Defense Department budget are “too steep, too deep, and too abrupt,” all while the Pentagon and the Defense Department are overseeing massive fraud, waste, and abuse.
For anyone wondering, Reuters reports that the D.O.D.’s 2012 budget totaled $565.8 billion, more than the annual defense budgets of the 10 next largest military spenders combined, including Russia and China.
In an interview, Linda Woodford, an employee at the Defense Finance and Accounting Service – the Pentagon’s main accounting agency – reveals to Reuters that she spent the last 15 years of her career simply “plugging in” false numbers every month to balance the books;
“A lot of times there were issues of numbers being inaccurate. We didn’t have the detail … for a lot of it.”
In the REAL WORLD, that would be called MASSIVE FRAUD.
Woodford’s involvement in the fraud doesn’t even begin to scratch the surface. The report also reveals that “a single DFAS office in Columbus, Ohio, made at least $1.59 trillion – yes, trillion – in errors, including $538 billion in plugs, in financial reports for the Air Force in 2009.”
Yahoo Finance lists some additional findings, including;
The DOD has amassed a backlog of more than $500 billion in unaudited contracts with outside vendors. How much of that money paid for actual goods and services delivered isn’t known.
Over the past 10 years the DOD has signed contracts for provisions of more than $3 trillion in goods and services. How much of that money is wasted in overpayments to contractors, or was never spent and never remitted to the Treasury is a mystery.
The Pentagon uses a standard operating procedure to enter false numbers, or “plugs,” to cover lost or missing information in their accounting in order to submit a balanced budget to the Treasury. In 2012, the Pentagon reported $9.22 billion in these reconciling amounts. That was up from $7.41 billion the year before.
International NGOs have the potential to be world leaders in the provision of a better world for millions of people, instead they abuse their usually tax-exempt position, breaking promises and leaving people in misery.

The Red Cross would end up subcontracting its development activities to other unknown groups, who would the claim extraordinary overhead and management costs.
Allegedly, the Red Cross actively discouraged the participation of local populations and officials. A key factor, widely known in academia, to contribute to the destructive use of ‘aid’.
Over $140,000 was spent on housing a foreign project manager and a focus was placed upon programs that would generate good publicity for the NGO before anything else.
CEO McGovern reported five years after the disaster that “Millions of Haitians are safer, healthier, more resilient, and better prepared for future disasters thanks to generous donations to the American Red Cross”.
Haiti’s Prime Minister, on the other hand, thinks quite differently. Stressing the entire population of Haiti is only around 10 million, Jean-Max Bellerive said “no, no, it’s not possible”.
A former Red Cross official suggests helping those millions of people was the last thing on the NGO’s agenda, as they instead saw the crisis as “a spectacular fundraising opportunity”.
An investigation has found that the American Red Cross wasted $500 million in its bid to help Haiti, underperformed in its programs, and then tried to cover it up. Despite the NGO’s celebrated success, insider accounts point to failures.

The sobering reality of David Cameron’s plan only feels compounded, like a slap in the face, by the surreal and insane spectacle, of watching the actual head of state (the Queen), articulate the other so-called head of state’s (the prime minister) pre-election promises, which are to be continued for another five years. Five more years of cuts and slashes to public services that is, with ever increasing powers of surveillance for the state and its agencies. Great news!
A relatively low number of the UK electorate turned out at the general election a few weeks back, still securing the Conservatives a majority. Low voter turnout, producing the first Conservative led majority for some 20 odd years – no wonder the Conservatives do not want electoral reform – and this is the backdrop the Queen’s latest address.
The Queen’s speech, the policies evoked in it, and all the hype surrounding the lead up to it, absolutely reflect the distance between the ruling elite and ordinary people.
The Queen sitting amid jewels and relics, stolen and pillaged from civilisations and lands far from our shores, outlining the government’s plan to further marginalize the poor and clamp down on freedom, is a bitter pill to swallow. It’s a bizarre and cruel twist, however, to see the symbolic head of an empire, historically and to the present day, carrying out the same function as ever, manufacturing consent for the sake of control. It’s almost as if after all these years, the silly ceremonies and pomp are still all that’s needed to keep the masses in their place before an advancing police state with more and more powers. The ones subjected to the function of the monarchy (fittingly called subjects) often seem the least aware of its function, believing they are being patriotic and loyal to their country by worshipping the royal family when in reality they are simply consenting to be ruled, consenting to be governed.
People submit to the already existing order, whipped up and fuelled by a toxic brand of nationalism, convinced of an ever present existential enemy, the source of all the problems in society-the ‘others’ syndrome. Blame foreigners, blame Muslims, benefit fraudsters, the ‘urban’ underclass, for society’s ills- anyone in fact, except those doing the looting at the top, a narrative to which the MSM at least, wilfully complies.
Rather than observing royal ceremonies as part of the problem, an archaic hangover to a nonetheless very real empire, people swear allegiance to a power structure that is indifferent to their own lives in Britain, and which continues to leave a trail of destruction around the world.
When we think about the legacy of the British Empire and the role of the monarchy, perhaps Thomas Jefferson was right: “Dissent is the greatest form of patriotism.”
Anyone who really cares about Britain and the people that live here, should be trying to break away from a power base which oppresses its people. Many think the success of the SNP at the general election, is an indication of changing weathers, suggesting that perhaps the union itself will not last another decade. Many Scots have expressed a clear desire to break with the empire. How long before the feeling spreads among English natives?
Kings and Queens sound like something from fairy-tales, medieval times, and its amusing to think of Britain modelling itself as a democratic model to aspire to, when an unelected head of state with a diamond encrusted hat sitting on a gold thrown still wields ultimate power. “The Queen’s role nowadays, is just symbolic,” people say. But let’s make no mistake about it, the royal family play a very precise and pivotal role in maintaining order: order for them means power and wealth remain in the hands of a privileged few. This role while symbolic is also practical too.
Sure, we’re used to seeing news packages bleating on about royal babies, or BBC packages following James Hewitt’s son, Prince Harry, during his 2nd ‘tour’ of Afghanistan, depicting him as a hero, irrespective of the fact that you can almost guarantee Harry saw no danger. Of course, these media stunts play a part in maintaining the hierarchy, with the help of the Royal’s official mouthpiece the BBC. But they also peddle an insipid form of nationalism, which is always needed to ensure and persuade poor young people sign up for illegal wars abroad.
But the Queen’s power is by no means simply theoretical, and has been exercised in the past when governments have been in danger of stepping out of line. The role of the MSM at least, exists to bolster the image of the establishment- the royal family and political oligarch-both at home and abroad.
The jewellery seen here would be enough to provide housing to thousands of homeless people, instead tax payers fund the royal family’s lavish lifestyle which has seen both Prince Charles and Prince Andrew tied into an elite VIP pedophile ring.
And what of the Queen’s speech? What of the so-called tradition? Does it really matter? These people are no different from us. If anything they are relics of a past age whose power and significance is diminishing. In some ways the ceremonial theatrics, the grand posturing, our dear old jewel-laden Queen addressing the poor from on high, tells us more than David Cameron’s predictable policies ever could. The ruling class continue to rule over the poor and disenfranchised, tricking them by stuffing the tired old ‘glory to the empire’ mantra down their throats – no great shocker there you might think.
Queen Elizabeth II has confirmed our freedoms will be eroded, and that the welfare state will be shrunk. She’ll rattle off more of the same at her always warmly received Christmas speech. But the reaction by the majority of the people tells us more than any comment piece could. Demonstrations took place in the immediate aftermath of the Queen’s address in central London. Thousands were involved. UKIP MP Douglas Carswell was set upon and needed police to protect him from a public lynching.
People are tired, desperate, and many literally hungry. In 2015, it’s a disgrace that Britain or any other so-called developed nation have such things as food banks, and it’s a scourge on our country that we even have homelessness, many or most of them ex-military, who once fought for the idea of ‘Queen and country’ but who have been hung out to dry by the same system they thought they were fighting for.
Cameron wasn’t kidding with his one nation theme. It is one nation, just not for us. The rotten political establishment is at one with the unelected power structure that presides over us. The minute people begin to let go of this charade we can begin a process of really critiquing power in an honest way. Until then the outcome of elections and speeches by the Queen make little difference to the lives of ordinary people: the government always wins.

In the past few years more professionals have come forward to share a truth that, for many people, proves difficult to swallow. One such authority is Dr. Richard Horton, the current editor-in-chief of the Lancet – considered to be one of the most well respected peer-reviewed medical journals in the world.
Dr. Horton recently published a statement declaring that a lot of published research is in fact unreliable at best, if not completely false.
“The case against science is straightforward: much of the scientific literature, perhaps half, may simply be untrue. Afflicted by studies with small sample sizes, tiny effects, invalid exploratory analyses, and flagrant conflicts of interest, together with an obsession for pursuing fashionable trends of dubious importance, science has taken a turn towards darkness.” (source)
This is quite distrubing, given the fact that all of these studies (which are industry sponsored) are used to develop drugs/vaccines to supposedly help people, train medical staff, educate medical students and more.
It’s common for many to dismiss a lot of great work by experts and researchers at various institutions around the globe which isn’t “peer-reviewed” and doesn’t appear in a “credible” medical journal, but as we can see, “peer-reviewed” doesn’t really mean much anymore. “Credible” medical journals continue to lose their tenability in the eyes of experts and employees of the journals themselves, like Dr. Horton.
He also went on to call himself out in a sense, stating that journal editors aid and abet the worst behaviours, that the amount of bad research is alarming, that data is sculpted to fit a preferred theory. He goes on to observe that important confirmations are often rejected and little is done to correct bad practices. What’s worse, much of what goes on could even be considered borderline misconduct.
Dr. Marcia Angell, a physician and longtime Editor in Chief of the New England Medical Journal (NEMJ), which is considered to another one of the most prestigious peer-reviewed medical journals in the world, makes her view of the subject quite plain:
“It is simply no longer possible to believe much of the clinical research that is published, or to rely on the judgment of trusted physicians or authoritative medical guidelines. I take no pleasure in this conclusion, which I reached slowly and reluctantly over my two decades as an editor of the New England Journal of Medicine” (source)
I apologize if you have seen it before in my articles, but it is quite the statement, and it comes from someone who also held a position similiar to Dr. Horton.
There is much more than anecdotal evidence to support these claims, however, including documents obtained by Lucija Tomljenovic, PhD, from the Neural Dynamics Research Group in the Department of Ophthalmology and Visual Sciences at the University of British Columbia, which reveal that vaccine manufacturers, pharmaceutical companies, and health authorities have known about multiple dangers associated with vaccines but chose to withhold them from the public. This is scientific fraud, and their complicity suggests that this practice continues to this day. (source)
This is just one of many examples, and alludes to one point Dr. Horton is referring to, the ommision of data. For the sake of time, I encourage you to do your own research on this subject. I just wanted to provide some food for thought about something that is not often considered when it comes to medical research, and the resulting products and theories which are then sold to us based on that research.
It’s truly a remarkable time to be alive. Over the course of human history, our planet has experienced multiple paradigm shifting realizations, all of which were met with harsh resistence at the time of their revelation. One great example is when we realized the Earth was not flat. Today, we are seeing these kinds of revelatory shifts in thinking happen in multiple spheres, all at one time. It can seem overwhelming for those who are paying attention, especially given the fact that a lot of these ideas go against current belief systems. There will always be resistance to new information which does not fit into the current framework, regardless of how reasonable (or factual) that information might be.

The lyrics of recent No. 1 singles average at a third grade reading level.
A recent study served to confirm the patently obvious: song lyrics for the most popular genres of music are ridiculously obtuse — and getting worse over time. Though this might not be a revelation, the figures are distressing indicators of both an intellectually vapid societal and cultural future as well as its apparent inevitability.
If you’ve already moved away from Billboard music, congratulations, you refuse to be insulted. But if you haven’t, or if you’re concerned about pop culture trends acting as portents of systemic dysfunction, you should probably pay attention. Andrew Powell-Morse of SeatSmart studied the “Lyric Intelligence” of 225 Billboard songs in the Pop, Country, Hip-hop, and Rock genres that spent three or more weeks parked at the top of the charts to analyze any changes over the course of ten years. And change there was.
Ten years ago, the most popular songs read between a third and fourth grade level, but the inanity only increased with time, and after a five-year downward tumble ending in 2014 (the last year of the study), chart-topping hits had a reading level equivalent to second or third grade. Broken into genres, the levels measured just 2.6 for Hip-hop/R&B, a tie of 2.9 for Rock and Pop, and faring best was Country at 3.3 — though declaring a winner in this insipid race to the bottom seems somewhat defeatist. Even further to that point, the most intellectually stimulating song, Blake Shelton’s Country hit “All About Tonight”, measured just 5.8, while wading deeply into the ludicrous was Three Days Grace’s “The Good Life”, at a level equivalent to 0.8 — begging the question, did they have to try to craft lyrics a kindergartener could easily read?
So how did this happen and why is it getting even worse? For the sake of brevity, this is a systemic issue being reinforced across the board by pandemic anti-intellectualism. Some have argued there is no harm in a bit of mindless distraction, but this is incontrovertibly false. When just six corporations control 90% of the media, and 80% of radio stations have identical playlists, mindless content isn’t a choice — it’s a virtual mandate. In this self-propelled cycle of banality, the conglomerates dictate content to be promoted by radio, which in turn pushes it endlessly, creating a false perception that what is being played is due to listener demand. But this insidious marketing ploy is more akin to kidnapping and is every bit as dangerous.
There is a dearth in music options over the airwaves, so when vacuous lyrics are foisted on listeners, they become captives under duress. It is scientifically proven that flexing the intellect can slow cognitive decline, but there has been a cultural shift away from stimulating thought in favor of homogenization and living for the moment, and empty radio content is both symptom and reinforcement of that trend. Society is focused on entertainment, materialism, and self-promotion, and when coupled with a need for instant gratification, it’s really no wonder we’re in such a sorry state. Occasional forays into mindless distraction would be understandable and harmless if they were just forays, but the foundation is faulty due to a sharp decline in quality education at every level.
Education has become the highest form of indoctrination with teachers forced into regurgitating information so their students can pass tests rather than become innovators and original thinkers. And who could blame them? Currently, they’re held to the ridiculous system where their performance is ranked, and salary determined by how those students perform on standardized tests that are, themselves, flawed. As Randi Weingarten, the president of the American Federation of Teachers, put it, “This country has spent billions on accountability, not on the improvement of teaching and learning at the classroom level.”
An education system based almost solely on taking tests is not only intellectually dimming, it’s stressful — instructors doling out the tests are given a set of instructions for what to do when students vomit on their test booklets. All of this is designed to send students to college where the situation is perpetuated. According to Catherine Liu, a film and media studies professor at the University of California, “We don’t educate people anymore. We train them to get jobs.”
From a political standpoint, all this ‘dumbing down’ makes sense: indoctrination creates obedience. If music and culture focus on mindless diversion, and education lacks, well, education, then people lack the acuity necessary to question the absurdity of the system. Those who manage to liberate themselves from this mold and have the gumption to question official authority will find a cozy spot on the government’s watch list. So while we bemoan our country’s lack of intellectual prowess, it isn’t by a failure of design.
The author of aptly titled Idiot America, journalist Charles Pierce, thoroughly summed up the issue this way: “The rise of idiot America today represents–for profit mainly, but also and more cynically, for political advantage in the pursuit of power–the breakdown of a consensus that the pursuit of knowledge is a good.”
Unfortunately, if the lyrics study is a prognostic omen, the epidemic of idiocy will only get worse.
With the enactment of the privately owned central bank, the Bank of England provided the model for the financial enslavement of governments, and their citizens. For purposes of a mainstream account, the official site of the Bank of England provides a flowery version about the background and purported success of the scheme proposed by “William Paterson, envisaged a loan of £1,200,000 to the Government, in return for which the subscribers would be incorporated as the “Governor and Company of the Bank of England”. Although the new bank would have risked its entire capital by lending it to the Government, the subscription proved popular and the money was raised in a few weeks. The Royal Charter was sealed on 27 July 1694, and the Bank started its role as the Government’s banker and debt-manager, which it continues today.”

“The goldsmiths evolved to become the original private bankers of the time. Since goldsmiths already had as part of their trade private stores of gold and stout vaults to store them in, entrepreneurs could entrust their own gold to them for safe keeping, for a fee, and receive a paper receipt for the deposit. The directors paid all their honest creditors, but refused to cash the goldsmiths’ notes, and left them their remedy in Westminster Hall. The goldsmiths triumphed in scurrilous pasquinades entitled, “The Last Will and Testament,” “The Epitaph,” “The Inquest on the Bank of England.”
It did not take long for the Jewish bankers to set their sights on Paterson’s bank and financiers for the English regime. Brother Nathanael Kapner adds his audacious viewpoints.

At the same time as becoming immensely wealthy he also became the single largest debtor to the English government which ultimately gave him control over the bank of England.”

Five major international banks are expected to plead guilty as soon as next week to criminal charges in the US related to their deliberate manipulation of global foreign exchange markets, which allowed them to rake in billions of dollars at the expense of retirees, university endowments and municipalities.
Citigroup, JPMorgan Chase, Royal Bank of Scotland Group, Barclays and UBS are expected to plead guilty to felony fraud and antitrust charges. They will pay fines totaling several billions of dollars, according to bank and regulatory officials who spoke anonymously with the New York Times, Bloomberg and Reuters.
The effect of the guilty pleas will be essentially zero, beyond the immediate costs of the fines levied on the institutions. As the Times put it, “life will go on, probably without much of a hiccup.”
In the years since the financial crisis, federal regulators avoided bringing criminal charges against banks and their executives, opting instead for either cash settlements and so-called deferred-prosecution agreements, in which charges are delayed on the basis of the banks’ compliance with certain conditions.
In 2012, it became clear that major global banks, including UBS and Barclays, were systematically engaged in manipulating LIBOR (London Interbank Offered Rate), the benchmark global interest rate on the basis of which hundreds of trillions of dollars of financial contracts are valued.
In June of that year, Barclays was fined $200 million by the Commodity Futures Trading Commission and $160 million by the United States Department of Justice. This was followed by UBS’s agreement in December 2012 to pay regulators $1.5 billion in connection with the scandal and an agreement by Deutsche Bank in 2015 to pay $2.5 billion to regulators. Numerous other banks, including Citigroup and JPMorgan, were fined by European authorities.
UBS was offered a deferred-prosecution agreement in connection with the LIBOR scandal, but broke the terms of the agreement by manipulating the $5.3 trillion-a-day foreign exchange markets in the subsequent periods.
In late 2014, six banks—JPMorgan Chase, Citigroup, Bank of America, UBS, Royal Bank of Scotland and HSBC—agreed to pay $4.3 billion to federal regulators to settle civil charges.
The investigation charges also had a criminal component, which the Justice Department is now seeking to settle with guilty pleas from the banks. Unlike some previous cases, however, these guilty pleas are expected to come not merely from the subsidiaries of the banks, but from bank holding companies themselves.
Financial regulators have released voluminous records in connection with the foreign exchange scandal, showing how brazenly and openly bank traders discussed rigging currency rates, even as they knew their employers were being investigated for similar activities with regard to LIBOR.
Despite the unprecedented character of the pleas, the actual impact of the admissions of criminal wrongdoing by the banks is expected to be next to nothing.
As the Times reports, “Behind the scenes in Washington, the banks’ lawyers are also seeking assurances from federal regulators—including the Securities and Exchange Commission and the Labor Department—that the banks will not be barred from certain business practices after the guilty pleas.”
In particular the banks are seeking waivers to retain their status as “well-known seasoned issuers,” allowing them to raise credit more easily, as well as the ability to operate mutual funds. The Times reports that “a majority of commissioners” of the SEC are in favor of granting such such waivers.
In fact, for the biggest corporations, being convicted of a felony is increasingly becoming legally irrelevant, and just one element of their normal operations. As the Times points out, the guilty pleas are merely “an exercise in stagecraft.”
One former Justice Department official told the Times that an “underlying assumption” of the Justice Department is that “the bank is not a criminal operation.” But the emergence of scandal after scandal, including the selling of toxic mortgage-backed securities that caused the financial crisis, the forging of foreclosure documents, widespread complicity in Bernard L. Madoff’s Ponzi scheme, money laundering, and tax evasion by Wall Street testifies to the fact that the banks are, in fact, criminal outfits.
Since taking office shortly after the onset of the financial crisis, the Obama administration has sought not to hold the banks to account and prevent criminal wrongdoing, but rather to conceal their crimes and, when this becomes impossible, to issue wrist-slap punishments that allow the banks to go on largely as before.
In these cases, the fines levied by financial regulators remain a cost of doing business, and pale in comparison with the billions of dollars made by the major banks every year through criminal activities.
The guiding principle of the Obama administration, in the words of former Attorney General Eric Holder, is that the giant banks are “too big to jail.” As the Times article explained, prosecutors are “mindful that too harsh a penalty could imperil banks that are at the heart of the global economy.”
In exchange for their services, top financial regulators are almost universally provided with high-paying positions in Wall Street after their stints with the government.
Most notably, Ben Bernanke, the former Federal Reserve chairman who funneled trillions of dollars in government funds to Wall Street, announced last month that he has been hired by Chicago-based hedge fund Citadel LLC. This followed the announcement in November 2013 that former Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner joined the hedge fund Warburg Pincus.
To this day, not a single executive at any major bank has been criminally prosecuted for helping to cause the financial crisis, or any of the crimes that followed.

Because the government is a corporation or a fictitious person, it can not think, speak, see, touch, smell, or do anything that a living person can do. As a result, the government can only operate in a fictional world. To function in the real world, it needs a conduit or a liaison of some sort to connect it to the world of living, breathing people.
Because the government cannot deal directly with the real you, it needs to trick you to agree to be a conduit or a liaison, so that it can connect you to the fictional government. This conduit is the legal person (legal name), which is the name written in all caps. This legal person is not you, but is a fictitious entity used by the government to do business with you.
The moment you agree to be the legal person (legal name), you create a contract that connects you to the legal person. This allows the government to do business with you. It also allows the government and the court to have jurisdiction over you. However, you can void the contract anytime you want.
The process that allows the government to legally claim you as a corporation involves the creation of a fictitious you, which is the name written in all CAPITAL LETTERS, and then tricking you to agree to be that artificial person or legal name. This legal name was created shortly after you were born and was recorded on a bond. This bond that represents the date of your birth is known as your birth certificate.
The birth certificate is actually a certificate of slavery which is why it is recorded on a bond. Why your legal name is written in all capital letters
Your legal name, which is used to represent you (the body of water or liquid), is written in all CAPITAL LETTERS because it is a piece of liquidated capital. In other words, it has been securitized and turned into a financial instrument. Hence, the phrase “liquidated capital.”

As a result, anyone who becomes a United States citizen is a citizen (employee) of the corporation called the United States of America, Inc.

In other words, the United States of America, Inc. is a foreign corporation. Any American who had signed a contract and swore a solemn oath to this corporation had basically committed treason against The United States of America (Major).
To agree to be a United States citizen means that you agree to act in the capacity of an employee of the United States of America Inc. Like any employee of a corporation (i.e., Walmart, Target,), you have to follow the rules of the United States of America, Inc. According to the rules of this corporation, you have no rights, only privileges, just like an employee of any corporation. The good news is that you can choose to act or not to act in the capacity of an employee of the United States of America Inc. whenever you want to.

In a little-noticed brief filed last summer, lawyers for the House of Representatives claimed that an SEC investigation of congressional insider trading should be blocked on principle, because lawmakers and their staff are constitutionally protected from such inquiries given the nature of their work.
The legal team led by Kerry W. Kircher, who was appointed House General Counsel by Speaker John Boehner in 2011, claimed that the insider trading probe violated the separation of powers between the legislative and executive branch.
In 2012, members of Congress patted themselves on the back for passing the STOCK Act, a bill meant to curb insider trading for lawmakers and their staff. “We all know that Washington is broken and today members of both parties took a big step forward to fix it,” said Rep. Bill Johnson, R-Ohio, upon passage of the law.
But as the Securities and Exchange Commission made news with the first major investigation of political insider trading, Congress moved to block the inquiry.
The SEC investigation focused on how Brian Sutter, then a staffer for the House Ways and Means Committee, allegedly passed along information about an upcoming Medicare decision to a lobbyist, who then shared the tip with other firms. Leading hedge funds used the insider tip to trade on health insurance stocks that were affected by the soon-to-be announced Medicare decision.
